It has seen a popularity I didn't expect,\nleastwise not here on SoFurry. So, to that end, I would like to thank you all, especially those who voted, faved or commented.\nI'm glad you derived so much pleasure from the series. There has been numerous questions\nconcerning whether or not I might add some stories. The answer is no. Summer is\nat an end, and therefore so is the series. However...                There\nis always the Allure of Autumn. That is the working title for a possible (note:\npossible) new series.  What will\ndetermine if I bother? Several factors really. If you know anything about me,\nor pay attention to my page, you'll know I'm a numbers person. That was part of\nthe reason this series lasted to the end. So...                I'll\nwant a show of hands for anyone who reads this epilogue. After two weeks, I am\ngoing to tally the number of views and compare that to the likes or votes. If\nthe percentage meets my approval, then I will resume life with these characters\n(as well as more) and The Unexpected Summer will indeed evolve into a\nwonderful autumn.
