Please provide feedback, as I hope to continue editing and making these acceptable for publication.","content":"Dear love, excuse my absent minded thoughts,  \nThey mean no harm, they lack proper focus,  \nA smattering of random blips and dots,  \nYour image shared as pivotal locus.   \nGrant pardon for the tumbling of phrase,  \nDisjointed jumbled words in broken line,  \nThese noises stumble through the aural haze,  \nA brash attempt to greet the voice divine.  \nThese transgressions you clean with open palm,  \nConverting sins from red to purest white,  \nCover iniquity in righteous balm,  \nTo quell the anxious heart that strikes on sight.  \nAnd when the pulsing rhythm slows at last,  \nMy chestnut smiles as he has done in past.\n\n  \n  \n\n","series":{"name":"Poetry","previous":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/632063-brevity-of-fire.json"}}
