I was about to scream his name when I\n\nrealized we were under water. He looked lifeless. Did he give me his\n\nlast breath? I held him tightly as I heard banging. It was Noah, Axel,\n\nStephen, and some dude. I gave Kino some of the air I had left.\n\nThe glass shattered and we came out. Kino coughed water out as I just\n\ntried to get air in my lungs. \"Brian! Kino!\" They all held me and\n\nKino. I didn't let go of him. He is my hero. He saved me. I was too\n\nhard on him before. I tugged his arm and saw he didn't move \"Kino\n\nplease wake up.\" no words. Everyone grew silent as I kept tugging his\n\narm. \"Kino wake up!\" I placed my head on his wet shirt and began to\n\ncry. I hit his chest \"Open your eyes...please.\" Someone was about to\n\ntouch my shoulder \"Brian...\" Their tone made me think I lost him\n\n\"Don't touch me! Stay away!\" I held Kino's body tighter pressing my\n\nface agents his chest \"Don't scare our kids Brian.\" I felt a light\n\ntouch on my back. I looked over and saw Kino grinning at me. \"Kino!\" I\n\nsqueezed him tightly \"Gently babe. It still hurts.\" I loosened my grip\n\nand nuzzled him. \"Kino.\" I smiled more and I felt Noah's, Stephen's\n\nand Ghost's hand on me. I looked up at them \"Sorry for screaming at\n\nyou.\" \"It's fine we know how you much you love him.\" The girl walked\n\nout. I would have said something, but she's just one person what can\n\nshe do? I held Kino as he rubbed my back. Ghost picked me up as Axel\n\npicked Kino up.\n\nWe got back home, Axel suggested that Noah and Stephen go to his place\n\nfor a while. Miss Cortez went back with that one guy. Ghost stayed\n\nwith us just in case. Ghost helped us go around and brought us food. Kino\n\nand I stayed in bed together. We stayed naked and as you\n\ncan guess it we had tons of fun. \"I love you Brian.\" \"I love you more\n\nKino.\" He began to play with my hair \"You made an army you know?\"\n\n\"Huh?\" \"With all of our friends Axel, Ghost, Noah, Stephen, Miss\n\nCortez, and Richard. Though you don't really know Miss Cortez and\n\nAxel, and Richard. You made an army that took on an army of hunters.\n\nAnd, they beat them all.\" \"But one.\" \"What?\" \"There was a girl with\n\nred hair, round glasses, and wearing black clothes. She walked out when\n\nI thought you died.\" He sighed and rubbed my back \"I hope that letting\n\nher go doesn't come back and bite us in the ass.\" \"Me too.\" He kissed\n\nmy head and put my necklace around my neck. \"Thank you Kino.\" \"I have\n\nto go and get something I'll be back later ok?\" I nodded my head\n\nclosing my eyes. \"I'll be here waiting for you.\" We made an army, but\n\nI wonder.\n\n\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\n\nI looked around and saw they've placed me in some machine. I was\n\nalone, but that's when I saw the girl. \"You're going to die freak\n\nlover.\" \"Their not freaks.\" \"Yeah, sure they deserve to die this is a\n\nhuman world.\" \"No, it's a world for all of us to live in.\" \"Say what\n\nyou want.\" The man who I can only guess is the leader came in. \"Master\n\nhe's ready.\" That answered my thought \"Good, start the machine up on\n\nlow and send out a blast that will draw in the gifted.\" \"Yes, sir.\" She\n\nwalked over to the machine. I could tell she was about to hit a button\n\nwhen the speaker went off. \"Master, please pick up.\" \"Hold it.\" He\n\nwalked over to the mike and spoke into it. \"I'll be back I have to get\n\nrid of some unwanted trash.\" He walked out and I was left alone with\n\nthe girl. \"So boy mind telling me what your power is?\" \"I'm not sure.\"\n\n\"Do you want to know what this machine does?\" \"Sure.\" \"It steals both\n\nthe life force of a person and their abilities.\" \"And, what if\n\nthey don't have any?\" \"Their life will end in seconds.\" \"Will it still\n\nwork?\" \"Not as powerful, but it can still call about two. We don't\n\nthink it's kind to use innocent human lives. That's why it's fine if\n\nyou die. That and it only works once the person dies.\" \"And have you\n\ntried with people living?\" \"Yes, it doesn't work the person has to\n\ndie.\" \"You can die no one loves you, and that's also why you aren't so\n\ninnocent.\" \"Someone loves me. Doesn't that make me an innocent if\n\nsomeone loves me and is doing this all to protect me?\" She took a pause\n\nand walked over to me \"No.\" She started hitting buttons probably\n\nwarming it up or something. \"You don't need to do this.\" \"Of course I\n\ndo.\" \"You don't get what love is then.\" \"Master saved me from a\n\nvampire.\" \"So...your willing to do what it takes so he can reach his\n\ngoal huh?\" \"Yes, I'll give him my life.\" \"There's not a thing I can\n\nsay to stop you huh?\" \"No, nothing at all.\" I didn't know what to say\n\nnow. The building shook and she slipped on the floor in front of me. I\n\nwas about to ask if she was ok, but that's when I heard a howl. It\n\nmust be Noah. The girl began to stand up. I kicked her in the head and\n\nscreamed. I wasn't sure if they could hear me or not, and I wasn't\n\nsure why, but I began to cry \"Kino! Noah! Stephen! Ghost! Save me!\"\n\n\"Fucking brat!\" The girl stood up and slapped me across my face. It\n\nstung so much. \"Now apologize you bitch!\" I looked at her with cold\n\neyes. James was coming. \"Shut the fuck up you fucking cunt and go suck\n\na dick or better yet go get laid!\" I tugged at the straps as they slowly began to\n\nrip I'm glad when James gives me more strength \"Tisk Tisk Tisk.\" She flipped a\n\nswitch as I turned back to my original self \"What happened!\" \"I made\n\nyou go back to your original self of course. I know about your\n\n\"shifting\" and let's just say I planed for it.\" So I don't even have\n\nJames to save me. All of a sudden the master ran in shutting the door.\n\n\"Master what's wrong?\" \"Is the machine warmed up?\" \"Yes.\" \"Then start\n\nit!\" She began hitting buttons. She turned it on and I began to scream\n\nit felt like my life was ending. I pictured Kino holding me. I was dying\n\nand no one was coming. \"Let go of my boy friend!\" Kino! I'm so happy you came.\n\n\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*\n\nI opened my eyes to see it's dark outside all ready. \"Ghost is Kino\n\nback home yet?\" \"Yes, he will be opening the house door this instant.\"\n\nKino came up and got into bed with me smiling. \"Hey babe I got\n\nsomething really special to show you tomorrow.\" \"Show me now.\" He\n\nsmiled and kissed my forehead. \"Nope.\" \"Fine I'll wait, but so will\n\nyou.\" He grinned and pinned me down.
