Ode to Dragons

Fire burns across the sky  
On leathery wings we fly high  
  
The little ones, we do seek  
To chomp, and chew and bite and cheek  
  
Round and round they do run  
As our wings block out the sun  
  
Teeth and claws sharp as steel  
Most will die, some will kneel.
