# Our Paradise, hidden in plain sight.

My first(official) poem, I will probably cringe when I come back looking at this in a few years.

I never thought i would maybe end up writing a poem, or have the urge to write more. Well, here I am, a German writing english poems, because german is an annoying language.     Please, if there are any things that make no sense, no matter how you look at it, it might just be me trying to be graceful in a language which isn't native to me. ;)

This was coming to me as I lay in my room at night while I thought about something Uncle Kage said (and some things that were posted over at /r/furry, but that doesn't really play any role).

**Paradise**

Laying down here, faced with darkness

Below me lies Earth, our great goddess

Giving birth to daemons which haunt our history

Who's allowance to faithfuls will forever be mystery.

 

And no! We don't learn.

But yes! We yearn,

For a better world to come.

 

Go on looking for this worlds beauty

Which in misled search you cannot reach

Your life and living can always be fruity

But our paradise is easy to breach.

 

Take care of it with us

Us; gryphons and cubs

Us; mares, drakes and tigers,

Lovers and peaceful fighters.

 

We will give you heaven

With sisters and brethren

A big family for all those

Who will have us with faults.
