The island seemed like heaven on  
earth, but it did have a few problems coming from beyond it's shores.  
Occasionally groups of normal people would maraud the island with the intention  
of beating the island inhabitants into shape, literally. Fortunately, Admiral  
Hughes was prepared for such an occurrence. He had trained every able-bodied  
citizen on the island to be skilled in hand-to-hand combat; and he had provided  
defensive outposts at the major inlets and outlets to the island. To top it  
off, he had provided firearms for the citizens for the unlikely occurrence that  
a more violent group would attempt invasion. But right now, Digby wasn't  
worried about normal people raiders; he was just focused on getting home before  
he fell asleep at the wheel on a cliff road.

Finally Digby turned off the dirt  
road and into the District 3 neighborhood. There were seven houses per  
district, and theirs was the third one on the left of the street. Digby pulled  
up the driveway and cut the motor. "Okay, Kids," he said, "We're home." With

the young couple got comfortable, Nelly said, "Digby..." "Yes...?" he asked.  
"Well..." she said, "I... just want you to know... that I'll never regret the choices  
I made that led me to where I am today." "I'm happy to hear that," said Digby,  
"Because I feel the same way." With that, they proceeded to cuddle just a bit  
more, with Digby rubbing Nelly's tummy, that hopefully held his youngest son or  
daughter. In a few more minutes, they tired themselves out and fell asleep in  
each other's arms.
