A poem about what I see sometimes when I'm trying to go to bed.

As I lay on my comfy bed

I think of things inside my head

Video games and plushies I don't own

Prance inside my mind of which I want known

Though Scary stuff fill me with dread

I close my eyes and keep them tight

Hoping that I don't have to fight or flight

Of any monsters in my house

And in my room

Scary shadows run on the walls

I'm scared something will whack my balls

As I lay upon my not naked back

I admit physical strength I do lack

So I might just run through the hall

And in my room
