May you be mankind's final fate._

A small girl sits in a colorless plain. Staring into nothing, for nothing is all that exists. She has sat here staring into nothing, for she is unborn, her ties with fate held tightly against her soul. How long has she sat there, how can you measure it for time does not exist in her world.

Suddenly the string of fate burn into her soul, causing her soul to flicker in pain, a sensation she has never felt before. Such a exciting yet fearful feeling, so new yet so strange.

The pain stops, and she is left again with no sensations at all. Nothing but nonexistence around her. No color, no depth, no light, no dark.

'No this can not be, for I have touched existence, and it touched me in return.'

She looks down now, at her body. A shiny dark silvery form appearing before her eyes, with small appendages below her vision, at the end of each sticks out more. Twelve appendages sticking out from her feet, for that is the word that has formed into her mind. These appendages are legs, and this form below me is my body.

She looks to her left and right, slowly lifting two more appendages beside her body. These seem more flexible and at the tip much flatter. What should be toes in her mind are much longer and thinner. 'No I am wrong, these are my fingers.' twelve fingers total, 'My fingers are joined by my arm and my arm is joined at my body.

Suddenly something appears in front of her, something dark and tall, its form seems to be folded down. It drops something in front of her and vanishes, the item it left still here.

The little girl can not help but let curiosity over the new world take her. She moved her right leg forward and then fell, her new legs can not hold her weight. So instead she learns how to move her arms and her knees together, discovering crawling. She crawled to the strange item and touched it without fear. It seemed to be a arm, with fingers and all. Yet this one is more flat, not connected to a body, and seems to have something coming out of it. She touches the new thing that has yet to be discovered dripping from the arm, 'This is blood.' the words come to her in great force.

Suddenly her body demands her to drink it, and the words in her mind demand her to do the same. She slowly obeys, never hesitating, never faulting. The taste feels her body with warmth, something in her mouth for that is what she now knows it to be, tingles at the new feeling. She takes her finger and rubs it slowly on the strange part of her, only to cut her finger and pull away.

Teeth.

Pain, harm, blood.

No... no blood comes from the cut on her finger. Nothing comes out, and the cut slowly folds back down, healing over as if it wished to never exist. She stares at the arm now, her body screams to eat, her mind tells her to eat, so she eats.

The flesh easily being torn apart by her teeth as she bites down into the hand. The bone underneath crushing, splintering, and being absorbed. The blood that lines the flesh also being absorbed, the tingling in her teeth as they suck in the arm, her tounge even absorbing the blood as it cuts the flesh.

She soon runs out of food. She sits there and waits, hoping the figure will show itself again. It soon does.

This time the little girl can see it, a face, on top of the figure.

The little girl holds her arms out, words forming in her mouth, "Momma."

The figure crouches down to the girls level, and a arm is now seen, It lunges at the little girl and hits her in the face, making her fall over and tumble.

Pain. Burning pain, the pain in her face causing a new feeling to be found, eyes. They feel heavy on her face, as if they are trying to speak, the little girl can not help but make a noise, she knows not why. However it feels good to do so.

The woman picks her up by her arm, pulling her up as her eyes stare straight into the girl's.

"You can not shed tears, you can not cry. So stop trying to be human." The woman hits her again, only this time with another arm, coming from the left.

Pain. Severe pain, coming from both sides of her face as she cries dryly, "Momma! Momma hurt!"

"You have no mother, for you are a abomination. Abominations have no mothers or fathers. I told you to stop being human."

Another hit, and darkness.

--------------------------------one month later.

Umila's mind is cloudy with hunger and confusion many cloaked figures surrounding her, so many voices and noises. Her stomach growls for hunger, her mind tells her to find it, however she can not find it.

Around her sits over a hundred cloaked men and women, all part of the same cult that brought her into existence. She is chained by the neck to a large stage beside the leader of the cult. He unlike the others wears a dark purple cloak, all others wear black. He stand on a podium to address his followers, screaming like a mad prophet of all of the miracles the little girl beside her will perform.

"-raise up the demons known as man, and toss them into a great war. For she shall feast upon their flesh, crush their bones, drink upon their bones, and destroy our enemies will a with determination far greater than any so called angel they have."

He now raises the girl by the chain, lifting her into the air as she is hanged from her neck. She does not seem to care too much however, still looking around the same as before, searching for food. He shakes the chain and yells.

"Umila shall be our salvation! It shall bring us to our true heaven while humans shall find a new hell upon this earth! All now, shout out with me!"

"Umila, Umila, Umila, may you be mankind's true fate!"

--------------------------------one year later.

Umila sits chained in her room. The chains are placed in the middle of the room, all melted into the floor so that she can not escape. The walls are made of ashy brick and the windows have metal bars covering them. The front wall, where Umila's chair faces (which is also melted into the floor), is made entirely of steel rods. Making her room seem like a cell instead of a actual room.

In Front of her room sits the leader of the cult, who Umila has been forced to call Master. His desk and chair seem to be made of a almost blood red wood. His office seems to be much more regal than any other place in the castle, its gold and jeweled walls and furniture can be seen all over the room.

