rather silly that I typed up.","content":"Her name is Sarah.\n\nBorn into a tribe of gray feathered woman, and black feathered fella.\n\nThey were the Rapax, a tribe of tall and strong Peregrines.\n\nAnd for them life was indeed a precious thing.\n\nThey took little from the land,\n\nLest they suffer the wrath of their maker's hand.\n\nBut, tis fate it seems,\n\nThat little Sarah would be their undoing.\n\nRavenous, her gut bottomless,\n\nTo her she seemed to have a blessing.\n\nTo the other's, they saw her as end of life, crushing.\n\nShe knew not why they shunned her; her appetite was not her fault.\n\nHer mother had been unfaithful with a dragon, and was never caught.\n\nWith a hunger so much larger than for one her size,\n\nShe left this world of harsh eyes.\n\nTaking roost among the forest trees,\n\nShe found a place she could live in harmony.\n\nSame could not be said of the deer, the fish and bears and such,\n\nThey learned quickly that Sarah's taste buds loved them all, a tad too much.\n\nNow free to fill her gut with whatever she could touch,\n\nThe peregrine never missed a chance to munch.\n\nBut a discovery of herself came at a great surprise,\n\nFor living among the tribe, this issue had been disguised.\n\nMetabolism is a strange and powerful thing,\n\nBurning through the stomach like a fiery ring.\n\nNo matter how large of how much she devoured,\n\nHer pudge was gone in less than an hour.\n\nWhat she'd once called a blessing now seemed to be a curse,\n\nAnd day by day the problem grew worse and worse.\n\nFor now creatures of every sort began to stay away,\n\nMaking her travel further and further every day.\n\nJust when she felt lowest and weakest,\n\nShe saw her tribe's beacon.\n\nWar was upon them, or so it seemed,\n\nAnd how desperately they needed help from everyone and everything.\n\nSo they'd called for Sarah and her bottomless gut,\n\nTo see if she could go to their enemy and eat them all up.\n\nThe years had passed quick and hard on Sarah, making her a strong and capable warrior.\n\nShe burst into the enemy encampment and declared, \"I'm here to swallow each and every last one of ya!\"\n\nThey jumped to their feet, with spears at the ready,\n\nBut Sarah was most rock steady.\n\nWith quick jabs with her hands, and kick's with her feet,\n\nShe soon had the enemy tribe dismantled, and ready to eat.\n\nIt took her the better part of an hour to get them all,\n\nBecoming rounder and rounder till growing unable to move at all.\n\nAnd there she sat, full, round, and content.\n\nAnd then her tribe's leaders supposed that their rules could be bent.\n\nSarah now lives in among the trees with a slightly plump belly,\n\n\u0026nbsp;Ready to come to her tribe's aid, for she is always hungry.\n\n---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\n\nDawn broke through the morning storm,\n\nWaking Sarah's sleeping form.\n\nThe night had been long and rainy\n\nAnd the leaking roof of her home drove her nearly crazy.\n\nAs she set about mending the holes and worn struts,\n\nShe noticed a fellow falcon flying to her hut.\n\nFrom afar she could tell he was a Rapax like her,\n\nWhich probably meant she was needed to dispose of some monster.\n\nShe met the courier in her yard, noticing his fancy dress.\n\n\"I take it I'm supposed to be impressed?\" She thought.\n\nThe courier talked quick and moved quicker,\n\nFor Sarah was needed to meet with the elder's in the hut of wicker.\n\nShe arrived in quite a hurry,\n\nTo be summoned by the grand Elder was indeed a need to scurry.\n\nShe met him and his grey eyes,\n\nLike clouds they were, or even feather dyes.\n\n\"Sarah my dear I've an urgent quest, for it seems an old friend of mine is in a mess.\"\n\nHe told her of a dragon of a land afar,\n\nAnd how he'd saved the Elder from a fatal scar.\n\nThus she discovered this quest was a favor\n\nFor the grey one's savior.\n\n\"His land is encroached upon, and he needs your help to rid the land of the little spawn!\"\n\nSarah left in a huff,\n\nFlying quickly, the wind playing with her chest fluff.