Thank you for commisioning me!***Story description: Leon, an anthro quilava used to the luxury of the 21st century, finds himself transported to a mystical land. Bare to the bone and totally clueless as to where he is, Leon stumbles upon a community of anthro dragons and gryphons who mistake him for an indigenous pest at first. Forced to spend the night in the mayor's office for his protection, Leon witnesses the deep bond Raikir, the mayor of the town, shares with Dresnath. From that day on, he makes it his objective to become a valuable citizen of this town and, in the process, get his share of love from Raikir and Dresnath. Leon belongs to http://www.furaffinity.net/user/leontherma/Raikir and Dresnath are my charactersThe story is written by me, CheetahsA helping paw\nThe first thing Leon noticed after waking up\nin the middle of nowhere was his obvious lack of clothing. The quilava rubbed\nhis eyes, blinked to make sure he didn't simply wake up in the middle of a\nforest, with no memory of how he got here.\nHell. That was exactly what happened! Or so\nLeon assumed as he took in the fir trees and spruces surrounding him, or the\ndried, needle-shaped leaves poking at his bare rump. \nWas it a dream? Nope. Pinching his cheek\nproduced a nasty sting that made Leon yelp, and the crisp air of early morning\nfilled his nostrils, carrying wild, sharp scents, of resin and grass. \n\"Huh,\" Leon muttered, shifting onto his rump\nto sit cross-legged, his fingers running over the pink pads covering his three,\ncream colored toes, rubbing them softly as he adjusted to this new, feral\nworld. \n\"I'm going to miss my console and TV, that's a\ncertainty,\" he said, his rich, baritone voice drifting in the wind, with not a\nsoul to hear it. \nAside from wolves. \nTheir howl chilled the blood in Leon's veins,\nforcing him up on his feet, flames bursting out of the red dot covering his\nblue-green head and the three, smaller dots located just above his rump.\nSwirling balls of fire formed within his flaming palms, yellow at their core,\nand reddening towards their outer edges, hot enough to incinerate a live being.\n\n\"Well, come on!\" Leon dared them on. \"Don't\nmake me wait. Make your move!\"\nHe scoffed a moment later, allowing his flames\nto die down. What was he doing, talking to dumb beasts? That was crazy!\nJust like this eerie dream, realm, or whatever\nLeon found himself into. \nRather than wait, he began walking in a random\ndirection, following the flat terrain rather than taking towards the hills\nrising behind him. His fur, although thin, warded off the chill of the morning.\nIt must have been spring, or early summer, for thick lichens sprouted on the\noccasional boulder, and mountain flowers sprouted within the sun-basked\nclearings. \nLeon didn't pay much attention to them. He was\ntoo focused pushing the branches blocking his path aside. Every time he did\nthat, a hidden spider web awaited to glue upon his face, making him shudder,\ngrowl, and wipe his face off it. That sticky feeling lingered, however, just\nlike the hunger welling within his stomach. \nIt must've been noon by now. The arduous trek\nthrough the forest left Leon panting, his throat parched, his pads sore from\nwalking upon the treacherous ground, his shins pumping battery acid from the\nexertion. \nYet he pressed on, guided by the nugget of\nfear he constantly pushed at the back of his mind. Spending the night out in\nthe middle of the forest wasn't that bad of a thing. Now that Leon found\nhimself in an adventure, he might as well experience the full perks of living\nin nature. \nOr so he tried to convince himself, in order\nto deal with the several emotions shifting through his head. Frustration\nstemmed from his lack of knowledge surrounding his precarious situation,\nputting a gait in his steps. The lack of paths or game trails made him anxious,\nand his inability to track the nearest form of civilization instilled a deep\nsense of powerlessness within him. \nAbove all, Leon felt lonely, torn from\neveryone he knew, and cast into this...this...\nHe took in a deep breath, and resumed\nswatting, breaking, and crouching under the boughs of trees. As long as he kept\nwalking, he would find a river. And near that river, a settlement, or at least\na hut. \nA narrow game trail got his hopes up. Tendrils\nof smoke followed suit, washing away some of Leon's fatigue, allowing him to\nstride forward with broad, certain steps. As expected, the game trail opened\ninto a proper path. Several hundred of feet later, it forked into different\npaths, the forest thinning noticeably, and tree stumps appearing at the edges\nof Leon's vision.\nHe crossed several narrow streams, drinking\nhis fill of ice cold water, the liquid feeling like a bomb within his empty,\ngrowling stomach. It didn't help that the scents he tracked grew stronger,\ncarrying the promise of roasted meat. All that Leon had to do was crest the\nhill rising in front of him, then cross the gully behind it. \nOnly, that wasn't a gully. Its walls were too\nstraight, the bottom too smooth, and it led straight towards the mountains.\nDefinitely enlarged by intelligent species, probably miners of some sort. At\nleast dirt felt like a soft blanket to his padded toes, and following this\ntrail was bound to lead him into a village. \nWhat towered in front of him wasn't just a\nvillage, however, but a town of some sort, with a medieval look to it. Tall\npalisade blotted out the view of the houses, but twirls of grayish smoke hinted\nthat it teemed with life. Several watchtowers, built of the same, brown-red\nwood, rose even higher than the town's walls, with conical rooftops, too small\nto hold more than one person at a time. At least they didn't have cannons\nmounted atop them. \nThe sight sparked Leon's excitement. Above the\ncity, dots zipped back and forth, too small for Leon to make out from such a\ndistance. They must've been some sort of avian species, maybe even dragons. If\nhe squinted hard enough, the quilava was almost certain he noticed the glint of\nfine polished scales. \nFurther down the gully, one of the gates\nleading into the city stood open, a crude thing made of logs bound together,\nmanned by two guards. Once a sentry shrieked a command, they didn't simply dash\nto meet Leon. They practically dove upon him, falling out of the sky with\nunnerving speed, swords already out of their scabbards and aiming at him. \n\"Shoo, pest.\"\nPest? Leon didn't even introduce himself! He\nplanned to, if the glimmering blades didn't close upon him, forcing him back a\nfew steps. \nThe two guards were obviously gryphons,\nstanding upright on their two legs, one flaunting the plumage of a red kite and\nthe hindquarters of a leopard, while his companion must have been a peregrine\nfalcon, with dark, intense eyes and thick, panther haunches, ending with\ndelightfully pink and bare pads. \nThey both wore medieval garb, tunics and\nleggings fashioned out of various types of leather, neat rather than crude,\nemblazoned with silver thread depicting a sunrise behind a copse of pines. \n\"Turn around. Leave. No food. No shelter. Just\nthis sword, if you want to play dumb,\" the peregrine falcon said, his tail\nstiff compared to that of his companion that flicked nervously, just like his\nears. \n\"You're not seriously going to kill him. He\njust a borkin, one damn borkin,\" the red kite said, sheathing his sword and\ntaking a step back. \nHis companion caught his arm, beak inching\ncloser to his face. \"Looks like a kobold to me. Kobolds dig tunnels. Kobolds\nemerge in your damn larder and empty it come morning. Borkin are rat people,\nwhile this one is...different.\"\n\"You're wrong, on both accounts,\" Leon said,\nmaking both of the birds caw and spread their wings, ready to pounce him. \n\"It speaks!\" The red tailed hawk said. \"Don't\nreckon any kobold or borkin who speaks.\"\nThe peregrine falcon signaled him to shut up,\neying Leon with an intense, almost unnerving gaze. \"Aye, he speaks. Means he\nhas a brain big enough to know what a sword pointing at his throat means.\"\n\"Rashar! Aredar!\" A third voice cut through\nthe wind, distinctly feminine. She landed behind the two males, a gyrfalcon\nwith a lithe build and the haunches of a snow leopard. \"Return to your posts.\nCan't have you go chase around...\" she paused as her azure eyes settled on Leon.\n\"Borkins.\" \n\"Awrk!\" The red tailed hawk uttered, elbowing\nhis companion. \"It's a borkin, not a kobold. Mostly harmless.\" \n\"I am indeed harmless. If you gentlemen take a\ngood look, I am not only unarmed, but conspicuously bare.\"\nAll of the three gryphons tilted their heads.\n\"Gentlewhat?\" \nLeon swallowed to wet his throat and to still\nhis racing heart. Excitement at meeting intelligent beings mingled with\napprehension at being welcomed with swords rather than kind words, and also\nanger; anger at being considered a lesser, insignificant species. \n\"It's a saying. I am from...\" he licked his\nmouth, then continued, \"I hail from distant lands. I am a weary traveler.\"\n\"Travelers have coin, or at least clothes,\"\nthe peregrine falcon pointed out, his eyes falling on Leon's cream colored\nsheath and pouch. \"You have nothing but words.\"\n\"I am needed back at my tower. Raikir doesn't\nmind a dead borkin, kobold, or whatever he is, so don't take too long with him,\nRashar,\" the gyrfalcon said, preening his neck feathers for a short moment\nbefore she took to the skies. \n\"So you're Rashar, the red one is Aredar.\nPleased to make your acquaintance. I am OUCH!\" Leon cried when a swinging\nscabbard greeted his stretched hand instead of a gryphon's birdlike hand. \n\"Step back, borkin. Go the other way. Run to\nyour tribe. And if you rally them on Montesario, well...you must be intelligent\nenough to know what happened to your kind in the past.\"\nLeon clenched his jaws, rubbing his sore hand\nas he glared at the two with smoldering, vermilion eyes. Rashar's black beak\ncontrasted with the light brown of his neck and ears, his wings clad in rich\ngrey plumes. He had a stocky build, with thick arms and broad wings jutting out\nof his back. Dark leather breeches covered his hindquarters, even though his\nfur surpassed Leon's in thickness, and obviously no shoes. \nHis companion, Aredar, must have been younger.\nHis brown eyes shifted back and forth, his talons clenching and relaxing around\nthe handle of his sheathed sword. He had a white head streaked with dark lines,\nhis lean chest bursting with ruddy feathers speckled with whites. This one had\npatchy clothing, and claws jutted out of his paws to hint at his nervousness. \n\"Actually, I don't. I may need a reminder,\"\nLeon said, a smirk tugging at the side of his mouth.\nAlthough the two gryphons stood taller than\nhim and had the advantage of wings to rely upon, Leon had his fire abilities.\nThat gave him the upper edge, especially when his lithe built made the two\nbirds overly confident. \nUnlike them, the quilava had a lean but strong\nbody, with cream colored chest and legs and blue-green fur to cover his flanks,\nalong with the upper parts of his thighs and buttocks. A tuft of mangy fur covered\nhis forehead, and behind it was a reddish spot, similar to the three just above\nhis rump.\n\"You've got quite a mouth to you, pest,\"\nRashar taunted. \nLeon's ears shifted towards him, their inside\na crimson shade. \"And you've got a small enough cock to hide behind a pair of\ntattered breeches.\" \nAredar emitted a low, amused squeak, while\nRashar's eyes narrowed. \"You should be more concerned about your life than the\nsize of my member.\"\nMedieval idiots! Leon rolled his eyes and took\nseveral steps back to fall into a combat stance. If they couldn't be persuaded\nby words, then he had to earn passage in a less benevolent way. \nThe three scars flowing down his eyes and\nmuzzle must have looked something fierce when combined with a glare, for the\ntwo birds whispered to one another. Aredar drew his sword, albeit reluctantly,\nthen flapped his wings twice to leap behind Leon to surround him. \n\"I'm not concerned about my life. I'm debating\nwhether my flames will turn you to ashes or roast you into well cooked\npoultry.\"\nRashar dove towards Leon, but the Quilava\ncoated his hands with potent flames, melting straight through the metal with a\nswing, then pivoting on his left dodge Rashar's attack and sear through the\nplumes of a wing. \nA raucous shriek burst from the gryphon's beak\nas he stretched his wing to inspect the embers eating at his feathers. \n\"I sure hope they grow back, else that guard\nduty is there to stay.\"\n\"S--sorcery,\" Aredar muttered, holding his\nsword forward. \nRashar grabbed his wrist, forcing him to\nsheathe it, and instructing him to summon reinforcements most likely, for the\nred tailed hawk departed right away. \n\"So, the pest becomes the threat of the\nvillage,\" Leon drawled while Rashar stared at his flaming crest with a mixture\nof awe and hatred. \n\"You're no threat to our town, little vermin.\nThe dragons are coming. Let's see how your sorcery matches dragon flame.\"\nLeon extinguished his flames, swallowing the\nlump forming in his throat. Dragons? Were these gryphons that attached to their\nfeathers as to summon dragons, as in, the legendary protectors of a\nsettlement?!\n\"You better run,\" Rashar hissed. \"Still got\ntime for that.\"\nSomething snapped within Leon. \"Not before I\npunch that smug expression right off your face.\"\nHe hurled himself at the peregrine falcon,\nlanding a punch into that rock-hard abs of his. The blow barely fazed the bird,\nwhile Leon's wrist twisted from the blow, the sting of it drawing a whimper out\nof him. \n\"RAWK! Here is how you punch, borkin!\"\nLeon evaded Rashar's jab, whirling on his feet\nto elbow him straight in the ribs, then duck under the buffeting wings. He\ndidn't notice the tail, however, its swing as fierce as a whip. It connected\nwith Leon's cheek, sending him toppling to the ground. Rashar used that moment\nto lunge at Leon, who managed to score a kick straight in the jaw, hard enough\nto make the bastard bite that tiny avian tongue of his. \nEnraged, the gryphon swung a taloned hand\nforward, but Leon drew his paws out of harm's way, trudging backwards, then\nstumbling to his feet to laugh at the charging gryphon. He wasn't a bird,\nhowever, but a gryphon, with equally agile paws. Leon had to leap to the side\nto evade the gryphon, the swift motion leaving his side exposed. \nRashar flapped his wings forward, raising a\ncurtain of dust against Leon, then darted in for a jab that Leon barely dodged.\n\nThe earsplitting roar that followed gave both\nof them pause. Leon used that moment to get back on his feet, dusting off his\ncoat, while Rashar went to grab his stump of a sword, snort, and toss away.\n\"You will owe me a sword.\"\nHe tried to fly off, but his singed wing\nforced him to dash back towards the village, leaving Leon alone to deal with a\nbig, imposing black dragon and the gryphon that accompanied him. \n\"Good day. Are you here to chase me away?\nBecause the opposite has happened with your guards.\"\n\"Mayor, allow me to--\" the dragon began with\nthat gruff voice of his, until the gryphon raised a hand to silence him. \n\"Tell me your name.\"\nThis one had a smooth, calculated tone, and an\noutfit to match it. He wore a dark, silken vest threaded with swirling golden\npatterns over a white shirt with a generous neckline and sleeves that clad the\ngolden scutes of his hands. His pants looked equally elegant, dark to match his\noutfit, and to reflect his almost regal air. \n\"I'm Leon, a Quilava, not a borkin or kobold\nor whatever that fancy beak of yours will spew.\"\n\"Quilava. I haven't heard of your kind\nbefore,\" the gryphon said.\n\"Just google the damn--I mean look up my\nspecies in the scrolls of a great library. It's there, I assure you.\"\nThe onyx dragon stretched a wing to shield the\ngryphon, standing between him and Leon. \"Troublemaker,\" he said in that raspy\nway of his, \"You attacked our two guards. Give me one reason why I shouldn't\nincinerate you where you stand.\"\nLeon sprawled his arms invitingly. \"Quilavas\nare very rare. Killing one might offend the dragon in charge.\"\nThe gryphon crawled under the dragon's wing,\ngiving him a pat on the shoulder as he stepped forward. \"The gryphon in charge,\nyou mean, although I can assure you my town can lead itself. Return to your\npost, Akarath. I will lead the Quilava to his jail cell.\"\nLeon gritted his teeth to suppress the enmity\nbuilding upon the tip of his tongue. It took all of his effort to keep his calm\nand say, \"Your birds called me a pest. Then they attacked me. Yet I'm the one\ngoing to jail?