I forget the exact story that lead to this. Simply, I wanted to do a sequel to Academic Study starring Macie, because I really like the idea of a nerdy girl exploring her sexuality in semi-scientific way. So I suppose this is the extension of that. But since this couldn't be contained in one story... I made many of them. Or at least plan to make many of them. The first chapter will be posted next week, and while I won't promise that there will be new chapters every two weeks, that is now my aim.
We'll see if this works.

I can say with confidence that I am an anomaly.

I don't think it's very often that somebody would purchase a dildo in order to have an academic look into how their own body responded to orgasm and sexual pleasure. Nor would it be often that someone approaches sex and intimacy in the manner that I plan to do so; I fully recognize that it is unusual. But for me, to explore myself in the slapdash and haphazard way that most approach these subjects, muddying them in the waters of relationships? No, that is not for me.

I've always been an analytical type. My mother tells me that as soon as I started to talk, I learned to ask questions and pestered her with them. My father also got them, and they were kind enough to tolerate and explain whatever they could. In fostering this inquisitive nature, they found books to read to explain to me, and later gave me those very same books to learn for myself. They even showed me the Internet, which opened up a vast store of knowledge just waiting to be found, though things I wasn't looking for sometimes entered the search results of things I was, and my curiosity demanded I explore them as well. Though initially flustered, my parents did give me a satisfactory explanation to my prurient quieries, which resulted in me having 'the talk' much earlier than most parents might be comfortable with.

The subject of sexuality was quite interesting to me, and though I do not think I would take it up as my major of study. But even so, there remains no reason not to do a study of self-exploration, is it not? I can already say that purchasing a sex toy for my personal edification has been illuminating of itself, as I've discovered the extent of my ability to bestow pleasure on myself, including that I do seem to be a bit of an exhibitionist. That was... startling to discover. But while the results so far have been unexpected, I welcome what I might find in exploring myself and others.

Now... to secure subjects for this next part of the study...
