This time its back to the furry poetry! This subject is regarding a type of dragon from the book I'm writing, Reign of Ice. In the book there are ice element dragons known as the Itari, but there is another type of ice element dragon above them which is known as the White Wraith. They live only at the very top and bottom of the (fictional) world and are spoken of in other places as myths or legends. They are truly in a special and are far above the dragons most people will ever. There are a few other special dragons in the same class as White Wraith's but they are widely spaced so that they do not run into each other and but heads. Their sheer level of power is almost indescribable.","content":"* * *\n\nFar to the north in  \nthe frozen expanse  \nat the top of the world.\n\nA frigid land of ice  \nand sea where only the  \nbravest dare to tread.\n\nHidden away from  \nthe empires of men and  \ndragon alike lies a kingdom  \nwhere only the strong survive.\n\nA land of eternal night and  \neternal day. Where the snow  \nalways falls and the ice  \nnever melts.\n\nWhite wraiths fly underneath glowing  \nskies on wings that conjure  \nnever-ending storms.\n\nThey burrow into ice as strong  \nas steel and swim through waters  \nthat could freeze the blood of  \nmere mortals.\n\nTheir claws can dig through ice.  \nTheir wings are sharper then prized  \nswords. Their eyes glow like sunlight,  \ntheir scales are purest white.\n\nCan you outpace them in the icy water  \nwhere they can breathe as easily as if  \nit were the purest air?\n\nLords of the air, ice, and sea.  \nWhat have they to fear from anyone?\n\nYou rule as kings while they stand  \ntall as legends. Myths from a land long  \nforgotten by others.\n\nIncur not the wrath of the white  \nwraith for their wings are storms.  \nTheir roars shatter the land.  \nTheir tails crack the ice and  \nnothing escapes from their all  \nseeing gaze.\n\nIce runs through their veins and  \nfear is an emotion known only to  \nthose lesser beings underneath their  \nclaws.\n\nIf you catch a glimpse of the  \nliving legend then pray they  \nhave mercy on your soul  \nand do not send you down to  \nthe icy depths where you belong.\n\n  \n  \n\n","series":{"name":"National Poetry Writing Month","previous":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/689541-how-many.json","next":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/690169-gates-of-osmium-iridium.json"}}