\"\nAkarath paused, but after a nod from the\nmayor, he unfurled his wings and flew off, the gusts of wind ruffling the\ngryphon's feathers, yet not his poise.\n\"You could have left. Or you could have\nbehaved. You did neither.\"\nLeon thrust a finger at the fancy asshole.\n\"Listen, bird brain. I'm by myself here. I've no friends, no knowledge of where\nI am, not even clothes. Freedom's all I got left, and you will pay a fiery\nprice if you lay a...paw...talon...on me.\"\nThe mayor eyed him with a curious expression,\nno trace of hostility visible within his brown eyes. Compared to the other\ngryphons, this one had a shrewd look about him. It wasn't just his clothes that\nadded to his aura of command, but his very plumage. \nHis head resembled that of a golden eagle,\nwith a well curved beak that turned yellow from the middle and along the sides.\nSleek, dark brown plumage covered his chin and neck, acquiring golden shades\nacross his nape and torso, and gaining touches of blacks and whites over his\nimpressive wings.  His body bore a sturdy\nlook, well developed, yet not bulky by any means, with slender arms, broad\nshoulders, and keen, brown eyes. Whites tipped his still ears, adding to his\nfancy looks. \nHe also had the legs and tail of a lion that\nended with a tuft of fur, a mixture of red and black. The fur there was short,\nbut well groomed, looking soft and pleasant to the touch. Leon found himself\ndrawn by those strong, meaty toes as well, sporting soft, coal black pads\nunderneath, bigger than his palms for sure. \n\"I was hoping you will accompany me\nwillingly.\"\n\"Said no prisoner ever!\"\nThe gryphon chuckled. \"You have a curious way\nof speaking, Leon.\" Then, he stretched his hand and added, \"You gave me your\nname, so I shall give you mine. I am Raikir--\"\n\"Mayor of Montesario,\" Leon finished for him\nas he shook his hand. \"I picked that up already.\"\n\"Don't dwell too much on it. Titles don't keep\npeople fed or ward off kobold and borkin incursions.\"\n\"Do I look like either of those?\" Leon asked,\nirritation slipping into his voice, making it sharper than intended. \nRaikir didn't seem to mind, however. \"No you\ndon't. They don't have such ah...visible equipment, either of them.\"\nFor the first time, Leon found himself\nblushing, his fingers twitching with the urge to cover himself. The more\nRaikir's gaze lingered on his privates, the broader Leon's grin became, until\nhe had to twist his head away and scratch an ear to make it go away. \n\"Are you a commoner among your people?\"\n\"I'm...yes, you can say so,\" Leon said to keep\ncomplications to a minimum. \"Although if you give your prisoners clothing, I\nsuppose a jail cell is better than the wilderness.\"\nRaikir motioned Leon towards the village.\n\"Behave. You will get scorned. You will get ridiculed. But if you are, indeed,\njust a commoner and not a troublemaker, I will know, and you can spend the\nnight at my office until one of my associates learns more about your kind.\"\nDoubtfully, but that gave Leon plenty of time\nto show these peasants what a well mannered citizen he could be. \"Sure. How\nhard can it be?\"\nThe villagers didn't toss mere insults. Some\nclutched vegetables within their paws, the ones who lacked sword or spear, that\nis, ready to toss them straight at Leon's face. As soon as they crossed through\nthe gate of Montesario, the crowd awaited them, spewing foul words at Leon,\nwithout regard of the mayor who walked next to him. Nobody moved in to silence\nthem either, which perturbed Leon greatly. What sort of barbaric society did\nthey live in?!\n\"They're free to speak their mind. You singed\nRashar's feathers, nobody has heard of Quilava until now, and you're alone in a\ntown inhabited by dragons and gryphons, so don't expect friendly treatment,\"\nRaikir explained. \"Beware not the thoughts that are given voice, but the ones\nthat sour if not released.\"\n As they\npassed the rows of gryphon and dragon guards, the gryphons on the side became\nincreasingly vocal and louder. They called Leon all manner of names, referring\nto borkins and kobolds mostly, starting with insults related to his kind and\nending with accusations linked to copulation with various herd animals. \nRaikir had but lift one hand, and the entire\nrow fell silent. \"Enough. The newcomer has heard your thoughts. Disperse and go\nabout your duty. And drop those vegetables in a damn pot, gorram it. Don't\nclutch them harder than you hold your mates.\"\nThe crowd erupted with cheers, switching from\naggression to sheer adoration. One of the gryphons even fell on his knees to\nkiss Raikir's feet, earning him a kick that sent him on his back, a shocked\nexpression on his face.\n\"Where are you from?\"\n\"Artabar, arrived yesterday, mayor Raikir, and\nbless your pads, for you are indeed--\"\n\"There's nothing sacred about my feet. You are\nof Montesario now. You bow to no one, and kiss nobody's feet, unless they\nspecifically request it.\"\nThen, Raikir shrugged, and whispered in Leon's\near. \"Artabar's a holy city. They take their sacred duty so seriously, the\npriests never have to wash their paws anymore.\"\nHushed whispers spread through the crowd. Leon\nnoticed the looks of admiration within the eyes of the crowd, their heads held\nhigh, subservience groomed out of them. They looked up to Raikir, but like the\ngryphon said, they could lead themselves any day, keep as a cohesive\nsettlement, without a possible uprising. \nIt stirred his heart, to walk at the side of\nan important figure, yet he also felt utterly insignificant. He was nothing but\na pest to these people, alone, unwanted and scorned. His hands balled into\nfists, his ears shifting in the direction of the various shouts and calls\ncoming from within the bowels of the city.\nAs the gryphon and dragon citizens scattered,\ncarts began to roll down the street once again, pulled by oxen, while the birds\ncarrying lighter loads simply flew from one location to the other. They zipped\noverhead, the ubiquitous flutter of wings producing a knot within Leon's\nstomach. Not only was he the only Quilava of Montesario, but also the only\nbeing incapable of flight. Him and the damned oxen. \nTo cast his mind aside from the acidic\nthoughts, Leon expected the fine architecture of the buildings. They were built\nof stone, no higher than two stories, with square shaped windows made of glass\nand covered with intricately patterned curtains. Their thatched roofs gave them\nan antiquated appearance, making the seamless blocks of stone seem out of a\nmore evolved era.\nMust be\nthe dragon fire that allowed these people to evolve, Leon\nthought, the polished walls of the dwellings glistening like marble. Cobbles\nbegan to cover the widening paths, shaped in a crude, multi colored mosaic, the\nstone almost warm to Leon's bare pads. His fur stood on end, and he looked\ntowards Raikir for reassurance. \n\"We're a people that despises what humans call\nshoes, so we had to put that dragon magic to good use.\"\n\"What about your magic?\"\nRaikir shook his head, unperturbed by the\nquestion. \"Gryphons are magicless, but we make up for that in sheer numbers.\"\nLeon could certainly attest to that. He hadn't\nspotted not one dragon hatchling hurtling past a cart, but more than a dozen\nyoung gryphons. A pair ran between two houses, the female stretching her folds\nwhile the male peered at her sex with a curious expression.\nSo much for common decency...\nThe higher they climbed the low hill upon\nwhich Montesario sat, the more spacious the gaps between the dwellings became.\nLavish gardens separated the houses, most of the trees in full bloom, same for\nthe bushes and flowers sprouting from the fertile soil. Most of the houses had\nstone benches positioned under the trees, some of the birds swaying their feet\nwhile sitting on the and admiring the blooms. \nLeon became more self-conscious about his\nnakedness with every passing second. Although Raikir kept off the main road,\nevery dragon and gryphon glanced at his equipment, some frowning, others\nchuckling, and a select few even pausing to stare. It took all of Leon's\nwillpower to grab himself and ask them if they wanted some of that. Luckily,\nRaikir turned right, away from the round plaza sprawling on the left, marked by\nthe round positioning of the houses and the colored banners fluttering high\nupon metallic poles. \nMayor, mayor, mayor, everybody said on their\nway up the hill, up to a second set of gates. \n\"Mayor,\" a bronze dragon standing besides it\ngreeted Raikir and glared at Leon. \"So this little creature is the one who put\nRashar on guard duty for the better part of a month?\"\n\"I'd do the same to you, but you're already an\nexemplar when it comes to protecting--why is this gate even necessary?\"\nThe bronze's nostrils flared, but Raikir spoke\nfirst with the same calm and collected voice. \"Formalities. All of Montesario\ncan live in the caves within Speartip Mountain over there.\" He pointed at the\nmountain rising ahead, so tall its peak was lost in the clouds. \"But we rely on\nour trading with the neighboring settlements, and not all of the intelligent\nspecies bear wings. Azorath, if you may.\"\nThe dragon pushed the door open, revealing a\nlonely path surrounded by wooden walls that led to the peak of the hill. Only,\nthere wasn't a castle occupying it, nor a lavish villa, like Leon expected.\nSure, the gardens looked impressive, and Raikir had several fountains made from\ngranite, molded by dragon flames, resembling both gryphons and dragons. The\norchard through which they passed was certainly bigger than his humble, one\nstory office, and Leon almost refused to believe this was it until the\ngardener, a lady gryphon with a brown falcon's head and a cheetah's\nhindquarters, opened the door for Raikir. \n\"Thank you, Melita. You can go home. Sun's\nalmost spent.\"\n\"The best time to remain in the garden a while\nlonger,\" she said, dusting off her apron. \"I'll go see to the rows of\nvegetables as well. Those weeds give them not a moment of peace.\"\n\"Sure, but I want you gone by night fall. You\nhave an eager mate back home.\"\nMelita raised her skirt to present Raikir her\ndrenched gender. \"Guess again. You know what they say, Mayor. The wait amplifies\nthe pleasure.\"\nRaikir nodded, smiling to himself as he\nushered Leon inside. \"In heat, and she's more concerned about weeds.\"\n\"What about you?\" Leon asked once his toes met\nthe fluffy carpet covering the floor, a real blessing to his sore pads. \"Mayor\nlike you can take any lady, any day.\"\nSomething upset him about that affirmation,\nsomething that Leon couldn't put his finger on. When Raikir spoke next, it was\nif a weight lifted off his chest, due to reasons even Leon couldn't fathom.\n\"A mate like mine is enough for me. You will\nfind out why once you meet him.\"\n\"So you're...\"\n\"Into males,\" Raikir said, stretching his\nwings. Then, he started to pluck at the buttons of his vest, one by one. \"Love\ncares not for gender. In Montesario, everyone's free to love who they please,\nmate with whoever lifts their tails for them, and help raise the young ones as\na community. No families here. We rely too much on each other to resort to\nsuch...crude means.\"\nLeon turned around when Raikir folded his vest\nand shirt, placing them on a chair beside a table, then pushing down his pants.\nIt was his office. He could walk around it naked, for all Leon cared. \n\"Clothes. I don't like clothes, no more than I\nlike parading around when in a diplomatic journey. You must be famished. My\nbath can wait until I put some food in your belly.\"\nLeon spun around when he heard the word food,\ncoming face to face with Raikir's plump, leonine sheath and fuzzy spheres,\ndangling under his flaccid scabbard, a decent size and more than perfect in\nproportions. The Quilava licked his muzzle instinctively at the sight of it,\nhis gaze switching to the gryphon's intense eyes.\n\"Uhm, sure, whatever's available.\"\n\"First door to your left. Search through the\narmoire and grab whatever fits your size.\"\n\"I'm...maybe after a bath. I literally woke up\nnaked, in the forest, with...\" no memory of how I got here, he wanted to\ncontinue, but stopped when Raikir's ears stood up. \n\"I have nothing,\" Leon continued. \"Nothing,\nand no one. I'm all by myself out here.\"\nWhy? Why did he tell all of this to a stranger\nwho didn't give a damn about him? Leon cursed his weakness under his breath,\nthen pointed at the dining table in the center of the living room. \n\"I'll take a seat.\"\n\"You should. I'll be back in a moment,\" the\ngryphon said before rushing past a door, probably into the kitchen, or larder,\nor whatever this so called office had. \nIn truth, this dwelling looked more like a\nhouse than an office. It had that medieval flare to it, with candles mounted in\nsconces, tapestries covering the bleak ceiling and paintings of past mayors\ndecorating the walls. Pelts covered the floor, stitched together into one giant\nrug that sprawled throughout the whole house, and in the middle of the room sat\na small, round, mahogany table. \nLeon didn't take a sit just yet. The glass\ndoors leading into the study looked far too technologically advanced for this\nera, yet dragon magic made that a possibility. Through them, Leon spotted the\nimmense bookcases that formed the three walls of the room, a desk laden with\nscrolls, velum, quills and ink, and also a small bed, meant for one person,\nlocated to the side, with just enough space between it and a bookcase to allow\nthe retrieval of the tomes. \nWhen he wanted to check out the room Raikir\npointed out--most likely the bedroom--the gryphon returned with a platter filled\nwith cheese, sliced tomato, jerky, ham and bread, and some cucumber on the\nside.\n\"It's all I can prepare on such short notice,\"\nhe said, placing it on the table and motioning at Leon to sit with a wing.\n\"Tuck into it. I'll refill the copper tub with hot water for when you're done\nwith your food.\"\nWith that, the gryphon disappeared into the\nbathroom, the whirring of a mechanism vibrating through the walls. \nLeon shrugged, sat at the table, and ate his\nmeal breathlessly. It couldn't be compared to civilized food, but after a day\nspent scouring the woods, taste mattered little compared to the urgency to fill\nhis belly. \nRaikir came out of the bathroom, a linen towel\nwrapped around his waist, just when Leon grabbed his empty plate.\n\"No no, leave that where it is. I'll take care\nof it.\"\nThe mayor had a scruffy look to him when\nsoaked, all of his feathers bristled, yet glistening in the waning light. Leon's\neyes inadvertently fell to his paws, those sleek, onyx toes making him gulp\nemptily. They looked so soft and smooth, perfect for...\nHe turned his back to Raikir, scratching an\near, biting on his lower lip as he tried his hardest to smother his budding erection.\n\n\"Uhm...sure. Then I'll go have a...what you just\nhad.\"\nHe rushed into the bathroom, heart pounding,\ntemples throbbing, his crimson rod halfway out of his taut sheath. It quickly\ndied down when he noticed the wide window that occupied almost the entire wall,\nthe orange light of the fading sun basking the bathroom with its warm light.\nLeon's jaw hung, and he tiptoed towards the copper tub located next to it, his\npads squelching on the wet, stone floor. \nWhat a view! An orchard stretched below, some\nof the petals floating in the wind, the canopies of the trees rustling in the\nevening breeze. Leon took his gaze off it for a moment to look around. First,\nhe noticed the towel rack, along with a wooden door that led into the in-built\nlatrine. The bathroom also had a medieval version of a sink, more of a washing\nbowl than anything, with a lever to activate the flow of water. Tempted as he\nwas to try it, Leon shrugged and stepped into the oblong, copper tub, wincing\nfrom the heated water caressing his shins and feet. \nHow did the mayor get hot water? Must have\nbeen some contraption located underground, for the bathroom looked\nconspicuously empty, almost elegant to a degree, built of a rock streaked with\nvarious, shimmering stripes. \nLeon dunked into the tub up to his neck, then\nreleased a drawn-out, audible sigh, his toes fanning out in delight at dipping\ninto hot water after such a long and excruciating day. His eyes closed, head\nleaning into the hollow carved to suit a gryphon's neck, allowing Leon to fully\nrelax. For a moment, he forgot about his predicament, and pictured himself back\nhome, in his own tub.