But I just don't know what I want to do...\nOnce again, another poem I wrote from the heart.","content":"Everywhere I go, everywhere I look\n\nI see men and women alike\n\nRepeating the same routines day by day\n\nLike a toddler circling the block on his trike\n\nIt seems to be the way of the world today\n\nBack to the same place over and over again\n\nAn everlasting loop that makes the day\n\nFrom as early as 6 to as late as 11\n\nBut what about me? What have I done?\n\nHave I fallen in the same line?\n\nAm I just another statistic?\n\nDid I miss a chance to claim what's mine?\n\nI look around seeing my peers around me\n\nWondering if they have the same idea\n\nI figure that they are just like I\n\nAnd hope they have it together, oh my\n\nYet I just don't feel the same way\n\nWhenever I turn, it's like a house of mirrors\n\nIt's my reflection and I looking at each other\n\nMaking me feel like having night terrors\n\nI just can't take it anymore!\n\nI can't possibly keep going on like this!\n\nMy life right now is rocking me to the core!\n\nIt seems that I'll never again be in bliss...\n\nBut I can't stop, can't give up\n\nI've been told that it gets better with time\n\nLike taking a remedy from a cup\n\nMy life will soon be in it's prime\n\nEven with every passing day\n\nEven with all of the support, it's not enough\n\nI feel I'm going in circles\n\nTimes are beginning to get tough\n\nSo what is a guy like me to do?\n\nDo I just sit back at let life pass me by?\n\nHell no, forget this waiting game\n\nThis cheetah is gonna find his way to fame\n\n  \n  \n\n","series":{"name":"Poetry","previous":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/681314-daringtodream.json","next":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/681321-boundlessfreedom.json"}}
