Why would he drive four hours to confront my biological dad? I don't get it.\"\n\nArt had now lathered himself up from the neck down with the body wash. \"Did you sound upset when you told your parents you met your biological dad?\"\n\n\"I don't think I did,\" Venti said. \"Could that be it? Did they think I was upset?\"\n\n\"Your dad sounds like the kind of father who would do anything for their kids,\" Art said, letting the water rinse off the lather. \"He's probably just overreacting.\"\n\nVenti looked down at Art, unconsciously licking his lips. \"Maybe he is, but did he have to pick this exact moment to overreact?\"\n\n\"I dunno,\" Art said. \"Do you have to look at me while I'm in the shower?\"\n\n\"All the time.\"\n\n\"Then there's your answer,\" Art said with a smirk curling up his lip. \"He can't fight what he believes in, just like you can't fight what you believe in.\"\n\nVenti blinked. \"And just what, pray tell, do I believe in?\"\n\n\"Being a complete voyeur, of course.\"\n\nVenti grinned. \"And proud of it.\"\n\n  \n  \n\n","series":{"name":"Welcome Back to Cappuccinos!","previous":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/732451-welcome-back-to-cappuccinos-part-14.json","next":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/737978-welcome-back-to-cappuccinos-part-16.json"}}