\nThe fantasy of it quickly dispersed, the\nemptiness growing within his stomach banishing that pleasant thought away. Leon\ncracked an eye open, spotting the various soaps located on a ledge protruding\nfrom the lower side of the tub, meant to house the bathing supplies. He grabbed\na blue tinted one that smelled of wildflowers, got up, and rubbed those bubbles\ninto his short coat, lowering himself into the tub to rinse. \nHis thighs and shins required a bit of\nscrubbing to get the soap out, but Leon's hand paused on his flaccid sheath.\nJack one off, and wipe off some of his pent-up frustration?\nThe quilava decided against it, getting out of\nthe tub, drying himself with a towel, then pushing the door open, eyes scanning\nfor Raikir. \nThe Mayor stretched upon the small cot in the\nstudy, crooning to himself, one wing spilling onto the floor to reveal his\nnaked form. A tint of crimson peeked out of his plump gender, but the gryphon\nkept his arms laced behind his head, away from that early erection that needed\nhis touch to grow. \nLeon didn't know why he stared at it for the\nbetter part of a minute. His body simply froze, eyes glued to Raikir's\nprivates, to those paws kneading at the sheets. \n\"Go rest,\" came the gryphon's royal voice. \"My\nmate will come visit, but none of us is going to disturb you. Consider yourself\none of my guests.\"\nLeon silently crept into the room Raikir\nmentioned. Smooth, wolf pelts greeted his toes once inside, along with the\npleasant scent of fresh flowers oozing from the vase upon a desk. An antique\narmoire took up a corner, a double bed next to it, a washing basin on the side,\nand two broad windows with drawn, silken curtains, revealing the whole town of\nMontesario. \nAs much as his tired limbs begged for the bed,\nLeon drew up a chair and sat by the window, looking at the setting sun, at the\nlights bursting into existence in front of the houses, like ghostly fireflies.\nRaikir's words returned to him, of how the community was one huge family,\nlooking after each other's interests. \nLeon smiled wryly, tingles of happiness\nrushing through him at the thought ofthe tight bonds shared by the gryphons and\ndragons. A medieval society trumped his modern world. In Montesario, word\nspread quickly, and Leon knew it firsthand when the whole town turned against\nhim because of the handful of gryphon feathers he singed. \nHis good mood soured quickly, however. Their\nunity brought a cold shudder through Leon, stirring his heart, making his jaws\nclench as realization hit him. They had each other, while Leon had no one. No\none, in this entire, accursed settlement! Why did Raikir even take an outcast\nlike him under his wing? He had nothing to give. All he could do was take. \nThe quilava padded over to the bed, wrapping\nhimself in the woolen blankets, drawing them up to his neck to still the\ntremors of anger wracking his frame. His feet swayed from side to side, and he\nfiddled his thumbs while waiting for the void that formed within him to\ndissipate. \nIt didn't. To make matters worse, it kept Leon\nawake, the crisp smell of a foreign bed reminding him where he was.\nAway from home. Far, far away...\nA banging door started Leon. He lunged\nforward, eyes wide, his swollen pupils barely piercing the gloom of his\nchamber. At first, he rolled out of the bed, searching for a light switch, then\ncursed under his breath when he spotted the candles mounted up the walls. He\nscouted the desk for something to ignite them, but stopped beside the door when\na rough, kind voice greeted his ears. \n\"What's the urgency? Is it related to--\"\n\"No, it's not, and there's nothing urgent\nabout your presence here,\" Raikir's voice came, more playful than usual. \n\"Fine. Then I'll take my leave,\" the first\nperson said, definitely a dragon judging by his tone. \n\"You should. Left a dust mark on my carpet.\nThe sentence is...a kiss.\"\nAn electrifying jolt rushed through Leon. His\nbreath picked up, his fingers curled halfway, and the claws of his toes bit\ninto the wolf pelts, dragging along them. The way Raikir demanded that kiss...it\nwas so...so...\nLeon cracked the door open, peering with one\neye at beak and muzzle touching, Raikir's tapered, avian tongue brushing\nagainst the dragon's forked one. \nThe dragon pulled back, his hand on the door\nhandle, clutching it. \n\"Sentence served. May I run away now?\"\n\"Not before you hear me whine, my dear\nDresnath,\" Raikir said, grabbing a soggy piece of deer leather, smeared with\noil, and pointing at the floor. \nDresnath was a green dragon with a lithe\nbuilt, as opposed to the other bulky dragons Leon had spotted earlier, with\nsmall, fine scales adorning his emerald hide and striking blue eyes. Yellow\nhorns curved along the back of his head, their base covered by his similarly\ncolored ears, their interior resembling the emerald found along his body. Two\ngreen fins sprouted above his lower jaw, turning yellow around the edges. His\nwing membranes sported a deep shade of purple, the same color present on the\nunderside of his tail and groin. \nAnd, just like Leon, Dresnath arrived\ncompletely naked at Raikir's office. What a great coincidence!\nLeon noticed the twitching, arrow shaped tail\ntip, drawn by the purple and yellow patterns that covered it. Try as he might\nto find a symmetry to them, he couldn't, and instead, took in Dresnath' full\nform. He didn't seem like much. How comes a gryphon like Raikir end up with a\nguy like him? He clearly didn't deserve such a lousy mate!\nDresnath sat on the floor, wings tucked to his\nback, feet stretched forward. \"I could have been a marshal in the capital city\nof focking Irdeberth. The kind that smashes through enemy ranks and inherits a\nkingdom thanks to his military accomplishments. Now I hug floors.\" \nWhat? Him?! Turning down such lofty military\nposition?\nLeon couldn't help but grin, and so did the\ndragon. Raikir retained his serious expression as he sat in front of the\ndragon, hands stretched to receive his foot. \n\"And married the bird you love instead of a\nprincess. There are perks to hugging floors. Not only does this strip of\nleather feel great to your paws, but I also saved you from utter embarrassment.\nYou wouldn't even have gotten it up. Admit it.\"\n\"There are ways,\" the dragon drawled, hissing\nin delight as Raikir began wiping his toes one by one, rubbing them with slow\nbut fulfilling strokes. \"The mind is a powerful thing, and I have magic.\"\nRaikir chuckled, switching to the other paw,\nmindful of the talons. He caressed them with careful movements to avoid ripping\nthe leather, as if he polished an ancient, precious sword. \n\"Magic that wears thin at some point. Don't\nforget the court and the gossip.\"\n\"Fuck, you got me,\" Dresnath conceded, leaning\nagainst his elbow, his forked tongue dashing along his muzzle as his purple\nsack quivered. His member poked out, the spaded tip expanding with each throb.\n\"As a reward, I shall tell you a truth that I have kept sheltered all this\ntime.\"\nRaikir perked his ears, eyes focused on the\ndragon's growing erection, his hands still tending to those thick, meaty toes. \n\"You, my Mayor, are envious of my skills.\"\nThe gryphon ceased his ministrations to regard\nDresnath with a quizzical look. \"Envy my Second? Why, you're perfectly right! I\ncertainly wish to be inferior in every aspect, even in length,\" he said,\ntouching Dresnath' fully erect member with the tip of a toe, making the dragon\nsnarl and recoil, a hand placed over his pink length to cover it. \n\"Alright. I see how it is. Then I'll go to my\ncontact in the capital city, get my rank--which, by the way, trumps yours--and\nconquer your city in the name of King Alagar and Queen whatever her name is.\"\nThey both broke into a fit of laughter at\nthat, Raikir's feathers bristling, and Dresnath' fins twitching, his member\nbobbing from all that excitement. \nBehind the door, Leon chuckled silently to\nhimself, a forced smile tugging at his lips, ephemeral, before it faded into\nnothingness. Icy claws seized his heart, clutching it, squeezing every trace of\nhappiness out of him, leaving nothing but a draining feeling of utter\nisolation. \nDresnath used the moment of respite to tear\nthe oiled piece of leather from Raikir's grip, placing it upon one of the\ngryphon's paws, his blue eyes bearing into Raikir's while his fingers danced\nover those coal black pads with practiced dexterity. \n\"You called it a city,\" Raikir half said, half\nmumbled, his eyes half closed, one of his hands pulling back his sheath,\nallowing his tapered member to burst out of its confines and bloom into an\nerection that took Leon's breath away.\nSoft barbs covered the first inch of Raikir's\ntapered length, not the daunting, painful sort, but the exciting, stimulating\nones. The rest of his girth remained smooth, thickening towards its base, where\nthe plump balls complimented that beautiful, leonine penis.\nLeon grew hopelessly erect at the sight of the\ntwo playful mates as well, straining to keep his hand from grabbing himself.\nFrom the way his heart pounded, Leon knew that something more would happen\nbetween them. \n\"Might as well,\" Dresnath said, switching to\nRaikir's other paw, fondling the toes of this one, then insisting on that\nbroad, central pad, so squishy his thumbs almost sank into it, drawing a\nmuffled squawk of pleasure from the gryphon. \"We're big enough. We're\nindependent. We get along with our neighbors. Why not become a fledgling\nkingdom?\"\nRaikir looked less than enthusiastic, his ears\nlowering, just like his gaze. \"It's not that simple. You will have to deal with\nmore than administrative issues, and I--I have the Midsummer festival to\norganize. A focking fair that has sapped me dry for days.\"\n\"I'll help. Everybody will help. You don't\nhave to do everything on your own, Raikir. This Mayor thing is getting too deep\ninto your feathery head.\"\n\"Don't mention that kingdom again.\"\n\"Fine, I won't,\" Dresnath agreed.\n\"At least until the next summer,\" Raikir\nadded.\n\"That's about when my secret plans will be put\ninto motion.\"\n\"Great, same for mine,\" the gryphon said. \n\"Do I even want to know?\"\nRaikir thrust a paw into Dresnath's face. \"It\ndepends. Do you want to?\"\nThe green dragon shook his head, grabbed\nRaikir's paw, and squeezed his outer toes while his forked tongue dragged along\nthat broad, central pad and over the remaining toes, making Raikir's foot jerk\nin his clutch, the gryphon's feathers fluffing up. \n\"Nope. All I want is for the mayor to relax.\"\nThose erotic licks did more than help Raikir\nrelax. The gryphon's toes flexed, spreading before the dragon's tongue,\nallowing it to dance over his bean-shaped toes and slurp at that central pad, a\nlustful growl rumbling in Dresnath's throat. \nRaikir leaned back, a soft chirr wafting from\nhis beak, his other paw caressing Dresnath's cheek, demanding attention. The\ndragon grabbed each of Raikir's paws in each hand, slamming them together,\nlicking at those wiggling toes, making them curl inward as a spike of pleasure\nshot through Raikir's frame, making his wings twitch and his cock throb. The\ndragon's paw swat away Raikir's hand as the gryphon sought to grab himself, the\nemerald toes encircling his member in a snug grip that drew a sharp caw from\nRaikir. \nLeon cowered behind the door, his breath\nragged, his frame shivering from spying on the two lovers during their erotic\nmoment. Above all, his thick, red shaft made its way out of his sheath fully,\nthe tapered tip glistening from the bead of pre forming upon it. Leon had to\nfight the urge to masturbate, the temptation too great to stroke his smooth\nerection. He would moan for sure, and Raikir would catch him, and then...\nHe pinched an ear to snap out of this\nlust-induced trance, peeking from behind the door once again. Dresnath now\nlicked the leonine paw hovering in front of him, clutching Raikir's other in\nboth hands, his hips pumping his member forward, straight between those moist\ntoes. Every time he did, the dragon's fins quivered, his lips trembling, wings\nfluttering. \nLeon bit on his lower lip, screwing his eyes\nshut as his member jerked upwards, spurting a string of pre into the darkness\nthat filled his room. He didn't even touch himself, yet watching Dresnath hump\nRaikir's paw, and the gryphon guide the dragon's foot in an up and down motion\nalong his shaft, made his blood boil within his veins. \n\"Grrrr,\" Dresnath growled, shoving harder\nbetween the tufted crevices of Raikir's paw. His spaded tip slipped through\nthose toes, forcing them to the sides, burying between those soggy pads, only\nto retreat and slide across them during the next stroke. \nRaikir had an equally good time, his thighs\ncompletely still, Dresnath's paw rubbing him in all the right ways. His toes\ncupped Raikir's shaft, applying blissful pressure on those too sensitive barbs.\nThe reaction was immediate, the gryphon's impressive wings unfurling, his beak\nhanging open as his hips bucked with frenzied desire. \nDresnath began to pound Raikir's paw harder,\nhis strokes trading accuracy for speed. Caught in the overwhelming ocean of\ndelight heralding an orgasm, the two lovers desperately sought to push\nthemselves past their edge, their expressions a mask of pure enjoyment.\nLeon's thighs quaked when they both came in\neach other's paws. Breath caught in his throat, his eyes wide as saucers,\ntaking in the spasms wracking Dresnath's draconic member. His seed gushed out\nin long, hearty spurts, splashing upon Raikir's toes, drenching them in ivory,\ngooey essence. Meanwhile, Raikir came with short but powerful bursts, shooting\nso hard his first lance of seed plastered upon the ceiling, the subsequent ones\nfilling Dresnath's paw. \nMuffled growls mixed with soft, avian\ntrilling, both of them caressing each other's spent members, milking themselves\nof their remaining seed. Once done, they began to slurp the semen off each\nother's paws, staring at each other with a glimmer only lovers possessed.\n\"Let's go to the bedroom for cuddles and\nkisses,\" Dresnath said, letting go of Raikir's clean paw. \n\"Can't. It's occupied,\" Raikir said between\nlicks, still not done with the dragon's toes. \nDresnath's head turned with lightning-fast\nreflexes, those blue eyes bearing into Leon's for a millisecond before the\nQuilava fled behind the door, his heart hammering. He panted so hard, he\nthought he would faint, unless his temples exploded first from the way they\nthrobbed.\n\"Oh, right, the little...\" Dresnath paused.\n\"Quilava,\" Raikir picked up for him. \"He's a\nconfused fellow. I took him under my wing, maybe try and give him a purpose and\na place here in Montesario.\nLeon squeaked in surprise, too loud for\ncomfort. Did he--did Raikir really? He was positive he heard that, but his heart\npounded, and his insides twisted due to nerves. \nUnable to keep spying on them, Leon hurled himself into the bed, yelping\nwhen his erection brushed against the sheets. To keep it from touching\nanything, he switched onto his back, ears perked to pick up the words of the\ntwo mates.\nThey entered the study, judging by the sound\nof the glass door being shut.\n\"Let's share the cot,\" Dresnath urged.\n\"It's too small.\"\n\"Then I'll sleep on the floor and you in the\ncot.\"\nRaikir shrieked at that, the sharp sound\nsending a jolt through Leon's spine. \"How about we both have something to eat\nbefore leaving for our mutual den?\"\n\"And leave the Quilava here?\" Dresnath asked.\n\"We'll come for him in the morning. Leon can\nlast a night on his own.\"\n\"I wonder if he masturbated while watching us.\nI spotted his member,\" Dresnath said, his words making Leon's cheeks simmer. \n\"I wouldn't blame him if he runs for the\nhills. What the poor male had to witness...\"\nThey both joined in merry laughter, while Leon\nstood still as a corpse in his bed, mind churning with a thousand thoughts. His\nmost prominent one was to march into the study, let both of them know they\ncould take the bed while he took the cot, but that took courage and, after\nbeing discovered by Dresnath, Leon felt anything but brave. \nHe felt weak, ashamed and, more than anything,\nhe felt...isolated. \nIn the end, his silence made the two make up\ntheir mind. The pitter patter of Dresnath' claws alerted Leon of his approach,\nforcing the Quilava to draw the blue woolen blanket up to his neck, closing his\neyes to pretend that he was asleep. \nShit. That wouldn't work. His erection! It\npoked against the blanket, rising like a perverse tent pole. \nLeon shifted to the side, gritting his teeth\nas his tapered tip touched the soft sheets, ears shifting back and forth. \n\"Don't go into his room. You'll wake him up.