Just let it go.\u0026nbsp;\n\nDon't think. Just be.\u0026nbsp;\n\nGo ahead... Do it.\u0026nbsp;\n\nI'll wait.\u0026nbsp;\n\n...\n\n...\n\n...\n\nHow many of us a truly happy?\n\nI mean... Right here. Right now. This moment. Are you truly happy?\u0026nbsp;\n\nThe truth? I'm guessing? Probably not.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThat's why we fill our lives with so many distractions. Work, entertainment, projects, relationships...\n\nWe overwhelm ourselves. It's by our own design.\u0026nbsp;\n\n...Because if we create even an inch of empty space in our heads? We have to confront the horrible truth.\u0026nbsp;\n\nEvery single on of us. are chasing a \"thing\" that will truly make us \"happy\".\n\nThat includes you. That includes me.\u0026nbsp;\n\n...And the reality? Nothing ever will.\u0026nbsp;\n\nI've spent time in the homes of people from every socioeconomic background.\u0026nbsp;\n\nEvery single one of them is equally unhappy. \u0026nbsp;\n\nHappiness isn't something you can achieve. It's not something you can find.\u0026nbsp;\n\nHappiness is now. Happiness is this heartbeat.\u0026nbsp;\n\nHappiness is the breath in our lungs. It's a warm cup of coffee. It's the moments we spend with the people we love.\u0026nbsp;\n\nWe're only alive for an instant. Then it's over.\u0026nbsp;\n\nThis is my Christmas gift to you. One simple phrase.\u0026nbsp;\n\nBe mindful of this moment...
