#5 of poetry

I fell into my own trap by wanting you to fall
My biggest concern was to break you above all.

I wanted you to cry, I wanted you to feel
I wanted you to collapse, all 'cause of me.

I thought I could play without ever losing a game
I thought it would be amusing never to fail again

I felt I could be the ocean while you were the ship
And only a wild move was needed to sink.

But nothing could destroy you, you didn't just leave
You caught all the bullets and threw them back to me

Then with a satisfied move you wiped off the blood
And that moment I realized this could never be love.....
