{"sf1_id":872176,"sf2_id":"JewRLWM1","title":"Words Apart","author":"FunnyFarm","words":204,"posted_at":"2015-06-12T02:36:00.000Z","tags":["Emotions","Love","Poem","Romance"],"url":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/872176-words-apart","original_url":"https://sofurry.com/s/JewRLWM1","image_url":"https://cdn.sofurryfiles.com/submissions/thumbnails/a9/72/a9720775-decc-4d63-98c6-1193971a9f31","description":"#2 of Gooshy Poems\n\nWords apart have no meaning, but come together and they can speak the most beauteous of things.","content":" ~~Wayne Magill~~\n\nFor all the day and night I questioned  \nThe wholeness of my pursuit,  \nAnd thought and thought I sectioned  \nTowards my emotions a-shoot.  \n  \nTo and fro my thoughts would wander  \nAcross the emotions felt,  \nFor his requite I would ponder  \nAnd leave my heart in a melt.  \n  \nFor soon the time arose  \nTo unveil those thoughts of mine,  \nBut it's felt only one knows  \nThe depth of these thoughts divine.  \n  \nFor great ocean and great mine  \nHath not the scope,  \nAnd not sunset nor sunshine  \nHath such amorous hope.  \n  \nWords themselves are small  \nAnd fittingly have no voice,  \nBut I'd gladly write them all  \nIn hopes of your rejoice.  \n  \nFor while \"I\" is a simple being  \nAnd without his sentence,  \nIt may speak so of freeing  \nAnd rid itself of repentance.  \n  \nFor while \"love\" and those alike  \nAre simple verbs by themselves,  \nTogether they may strike  \nAs deep as two hearts delve.  \n  \nFor while \"you\" is just a calling  \nAnd for some is just a term,  \n'Tis the word for I've been falling  \nAnd the word I wrote in heart a-firm.  \n  \nFor though apart these words lose all sense  \nTogether they pass all through,  \nThey're without subsitute and hence:  \nI love you.  \n  \n  \n\n","series":{"name":"Gooshy Poems","previous":"https://fse.anthro.fr/stories/872031-the-flower-on-the-hill.json"}}