"Umila hungry Master..."

"I fed you two days ago you monster, if you bother me again I will smelt your back again..."

Umila shuffles in her chair, her stomach yelling at her and her mind doing the same, "Umila need food. Why Master no feed Umila?"

The leader angrily punches his desk and looks at Umila, his eyes wide with anger, "You wish to ask me a question?! A bastard monster child who begs for rotting corpses! You best watch your tounge before I cut it off!"

"But Umila hungry. Not Umila fault Master feed Umila humans."

At this retort he pushes the papers on his desk to the floor and grabs his staff, the end of it holds a sharp ruby infused with magic. You can see the power in it glow red as he grabs it. He stomps over to the cell and opens the door, rushing over to her as he lifts his metal boot and kicks her in the face. Causing Umila to fall down to the floor and start to cry, even if no tears can escape her eyes.

"I told you before that back talk will get you punished! Now turn around!"

Umila lays on her side on the floor and cries, her hands covering her face as she cries into them. In response the man kicks her shoulder hard, forcing her to lay on her stomach. He stamps his foot into her elbow to keep her hands from attacking him. He then points his staff tip first at her back.

"Now you shall be obedient!"

--------------------------------four years later

Umila's back is still melting from Master's punishment. She asked him to give her something other than human corpses, he replied by saying, "Those who deny their destiny defy me!" and then he punished her again. To make it worse he even took her food again, making this the second month without food.

'Maybe if I just shut up he will not hurt me...' Umila keeps thinking to herself, knowing full well that his anger is always flowing through him.

She hears the door open and Master walks back in, carrying a leg in his hand, "Here you disobedient mongrel. The last thing I need is for our tool to melt and die." He opens the cage and tosses the leg at her, closing it quickly.

Umila knows what he means, after each time she gets punished and eats all of her scars gets healed. Even the melted back gets healed. Umila bends down and begins to feast upon the leg, her back cooling down and reforming as she does.

Master goes to his desk and sits down, sighing, "Damn your kind... I swear that if heaven and hell existed your metal kind or the worst demons. I mean really how can you explain a metal girl that eats humans? I know our magic brought you into this world, but I wonder where you come from..."

Umila finishes her meal and looks up, "Umila has no parents... Umila no have origin..."

"That is right, and yet your goody goody so called 'brother' has sensed your presence. How the hell do you have a brother? We did not bring him, the damn priests of light did. Apparently they used some stupid saint to create him. That was years ago though, and that giant pain in the ass is still alive."

Umila tilts her head at this, "Umila... brother?"

Master sighs and taps his fingers on the desk, "Yes, you have a brother apparently. He is the exact opposite of you, tall, male, so called pure and just, and most of all he apparently eats monsters like you. He has killed countless beasts and murderers that he and the church of light consider impure... I swear they are all insane, just a few decades back he killed their leader, claiming he had a impure soul and wished to take down the church. The idiots actually believed him and allowed him to chose a new leader, and after that he chose a f\\*cking nun from the middle of no where. I do not care if she was apparently the best and kindest ruler they have ever had, she is killing us!"

At this he bashed his fist into the table at the end of this sentence, causing his books to fall off his desk. Umila tilts her head the other way, "Brother... Church of Light?..."

Master shakes his head in annoyance and rubs his brow, "Yes Umila, your 'brother' is part of the enemy. Which ans he and his people will kill you and us if they find this place..."

"Yes Master..."

-------------------------------- four years later.

Umila's mind is so clouded she can barely think.

Umila sits on the chair, her arms chained behind her back as Master demanded, her punishments grew more frequent than normal.

Master comes in, carrying food.

"Umila eat food, Master?"

"Yes you disgusting creature, have your corpse meat."

Master walks away.

Umila eats Master's corpse meat.

Umila still hungry.

"Umila eat food, Master. Umila food eat!"

"Shut up you freak, I have no more food. You shut up and sit still."

"Umila food! Master feed Umila!"

"I told you already, I have no more food, you will have to just wait another weak for your disgusting food."

"Umila food! Umila eat food! Master feed Umila food!"

"Do you want to be tortured again you monster?! Do you?!"

Umila calms down at this, her back already melted from her torture from last time.

"Umila stay. Umila quiet."

---------------------------------Two Weeks later

Master comes in carrying food.

"Umila eat food, Master?"

"Shut up wench."

Master walks away, dropping food on floor.

"Master, stay?"

Master stops walking away and turns back.

"What did you say?"

"Master stay? Master eat food with Umila?"

Master is angry at this and goes to hit her.

Umila sees this and opens her mouth, clamping down on Master's fist as she pulls her head back head. Master's fingers ripping from his palm as Umila greedily eats them.

"You filthy whore!" Master crawls in corner, holding his fist as he stares at Umila.

Umila stands up and smiles at master, her teeth stained in Master's blood. "Master Umila food. Master good food."

"No! Stay away! Help!... HELP! HEL-'Crack'"

"Master no talk. Master no hurt Umila."

---------------------------------------two months later

"Umila want food! Umila hungry!"