\"\nThat was Raikir's voice.\nThe footsteps stopped. \"How do you know he's\nasleep? Maybe he's rubbing one off or listening at doors.\" Dresnath kept his\nvoice low, a bit louder than a whisper. \nHis tone made Leon's hide prickle, an eerie\nwarmth flooding him. It wasn't his words. Yes, they made Leon blush something\nfierce, but the way he spoke with a hushed voice, to avoid disturbing him, a\nstranger that Dresnath had only heard of from his mate...\nIf the dragon's words softened Leon, then\nRaikir surprised him to such extent Leon held his breath, closing his eyes\nagainst the shudder running through him. \n\"Even if he is, he deserves a bit of privacy.\nHe's the mayor's guest. Show the Quilava some respect!\" His authoritative tone\nhad a playful tinge to it. Even Leon smiled. \n\"Fine then, your Excellency. Now, if you would\nfollow me to a humble abode to share some lemon cakes, that would be great.\"\n\"Those lemons are damn expensive,\" Raikir\nsaid. \n\"I'm free to spend my coin however I want, and\nyour lion's ass is worth it.\"\nThen, they both left, the door muffling their\nvoices. For a brief moment, Leon considered getting out of bed and watching\nthem through the window, but the longer he dwelled on that thought, the more\nweird and creepy it seemed. \nIt wasn't a big deal. They were mates. Leon\nhad seen many of such couples before. Yet the way they spoke to each other, so\nearnest and carefree, enthralled Leon. And their mutual masturbation--oh my,\nthat freaking kinky scene! A grin plastered on Leon's mug just by thinking of\ntheir scrunched expressions, of the seed dribbling down their feet, of the way\nthey panted with utter satisfaction. \nHe felt light headed for a moment, drifting\namong memories, hand inching down his abs, aiming for his member. \n\"No,\" Leon muttered, clutching the sheets\ninstead. He didn't want to masturbate. He wanted something better--deserved\nbetter! He wanted to laugh, to tease and be teased, not jack off in the dark,\nespecially after tonight. \nLeon waited for his erection to fade away,\nstaring at the pale moonlight streaming through the windows, reflecting off the\nsurface of the ornate vase. A knowledgeable citizen of the twentieth-first\ncentury, and he couldn't identify the species of the flowers. He made a mental\nnote to ask Raikir on the morning, then shut his eyes, drifting to sleep in\nmere moments.\nA bang started Leon to his senses. \n\"Aw, crap. Woke you up, haven't I?\"\nIt was Dresnath, the dragon from last night,\nRaikir's mate, carrying a chair that knocked against everything in the room\nbefore he got it to sit at the small desk. Upon the desk sat a platter filled\nwith spinach, scrambled eggs on the side, and some sort of purple potatoes\nopposite of the savory, golden delicacy. The smell of it alone made Leon's\nmouth water, but he remained in the bed for the time being, watching the dragon\nshift some books and flower vase on the desk to make room for Leon.\n\"Thought you would like to eat in this more\nelegant room. You don't want to see the kitchen. Trust me on that one.\"\nWhat about the living room? It had enough\nspace, and a real table instead of a tiny desk carved out of cherry wood. \nAs if reading his mind, Dresnath flicked his\ntail, the fins sprouting behind his cheeks extending to the sides. \"You're in\nthe Mayor's office. There will be random gryphons and dragons coming here.\nGotta sit them somewhere, give them something to eat and drink if it's a\nparticularly dull topic.\"\n\"I'm--I'm fine with it,\" Leon said, rubbing the\nhaze off his heavy, tired eyes. He blinked a few times to adjust to the harsh\nglare of late morning, squinted, then looked away, his gaze falling on the\nplain, light brown doublet, white shirt and trousers placed at the foot of his\nbed. \nHe looked at Dresnath, and the dragon nodded.\n\"Yours. Saved you the trouble of rifling through Raikir's belongings. Think I\ngot your size right, too.\"\n\"Thank you,\" Leon said, a bit overwhelmed by\nthe unexpected kindness of a rather important military figure. \n\"Go on,\" he urged. \"Put them on. That outfit makes\nyou an official citizen of Montesario, and after yesterday, I doubt you prefer\nto go around naked, much as I'd prefer that to happen.\" He stretched his back,\nspreading his wings halfway, careful not to knock off something. \n\"Many gryphons and dragons have beautiful\nplumes, coats, and scales. Why bother covering them? During winter, it is\nnecessary, but the weather is pretty mild right now. Nevertheless, in your\ncase, that doublet means safe passage through the town. Had enough of this pest\nbullshit...\"\nBut...why? What did he do to deserve\npreferential treatment? Didn't he hurt one of their guards? Hadn't he been\ncalled a pest by every living soul? Why would a town change his opinion of him\njust because he donned some medieval clothing?\nOh well...at least today seemed more promising\nthan yesterday, and Leon wasn't about to debate Dresnath's logic. Still, he\ntook a moment to swallow emptily, cupping his face in his palms and taking in a\ndeep breath, mindful of his surroundings, of this eerie town with both hostile\nand extremely hospitable denizens. \n\"There's a washing basin filled with cold\nwater right over there.\"\n\"Thanks, but...I'm fine. Just a bit...\" he trailed\noff, then continued when his sore legs gave him the answer, \"sore from\nyesterday's walk.\"\nDresnath leaned against the door, tail\nflicking from side to side. He wore a dark, satin vest threaded with gold and\nsilver around the edges, emblazoned with the sun rising behind the copse of\npines. Leather leggings looked a bit ridiculous on a dragon, but somehow, Dresnath's\nemerald hide made them fit. \n\"Your food's getting cold. We can talk more\nabout that once you put some food in your belly.\"\nLeon swung a leg out of the bed, then froze,\nhis eyes bearing into Dresnath's deep blue ones. \n\"I've already seen you naked,\" Dresnath said,\nhis lips stretching into a sly smile. \"And you have watched me and\nRaikir...unwind in our own special way.\"\nLeon paled. Caught in the act, his mind turned\nblank, lips trembling. \"I...I didn't...I only...I got curious, all right.\"\nThe dragon's low chuckle merely hardened the\nicicles growing within his gut. \"It is no trouble. You are curious about us,\nand we're definitely curious about your kind. Quilava aren't a species we, the\nmountain dwellers, have heard of.\"\n\"It is...complicated,\" Leon said, getting out of\nthe bed, hoping that his nakedness would keep Dresnath distracted long enough\nfor him to stop inquiring about Leon's past. \nLeon walked casually to the side of the bed,\nchancing the dragon a few glances, noticing the way he took in the quilava's well\nsculpted body. \nLeon did alright for himself. His pecks, along\nwith his developed abs, stood out, a testimony to his efforts to keep in shape.\nThe daily jogging sessions burned the fat off his butt and thighs, allowing the\nhard muscle to create those pleasant lines, while his arms, although strong,\nhad a lean aspect to them, rather than a brutish one. \nDresnath certainly agreed, his forked tongue\nrunning over his pebbly lips, his eyes falling on Leon's privates. Sparks shot\nthrough the Quilava's body, electrifying jolts dashing through his spine. He\nheld his breath, afraid of gasping or yelping, stepping over to his clothes and\ngrabbing the knitted trousers, made of a thin yet durable pale fabric,\nemulating the color of his thighs. \nOnce he got into them, Leon pulled the shirt\nover his head, relishing the caress of the loose linen flowing over his fur.\nNext came the doublet, which was a bit tight around the neck and chest, yet not\nenough to complain about it. \n\"Hmm, I'd say you look like a noble from the\nkingdom to the west if I didn't know any better,\" Dresnath said. \n\"Clothes maketh man,\" Leon said, then quickly\nrushed to explain his quaint choice of words when Dresnath narrowed his eyes.\n\"Means these clothes make me seem what I'm not.\"\nThe dragon shrugged, tilting a wing towards\nthe desk. \"Not yet. But you may be. It is entirely up to you.\"\nOn the way to his meal, Leon couldn't help\nhimself from fingering the empty patches on his back, designed to allow\nincreased mobility to one's wings. The hole in his pants, just above his rear,\nmeant to accommodate a tail, seemed equally out of place, and Dresnath's amused\ngrowl roused Leon's embarrassment. \n\"We tailor our clothes according to our needs.\nGive it a few days, and our tailors will have something suitable for our one\nand only Quilava.\" \nLeon nodded and took a seat at the table,\ngrabbing the pewter folk set on a white linen napkin and poking at the pile of\nspinach, hungry, yet at the same time, unable to eat due to the nerves filling\nhis stomach. Although Dresnath sounded more than reassuring, Leon's modern mind\nwas way ahead of the dragon's thought process. He had read enough books to know\nthat, for better or worse, the medieval society was a stubborn crowd, clinging\nto its old traditions, even racist in some cases. They wouldn't really see Leon\nas one of their own. Sure, they might pretend, and for a while, Leon would\nstart believing them. \nBut they would never choose him over one of\ntheir own. \n\"I can fetch you some meat if vegetables\naren't to your liking.\"\nDresnath sprawled over the bed, his wings\nsplayed to reveal their purple membrane, his feet swaying back and forth, in\nunison with his jittery tail tip. The dragon rested his head against the bridge\nformed by the palms tucked under the back of his head, staring at the ceiling. \n\"Nah, the food's fine.\" To prove that to\nDresnath, Leon stuffed bits of scrambled eggs and spinach into his mouth, moaning\ninvoluntarily from whatever seasoning Dresnath used. The savory aroma gave his\ntaste buds a miniature orgasm, forcing him to gulp everything down without even\nchewing it properly. \n\"It's...it's actually great. I've never tasted\nanything like it.\"\n\"I don't really know what your people eat, so\nI went with one of our usual morning meals. Good to hear you like it.\"\nThose purple potatoes had a slightly spongy\ntexture. They must have been baked, for their skin started to flake off, and\nthe herbs sprinkled over them gave them an exquisite taste. After the few\ninitial bites, Leon found it hard to stop himself. He didn't eat anything\nyesterday, apart from the scant meal Raikir provided, and wolfed down\nDresnath's breakfast, eyes scanning the desk for his customary cup of juice. \nThere was none. Not even water, and Dresnath\nseemed too relaxed for Leon to disturb him. \n\"Give me a minute. I'll get that over to the\nkitchen.\"\n\"Oh no. That's the least I can do.\" As soon as\nLeon grabbed the plate, Dresnath swung his torso forward, propped against his\nelbows. \n\"No you won't. You're my guest. Word spreads\nquickly around these parts.\"\nReluctant to go between Dresnath and the\ncustoms of these people, Leon settled the plate back onto the wooden surface,\nleaning back into his chair, releasing a satisfying sigh. \"An excuse to be\nlazy? I can roll with that! I mean...sure, as you wish,\" he corrected himself.\nBugger! He'd have to downgrade his speech into a more basic form if he wanted\nto fit in. \nSpeaking of which, for how long he would stay\nhere? And, was he even able to return home? He had to, right? That was how\nthese things worked. \n\"Something on your mind?\" Dresnath asked,\nleaning back into the bed. \n\"I was thinking of Raikir,\" Leon lied. \"His\nfirst intention was to incarcerate me.\"\n\"Well, what do you expect? Unknown being walks\ninto your town, bare to the pads, claiming he's lost. That's quite bizarre.\"\nThat did sound a bit off, now that Dresnath\nput it like that. Maybe their peaceful settlement wasn't as quiet as...\nDresnath's rumbling laughter filled the room.\nLeon perked up, the tips of his ears burning with the hint of realization. He'd\nbeen had, and the dragon's fluttering wings only added to the comical, if a bit\nirritating, situation.\n\"I'm sorry, I--to think that a naked wondered\nbested Rashar and rallied a quarter of our town...that's exciting, to say the\nleast.\"\n\"To you. Not to me,\" Leon said, remembering\nthe deep humiliating that whipped at his back with every insult to his address,\nthe invisible sting pushing him onward. \"Where I come from, there are numerous\nwords to describe the barbaric practices of the villagers, but not exciting.\"\nDresnath swung onto his feet, rubbing his arms\nand tilting his head left and right to alleviate the stiffness. \"Where do you\nhail from? More importantly, how did you end up in the woods, with no food nor\nclothes?\"\nLeon shrugged, then straightened his back,\nadopting a cocky posture. \"I don't need food nor clothes. Magic is all I need.\"\n\"Fair enough, but don't think you're slinking\nyour way out of this so easily.\" \nLeon opened his mouth, but closed it once he\nnoticed Dresnath looking through the window. \"Think of a believable excuse\nwhile I go greet my mate. He has quite the retinue this time around.\"\nThe quilava's shoulders slumped as soon as the\ndoor banged shut behind him. Damnation! Although friendly and more than\nsympathetic, Dresnath had quite an intense and chill-inducing gaze. Raikir was\nthe bloody mayor of the town, meaning that the interests of his people came\nbefore a guest, like they both preferred to address Leon. Would he retain his\nprivileged status, once they found out he traveled through time and between\nworlds? Or burn him on a stake, like the superstitious crowd they probably\nwere?\nA smirk tugged at the right side of his mouth.\nFire wouldn't do them much good. On the contrary, when the flames would caress\nhis fur, they'd be awed, to the point where they might elevate him to the\nstatus of a deity, to be worshipped and paid tribute. \nFantasies, all of them. But that was all Leon\nhad for the time being. Fantasies, and a buttload of uncertainties. Careful not\nto make himself seen, he took a peek at the crowd clambering up the hill. Once\nthey crested the hilltop, Leon returned to his chair, rapping his knuckles on\nthe desk until Raikir entered the room. \n\"So you had your morning meal. Good. That\ncrosses a worry off the list.\" \nYeah sure, as if Leon was expected to believe\nthe mayor himself preoccupied himself with the needs of a hobo. As much as Leon\nhated to see himself in this light, the harsh truth dawned upon him like a\nsuppressive shroud, wrapped too tight around his neck, making his breathing\ndifficult. \nRaikir's relieved squawk dispelled it. The\ngryphon hurled himself into the bed, eyes closed, arms crossed over his chest,\nfeet hovering in the air, toes wiggling. They looked so clean! His dark pads\nshone like polished obsidian, the tufts of fur growing between them short and\nneat. And, to make things even more erotic for Leon, Raikir's leonine pads had\nthat puffy look to them, that squishy smooth appearance that made his blood\nsimmer at the thought of touching them, if only to confirm their softness. \n\"My mate is going to fly you to our den. The\noffice is not the place you want to find yourself in when the petitions will\nstart pouring in.\"\nPetitions? Den? Fly there? Leon's stomach\nturned at the mere notion of it. \"Fly there? I can't. I suffer from a severe\ncase of absent wings.\"\n\"Dresnath will carry you,\" Raikir said. \n\"I'm not sure I--aren't there better ways? Like\nelevators?\" That last remark fled his mouth before he could stave it off. \n\"We lack the contraptions you mentioned,\nunfortunately, so flight is the only way.\" The gryphon's tone brooked no\nargument. Tension coated his words, emphasized by the hazardous twitching of\nhis tufted tail tip. \nLeon chose to remain silent, his gaze drawn by\nthose leonine paws. He liked the way Raikir fanned out his toes, only to curl\nthen inwards a moment later, or the claws poking halfway through whenever he\nswitched to a more comfortable position in the bed. He tensed up when gut\ninstinct planted a nefarious seed within his mind and, try as he might to put\nit at the back of his mind, Leon couldn't.