When the three had  \nemerged from the stream, a flash of orange light appeared out of the brush which hit  \nNicobay square in the chest and threw him backwards into something solid, and then  \nblackness.  \n  \n\n\u0026nbsp; Nicobay's eyes shot open ignoring the stinging in his brain. Skrien and Ciel were in  \ntrouble and he had to help them. He quickly surveyed his surroundings and discovered  \nimmediately that he was in a foreign place. He was in a square room with grayish/bluish  \ntiles lining the floor. There was a large metal door to his left that was more than likely  \nlocked. The walls were painted gray, and on the wall directly in front of him, a large  \nrectangular window was situated toward the ceiling that overlooked the rest of the room.  \nThat window was his chance to break free of whatever enclosure this was.  \n  \nNicobay tried to stand up but was held in place. Thinking it was his muscles acting up  \nfrom the soreness, he tried again but to no avail. He turned his head to survey his body  \nand he found a plethora of machines hooked up to him. Pulling out his vines, Nicobay  \nwent to work on dismantling the machines which held him to the ground. After a few  \nminutes of no luck, Nicobay began to grow desperate and began thrashing as best he  \ncould against the machines.  \n  \n\n\u0026nbsp; \"Save your strength. It wasn't the fact that the charizard was a fire type that made Nicobay gasp; he had  \ndealt with strong fire pokemon in the past. What startled Nicobay was the charizard's  \ncolor: solid black. If you  \ndon't mind my asking, why are you that color?\"  \n  \n\"I don't mind, and to answer your question, it's because of random luck or so I'm told.  \nI'm not entirely sure myself, but I heard Team Rocket say something about one out of  \nevery thousand pokemon is born a unique color, and I was one of those ‘lucky' ones.\"  \n  \n\n\u0026nbsp; \"So, who's Team Rocket?\"  \n  \n\"You don't know? They're the reason you're here. This is their base and they want to  \nobserve you and run tests on unique pokemon.\"  \n  \n\"But why me?\"  \n  \n\"Isn't it obvious? You're not like other bayleefs, and you know it. I've seen others, and  \nnot one of them has a star on their heads or a dark coloration as you do.\"  \n  \nNicobay knew it was true. The entire reason he is colored that way is because of his  \nparents. Normally when two pokemon mate, their offspring naturally takes the form of  \nthe mother, regardless of the father. However, Nicobay was unique in that he has the  \nform of his mother, but he has some coloration and abilities from his father. Team  \nRocket must have noticed this and captured him and his parents to discern why Nicobay  \nwas different.  \n  \nNicobay continued, \"What kind of tests are they going to do to us?\"  \n  \n\"You name it, they'll probably do it: stamina, speed, strength, energy, elemental power,  \nheart rate, brain waves, and even sexual.\"  \n  \nNicobay's interest perked up at the last word. He responded, \"What kind of sexual tests?  \nWhat use could they have with those?\"  \n  \n\n\u0026nbsp; \"They probably do tests on sperm and eggs.\"  \n  \n\"I still don't understand what good can come from those tests that they can't get from  \nnormal pokemon.\"  \n  \n\"Well, there must be something in one of those two things that caused me to be this color  \nor for you to be the way you are. Team Rocket wants to know if there is any advantage  \nto having us ‘unique' pokemon rather than normal pokemon. If they find out anything  \nthat would give them an advantage over others, they will find a way to mass-produce us  \nso they can amass an army of better pokemon.\"  \n  \n\"That's horrible... Um... hate to randomly switch topics, but do you think you could get  \nme out of these machines? It's starting to get uncomfortable.\"  \n  \n\"Sure thing; they've probably already got the data they want from you anyway, so I'm  \nsure there's no harm for either of us if I help you out.\"  \n  \nThe charizard stood up and walked over to Nicobay and began to undo the machines that  \nbound him. While the charizard was working, Nicobay started thinking about what the  \ncharizard had said, and a plethora of questions came to mind.  \n  \n\n\u0026nbsp; He started up another conversation by asking, \"So... what's your name?\"  \n  \n\"You can call me Charc. My parents thought they were clever and they named me  \nCharcoal because of my color but I think Charc sounds cooler. What's yours?\"  \n  \n\"I'm Nicobay. You seem to know a lot about what's happening around here. How'd you  \nget here and how long have you been here?\"  \n  \n\"Team Rocket ambushed me and my parents about three days ago. So even if you or they manage to  \nescape, I'm bound to stay here...\"  \n  \n\"Is there any way to free you so that you could escape with us?\"  \n  \n\"I don't know of one unless my new trainer sets me free himself\"  \n  \n\"I'll find a way to help you out.\"  \n  \nCharc didn't respond and finished unhooking the apparatuses and Nicobay stood up  \nfinally and winced greatly as his body struggled to be supported by his legs.  \n  \nCharc said, \"Sorry about that... I didn't know you were a grass type when my trainer told  \nme to use my flamethrower. All four of  \nthem appeared to be unconscious, and once they were in the room, the door slammed  \nshut. Nicobay and Charc ran to their parents to make sure they were alright. As they  \nreached their parents, a voice sounded throughout the room, \"They'll be fine in a bit. We  \njust sedated them so we could transport them in here without any trouble. You see, we're  \nnot mean or coldhearted. We simply want to know and understand you. On that note, we  \nwill begin our next test whenever they come around.\" The voice went away as quickly as  \nit came, and Nicobay and Charc could only assume it had been one of the Team Rocket  \nmembers. After they had exchanged their reuniting  \nhugs, the two groups of three faced each other and Nicobay was the first to speak.  \n  \n\"Mom, dad, this is Charc.\"  \n  \nSkrien spoke up, \"Glad to meet you Charc. I'm Skrien and this is my mate Ciel. Who  \nare these other two?\" Skrien inquired to Nicobay.  \n  \nCharc's father answered, \"I am Darius and this is Seria. I can bet the three of you are the  \nnewest captives for Team Rocket.\"  \n  \nSkrien responded, \"So it would seem. Any idea what they want with us?\"  \n  \nCharc told the group all that he had told Nicobay earlier. Darius and Seria had been  \nseparated from Charc since they were captured so they were just as clueless as Skrien and  \nCiel. The two moaned out together as fluid leaked out of her orifice  \ncoating the floor below them. After what seemed like minutes, Skrien collapsed onto  \nCiel's stomach and she withdrew her vines back into her body.  \n  \n\n\u0026nbsp; It wasn't until then that Nicobay realized something. The pink gas that had started all of  \nthis was gone and the room smelled clean aside from the aromas of the orgy that had just  \ntaken place. Nicobay stood up and looked around the room wondering what was to  \nhappen to the group. Before he could ponder it any longer, the same voice that had  \nsounded throughout the room earlier spoke again.  \n  \n\"Seems as if you all enjoyed yourselves quite thoroughly, and it seems that the  \npheromones affect all of you equally as we expected. We'll continue with testing  \ntomorrow. For now, I think it's time to get you back to your respective rooms.\"  \n  \nThe voice cut off and gas began filling the room again. As it reached Nicobay, his world  \nspun out of control, and he fell to the ground, his eyes rolling up into his head and then  \nblackness.  \n  \n\\* \\* \\*  \n  \nNicobay opened his eyes and brought his mind back to reality. He sprang to his feet and  \nsurveyed the room. It was the same room where all the events from earlier had  \ntranspired, but he was alone. He began pacing the room trying to figure out a way out of  \nthis predicament. Nicobay looked at the door and extended a vine toward the steel frame.  \nThe second his vine touched the cold metal of the door, electricity shot through his vine  \nand made its way to his body. He retracted his vine as quickly as he could and cursed the  \npain that he was now in. The jolt stiffened his muscles and he continued pacing to bring  \nthe feeling back into his legs. Within moments, the door opened and what Nicobay  \ndetermined to be a member of Team Rocket walked into the room. Nicobay tensed and  \ntook a battle stance as the door shut behind the man.  \n  \n\n\u0026nbsp; He put his hand up and said, \"Hey now, don't get too hasty. I'm just following orders  \nfrom my boss. I'm going to test your skill in battling, so save your strength because  \nyou'll need it.\"  \n  \nThe man pulled a pokeball from his belt and tossed it forward. The pokeball broke open  \nand light flooded the room as a pokemon burst forth. As the light faded, Nicobay gasped  \nas Charc now stood before him. As Nicobay stood transfixed, mouth agape, the man who  \nwas Charc's new trainer shouted, \"Charizard, flamethrower!\"  \n  \nCharc said quickly, \"Sorry Nicobay, I can't disobey him.\" Charc opened his mouth and  \nflames shot out in a fiery column that rushed toward Nicobay. Nicobay jumped out of  \nthe way of the blast just in time for the scorching inferno to smash into the wall behind  \nhim. When he landed, he could feel his leg muscles seize up from the jolt he received  \nfrom the door earlier. Before Nicobay could say anything, the trainer shouted again,  \n\"Flamethrower again, and don't miss this time!\"  \n  \nAgain Charc opened his gullet and shot a line of fire in Nicobay's direction. Nicobay  \ntried to get out of the way again, but his legs disagreed and the attack hit bringing  \nNicobay down to his knees. As he struggled to regain his footing, his eyes widened as a  \nthird jet of flame was fired in his direction. Nicobay couldn't do anything to avoid it and  \nhe was hit square in the chest and thrown back into the wall behind him. As Nicobay  \nstruggled to stand up, the trainer spoke up again.  \n  \n\n\u0026nbsp; \"Hmmm, you're not as strong as the boss originally thought you'd be. You can't even  \ndodge a single attack. I guess we're done here. I'll let you recover and I'll be back  \nlater.\" The trainer reached into his pocket and pulled out what looked like a berry before  \ncontinuing, \"Eat this and you should recover almost immediately.\"  \n  \nThe trainer tossed the berry aside and pulled out the pokeball again and got ready to call  \nback Charc. Charc shouted, \"Nicobay, help me!\"  \n  \nThe trainer said, \"Charizard, return.\" Nicobay sprang to his feet summoning every last  \nbit of strength he had left. He rotated the leaf on top of his head once and shot a razor  \nleaf attack at the trainer. The bladed leaf flew through the air with remarkable speed and  \nhit the pokeball in the trainer's hand, splitting it in two. As the two pieces flew out of the  \ntrainer's hand, he yelled, \"You little bastard, I'll get you for that.\"  \n  \nNicobay screamed, \"Charc, now!\"  \n  \nCharc turned on the spot and faced the man. His eyes burned as fire began filling his  \nmaw. The man realized that he had no more control over the fire dragon and fear flooded  \nhis body. Charc opened his mouth and unleashed a torrent of flame in the man's  \ndirection. He screamed in fright and dove out of the way of the attack and sprinted for  \nthe door. He opened the door and jumped out into the hallway. As the door began  \nclosing, Charc sprang forward and grasped it with his claws and wrenched it from the  \nhinges, tossing it to the ground. After the door was dislodged, Charc turned around and  \ngrabbed the berry on the floor, bringing it over to Nicobay.  \n  \n\n\u0026nbsp; Charc said, \"I'm sorry about those flamethrowers. I tried to tone down their power as  \nbest I could, but that man had already seen my true power and he would have known that  \nI was holding back.\"  \n  \nNicobay chewed the berry and swallowed it before responding, \"It's alright; you couldn't  \nprevent it. I'm just glad you are free now. Wow... that berry worked. I already feel a  \nhundred percent better.\"  \n  \n\"That's good to hear. Also, thank you so much for freeing me, but we've gotta get out of  \nhere.\"  \n  \nNicobay nodded in response and the two sprinted out of the room as an alarm began  \nsounding. As the two ran down the hallway, Nicobay said, \"Where do you think the  \nothers are?\"  \n  \nCharc responded, \"They should be just around this next corner. When that man was my  \ntrainer, he showed me around a bit.