\n\nOver trees, fields and a tall mountain,\n\nSo many miles that could not be counted.\n\nAfter a week had passed, and her gut famished,\n\nShe landed at the doorstep of her bequestor, banners all about and tarnished.\n\nStepping inside the wide cave,\n\nShe heard a voice call and beckon for her with a wave.\n\nShe beheld a mountain of scaly flesh,\n\nA frightfully large and nearly blobby mess.\n\n\"My dear Sara,\" the dragon began \"I'm glad to see you made it, come in, come in!\"\n\nSo she did, and sat and listened to the dragon's plight,\n\nTo learn how on earth she could make it right.\n\n\"The people of this land have been most kind its true, through their offerings and sacrifices my gut grew and grew,\n\n\"But now at the cost of all this might, I've lost my gift of flight,\n\n\"Once, long ago I rid this land of a blighter, a dragon that was a roof lighter.\n\n\"I became a god you see, at least in the minds of those of small sanity.\n\n\"All that the light touched was mine, and I grew fat on Haila Berry Wine.\n\n\"Now another dragon has come by the name of Firth, and he's made claims about my girth.\n\n\"He's convinced the people that I am not the savoir they need, that I am nothing more than a beast with a gut of greed!\n\n\"What I need of you my dear Sarah, is to track down and eat this fella'.\"\n\nNot at all sure why she felt that she should comply,\n\nThe Rapax did agree to help this scaly guy.\n\nT'was her oath as her tribe's protector,\n\nTo mend and right the hecklers.\n\nBut, she decided, after this, no more of these kinds of favors.\n\nOff she leapt to the world unknown,\n\nTo find this disruptor, and turn him into bone.\n\nFrom dragon to dragon,\n\nTo griffin to griffin,\n\nTo even a phoenix and roc,\n\nShe searched for where Firth could be hiding with his lying stock.\n\nA month quickly and quietly went on by,\n\nPassing surprisingly quickly from beneath her eyes.\n\nShe'd eaten, but certainly not enough.\n\nNow any floof she had come from her feather fluff.\n\nBut just when she considered all was lost,\n\nShe learned of a strange dragon living in the frost.\n\nTraveling to the artic north she discovered Firth dwelling in a bed of garnets and gold,\n\nQuite the wondrous site to behold.\n\nJumping down and landing with a plop,\n\nShe quickly pinned him down, and wiped the floor with him as though he were a mop.\n\nBut for all she said and for all she told,\n\nFirth considered her not the slightest bit bold.\n\n\"You travel across the lands and seas just to find me?\n\n\"Have you no idea of how you've been a key?\n\n\"By coming all this way under order of his outrageous girth, you've proved that I am, right, I Firth!\n\n\"He's not fit to rule those people by any stretch of the imagination. They need someone like me, a wise tactician.\n\nHe spoke words, twisted lies,\n\nTheir effect showed in Sarah's eyes.\n\nHe told her of how she was nothing more than a tool to her tribe,\n\nThat she was nothing more than an extension of their wandering minds.\n\nTo branch out and eat whole\n\nAny creature that would or could trouble their hold.\n\nCrafty and sneaky was Firth,\n\nEven convinced Sarah she was even unworthy of birth.\n\nHe was a wicked soul indeed,\n\nThat was until her belly grumbled hungrily.\n\nIn that moment, somehow she knew\n\nThat it had been her hunger that'd clouded her view.\n\nCowardly did Firth become as his eyes were widened with awe,\n\nHe'd never once considered what it was like to be inside another's maw.\n\nSlow and deliberate, most unpleasant and cold,\n\nSarah made sure his last moments in the living world were to be as terrible as the lies he told.\n\nNot since that village nearly a year ago\n\nHad she had her belly this big, with only the ability to roll.\n\nThe dragon in her gut kicked and writhed, trying his hardest to get out alive.\n\n\"Oh no big guy,\" Said Sarah. \"An unpleasant end is fit for you, for meddling so wrongly in other's lives.\n\n\"I won't aid that blob of dragon again, I can promise you that. But how fitting is it, that soon you'll be nothing but fat.\"\n\n  \n  \n  \n\n"}