\nIt was too obvious that Raikir had had a\nstressful morning. As his guest, massaging his feet was the least Leon could do\nfor him. Still, he barely knew the gryphon, and, although altruistic and quite\ninnocent in appearance, his intentions had a selfish touch to them as well, one\nthat Raikir might pick up. After all, he already had a mate, more than eager to\nstroke those plump pads. \n\"I should...go to the study. Leave you to rest,\"\nLeon suggested, his member starting to wake up as he imagined Raikir's toes\nsqueezing his member, just like they squeezed Dresnath's last night. \n\"Nah, stay here. If anything, I should be the\none to go. I just needed a moment of silence. This Midsummer fair is a most\ntedious affair, and this year, I promised the people I'll expand it, make the\nmarket row bigger, bring in exotic merchants. Contracts, promises, bartering--I\nhave to go through this every day, and it never seems to end.\"\nThe quilava crossed his legs, gritting his\nteeth, taking short, silent breaths in an attempt to suppress his erection. The\nmaterial of the trousers caressed his length, sending tingles through it,\nencouraging it to swell to full mast. \"If there's anything I can do to help,\nsign me up. Need to earn my keep somehow.\"\n\"No,\" Raikir said, that one word spoken with a\nlow, haggard voice. \"You're not a flier. You have a peculiar way of speaking,\nand the people distrust you. Your presence will only complicate matters\nfurther.\"\nLeon turned his seat around to face Raikir,\nanger blossoming within his breast. \"There must be something I can do.\"\n\"Do nothing. Trust me on this one.\"\nMayor or not, Leon wasn't about to let himself\nbe trampled by a featherhead. The last time it happened, a bird ended up with a\nbad case of singed feathers. \"I have magic. I know how to channel it.\"\nRaikir swayed his tail to the side\ndismissively. \"So do the dragons. This is not up for debate. I just can't have\nan honored guest out there, doing menial jobs.\"\nHonored guest, he called him, yet to Leon, it\nsounded eerily similar to pest. \"You underestimate my capabilities, sir Mayor.\"\n\"I am. And I am also aware of what happens\nwhen you go out there. Both me and Dresnath have work to do, and looking after\nyou is not something...\" he trailed off, fixating one mahogany eye on Leon. \"We\njust don't have time for you, not right now, not in the middle of the\npreparations for the Midsummer Fair.\"\nGod, but was he cranky! And curt, and...\nThe door swung open. Dresnath marched into the\nroom, clasped his hands, and released a mellow growl, a toothy smile spread\nover his muzzle. \n\"Solved the petitions, sent the visitors on\ntheir way, and hired a few leopards from the nearby village to help with the\nfair. Don't thank me all at once. I realize how difficult it must be to accept\nthat you have this day off, especially in his case. Look at that look of\ndefeat.\" He pointed at Raikir, laying flat on his stomach, back presented to\nLeon and the dragon, his paws swinging back and forth. \n\"And look at those paws!\" Dresnath's eyes\nshifted towards Leon, that knowledgeable look making his bowels twist. \"They're\nwarm and pleasant to the touch, dear guest, and a careful touch might make my\nbeloved bird to cum in his pants.\"\nRaikir shot up at that, his feathers frazzled,\nand more than a bit flustered. \"May I remind you that our guest--\"\n\"Has spied on us last night?\" Dresnath\ncompleted for him, adding to the thick haze of embarrassment pooling into the\nroom. \"He knows the stuff we delight upon, and his eyes dart towards your paws\none too many times. I think he wanted to massage them, before your rank\nintimidated him.\"\nLeon's temples throbbed so hard, he thought\nhis head would burst. \"I...shall leave you to your own.\"\n\"No no, stay,\" Dresnath waved with a hand,\nwhile the other cupped one of Raikir's feet, his thumb circling one of the\nbean-shaped toes. \"We've matters to discuss, don't we my mate?\"\nThe gryphon flopped back onto the bed,\noffering his other paw to Dresnath, which the dragon received gladly. He\nsettled at the foot of the bed, massaging each toe before switching to the\ncentral pads. Every time he squeezed them, Leon's breath froze in his throat,\nand his member lurched in his trousers.\n\"He's fully relaxed now,\" Dresnath pointed\nover the mellow chirps of the gryphon. \"Whatever he said earlier, he didn't\nmean it.\"\n\"A quarter or it, maybe,\" Raikir mumbled,\nstretching his toes, taking in a deep breath. A visible shudder rushed through\nhis frame. His feathers fluffed up due to it, and he grabbed Dresnath's hands,\nclaws emerging from their sheaths to prickle at his scales. \"Leon needs...time to\nadjust.\"\n\"No, he needs to get out there,\" Dresnath\nsaid, pinching a pad, hard enough to make the bird squeak. \"Especially if he's\nwilling.\"\n\"I am,\" Leon responded, hands kept to his\nback, his crossed feet swinging up and down as he slouched into the backrest of\nthe chair, trying his best to keep a nonchalant position and his eyes off those\ndeft fingers weaving around those beautiful paws. \"I owe Raikir a sword as\nwell. How am I supposed to pay it if I do nothing?\"\n\"Well, I think the matter's settled.\" Dresnath\nlet go of Raikir's paws and turned to face Leon. \"I can go with him. Give him a\nposition and instruct him on what to do while you get some much needed sleep.\"\n\"Like I can sleep while I'm...filled with\nenergy,\" Raikir said, rolling out of the bed, then turning around, wings spread\nto conceal his erection while he tidied the bed sheets and blankets. \n\"You mean your sack is filled with seed,\nbegging to be released,\" Dresnath teased. \"But it's a shame the day is so young\nand we're so busy.\"\n\"Busy indeed,\" Raikir mouthed. \"I'll join you\ndown at the market square soon as I finish some errands. Mayor stuff. A\nsimpleton like a Second wouldn't understand.\"\n\"HAR!\" Dresnath growled. \"Let's never forget\nthat I administrate this town. \"Which is the unofficial term for ruling it.\"\n\"Only because I allow it.\" Raikir knelt in\nfront of his mate, sharing a hug, his small, avian tongue rolling over the\ndragon's scaly cheek. \nDresnath wanted more. He flat out pulled Raikir\ninto a kiss, his purr a rumble of delight while his feathery mate squirmed and\nbatted his wings before he eased into it. Meanwhile, Leon looked outside, at\nthe clouds drifting overhead, counting the big ones to keep himself distracted.\n\n\"Will be with you two in a bit.\" Raikir closed\nthe door behind him, then opened it again to poke his head through a narrow\ngap. \"Forgot to say this, but your new attire looks good on you Leon.\nCompliment Dresnath for his choice of clothes, and he may rub your paws too.\"\nWith that, Raikir left Leon alone with a\ndragon whose eyebrows and frills perked expectantly. \"Well?\"\n\"I do love the clothes, but I'll pass on the\npaw massage.\"\n\"Afraid you might enjoy it the way my mate\ndid?\"\nThat shot too close to the truth. Given how pent-up\nhe was, Leon didn't discount the possibility of jizzing into his pants and go\nthrough an utterly embarrassing hands-free experience.\n\"You have a mate. That's the point. I'm just a\neep!\" Leon words cut off. So preoccupied was he with his thoughts, that he\ndidn't notice Dresnath's proximity to him, sitting on his knees right in front\nof Leon, reaching out for his paws. The quilava tried to tuck his feet under\nthe chair, but Dresnath's agile hands closed in the distance, grabbing Leon by\nthe ankles. Those slim but strong fingers seized both of his paws, cupping them\ninto scaled, warm palms, their texture making Leon shudder. \n\"Oh my, they sure feel nice\" Dresnath said. He\nswitched onto his rump, placing Leon's paws in his lap, looking at the quilava\nwith an astonished expression. \"I have a thing for paws. If I stare at them, I\nhave to rub them, and my favorites are the pink ones. But I never expected\nyours to be so...delicate, and so warm and pleasant to the touch.\"\nHe backed up his words by starting to fondle\nLeon's paws, roaming their entire surface with the tips of his fingers,\ntrailing them over the crevices between Leon's toes, applying light pressure\nupon his squishy, sensitive pads, making Leon gasp from the sudden pressure.\nThe quilava looked to the side, his heart\nbeats picking up, his cheeks starting to simmer, toes beginning to wiggle\nwithin Dresnath's grasp, encouraged by the pleasant experience. \n\"Feels good, doesn't it? I should know. I live\nin a village full of dragons and gryphons, and they all like having somebody\ntend to their paws, more or less.\"\n\"Yes, I am...it's pleasant indeed.\" Leon's voice\nshuddered a little. He curled his toes around Dresnath's fingers, clenching\naround them, trying to grab onto them. Not only did Dresnath slip past his grip\nwith great ease, but he suddenly let go of Leon's left paw, holding his right\none with both hands, his face inching forward to get a better look at that paw.\n\n\"Lovely shapes. I wonder if...\"he paused,\nbringing the tips fingers upon Leon's toes, tracing along their length. \nThe quilava jerked his feet, yelping. That\nbloody tickled, but this strange dragon chuckled and seized his paws a second\ntime, this time around stroking Leon slow and steady, using naught but his\nthumbs and palms, his claws trailing through the fur coating the upper parts of\nhis feet. \n\"Oh just relax, Leon. It's just a harmless\nmassage. Even though it can get rather erotic at times,\" Dresnath's untimely\nwords came. He didn't need to point that out. His touch already made Leon grow,\nhis feet jerking within the scaly confines uselessly, the wiggling motion of\nhis toes only flaring the dragon's desire to put his expert massaging skills to\nthe test. \nHe began with Leon's central pads, a bit less\nreceptive than his toes, yet more than enough to make the Quilava tense up and\nstraighten his back on his chair, his clutch tightening around the armrests.\nSoft sounds of pleasure began to waft through his tightly sealed lips and, no\nmatter how hard Leon tried to control himself, he simply couldn't. Warmth oozed\nthrough Dresnath's scales, seeping into his feet, those soft and reassuring\ntouches awakening sparks of desire within him.\nLeon braced against the warm tingles snaking\nthrough his pads. His lips began twitching, and his breaths became rugged and\nerratic. Spikes of pleasure shot through his thighs, converging upon his\nmember, each fluid stroke along those plump, pink pads making Leon harden with\nevery passing second. \nMuch to his relief, Dresnath kept his eyes\nglued to the task at hand, too focused on his paws to say something. His wings\nshifted in their sockets, excitement all but obvious in the swishing motion of\nhis tail. Once he switched to Leon's toes, the dragon made sure to insist upon\nevery single one, cupping and rubbing them, stroking and squeezing them, until\nLeon's toes fanned out and his malehood jerked in his trousers, a line of pre\nshooting from his tapered tip. \nLeon shook out of Dresnath's grip, light\nheaded, his throat parched all of a sudden. \"Need to...use the bathroom,\" he\nblurted out, wobbling on the way towards it on almost too sensitive toes. \"Have\nto take a leak.\"\n\"Sure. Take however long you want.\" There was\nobvious glee within Dresnath's voice. He knew exactly what would happen in the\nbathroom. Probably sat at the door and listened, too!\nOnce inside, Leon's pent-up groan erupted from\nhis throat. His body felt aflame, and for a moment, the quilava looked around,\nconfused as to why there was no WC in sight. \nRight. Medieval times. The wooden door to a\nstall to the left looked suggestive enough but, once he made it inside, Leon's\njaw dropped. \nNo toilet paper. Not even sheets of...whatever!\nAnd the thing looked nothing more than a hole carved into an elevated, wooden\nrectangle, barely reaching Leon's knees. Foul smells wafted from below, yet\nLeon sucked in a deep breath and lowered his trousers, groaning from the\nfriction of cloth against his sensitive, erect member. \nHe stood a few steps back to muffle the scent,\nlegs spread as much as his trousers allowed, squeezing his shaft. It bore a\nrich, crimson color, its thickness more than sufficient for a hearty grip, the\ntapered tip already moist from the droplets of pre he leaked into his pants.\nLeon coated his fingers with his pre, more of it leaking into his palm,\nencouraged by the faint, desperate throbs of a too eager member.\n\"Ghah,\" Leon gasped. He mostly kept to his\ntip, but even that was enough to push him dangerously close to the edge. That\npaw massage worked him up better than he expected. So good, that Leon didn't\nwait to coat his entire girth in translucent pre.\nThe smoothness of his red, throbbing meat\nallowed his furred palms to glide over it effortlessly, his wrist pumping up\nand down with faster and stronger motions. Leon's eyelids trembled from the\nstinging pressure welling within his groin. His claws scraped at the floor, and\nhis knees wavered. To savor this moment to its fullest, the quilava sucked in a\ndeep breath and forced his mind back to the night before. He focused on the way\nDresnath fucked Raikir's paw, on the way his member speared through those onyx\nbeads to bury within the confines of those warm pads. \nFor a horny quilava that hadn't had any in a\nwhile, that was too much. His balls churned with eagerness to spill their load,\nand his cock pulsated within Leon's grip, a strong lance of creamy semen\nsplattering upon the other end of the stall. Leon tried to contain the\noverwhelming bliss threatening to consume him, to stagger forward and point at\nthe circle carved into the wood, but his discipline faltered after only a step.\n\n\"Ghaaah!\" Leon cried out, his knees buckling\nunder the weight of his shuddering body. The rest of his load erupted out of\nhis throbbing cock, splashing on the walls, on the seat of the stall, on the\nfloor--everywhere! The awkwardness of the situation only hit Leon after his\nintense orgasm faded, his eyes clearing to the slimy patches of ivory goo that\nhe had nothing to wipe away with. \nThe knock on the door made his heart turn to\nthe size of a pebble. \n\"Y--es?\" Leon's frail, shaky voice came.\n\"Are you finished? Don't worry about the\npotential mess. There's nothing a wet pieces of canvas can't wipe.\"\nHow was one supposed to respond to that? \nLeon certainly didn't. He got out of the\nstall, looking around for the sink, disoriented. When he found none, he brought\nhis pants up over his flaccid member, and made it towards the door at a\nshuffle. Time condensed into a drawn-out, agonizing moment, one that threatened\nto make Leon's chest burst from the crippling waves of embarrassment washing\nthrough him. \nBig\ndeal. They made a mess last night too. It's all the same to these two, he tried rousing his courage to no avail. They were mates. They had\nthe right to get intimate with one another, whereas Leon was a stranger who, on\nthe second day here as a guest, came all over their bathroom after a not so\ninnocent foot massage. \nBefore his emotions petrified him, Leon opened\nthe door. Blessedly, Dresnath sat in the study, looking over some parchments,\ntoo focused on them to notice Leon's pale expression. \n\"Give me a moment. Got to put some official\nseals on these documents, and then I'll go clean up. If you're wondering,\nRaikir and I started off the same way,\" he said, melting some purple wax on top\nof a letter and pressing a signet ring upon it. \"Awfully awkward around each\nother, pawing one off after our cuddling sessions, both of us acting like two\nterrified hatchlings, so eager to do the things both of us thought of, yet\nuncertain of how to proceed.\"\nLeon folded his arms over his torso, shifting\nhis weight from one limb to the other, looking around the room to pass the time\nwhile Dresnath's signet ring kept making that thud, thud, thud sound. \n\"We were quite young back then. Don't believe\nfor a moment that I was meant to be the Second to the Mayor. His parents were merchants,\nmine dad was a miner, and mother a guard. Much like Raikir wants you to believe\nthat Montesario is all peace and cuddling, the truth is a harsher, lonelier\none. Merchants are successful and ambitious people, whereas guards...\" he\nshrugged, stamped a scroll, grabbed a quill, dipped it in ink and pulled up a\nclean vellum, starting to scribble on it. \"Well, there's plenty of guards to go\naround, and it doesn't take much to breathe fire and carry a sword.\"\nDresnath spoke with such ease, telling his story\nto a veritable stranger. It made Leon feel awkward, to fret on the spot,\nwondering why, of all the people Dresnath surely knew better, the dragon had\nchosen him.\n\"But you've seen Raikir. He's a bundle of love\nand determination. He...convinced me to keep meeting with him, and later on, he\nmade our relationship work by passing his courage to a scrawny drake who had a\nmind sharper than his sword, but had too low self-esteem to use it.