\"  \n  \nAs the two turned the corner, a Team Rocket member blocked their path. He threw a  \npokeball out and a vaporeon emerged before the two. Charc shot a fire blast down the  \nhallway, and the vaporeon shot a water gun in response. As the two attacks collided in  \nmidair, steam exploded throughout the corridor. Nicobay sprinted forward through the  \nmist and slammed his body directly into the vaporeon, knocking him backwards into his  \ntrainer. Charc then fanned his wings rapidly, blowing away the steam and creating a gust  \nthat hit the vaporeon and his trainer, sending both of them into the wall behind them. The  \ntrainer hit his head knocking him out, and the vaporeon had fainted from the battle.  \nCharc ran up to a door in the hallway and tapped the surface. When he was certain there  \nwas no electricity on this side of the door, he pounded away at it with his fists until the  \ndoor caved in to the room. As the bent-up metal fell to the ground, the figures of Skrien  \nand Ciel could be seen in the room.  \n  \n\n\u0026nbsp; Charc yelled, \"Come on! We've got to hurry if we're gonna get out of here!\"  \n  \nThe two sprinted toward the door as Charc turned around and began pounding away at  \nthe other door in the hallway. As the door finally gave way, Charc spied Darius and  \nSeria inside before screaming, \"Mom! Dad! We've gotta get out of here now!\"  \n  \nAs the two charizard parents joined the rest of the group, Charc led the other five  \npokemon through the maze of hallways until they finally came to a giant door where  \nanother Team Rocket member stood. The man shook from fear on the spot as the six  \npowerful pokemon stood before him ready to attack at a moment's notice. He shouted,  \n\"Please don't hurt me!\" Darius took a step forward, his tail flame erupting on the spot  \nand he roared a roar that shook the entire facility. The man whimpered and opened the  \ndoor behind him before turning to sprint away from the angry group.  \n  \nAs the door opened, light washed over them and they sprinted outside. Once outside,  \nDarius, Seria, and Charc turned around and each took a deep breath before shooting  \nflames into the building that snaked down the narrow corridors. Explosions could be  \nheard from inside as the three turned away from the facility and sprinted after the others.  \nThe six sprinted into the trees and bushes until they were all out of breath and seemed  \ncontent with the distance they had put between them and Team Rocket's headquarters.  \n  \n\n\u0026nbsp; Ciel spoke first, \"Charc, I can't tell you how gracious we are that you helped us escape  \nfrom that dreadful place.\"  \n  \nCharc responded, \"Don't give me all the credit. It was your son who broke the pokeball  \nand broke the tie between me and my trainer. If he hadn't done that, we all would have  \nstill been stuck there. I still can't thank you enough Nicobay for saving me.\"  \n  \nNicobay blushed a little, \"Aw, think nothing of it. We all worked as a team to break out.\"  \n  \nDarius said, \"Regardless, we owe all of you our thanks. We should probably head home  \nnow. Team Rocket is not going to be happy and it would only thrill them to death if they  \ncould somehow find all of us in one spot. Where do you live? We can't just depart and  \nnever see each other again.\"  \n  \nThe two groups exchanged information, and after they were all certain that they could  \nfind each other again, they said their good byes. The three charizards flapped their wings  \nand rose into the air above the trees and flew out of sight. The other three waved their  \ngood byes again before deciding to head home for themselves.  \n  \n\n\u0026nbsp; Skrien said, \"Alright, we've had enough adventure for one day; time to head home.\"  \nSkrien started walking away from the group before stopping and turning around. After  \nhe walked another couple feet, he stopped and looked around before turning to the group  \nwith a puzzled expression on his face. As Nicobay surveyed the surroundings, he  \nrealized that he had never seen this area before. The three looked at each other confused  \nuntil Nicobay finally said, \"Umm... where's home?\"  \n  \n\n"}
