# Chapter 4 part 2

here's part 2 for chapter 4

The red wolf  
frowned and nodded "hey what's your name kid?" he asked, "It's Shay, what's  
yours?" Shay asked the wolf. "It's Caleb." Caleb said before walking over to a  
bench and siting down, "You want to talk about well, what you just did?" Caleb  
asked Shay. Shay thought about it for a moment and then nodded "sure that would  
be nice no one has ever wanted to talk about it with me." Shay then walked over  
that took a seat by Caleb and they started to talk.

**James and Nick:**

James woke  
up about noon which was almost an hour after Shay had gone for a walk, he got  
up and noticed that the bedroom door was open, he went over to the bedroom and  
noticed that the bed clothes had been changed and the bed made he then saw then  
deep claw marks in the wall above the headboard, "Shay?" James called as he  
went over and checked the bathroom trying to find the pup, "shay?!" he called again  
starting to get worried, James went out and shook Nick's shoulder trying to  
wake him up "W what is it hun?" Nick asked sleepily as he woke up "the pup is  
gone and there are big claw marks in the wall above the headboard." James said,  
Nick was fully awake and up in a matter of seconds "well he couldn't have gone  
far without someone seeing him." Nick said, James nodded "You should go look  
for him hun, I'll stay here in case he comes home, ok?" James asked. Nick nods  
and then starts for the front door to their den "I'll be back soon with the pup  
don't worry hun." James nodded and sat down on the couch and waited.

 

Nick left  
the den and then went down the hallway looking around for the pup he went to  
the gym and asked around to see if anyone had seen Shay a few wolves said that  
they had seen a human pup walking around about forty five minutes ago and said  
that he went out the south tunnel, Nick sighed in relief all that was down the  
south tunnel was the garden and then the pool. Nick then walked down the south  
tunnel to the garden and found Shay siting on a bench with Caleb, Nick  
personally didn't like the red wolf much but at least Shay was safe. Nick went  
over to the bench and as he walked towards the bench he heard that they were  
talking about Shay changing or rather morphing his hand into a paw, that  
confused Nick, even though he and his mate knew Shay wasn't fully human he had  
never suspected that Shay would be about to do something like morph a hand into  
a paw. Nick pulled out his cell and called James to let him know that the pup  
was safe.

James jumped  
when his phone rang he was so on edge, James answered the call and instantly  
relaxed when he learn that the pup was safe, James then nodded and said ok  
after Nick told him that they would be home soon. James then said bye and hung  
up the phone, after that he went to the kitchen and started to fix eggs for  
lunch.
