After the school button-popping-incident, I noticed Steven's shirts started looking a little skintight on him. He went up from a large to an extra-large t-shirt size. His pants went from a 42 to a 44. But those were no issue since we had an influx of clothes and no other children needed them in that size.       Then, one day, Steven told me a miraculous story about his endeavors at school. There was a new boy in his class, a Grizzly Bear named Marcus, who had stood up to the bullies after school and befriended Steven. As the two had no other friends, the two quickly became best friends. But, a trouble arose, as it always does. Sister Grace had no intention of letting Steven go off to see Marcus after school.       Steven pleaded with her, but she had her mind 100% made up. There was nothing he could do, save being adopted.  I asked Marcus's parents if they would; they gave a cold, brief, negative reply.
