**Last log** 6/1/15: Carin and I had the strangest day. First we get assigned to an obscure mission in the forest, then we got chase by so weird thing. Neither of us could catch a glimpse of it. We managed to escape the forest with our lives. It's getting late and we're both probably tired. I left Carin by the campfire, she shouldn't be too long though. We'll see what happens in the morning.

The door of the tent was unzipped and Carin entered through the entrance. "You still have that old thing?" She asked pointing at the old mini laptop in Theodore's hand. "I never could part with this..." Theodore said raising the now-closed mini laptop. "Well whatever, s'long as you're happy with it" Carin walked into the tent, took off her trekking boots, and closed the entrance. "Now move over bunny boy, I need to comfortable" Theodore shuffled across the floor of the tent so that Carin could wiggle herself into her sleeping bag. Almost immediately a pungent and horrid aroma assaulted Theodore's olfactory senses. "UGGH, WHAT'S THAT SMELL!?" "It's probably my boots" Carin snorted pointing at the boots by the entrance of the tent. "Aww, c'mon, you couldn't have put them outside?" Theodore complained. "They're stinking up the whole damn tent!" Carin burst out laughing as Theodore tried to protect his nose from the invading stench." Fine, I'll move them ya big baby." She said as she got up to move the boots outside. "Thank you" Theodore said finally able to relax. "Now let's get some sleep, we've had a long day." The two finally got around to lying still enough to drift off into a deep sleep with nothing but the moonlight and the sound of distant crickets.
