**Chapter 7**

**I am glad that few remain that still
cherish this great series of mine. I once again apologize for not keeping up
with it but my life is taking a difficult turn so it is hard to do these
things.**

**These last few chapters are the
beginning roles of the others as well as the next books. The raptors, the
parents and the new comers will now be featured a lot in the last two books.**

**Chapter 7**

** ** _In a time before, we prayed to the gods._

_We begged on our knees with our prayers,_

_And asked for miracles._

_ In time before us now, the gods ask us for prayers._

_They start to fade away, slowly losing us through the ages till they are nothing but
myths._

_That is when we become the gods of our own._

Days, seem to blend when your life is expanded nearly five to
a thousand years. My years are very, very young as I am slowly leaving the age
of drakehood. My heat was just recent and I am already having thoughts of a
mate.

Yet, I do not have a mate, already pregnant, experiencing
sexual activity and already am losing friends and family. I cannot bare that
lost.

Days blend so well when your life is among the long lasting.
As my day anew arrives, I have yet to see anything yet that has changed my
life. At least... for now. I have been pondering for a long while why Dana gave
simple microchip.

The little chip that lies upon my palm was just as small as
half my nail and weight less than anything I have ever held. It would fit
easily in my computer pad.

My sister was currently playing with her siblings and John
nor did my family require me now, which left me alone with my computer pad.

The tiny tablet sized device turned on. For some reason, I
was a bit nervous to find what's on the chip. I didn't know why I was nervous
but... my spines chilled when I slowly slid in the chip to my pad's memory slot.
Once inside, my tablet registered the device.

It read like a normal memory card but soon my pad when blank.
I blinked. Did this thing just shut my tablet off?

I spoke to soon as a streamline of files began to run through
my screen. The files seemed... endless. I could only catch glimpses as the files
zipped by, downloading at incredible speeds.

It took almost a full minute before the files slowed to a
halt and it was the very first file to come up. The file was a document and
read 'For the Eyes of one.' Not sure what it meant, I pressed it and was given
at least 5 pages of information. The words were normal English but some of it
turned to bold or italic. I honestly am not sure what is it I am supposed to be
doing but I began reading none-the-less.

"For the Eyes of one, is the eyes of those who seek the truth. One does not need
eyes to see the world; One only needs to see what lies before them, whether in
heart or mind.

Sometimes the Mind plays tricks and casts mirages to the
eyes, but it takes a heart to clear it. The heart is the true eye for it is
one. We creatures of earth forget that, with a heart comes love, passion, pain, hatred, anger, joy, lost, and paradise. Yet,
our minds cloud our heart , our eyes blinds us to truth and our trust to become
higher than we are now, is what will end us.

You of all creatures are the ones that carry more
emotions than the human race can ever endure. Dragons, the one true rulers of
earth, have become experiments, slaves, items, dirt to us, and we will never be
forgiven for that.

We are aliens to your world, carried across the stars, only
to wipe your kind out and evolve to what we are now. With our evolution, we
strive to achieve greatness and with that greatness, we sacrifice so much to
obtain it. Whether we let it consume us or, we kill millions to ensure it. We
aliens, are killing your kind, over and over again, just to achieve more than
we are.

We wish to become gods: sick, emotionless, uncaring and
merciless gods. But why do we seek to become gods, like those of our ancient
history? Are we scared of the unknown? Are we scared of death? Or, do we fear
what lies in the afterlife, because of our sins? No, we fear that without the
powers we have now, we will lose it, one way or another. That is why we do what
we do. We are afraid of losing our powers; of losing the ability to control
everything and that when we die, we will face at the end.

We will not stop, ever until we become gods. Sacrifice,
bloodshed, experimenting, genocide, fear, anger, hatred, death, destruction,
pain and so much, much more that we are willingly to cause to become gods. What
will we do then? What do we do after, we become gods?

Just like our gods before modern civilization, we forget
them. We believe them to be myths, legends, stories and much less, before they
become backgrounds of our lives. It's a vicious cycle, truthfully. When we
become forgotten, the next generation will want to become like us, and so on
and so on. We don't care of how we achieve, just as long as we achieve it.

