That theme I randomly choose for each month. This month is obviously spookiness and such. ^.^","content":"With the night so quiet it is easy to hear,\n\nThe sound of the reaper drawing near.\n\nEvery night he inches closer to you,\n\nHowever he isn't likely to go \"boo\".\n\nHe won't jump out at you to a sharp music queue,\n\nThere won't be an orchestra following closely behind you.\n\nOne day he will be in your home without you knowing,\n\nHe'll start with small objects for throwing.\n\nAfter a while he will start moving things in your sight,\n\nThe objects growing bigger in size similar to your fright.\n\nNow he's whispering things to your ear,\n\nJust low enough to not understand, only fear.\n\nNow you can't be in your house alone,\n\nSo you call over a friend with your house phone.\n\nYour friend arrives several minutes later with snacks,\n\nHe also brought another friend for safety in packs.\n\nAs the time ticks to one in the morning, most of you are asleep,\n\nAll except you, huddled in your bed about to weep.\n\nYour eyes fixated at the open door that lead to the hallway,\n\nHis shadow passing by the door before he decided to stay.\n\nYou stare each other down, sweat sliding down your cheek,\n\nHis unending gaze locking you in place, you are the one he seeks.\n\nHe inches closer to you, your breathing no longer audible,\n\nYou notice he held a knife close to his chest, though dull.\n\nSuddenly the lights flick on and he vanished,\n\nYour friend stood at the door way tired and famished.\n\nYou sighed happily and helped your friend,\n\nGoing out the room and around the bend.\n\nYou return your warm bed and sleep soundly,\n\nDreams of everything around you being friendly.\n\nYou wake up with everyone leaving already,\n\nYet something is missing from what you can see.\n\nYou watched your friend leave your place,\n\nYet one was not counted for but you forgot his face.\n\nThat is until you heard the news,\n\nOf a stranger killer loose.\n\n  \n  \n\n"}
