{"sf1_id":693398,"sf2_id":"rn6wL5G1","title":"What is life worth living for?","author":"NoctisIgnem","words":212,"posted_at":"2014-04-15T16:34:00.000Z","tags":["Emotional","Other","Pain","Poem","Suicide"],"url":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/693398-what-is-life-worth-living-for","original_url":"https://sofurry.com/s/rn6wL5G1","image_url":"https://cdn.sofurryfiles.com/submissions/thumbnails/45/90/459064c9-0bc7-4f6a-a3f2-ce3e9570cd0b","description":"#8 of Poetry\n\nI just made this poem to get some emotions out of my body, to not focus on the pain.\nSo yeah, I'm in a really bad mood right now,\nthey thought we had a good talk, I ended up crying alone in the dark.\nNot happy with how my life is so far except some bright points.\nMaybe I should've ended it four years ago, too late now.\nI'll see how I'll manage.","content":"What is life worth living for,  \nwhen those around me won't see,  \nall the good things that I do,  \njust keep complaining, hating me.\n\nThey tell me that they keep helping,  \nthat they are always there and ready for me,  \nbut that they get nothing in return,  \njust disobedience, the truth they won't see.\n\nI always try to be a good person,  \na good friend, sibling and son,  \nbut even if I make just one mistake,  \nthey always get mad, the love is gone.\n\nThese things make me feel all sick inside,  \nfeeling sad, unwanted, unloved, misunderstood.  \nTrying to confront you about these feelings,  \nresults in pain and misery being added to the flood.\n\nI am once more at the point of no return,  \ngetting ready to give the fatal slice.  \nThinking about those that I'm leaving behind,  \nI feel no sorrow, not very loved, isn't it nice?\n\nI stop to think and realise,  \nthis is a selfish thing to do.  \nSomeone special is waiting on me,  \nand I'm not ruining it because of you.\n\nSo as I lower my knife and remove my tears,  \nmy feelings return to the depth once more.  \nBut they are still there and waiting for the day,  \nthat the last remark creates not tears but gore.\n\n  \n  \n\n","series":{"name":"Poetry","previous":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/693397-feelings-around-the-world.json","next":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/693400-empty-smiles.json"}}