\"\nFrom lowly guard to somebody who could have\nbecome an important military figure. Leon shivered at the mere thought of it,\nthe prickling sensation dispersing through his frame warm, reassuring. It shook\nhim out of his lethargic state, allowing him to think of the beautiful\npossibilities that even he, a lonely quilava, might seize with the proper\nguidance. \n\"It's a long story, but I can safely say it\nbegan with a blowjob.\" Dresnath chuckled, dipping his quill in ink, without\neven making eye contact with Leon. \"Raikir had courage. Plenty of it. But,\nwhile I was afraid of being rejected by him and be called a pervert, he, on the\nother hand, believed that if he took up the initiative too soon, things might\nseem shallow between us. That gryphon truly wanted a genuine relationship, but\ngods be damned, did I delay all of those wonderful possibilities. Until one\nnight, when we sat at a table in some tavern outside of Montesario.\"\nLeon found himself nodding, urging Dresnath to\ncontinue, his curiosity at an all time high. Whether the dragon did it on\npurpose, Leon couldn't know, but the scaly bastard went to sign the damn thing\nwith two different types of ink, melt wax of a reddish hue, and fumble for a\ndifferent seal to stomp upon the document. Afterwards, he leaned back into his\nchair, smiling. \n\"I don't remember what the heck we said to one\nanother. Both of us paid more attention to the paw play happening under the\ntable. It began innocent enough, with the touching of toes. Then, it became\nmore serious, until I needed a breath of fresh air to...calm myself. Happens that\nRaikir needed the same thing. So he comes behind the inn, invading my dark\ncorner, and rolls down my trousers. I froze, mumbled some nonsense, while the\ngryphon knelt in front of me and took me in his beak. Didn't last more than a\nfew heartbeats. I felt like all of the blood left me, pooled at my feet, while\nmy dear Raikir cackled in that half-drunken way of his, blurting out something\nabout how adorable my premature climax was, and that it means I love him very\nmuch.\"\nDresnath propped his chin against a fist, a\npool of emotions shimmering behind those azure spheres. \"I've always loved\nRaikir. But up until that moment, I just didn't know how much. Later on, I\nrealized I loved him enough to become a better version of myself, to tap into\nmy full potential and strip myself of all the inhibitions that kept me back. I\nloved a gryphon. A gryphon loved me. To make this work, we both had to work our\nasses of, to show that we're smart, capable and, most importantly, that our\nties do not get in the way of governing this city. If Raikir wants me in\nRadorvale tomorrow morning, I'll fly there without even a proper goodbye if\nthat buys me a few precious moments to get there faster. But enough of that.\nLet's go do some clean-up.\"\n\"W--wait,\" Leon said, stretching a hand forward\nto stop him. \"There's uhm...it's messy.\"\nDresnath didn't even flinch. He casually\nstrolled into the kitchen, returned with a clean strap of linen, already\ndripping with water, and whistled a merry tune on the way to the bathroom,\ngiving Leon a side look that said, \"I've been through a lot more than you,\npup.\"\nLucky for Leon, the dragon had the decency to\nkeep it quiet while he took care of things and, once he got out, no snarky\ncomments followed. \"We should get going. Slim chances that Raikir is done with\nhis duties, but I still want to be there ahead of him, with you in tow.\" He\ncocked his head, fins perking. \"Still in this, are you?\"\n\"Sure. My word is my bond.\"\nThat put a grin on Dresnath's face. \"I knew I\nhave a good reason to like you, Leon. You're a bolder version of my old self,\nand definitely faster to pick cues up.\"\nLeon wasn't sure about that. The tips of his\nears already burned from the earlier monologue, and Dresnath's friendly\nattitude was just...too friendly. Both him and his mate had called Leon an\nhonored guest, but he took that as mere platitudes. They didn't really mean it,\nright?\n\"What sort of things will I be expected to\ndo?\" Leon asked, following Dresnath down the trail that led into the town. \n\"Whatever the townsfolk need help with.\nDecorations, assembling some stalls, sorting out goods, help with unpacking,\nthat sort of stuff. And I'll be right there beside you.\"\nDresnath sure kept his word. As soon as they\nclambered down the hill and passed through the gate that guarded the office,\npeople cluttered on the side of the cobbled road, staring at Leon and bowing\ntheir heads at Dresnath. \n\"Hey there. Fair winds under your wings. Good\nhunting. Rich harvest to you,\" Dresnath said to them, a greeting for every\noccasion, depending on the craft of each citizen. In most cases, their clothing\ngave them away. Aprons for cooks and blacksmiths, uniforms for guards, lavish\ndoublets for merchants. There were also several young ones chasing each other\nthrough the corridors winding between the houses, their wings too small and\nunderdeveloped for flight. A gryphon girl bumped into Leon's leg, shrieking at\nhim.\n\"Ey! Outta the way, flightless creature!\"\nHer friend, a raven with equally dark\nhindquarters, placed a hand on her shoulder, eying Dresnath. \"Oy, he's with the\nSecond. Leave 'im alone, unless you want the dragons to pluck your feathers one\nby one.\"\n\"That's barbaric,\" Dresnath said, making the\ntwo hatchlings screech and bolt off. \"I could've taught you a better one!\" he\nyelled after them, grabbing Leon by the shoulder, squeezing him softly. \n\"It's the first day. You will get some bad\nreception.\"\nThat was putting it mildly. Too much freedom\nof opinion got to their feathery and scaly heads. While Dresnath's presence\nkept their beaks and maws shut, Leon still noticed those looks of enmity, their\ntense postures, those twitching tail tips. They no longer regarded him as a\npest. That wasn't contempt Leon noticed in their eyes, but disapproval. \nHe tried not to dwell on it too much. After\nall, Dresnath's optimism was intoxicating, and the wing sprawled over Leon's\nback like a protective cape smelt the ice forming under his hide. \nAll it took was a few intense glances for the\ncitizens of Monstesario to satisfy their curiosity. That done, they resumed\ntheir chores, milling about the streets, or flying overhead. Down at the market\nsquare, the whole plaza was in total disarray. Walled in by shops and stone\nbuildings, the circular space seemed rather limited when portable booths and\nstalls and wooden poles flaunting colored banners had been erected all around,\neffectively cutting access to the various shops. \n\"This is a mess,\" Leon mumbled to himself.\n\"More like a defensive strategy. With the\nshops closed and barred by stalls, it's difficult for thieves to make their way\nin, of which there will be plenty. Besides, most of our townsfolk don't want\nstinky land dwellers to tarnish their beautiful carpets and glass. Crude of\nthem, I know.\"\nMore like racist, but who was Leon to judge?\nAlthough these people had a cohesive structure to them, they had a long way to\ngo in terms of diplomacy. \n\"Well,\" Dresnath said, shuffling his hands, \"I\nfeel like starting with decorations. Leave the carrying of kegs and whatever\nfor later. Your back will be grateful for it.\"\nLeon nodded, and together, they walked to a\npair of haughty merchants, both eagles, flaunting golden jewelry encrusted with\nglimmering stones. They only needed help with putting up their colorful\nannouncements, and constantly chided Leon about the inproper distance spanning\nbetween two given poles, or the way he handled the silken ribbons. \nNext up came an herbalist's stall, a shy and\nreclusive purple dragoness with black mottles covering her wings. Dresnath did\nthe heavy lifting together with Leon, getting the stalls and stools and sacks\ninto their rightful spot, while the dragoness handled her vases and bundles. \nA few more pairs followed, friendly and\ntalkative. Leon liked the leatherworkers the most. They recognized his clothes\nas their craft, and offered to take him some measurements for custom made clothing,\nbut Leon agreed to meet them after the festival was over, which was a relief\nfor both of the gryphons. The swords mith, a burly black dragon, had a mean\nglare and an even sharper tongue than his swords, his words cutting quite deep.\nBlessedly, Dresnath sent Leon over to the tailors, an elderly couple who\ninquired more about Leon's background than Dresnath and Raikir combined. \nSince no fair could be called such without a\nterrace and a dais behind for a band to play, Leon and Dresnath had to haul off\ntables, chairs, and finally, caskets and barrels of alcoholic beverages with\nthe help of two young but well built dragons. The osprey even claimed he was a\nbard and that he'd play his trusty lute, day and night, while his companion, a\ncrow, mostly grumbled to himself about how tedious this whole fair was. \nThe physical work, along with the short lived\nchatter, served to keep Leon's mind off things. It was a satisfying break from\nthe gloom growing within him, and a sorely needed one. Days never passed as fast,\nnot even back home. One moment, the sun was up and the market row bustled with\nactivity, and the next, stars twinkled into existence, with only a handful of\ndenizens left. \nAnd Raikir had yet to arrive. \nDresnath signaled Leon over to a table, where\na cook brought them a feast of honey basted ribs, plump sausages, mashed\npotatoes, and a salad made of fresh vegetables, with a tankard filled with ale\non the side to wash it all down. \n\"So, how does it feel to be a citizen of\nMonstesario?\" \n\"Painful,\" Leon said, his back still aching\nfrom those damned caskets. \nDresnath raised his mug. \"To your health,\nthen. May you recover swiftly so that you join us tomorrow for another set of\nexciting activities.\"\n\"Of course I will. I'm a citizen. It's what\ncitizens do, being helpful and stuff.\"\n\"I wasn't that serious,\" Dresnath said,\nsipping a mouthful of ale, then licking the froth off his muzzle. \"Prove\nyourself if you must, but don't do it for us. Do it for yourself.\"\n\"I am. Gotta pay Raikir his sword, and that\ngrumpy bird will charge me extra for sure.\"\n\"Not if I accidentally misplace my sword and\nask for a replacement,\" Dresnath said, winking. \"The perks of being a second.\"\nLeon shook his head. \"Nah. It has to be\nearned.\"\n\"You are earning it. Through me.\"\n\"Not what I meant,\" Leon added, and the dragon\nreached over the table to clutch Leon's shoulder. \n\"I know. You prefer the long and hard way.\"\n\"As a matter of fact, I do,\" Leon said, trying\nhis hardest not to chuckle.\nDresnath did, shaking Leon a bit, his grip\ndeceitfully strong. \"You cocky bastard. So full of yourself! You clearly\nhaven't seen many gryphons and dragons.\"\nLeon took a swig of ale, sloshing it through\nhis mouth, keeping his nonchalant façade in order to gauge Dresnath' reactions.\n\"Oh, I wouldn't want to get on a dragon's wrong side, but gryphons have a big\ncat's equipment, and big cats are mostly renowned for their agility, majesty,\nferocity.\"\nDresnath slapped Leon gently on the neck,\ngrinning from ear to ear. \"Better not say that to a gryphon.\"\n\"I'm eating with a dragon.\"\n\"Whose mate is a gryphon.\"\n\"A gryphon may very well be the exception to\nthe rule,\" Leon added, chuckling along with his companion. It felt good to\nlaugh, to crack jokes, to take the matters he witnessed the day before like\nthey should be taken--without a grain of importance. Raikir and Leon definitely\nwanted him to be able to spy on them, else they would have done the deed\nelsewhere.\nOr maybe that was the ale whispering words in\nLeon's mind. Not even the full meal dimmed its effects, and Dresnath's words\nmade his stomach lurch from the mere implications of it. \n\"Raikir's probably waiting back at the den.\nWe'll have to fly over there.\"\n\"No no no,\" Leon said, stepping away from the\ngrinning dragon. \"That's a terrible idea. How are you going to carry me?\"\n\"Like we carried those sacks of grain. In my\narms. It's effective,\" he added when he noticed Leon's look of disbelief.\n\"Don't you have uhm...a better means to do that?\nLike some sort of hovercraft?\"\n\"Hoverwhat?\"\n\"Never mind,\" Leon dismissed that thought. \"I\ncan't--you should have told me that before stuffing me up like a turkey!\"\n\"It's just a short flight,\" Dresnath said with\nutmost nonchalance. \"You should be thankful my wings are strong enough to carry\nboth of us.\"\nA great sigh fled Leon. \"Alright, let's get\ngoing. But keep it steady, and fly straight to your den. No detours, no fancy\naerial maneuvers, and definitely no dropping me. Promise?\"\n\"Promise,\" Dresnath said. \"Now get ready, dear\nQuilava, for you will notice just how nice the wind feels when it whips at your\nframe up there.\"\nLeon shrugged, but kept silent otherwise. His\nknees melted like slabs of butter, and ominous tingles rushed through his pelt.\nLeon wasn't afraid; he would have known if he was. More like...apprehensive.\nStill, he took in a deep breath to steel his resolve and walked up to Dresnath.\n\n\"Do I need to stay in a certain position to\nwhoaaaa.\" Leon's voice climbed an octave higher as the world spun for a short\nmoment before he found himself up in Dresnath's arms, pressed against his broad\nchest, his face inches from his bony chin. \n\"No you don't. You're lighter than I expected.\nThat is going to make things that much easier.\" \nThey stared at each other for a moment, Leon's\nvermilion eyes bearing into Dresnath's blue ones. The dragon's hot breath\nrolled over Leon's features, ruffling the fur on his cheeks. From his close\nproximity to Dresnath's cheek, Leon noticed the silken texture of those fins.\nIt was thin yet opaque, almost like liquid velvet. Yellow horns protruded from\nthe top of his skull, bearing the same color as his ears, quite a good match\nfor his emerald hide and purple hued wings. \n\"You'll have to tell me how you earned those\nscars.\"\n\"A great battle,\" Leon said, and they both\nshared an uneasy chuckle. It helped Leon forget about his predicament for a\nmoment, but the sprawling motion of Dresnath's wings, along with his lowering\nposture, snapped him back to awareness. Leon squeezed his eyes shut...\nAnd yelped like a scared kitten when Dresnath\nlaunched himself into the air with several beats of his wings. The momentum\nsmashed against Leon's belly, twisting his bowels, cutting off his breath. To\ncope with the sudden sickness, Leon buried his head into Dresnath's vest,\nhugging him like a prized possession.\n\"Your hands. Get your hands away from my\nwings.\"\n\"Oh,\" Leon uttered, seizing Dresnath by his\ntorso, where the pumping motion of his wings didn't get in the way of his hug.\n\"Better?\"\n\"No. Squeeze me tighter. I can still breathe.\"\n\"Sorry,\" Leon muttered, easing his grip. Dresnath's\nraucous laughter pierced his ears and chest, the vibrations seeping through his\nscales and crawling through Leon's fur. \n\"You've got no reason to be afraid. I made\npromise, have I not?\" \n\"I trust you, but I can't say the same about\nmyself. How long until we're there?\"\n\"See for yourself.\"\nGods. What a tease. Even with Dresnath's frame\nto shield one side of Leon from the wind's whipping currents, Leon still felt\nlike he floated through the sky, afraid to open his eyes to the sprawling\nemptiness. His paws kept kicking at emptiness, his nails dug tighter into those\nresplendent scales, and his nausea became worse with every breath of stinging\nair Leon sucked in. \nUp here, everything felt different, and Leon\nwas positive he would have screamed his guts out if he didn't have Dresnath to\nhold onto. His familiar presence kept his fear in check, as did his strong grip\nand smooth ascent. \nLeon cracked an eye open tentatively, and then\nthe other when Dresnath leaned into a steady glide towards the cliffs rising in\nfront of them. The wind knifed through them, bringing tears to Leon's eyes,\nforcing him to shut them once again. \nAt least this dreadful episode was about to\nend in the next few moments...\nIt did so with a heavy lurch that elicited a\ngasp from Leon and quiet laughter from Dresnath. His claws pattered upon the\ngranite floor, the absence of the updrafts replaced by warm, if a bit stale,\nair. \n\"Ready to get your feet on the ground?\"\n\"Yes.