Hope you enjoyed. Spyro and Cynder is well under way. :D
In the days of the war's of succession
when the time for the humans departure was much hoped for
in the caves of Zatarim next to the tower of Dracanis
Someone slandered vindicator Chrnoimir to the ancient Hrobromus

So the dragon ancient summoned the vindicator
and in front of all the elders told him
"vindicator you are neither water nor blood"

When the vindicator heard that his clawed hand flew
grabbing and holding his saber firmly true
as his two scaly eyes pierced the ancient as if they were arrows

The elder's shook in fear from the hero of the mountains
in horror that he would not draw his sword at the ancient
As if he had clawed his manly heart the vinicator screamed
"Master! By the ancestors what did you spoke!?!?"

With great rage the vindicator flew from the ancient and the elders
flying high towards the sky before landing in front of his lair
He took his best armor with him and with a roar he swore on his family's good name
that he would go this day alone and unaccompanied to the town of Maligrad
and to a duel summon the great Thoras the human prince.

he donned his armor on his scaly draconic form and without delay flew to the human town
Chernomir flew as if carried by the winds, tiring his massive form against the storm
arriving ever closer to the town and to the human lands that he chose
going to the humans, the worst villains that he knew.

So if he would die, that he would die by a hero's hand from the famous and renowned dragonslayer line.

Landing loudly in front of the gates with spikes and the moat surrounding them
Chernomir shouted at the frightened guards "SUMMON ME THORAS!"
when the guards heard and saw who it was they rushed off for their master
and soon enough the human prince presented himself on the town gates
and when he saw the angry dragon suddenly his smiled in joy at his unexpected arrival

"Why come this morning" cheerfully the human boomed
"To escape to my strong town from a vengeful ancient my friend?"
"We welcome you full heartily my friend, you neednt worry for your life"

Cheromir exploded into a fiery rage "enough dont speak no nonsense!"
"I have come here to summon you to a duel"
"so don your armor, get out and chose a spot for the duel"
the words hit Thoras as if they were lighting itself

He couldnt accept the duel for he was afraid for his head
forgetting the honor that his great dragonslayer line held
but instead he gave a cowardly sign to the towers
and a thousand arrows flew, felling the dragon priest.

The heavens themselves cried
the tears of the ancestors soaking the fields far and wide
eternally asking why.

The dragon priests arrow riddled form collapsed
his swords falling from his grasp
as the humans rushed down pushing each other out of the way
to cut at the famous dragons head whom they can boast to slay.

On the dead dragon first came Fazan Hassan
swinging his unholy sword making the dragons head fall in a pool of blood

On the tallest stake in the castle the humans put the dragons head
from which he can now watch as the humans partied and celebrated
the women watched from the market, wanting to see the head of the famous dragon
hanging proudly form the top of a tower.

Raven the black bird circled around the town, falling hard on the walls
as tradition dictated to punish and feast on the male's head

Days passed and the humans rode, hard and past the dragon mountains bold
holding a bloody bag which they tossed in the caves
the dragons roared and gathered, quickly sensing the stench of the grave

"What is this!?" the ancient scream and the elders gasped
as a dragons head fell from the bag and into his grasp
his old scaly hands holding a bloody head
staining themselves on the blood of the dead.

Unable to recognize the familiar form in the messy dead head
the ancient roared and whimpered as the dead wounds still bleed
seeing the majestic horns which once stood on his friend
as he heard how the hero met his end.

the entire mountain shook as he cried
holding the head way up high
squealing, crying as he sensed the soul of the hero rest
"Damn you Cheronmir, cant you tell when I jest?"

His cry made the mountain dry
as he heard of the great lie
knowing now where the human hearts lie
and the cowardice that ran in its "heroes" high

The ancient yelled, uttering curses great
in the name of his friend, now so late
Damning the Thoras prince
and hating the human race since

"For the children fallen!"
"For the lives you have stolen!"
"For the honor you betrayed!"
"For the injustice you laid!"

"May the flame of dragons"
"burn your hordes of evil"
"burn your fallen kingdom"
"burn your fallen soul!""}