Umila walks down the halls, her chains ripped off the walls of her cell, dragging on the ground as the echo through the empty mansion. After eating all of Master and Master's students Umila can finally think straight. Her tongue and stomach can not however, even after eating so much food.

"Umila want food! Master no feed Umila! Umila eat Master, Umila eat food!"

Umila angrily beats on the wall in frustration, only to have it suddenly vanish. The weight of her hit causing her to fall out of the now open hole. Landing into something soft and wet.

Umila stands up, now realizing that the wall was really a door and the soft ground is grass. She looks up and smiles widely, suddenly realizing what is happening.

"Umila... free."

------------------------------------next day

Umila walks along a long flowing river. Her hunger getting the best of her as she tried to eat her shackles, only to find out that they were inedible. She did however find out that her teeth could cut them open, as she now walked freely without the burden of the heavy metal chains dragging her.

Suddenly she spotted something down the river, a young boy in the shade of a tree. He seemed to be throwing a wire from the tip of a pole, thrusting the wire into the river. Beside him is a bucket filled with something Umila has never seen before. The boy seems different from Master, he is smaller and with less wrinkles. Not wearing robes like Master either, and in fact seemed to only wear a shirt and pants.

Suddenly Umila's stomach tells her he is food,

Umila's mind tells her he is food,

So Umila decided he is food.

Umila run at him, fueled by hunger and hatred, her mouth wide open, ready to bite at her new source of food.

"Umila hungry! Umila eat food!"

Suddenly the boy looks at her, and his face does something so bizarre it forces her to stop. Her mouth half closed now as she stares at him, his mouth doing something she has never seen before.

"Are you hungry? I am guessing you want some fish?" The boy says, his mouth still doing that strange expression.

"Umila... confused..."

The boy blinks in surprise at the and sits up, his expression now making her feel... calm.

"What are you confused about, Umila?"

Umila points at his mouth, tilting her head slightly, "Man... strange face with mouth..."

The boy laughs at this, his laugh seems to make Umila want to calm down even more, "I am smiling silly."

"Smm-I-Ling?"

"Yes, it is something my lips do when I am happy."

"Ha-p-py?"

The boy laughs again, reaching into his bucket and pulling out a strange wet item, "Here, eat this."

Umila takes it from him, biting into it hard and staring at him in surprise. It tastes alot better than any of the food she has ever eaten, and he teeth seem to absorb it much easier than any of the food Master gave her.

"Food... Good..."

The boy gives her another one, "So you do like fish. Thats good, because it is all I got."

After eating the fish and smiling happily she tilts her head, pointing at the boy, "You... new master?"

The boy raises a eyebrow at this and laughs again, "Master?.. My you are strange. My name is Sadhe, and no Umila I am not your master."

Umila tilts her head in confusion, the new food clearing her head slightly, "Sadhe... Sadhe nice to Umila. This make Sadhe... Umila's..." The word slowly forms in her head and her head straightens up as she remembers it, "Sadhe Umila's friend?"

This makes Sadhe chuckle and nod, "Sure I'll be your friend Umila... can you do me a favor first?"

Umila smiles with glee and nods, "What Umila do?"

Sadhe points at the river and smiles nervously, "Can you wash up?... you smell kind of like a rotting corpse no offence, and you are kind of covered in blood..."

"Wash up?..."

"You know... clean?... take a bath?... here, just go stand in the water and I'm sure you can figure it out."

Umila nods and slowly walks to the water, however she stops as she sees something in it. It causes her to jump back in fear, falling on her back as she shivers, "M-Monster in water!"

Sadhe tilts his head and chuckles again, "You must mean your reflection silly. I will admit you are kind of creepy..."

"Re-Refle-tion?"

"Yes, reflection. You are looking at your face Umila..."

This makes her tilt her head as curiosity fuels her to slowly crawl back towards the water.

She can now see what she looks like. Her eyes are wide open and completely black, in the middle of both seems to be two small holes that glow red. Her skin shines a dull metalic color, making her wonder if she is even human at all. Her lips carmine with dried blood, her smile is wide and you can see her huge sharp teeth. She opens her mouth and sees that there is a second row behind her front teeth, just as frightening as the ones in front. Her smile itself is very disproportionate to her face, the tips of her lips reaching so far back it seems to almost touch her ears. Her teeth seem to be like the teeth of monsters that wake up grown men in their nightmares, her unblinking eyes only making it worse.

"Umila... monster..."

She sits back and covers her face as she cries into her hands. Terrified and disgusted at how she looks. Now understanding why Master and the others called her a monster and kept her caged. Even understanding why Master said all those years ago that her brother would kill her, she is a monster.

Umila flinches as she feels Sadhe place a hand on her back. softly turning her around so that she can see his face. His eyes are such a vivid green they appear to be a ocean of trees, his pale skin only making them seem more colorful.

"You are not a monster Umila. You are beautiful... in your own special way." Sadhe chuckles and slowly wraps his arms around her, bringing her in for a comforting hug.

Umila does not know what to do, however she soon mimics him. Holding him closely as she dryly cries into his shoulder.

"You are not evil, people only perceive you to be... now really, you need to take a bath. You're scaring away the fish with your smell."