\" So Leon said, but even though his\ncompanion  lowered him onto a vertical\nposition with great care, the quilava still stumbled about, swaying back and\nforth, until Dresnath grabbed him before he toppled forward. \n\"Whoa, easy there. If your paws got confused,\nI think another massage is in order, to return sense to them.\"\nA massage! Leon didn't need a bloody massage!\nJust a break from his spinning head. A few moments spent in Dresnath's arms\nmade it all better, his warmth soothing the shivers that took hold of Leon's\nmuscles. \n\"I'm fine. I think. Or hope.\" \n\"Are you sure? I don't mind holding you for a\nmoment longer. You're trembling like a leaf.\"\n\"Adrenaline.\"\n\"What?\"\n\"It's...\" god damn it! How could he describe it\nin a more accessible way to a medieval soul? \"I'm fine. Just a little shaken.\"\n\"Oh, I can definitely feel that.\"\n\"How about this?\" Leon nudged Dresnath in the\nribs, and the reaction was immediate. The dragon squeaked like a hatchling,\nletting go of Leon, bringing his wings around his frame protectively. \n\"Got you!\"\n\"You little...I'm downright baffled,\" he said,\npointing his wing tip at Leon. \"We were sharing a quality moment and you ended\nit prematurely.\"\nA salacious smile spread across the dragon's\nfeatures, making Leon tense up. \"Is that how things are with you, Leon? Are you\none to put a premature end to pleasure?\"\nThis was getting interesting. Leon didn't\nexpect Dresnath to match his wit, nor to respond to that nudge with a joke of\nhis own. \n\"As a saying of my people goes, all good\nthings come to an end, and I believe Raikir is more deserving of a hug than I\nam.\"\n\"He's not the one shaking,\" Dresnath pointed\nout. \"You are.\"\n\"I'm just excited about what's in store for me\nafter I made it up here without throwing up.\"\n\"Sure you are. You have every reason to be\nexcited, actually. You're about to enter the Den of Pleasures, as Raikir likes\nto call it.\"\nLeon liked the sound of that, perhaps as much\nas he enjoyed that prolonged hug. The way Dresnath clutched him to his breast\nmoments before, with his wings wrapped around him...it felt great, yet wrong at\nthe same time. He already had a mate, and Leon had to put a convenient end to\nit, before things got more awkward between them. \nHe followed the dragon through a polished,\nnarrow, rectangular corridor, the walls shimmering with soft nuances, the eerie\nlight revealing a dead end. \nGreat. Now what?\n\"Come over,\" Dresnath said. \"Put your hand on\nthis wall.\"\nLeon did, and Dresnath touched his shoulder.\nAs soon as that happened, the tunnel cleared ahead, opening into a wide,\ncircular chamber, lit by the shimmering, golden light of magic-imbued crystals.\n\n\"This is one step above a mere illusion. There\nis no better door than a slab of solid, enchanted granite barring the way of an\nintruder. But, attuning people to my magic is easy enough, so now you count\namong the worthy ones to visit the dragon's lair.\"\nAnd what a lair it was! The first thing Leon\nnoticed was the grand chandelier overhead, with sinuous arms made of solid\nsilver reaching all around the chamber, the swirly pockets at the end holding\nfiery sphere of liquid gold that burned brighter than light bulbs, and warmed\nthe living room to a pleasant temperature. Rugs spanned the whole chamber, so\nfluffy Leon's toes curled inward, boasting intricate golden patterns, like\nexotic mosaics. A round table sat in the middle of the room, right under the\nchandelier, its platinum surface covered by maps and scattered documents.\nSeveral paintings were hung over the smooth walls, depicting landscapes, and\neven the bare portions had a majestic look to them thanks to the crystalline\nfeatures that burned with different colors, low enough to keep the golden light\nthe dominant one. \n\"This is the main chamber. Kitchen there,\npantry to the side, bathroom here, dormitories there and there. Oh, and you\nprobably don't want to step into the study. It's messy, with the other type of mess,\" Dresnath\nemphasized. \"So don't get any lewd thoughts. Explore away. I'll be in the\nkitchen to prepare something for my bird. I'd give him cock to suck, but\nthere's only so much I have in me, hehehe.\" \nDresnath retreated into the kitchen. Since\nthere were no doors to speak of, maneuvering around their cozy little den came\neasy to Leon. First, he looked around the main chamber, noticing the antiquated\nracks holding all manner of uniforms and shields, and a great many chests on\nthe side. The study resembled the office in every way, only infinitely cooler\nthanks to the fractures in the walls and ceiling, the crystalline formations\ncasting dapples of iridescent light upon them. The bathroom had an actual pool\nin the middle of it, square shaped, like an authentic roman bath, and two\nelegant toilet seats, side by side, carved into the same rectangular slab of\nobsidian. \nOne of the dormitories was smaller, with a cot\nto the side. Leon noticed several training dummies, and the multiple medieval weapons\nlining the walls gave it the appearance of a sparring room. Interesting. The\nother dormitory boasted a grand armoire, with swirling, platinum patterns\nengraved into its surface, absolutely breathtaking. The bed was a four post\none, with a lavish canopy and clean, red and white sheets and blankets. \nEvery room was fully clad in carpets, each had\ntheir respective chandeliers, apart from the bathroom. That one had balls of\never-burning fire in each corner, tucked into dragon-like claws carved out of\nobsidian, burning a light blue hue. Leon reached through one out of curiosity,\nand found it no warmer than the surrounding air. \nMagic...\n\"I'll be taking a bath,\" he shouted, his voice\nechoing off the walls. \n\"Sure. Just step into it.\"\n\"It's empty,\" Leon said.\n\"Just step into it.\"\nLeon rolled his eyes, undressed, and did as\nDresnath suggested. Water appeared out of nowhere, reaching up to his chest in\nmere seconds, warm enough to make him gasp. \nThe quilava took a moment to process it all,\nwading through the pool, bottles of oils and god knows what else spawning on\nthe sides, materializing from puffs of mist. Once he reached the other end of\nthe pool, the glass bottles stopped popping up. \n\"Now don't be wasteful. That's just a\nconvenient teleportation spell. We still have to refill them every now and\nthen.\"\nLeon turned around to face Dresnath, who\ncrouched at the end of the pool, dashing a finger through the water. \n\"Why don't you have the same thing at the\noffice?\"\n\"The office is a public place, and it's too\nmuch to wish your level of calm upon the foreign emissaries from other\nkingdoms. They...disrespect magic, so we only use what we can, where we can.\"\n\"Any other surprises I can expect?\" Leon\ninquired, and Dresnath shrugged his shoulders. \n\"Discover for yourself. I don't want to spoil\nthe surprise.\" With that, he got up and turned around. \"Got some meat sizzling.\nOnce you're done, let me know. I smell like a leper gnome.\"\n\"Join me,\" Leon's words rushed out of his\nmouth without his accord. \"I mean...there's enough room for the both of us.\"\n\"One flight, and we already end up in the same\npool?\" Dresnath presented Leon with a sly side look. \"I'd bite, but I got food\non the fire, and Raikir's still not here.\"\nThe way he said it shook Leon. He remained\nstill for a moment after Dresnath left, wondering if anybody back home worried\nover him as much as Dresnath anticipated Raikir's return. His voice retained\nits smoothness, yet there was a chink in the armor, a pause that stirred Leon's\nheart. \nHe began scrubbing his fur, using a plain soap\nto wash away the grime, then dunked into the pool to rinse himself. Once out,\nhe dried using a fluffy towel, and wrapped it around his waist on his way to\nthe main chamber, where a steaming bowl of food awaited for Raikir, fork and\nknife on the side, a napkin folded neatly in front of it. \n\"I'll go soak myself up. If Raikir...\"\nAs if on cue, the gryphon burst past the\ngranite wall, nodding at Leon and rushing straight towards Dresnath, a spring\nin his step. \n\"Those damned pillagers are back. They're hard\nat work raiding the outer villages and ransacking borkin nests. Should of gone\nafter the damned thieves ourselves if we knew any better.\"\nHe presented his back to the dragon, who began\nunlacing Raikir's tunic. \"Go on patrol for stolen candle holders, rotten fruits\nand whatever else they scavenge? Doesn't sound like a good idea to me.\"\n\"It does to the pillagers. I stayed until now\nto calm a snarling panther with anger issues and a kettle of a lizard, all clad\nin metal, sullen and silent, only speaking when he spotted an open wound to\npour salt upon. Like any productive meeting, it ended with split decisions.\"\n\"Well, the only decision here is whether you\neat or not. There's warm food waiting for you, and the ale will arrive in just\na moment.\" Dresnath helped Raikir remove his tunic, and pointed Leon to a seat,\nwhich the quilava took gladly. \nRaikir stretched his wings once he remained\nbare-chested, flexing his arms, straightening his spine, squawking in\ndispleasure. \"Land dweller chairs. High backrest, which doesn't allow one to\nactually rest against it. What's the point?\"\n\"The point is that you eat your fill,\"\nDresnath said, folding Raikir's clothes neatly atop a chest. \n\"Sure. You go take a bath then. Leon here\nlooks eager to hear me rambling.\" \n\"And miss the fun?\" Nah. \n\"Suit yourself,\" Raikir said, tucking into his\nmeal while Dresnath went to grab the drinks. \nMeanwhile, Leon shifted in his chair, already\nuncomfortable with this situation. He felt like the third wheel at the cart,\nand, to make it worse, he only had a towel to cover himself. \n\"Good job at the market row. There's more to\nthose scrawny arms than everybody expected,\" Raikir said between bites. \n\"It was my pleasure to help out. Dresnath has\nbeen more than forthcoming.\"\n\"Only because he desires you. I've seen the\nway his gaze slips around. You're in for some weird times, dear guest.\"\n\"Har!\" Dresnath growled, returning with three\ntankards filled to the brim with frothy ale. \"I've already seen Leon. That\ncuriosity has been put to bed.\"\n\"Good. Makes room for a more depressing talk.\"\nRaikir's gaze hardened, and his wings folded neatly across his back,\nfriendliness all but gone. \nAs if to brace himself against it, Dresnath\nremained up on his feet, hands shoved into his hips, his wings shifting ever so\nslowly. \n\"They're serious now. Call themselves the\nBrotherhood with Burnt Banners, led by Gathios the Shatterer. Rumors go that he\nshatters the skulls of his enemies just by staring at them.\"\n\"And I give males erections by thinking lewd\nthoughts,\" Dresnath said. \"That's not how magic works.\"\n\"Works for them. Only, it's a different type\nof magic called superstition. They're now important enough to enlist the\nRodonian mercenaries, bunch of pirates if I didn't know any better, but I do.\nTheir bottled inferno is a small vial, but enough to burn down a house in mere\nseconds.\"\n\"Boasting about my accomplishments would take\nthe whole evening, so I'll cut it short,\" Dresnath said. \"I can do more than\nburn houses using concoctions made of who knows what. In fact, if you give me\nleave to pit my dragons against Gathios, I'll bring him back to you alive, so\nhe can say it with his own, sweet voice about how it feels to take it up the\narse from every dragon under my command.\"\nLeon lifted the tankard to his mouth to cover\nhis smirk, but his companions didn't share his amusement. \n\"You're not going,\" Raikir said, stuffing more\nsteak into his mouth.\n\"I'm not--what?\" Dresnath leaned over the\ntable, but the gryphon forced him back with a wing. \n\"You're not going. You will stay here, wait\nfor the Midsummer fair to pass, and then we are going to revise this matter.\"\n\"What about the dead villagers who only have\nforks and sticks to raise against an army of mercenaries? Is the council going\nto revise their lives as well, revive them, and place them in safer areas?\" To\nkeep from exploding, Dresnath gulped down half of the ale, his jaws tight and\ntensing up. \n\"They're a week of flight away. This matter,\nas of right now, does not concern Montesario. We will have our own influx of\nstrangers during the Midsummer fair, some which are not looking to trade.\"\n\"A couple of thugs.\" Dresnath scoffed, then\ncontinued. \"A couple of thugs unman you.\"\n\"You're not going, Dresnath,\" Raikir said,\npushing his chair back to rise and match the glare of his mate. \"This\nconversation is over. Thanks for the meal. Now, you can either join me in the pool,\nor keep Leon company.\"\nFor a moment, apprehension seized Leon's\nbowels. The way they stared each other down, with barely suppressed snarls, was\nenough to make Leon uneasy. \n\"I'll join you.\" Dresnath closed in the\ndistance between them, his snout touching the tip of Raikir's beak as he bared\nhis fangs. \"So that I can suck that frustration out of you.\"\n\"Or massage it out of me. That works just as\nwell.\"\nThey didn't share a kiss, nor a hug. They\nsimply left for the bathroom, leaving Leon alone with his drink, stunned,\nuncertain of what just happened. Everything seemed so serious for a moment, and\nthen, it devolved into sexual innuendos. \n\"Wait wait wait, no point in getting into the\npool before I'm done with you.\"\nThat was Dresnath's voice. It perked Leon's\ncuriosity, enough to wound around the table and peek past the gap in the wall\nwhere a door should be. Dresnath sat on his knees, working on the laces of\nRaikir's pants, while the gryphon stomped his paw on the ground, his pads\nsquelching against the stone. \n\"You can try. I'm so tired you'll have to lick\nuntil your knees ache. Let's just relax in the hot water. I have things to tell\nyou.\"\n\"Tell them while I have my maw full. At least\nI won't contradict--you lying bastard.\" \nRaikir's half erect cock greeted Dresnath, his\ntapered, leonine shaft growing bigger by the second. The dragon grabbed\nRaikir's balls, fondling them while his forked tongue licked along Raikir's\npenis, insisting on the thick base so that the extra moisture helped his sheath\nroll back swifter. \n\"I've been thinking of you on the way back.\nCouldn't help myself.\" Raikir began stroking the dragon's head, his other hand\nfrolicking with his ear and fin. \nDresnath grabbed the gryphon's hand, kissing\nit. \"Go on. Tell me what you had to say. I'm listening.\"\nOnly, Raikir couldn't speak, for as soon as\nthe dragon's tongue wrapped around his member and dragged him inside the moist\nconfines of his maw, all the gryphon could do was squeak, shriek, moan. \nThe fluid motion of that blowjob mesmerized\nLeon. His member hardened in an instant, chest tight with a breath he forgot to\nrelease. Raikir's face was all scrunched up, his feathers twitching, his claws\nscraping at the floor as his hips bucked, plunging deeper into Dresnath's\nthroat. \nA familiar emptiness grew and expanded within\nLeon. It forced his eyes off the two mates, and he found himself shuffling\ntowards the dormitory with the cot, as if guided by an invisible force. Why? He\nwanted to watch Raikir finish into Dresnath's mouth so bad, maybe even ask them\nto join them in the pool. And, if they refused, at least Leon had his answer.\nBut that took courage--bravery that fled Leon\nthe moment Raikir returned. The time spent with Dresnath made Leon forget about\nhis situation, filling him with hope and joy. \nAnd then, Raikir returned, the dragon's\nrightful mate, hurling Leon from the land of dreams into the harsh reality. He\nwasn't their equal. Just a guest. A mere guest, meant to entertain them between\ntheir cuddling sessions.\nLeon hurled the towel on top of a chest, lied\ndown into the cot, and pulled the soft blanket over his naked form, up to his\nneck, staring at the crystalline fractures decorating the ceiling. Compared to\nthe blazing spheres, they had a weak glow, but they sure looked nice. \nRaikir's shrill sent an electrifying jolt\nthrough Leon's body. The quilava flinched in his bed, his heart skipping a beat\ndue to the gryphon's sonorous voice. God. He had never heard anything like it,\nand the speed of his release also brought a smile to Leon's face. \nHe found it hard to sulk afterwards, even when\nhis two companions shared affectionate moments in the pool while he stood here,\nall by himself. The love they bore for each other was contagious, almost\ninspirational, and it stoked Leon's hope that he too, one day, might find an\nawesome mate like Dresnath. \nThat night, Leon dreamt of Dresnath licking\nhis paws. Soft, agile, and wet, that nimble appendage wove between each toe\ngracefully, teasing them with short licks, then suckling on them, one by one,\nuntil Leon's back arched and gasps fled his mouth in quick succession. \nThe best thing about it was that it went on,\nand on, and on, never seeming to end. No matter how Leon wriggled and jerked\nhis paws, Dresnath's hands slammed them back together so he could lap at his\npads, building his lust to an all time high. Leon felt himself slipping over\nthe edge, getting dangerously close from the repeated licks. Moments before he\ncame, the quilava snapped to awareness, cracking one eye open to the\nsurrounding gloom.