I ask only a few minutes of your time to read this.","content":"To all those who are reading this\n\nEither if was just out of curiosity\n\nOr by mistake\n\nI promise I will not take much of your time\n\nFor those who are suffering from past wounds\n\nOr those who are lost within their own hate\n\nBecause of those who hurt them badly\n\nThere is a way to heal\n\nBut It's not easy\n\nAnd not many are able to do this\n\nBecause they are consumed by their own hate\n\nIf we truly wish to heal from past wounds\n\nWe have to forgive\n\nAnd that is the hardest thing to do\n\nBecause we don't want to set aside our pride\n\nEmotions tell us not to forgive\n\nBecause of the hell they put upon us\n\nEvery word that they said\n\nEvery beating that they gave us\n\nIt seemed like an eternal hell\n\nThat would never go away\n\nFor as long as we hold on to the hurt\n\nThey will always have control on us\n\nAnd if you struggle to say the words \"I forgive you\"\n\nDo not fear\n\nFor it is the passing of misery\n\nThat is leaving our soul\n\nAnd making way for a new life\n\nTo help us move on through our lives\n\n  \n  \n\n","series":{"name":"Poetry","previous":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/598248-ataraxia.json","next":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/600103-safe.json"}}
