Very much inspired by the Tank Girl comics by Alan Martin and Jamie Hewlett. I remember writing this after reading "The Royal Escape."

Sharpen Sticks  
  
Sharpen sticks  
They're not going to stop us  
They're not going to change us  
They're missing the big picture  
Because they're all poisoned  
And blind  
  
Sharpen sticks  
We're all out of ammo  
And the tea kettle's run dry  
One leg broken, both eyes bruised  
And this splinter is pissing me off  
No hope, no salvation  
The enemy is at the gates  
Having a poo on the doorstep  
  
Sharpen sticks  
The army advances over the hill  
Better get your slingshots and spitballs ready  
It won't matter if they want us  
Dead or alive  
They'll have to take us in pieces  
Bloody screaming pieces  
  
Sharpen sticks  
Because the fight is never over  
Until you're back home  
Soaking in the bathtub

Sharpen sticks  
Sharpen sticks  
Get those goddamn sticks sharpened!
