Goodbye Friend.

What do you do

When a friend becomes an echo?  
  
How do you move  
When a sword has been lodged in your ego?  
  
Where do you go  
When your emotions have frozen over?  
  
When will it be  
When they return?  
  
Why should it even matter  
If when they return, I will only know a fragment of their echo?  
  
I do not know these things. I just sit down...  
  
...and cry.
