#2 of Balto Series

Another old story from some years back, which I've recently edited and revamped, just making it better any way I can. Be warned, this is a popping story. Jenna discovers Balto's second fetish, balloons, and returns to the post office to pick up another special package for her mate, including mylar balloons and latex, while recounting her own meager experiences with them.