Just like a virus, we will continue to destroy, consume, and cause harm, just to destroy a body.
Unlike a virus that dies with the body, we
will transfer from one body to another, to assume control of that one and
destroy it again, and again, again until we are immortal. We will never stop.
We will be the universe's cancer, the ultimate weapon of destruction. More
powerful than a dying star, and more fearful than Time's End.

Why is this, explained to you?

You are our hope. You are our true saviors, our angels from the skies and our gods
from legends. However, unlike the gods we choose to believe, you do not seek
destruction, nor death nor hate, or any other believe that we do.

You are the truth to our history. Our backbone to our lives and our connections to the universe.

Our legends of monsters and creatures beyond fortune, all of them, proven wrong or
right. You gave us those answers. You, the dragons of this world, gave us
answers. And with those answers, we used it to exploit your kind.

Many of us are so, regretfully, and truly sorry on what has befallen your kind. We
know that you are creatures or clones of your ancestors, but that makes you no less alive or a creature with a heart.

You are living, breathing creatures with emotions, bodies, wills of free minds and so on. We brought you
into our horrible world, by our hands, yet we treat you like animals. Oh, the
pain that burns with your hearts and our hearts. Perhaps... we are that animals, if not, smaller
than animals.

Were rash, unpredictable, emotionless, and much like machines.

We few that believe you to be our saviors, we are so sorry.
We are sorry what has fallen upon you. But worry not, for soon, we will help
your rise from your shackles, and help your remove them. We will free you all,
every last one of you and make sure that the second we do, we will begin something anew. We will begin a Revolution.

A revolution that will change humanity for the better. Your kind will be part of that revolution.
You will be the ones to guide us to a new age. An age of peace, love, and safety. We have already prepared for it by releasing a few of your kinds and giving them Titles that matter. Soon, your kind will be free and will prosper.

I know that you may not understand much of this right now. It may or may not make any sense, but after you read what we have provided for you, you will become ready. You will be the few that lead dragons, raptors and
humans together.

We have faith that you can accomplish this. We have faith that... you will prevail. But... regretfully, there will be a cost. A cost so great that it can affect the balance of the Revolution. The cost may be of a loved one or a whole family, it is a necessary sacrifice, for the rest of your kind. It's much to ask for but it's for the best of your kind.

Take your time to go through the information that is provided on here. We will begin the revolution when the time is right. It won't be for a while but nonetheless, it is coming. We hope you are prepared by then.

Take care of yourself, watch over your family, and keep them safe. Your life, their lives, and every one of your kind depend on it.

Be warned, that if you choose not to pursue this with us, it would only make it that much harder to set you free. Whether you choose to accept this or not, it is up to you. If you don't, please, destroy this chip so no one against us can stop us, please.

Signed,

 Draco's Watch.

That was the end of the document.

I sat there staring at the screen for a while. Not sure how long it was, me staring blankly at the screen and trying to process the information. It felt like an hour or so, but really, just a few minutes.

I finally blinked and sighed. What was I supposed to do? Honestly, I don't know what was supposed to happen next. With the little information I got here, I felt like I was burdened with leading a revolution. The feeling was so... alien and unreal to me. Questions filled my head quickly and I honestly don't know where
to begin on answering them.

But I realized, I didn't have to. Looking back on my tablet, I saw there were at least 100 or so files that have just been uploaded. Some held videos, other held photos and more. The more I saw them, the more I saw there was only two options for me.

One, I can just throw this away and pretend that it never happen. Or...

I can really do something about me, my family, and all of our kind?

Was that really a choice? For me to just give up and wait till this.... Revolution came to help us? Would I wait ideally while others sacrificed themselves to set us free?

No, it wasn't it a choice. Before it was a choice, in which I only cared for my family and nobody else. Now, almost six months later of being in a house with an expanding family, a strange human owner and a way of helping out my kind, I knew that there was something that could be done.

I can do something about all this, and I won't be doing it alone. I will have help, from my family, the others, and maybe even John. With all the help I am getting, plus with this knowledge I had just gained, I know that there is
nothing I can do that will stop us from achieving freedom.

It will be tough, and I know that we may lose something on the way, but I know that I won't stop trying to free us. I will die trying to help free my family, and other's like us. I will take on this
responsibility, despite the costs.

.......... Though how far will the costs be? And what is the greatest sacrifice I will have to give to achieve for
us to be free?
