# The Cold Winter Rain [Loss Love Poem]

Hey guys! I got bored and decided to make a little poem about loss love. Love is a special feeling everyone should embrace when they come in contact with. Love isn't forever, but you should enjoy it while it lasts. This was made for those who have lost/left their love ones and feel the pain I put into this poem. I never lost my love; actually come to think of it, I don't even have a love yet. But you know, I like to write from the heart.
I'm also writing this because I do enjoy writing poems. Also gives me an idea on what to write for my next chapter of my story.

_ **I sat outside, in the cold winter rain** _

_**Hoping he would come, to take me again. (a-GAIN)**_

_ **I looked at my paws, to see white, cream snow. ** _

_ **I felt my large muscles tense, but it was probably for the best. ** _

_ **I saw someone in his house, so I decided to check. ** _

_ **I looked at his window, to only see a shadow a-flow. ** _

_ **I remember the day we met, it was a slow hearty day. ** _

_ **It soon turned into hell, with you shot at bay.** _

_ **I knew it to be true, The man who lied before me, was genuine and true.** _

_ **Before I met you, I was a lonely wanderer, searching for a place to belong, ** _

_ **you came into my life, and gave me love, ** _

_ **you gave me hope, and a place to call home.** _

_ **I saw you with my eyes, I knew it had to be lies.** _

_ **I treasured you in my heart, Only wishing we'd never be apart. ** _

_ **My heart really hurts, and my chest is in pain.** _

_ **My life without you, will never be the same. ** _

_ **Some say a broken heart is like a shattered vase, ** _

_ **Fragile edible pieces scattered all over the place.** _

_ **When you left me alone, I knew I didn't have a place to call home. ** _

_ **I remember how it used to be, you and me,** _

_ **having fun times, living wild super dreams. ** _

_ **You were my angel, you fell into my heart** _

_ **But my heart has been broken, where do I even start? ** _

_ **But like all stories, it must come to an end.** _

_ **I will never forget that, you were always my friend.** _

_ **But there is one saying, that is always true.** _

_ **True friends are never apart,** _

_ **Maybe in distance,** _

_ **But never in heart. ** _

_ **With that being said, I walked down the lane.** _

_ **I then started to smile, in the Cold Winter Rain. ** _