\nAnd to Dresnath, who had his snout buried into\nLeon's curled toes, his tongue tip sliding over them before he faced Leon with\na meek smile.\n\"You're up.\"\nLeon's groggy eyes shifted between his\nerection that poked at the blanket, rising like a perverse tent pole, and\nDresnath, suddenly aware that he referred to the former. Or had he been aware\nof it all this time?\nA flood of embarrassment washed through Leon.\nHe tried pulling his feet back, but just like in the dream, Dresnath didn't\nrelent, and even resumed his licking, each stroke eliciting soft gasps from\nLeon, whose toes wiggled helplessly against that ribbon of moist flesh. \n\"Uhh, I am indeed,\" he blurted out, his mind\nsuddenly blank. How did one respond to the crush who just woke them up with paw\nlicks?\n\"Good,\" Dresnath said plainly,  trudging to the side of the cot, his hands\ncupping Leon's paws, massaging them while the dragon's cerulean eyes fixated on\nLeon's erection. \"We'll get the day started in just a moment. But first...\"\nBefore Leon could do so much as yelp, Dresnath\nripped the blanket off him, uncovering the crimson spire that throbbed for\nattention. No matter how much Leon wanted to cover himself, he couldn't. He\nsimply froze in place, disoriented, trapped in a surreal realm between dream\nand reality. \n\"I think you deserve a reward for the hard\nwork you've done yesterday.\"\nLeon didn't even have time to process the\ndragon's words, much less reply to him. All he had to offer was a yelp,\nfollowed by a shuddering moan, ended by a grunt as Dresnath took Leon's entire\nlength in his maw, held securely by his long tongue. It all happened so fast,\nthat Leon blinked several times, as if to make sure this was truly happening. \nThe tingles of fiery pleasure slithering\nthrough his member proved as much, and Dresnath remained still for the time\nbeing, nudging Leon's tapered tip with the back of his tongue, staring the\nquilava in the eyes, mischievousness dancing within those aquamarine spheres. \nWithout warning, Dresnath pulled back, tongue\nslowly unraveling, leaving Leon's shaft wet with saliva. \n\"I can stop if you wish, or if this disturbs\nyou. It's just that...\" Dresnath paused to lick Leon's balls and shaft, up to the\ntip, before continuing. \"You remind me so much of my old self, and I don't want\nto leave you waiting when we can both delight in the possibilities.\"\nLeon's tongue tangled in his mouth. His cheeks\nfilled with molten blood, and a myriad of thoughts swarmed through his head.\nUnable to trust his words, the quilava merely nodded, leaning his head back as\nhe released his pent-up exhale. This was happening. This was really happening!\nAnd it was infinitely more awkward than Leon\nexpected. \n\"Ghaah!\" he groaned, his muscles tensing up,\nhips jerking upwards out of their own accord to plunge deeper into the slick\nconfines of Dresnath's maw, forgetting all about those too sharp teeth while\ncaught in the fetters of pure lust. \nNot that they mattered. Dresnath knew how to\nsafeguard Leon from them with the help of his mobile tongue, how to tease him\nwith a slow, bobbing motion of his head, meant to keep him on edge. The dragon\nsure knew how to give a blowjob, as proven by Leon's shuddering frame, pursed\nlips, and scrunched eyebrows whenever that tongue squeezed his cock, dragging\nhim further inside. \nThanks to his lengthy muzzle, Dresnath had an\neasy way maneuvering Leon around. At first, he mostly used the roof of his\nmouth and tongue to stimulate the quilava, forcing his tapered tip upwards,\nallowing him to thrust and sink further down his gullet without the peril of\ngrazing his sensitive shaft. Then, he started suckling Leon's tip, insisting\nupon the pointy head, making Leon grab the sheets and squeeze them as if his\nlife depended on it. \nPleased with his reaction, the dragon folded\nhis tongue around Leon's member, squeezing and softening his grip in unison\nwith the undulating, up and down motion of his muzzle. This way, whenever he\ntook in Leon, the grip of his tongue made Leon feel as if he sank inside a\ntight passage rather than a loose maw, only to ease back out a moment after and\nrecover. \nThe speed of Dresnath's strokes left no room\nfor recovery, however. He must have realized Leon teetered on the edge, for he\nrelaxed his tongue and spread his jaws further for the upcoming deep throat. \nSparks ignited within Leon's groin and balls,\nhis sack quivering, his member swelling and hardening at the same time with the\nseed that threatened to erupt out of him. \n\"I--I think I'll...nghhhhh,\" Leon moaned, the\npleasure too deep and intense to retain his voice. Dresnath gave him no moment of\nrespite either. He sped up his pace, stimulating Leon past the point of no\nreturn before seizing him with his tongue and tugging at his member, pushing\nhis tapered tip into the tight, silken confines of his throat. \nLeon broke loose down Dresnath's throat with\nthe might of an avalanche. Thick seed lanced against Dresnath's shuddering\ntunnel, which the dragon gulped down effortlessly, his tail wagging with\nobvious excitement while Leon moaned his guts out from how good it felt to cum\ninside such warm, tight, and wet confines.\nJust before his orgasm faded, Dresnath pushed\nLeon back, allowing the quilava's final jets to flood his mouth, his cheeks\nballooning from Leon's pent-up loneliness. He took a second before swallowing\nit, making sure to lick Leon's shrinking member of any remaining droplets\nbefore cleaning his muzzle. \n\"Tart, a bit salty, yet also fruity in a funny\nway, and creamy. Grarr, your cum tastes so good I don't feel like eating\nanymore. Now come,\" he said, patting Leon's thigh. \"Made some food for you, and\nthen we'll be off to the market row to continue what we started off the day\nbefore.\"\nHe paused in front of the entrance to the room\nto wink at the wide-eyed quilava. \"Keep up the good work, and tomorrow morning\nwill be equally exciting.\"\nLeon was glad Dresnath left him to his own to\nprocess what just happened. He needed the time to sort out his thoughts and\nemotions, to understand the implications of it, to...\nNo. He didn't have to do any of that. He felt\ngreat, devoid of the burdening thoughts that had plagued him for far too long.\nScrew overthinking. Fuck reasoning. All that mattered was that he received the\nbest blowjob ever, and that he wanted nothing more than to show Dresnath just\nhow committed he was to his tasks. \nThe two ate together, laughing and sipping ale\ntogether, far earlier in the day than Leon was accustomed to. He told Dresnath\nof the habit of his people, where they preferred to drink after dark, to which\nthe dragon snorted in derision.\n\"Your people are a ridiculous bunch. I'm not\neven sure I want to know more about them,\" he said, drinking the rest of his\nale and burping to show just how much he cared about that. \"While you're in\nMontesario, you shall no longer subject to these silly rules.\"\nLeon smiled in approval, yet part of him still\ncraved to return to his world, a world--\nOf\nloneliness, Leon thought, eying Dresnath. The sight of\nthe dragon dispelled the clutches of longing, his infectious optimism\ncorrupting Leon. \n\"I shall cook next time,\" he said as he took\nthe last finishing bite of bacon. \"Show me where is what, and I'll surprise you\nto no end.\"\n\"This kitchen's a bit different than the one\nin the office. Better not step into it, furred being, for you may not emerge\nwhole.\"\nLeon wasn't sure if that was a warning or a\nconvenient excuse to keep Leon from doing menial tasks, but he didn't press the\nmatter forward, not when another flight session followed. \nJust like before, Dresnath had to cradle Leon\nin his arms as if he was a newborn, then jumped into the air, wings extended\nfor a smooth, steady glide. Leon had no trouble adjusting to it. Compared to\nthe ascent, this was actually pleasant, and he even chanced a look below, at\nthe sprawling wilds surrounding the town, which was no more than brown dots\nperched atop a hill and spilling down its slopes.\nThe nasty part came when Dresnath had to angle\nto the left, circling the town in order to drop down some speed without\nstraining his wings too much. The spinning motion made Leon sick to his\nstomach, and he needed several minutes to heave and dry cough once down.\nLuckily, his food remained where it belonged, which allowed him to work until\ndusk without any incidents. \nThe fair started to actually look like one. It\nwas no longer a jumble of stalls, chairs, and benches, but an actual bazaar,\nwith colorful straps of cloth to advertise the wares. Leon had also helped\nerect a huge tent for a carnival of sorts. Nobody told him much, apart from\nsome festivity at the end of the fair, to take place inside, so that they could\ncharge people for witnessing the show. \nLater, when Dresnath and Leon sat in the pool,\nwith Raikir yet to arrive, the quilava was too sore for questions. Whatever\nshow that was, he hoped it was worth the dull ache permeating his muscles. \n\"What are you thinking of?\" Dresnath asked,\ndragging Leon down onto his chest so that his fingers could run along his neck.\n\nRaikir, Leon thought, but instead, he said, \"Nothing in particular.\"\n\"My mind's on those bloody pillagers,\"\nDresnath said, his tail curling around Leon's frame, the tip poking at one of\nhis thighs. \"I don't need my mate's permission to go after them.\"\n\"And leave him for a week?\"\n\"Pah, it's for him I'd do it. Roasting bandits\nis a dull and messy affair. Plus, he's stuck at the office, courtesy of the\nMidsummer fair, and my visits are optional.\"\nHe leaned over to nuzzle Leon's cheek, setting\nfire to his cheeks. \"I mentioned something about a reward.\"\n\"Nah,\" Leon said with a vehement shake of his\nhead. \"I sure appreciate it, but I'm all sore and YIP!\" He uttered, the\ndragon's hand surrounding his half erect shaft. \n\"This one meat isn't sore yet.\"\nLeft with little choice, Leon took the\npleasurable and polite way out, getting out of the pool and letting Dresnath\nsuck off his wet member. Seed rushed out of him even faster than it did the\nfirst time, Dresnath's eyes widening to the size of saucers as some of it broke\npast the side of his jaw to dribble along his chin. \nHe wiped it off, panting, a lewd smile tugging\nat his lips. \"And to think you wanted to sleep with all this seed inside you.\nUnconceivable.\"\nLeon noticed the dragon's erection, but as\nsoon as he opened his mouth, Dresnath turned around. \"I'm sorry. I get easily\nexcited.\"\n\"It's fine, I just...\" he trailed off, unable--and\nalso unwilling--to continue. \n\"I'll go check up on my mate. Sleep should\ncome easy to you now,\" Dresnath continued Leon's thoughts. \nBefore he left, Leon rushed to hug him, their\npenises touching together making it more awkward than he expected. \n\"Thank you for...well, everything.\"\nDresnath chuckled, his tongue gracing the tip\nof Leon's left ear. \"No no, I should thank you for letting a perverted, already\nmated dragon handle that beautiful member of yours. From the moment I've seen\nit, I had this yearning to take it into my maw, to feel your seed splash upon\nmy tongue.\"\n\"You like giving blowjobs?\" Leon asked,\ntrailing his claws down Dresnath's back, making the dragon shudder. \n\"As much as I like stimulating males with my\npaws, or thrusting between soft, padded toes. Nothing greater than a mate, or a\nlover, feeling safe within a sea of fangs, trusting me completely with their\nsensitive cock, enough to feel safe and cum.\" \nLover? Leon froze at that word, uncertain of\nwhat to say or do. \nDresnath did it for him. He let go of the hug,\nkissed Leon on the cheek, and ruffled the fur of his brow, \"Fair dreams, my\nquilava. I'll be here in the morning.\"\nMorning found the den depressingly empty. Leon\nscoured every room, but found neither Dresnath nor Raikir. Not even a note.\nMust have been a busy day at the office, he figured, so he put on a fresh set\nof clothes and visited the kitchen for the first time. \nIt had that medieval look to it, with an oven\nbuilt from a slab of rock, with no visible eyes through which gas to light the\nfire could emerge. He shrugged and checked the pantry instead, grabbing a roll\nof cheese, some dried beef, and combining these for a scarce meal. \nThe waiting was the worst. Although Leon tried\nbusying himself by swinging swords, opening closets and tidying the place, his\nmind was completely elsewhere. Dresnath occupied his thoughts, along with that\ncute smile of his, playful tail, and sneaky tongue that had the tendency to\nsnake its way out and lick Leon without the quilava even noticing it. \nHis crush on Dresnath made everything all the\nmore intense. It stoked that helplessness gnawing at his insides, the inability\nto simply take wing and head over to the office. The whole town had wings, but\nnot him. It made Leon feel both blessed for befriending two lovely beings, and\ncursed for being the only wingless creature in their midst. \nThey both arrived after sunset. Raikir landed\nfirst, gloomy and serious, greeting Leon in passing, while Dresnath hugged him\nso hard, his spine popped. \n\"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I had to remain at\nthe office with Raikir. Can't leave when there's a Surodian ambassador pinning\nyou down with his gaze.\"\n\"I haven't starved to death, so you have\nlittle reason to apologize.\"\n\"Oh, you adorable, fluffy quilava,\" Dresnath\ncooed, licking inside one of Leon's ear. \"I'll cook you something right away,\nthen teach you how to operate everything. It's magic based, of course. Go take\na seat. I still have some matters to discuss with my mate.\"\nLeon sat at the table while the two retreated\ninto the kitchen. They either kept it low or some magic muffled their voices,\nfor Leon heard absolutely nothing. Dresnath eventually emerged with two bowls\nof steaming stew. Raikir already carried his own, and they all ate in silence,\nthe stew too savory for any of them to share words. \nRaikir finished first, getting up and turning\ntowards his bedroom. \"That's it for me. I'll go lie down a little. Guests are\nwelcome.\"\n\"He means you, silly,\" Dresnath said, grabbing\nLeon's hand and almost dragging him off the chair. \"Why sit at a table when\nyour bed is much more comfortable?\"\nWhat the heck was this all about? One moment,\neverything was stale and quiet. Then, suddenly, Leon's senses flared up, blood\nboiling within him as he followed Dresnath into their bedroom, sitting at the\nedge of the bed at his behest. Raikir lounged at the top of the bed, between\ntwo pillows, his tail swaying idly, toes fanning every now and then. When he\nnoticed Leon's gaze lingering on them, he poked at Leon's rump, his features\nwarming up, ears splaying back. \n\"Come here. Sit beside be. I'm not as good\nwith words as my mate here is, which is why I needed his help in the kitchen.\"\nLeon snuggled up against a pillow, and\ncouldn't help but shudder when Raikir wrapped an arm over his shoulder, trudging\ncloser to him, those silken feathers meeting caressing his fur. \n\"Your company is much appreciated. In fact,\nI'm certain your mere presence--\"\n\"He wants to say that you're a good friend to\nhave,\" Dresnath completed for him. The dragon lounged on his side at the food\nof the bed, his eyes absorbing the shape of both gryphon and quilava paws. \n\"Yes, that's it, but there is more to it. As\nMayor and Second, we do have to spend time apart from each other. Sometimes\nit's a day. Other times a week. Knowing that my mate is in good company lifts a\nhuge rock off my heart, so I am very happy that you and him get along. He needs\nthis. I need this.\" The gryphon leaned over to lick Leon's brow, the motion of\ntongue brushing against his fur making his whole frame tingle. \nLeon's gaze darted between the two, his heart\nhammering in his chest, his toes kneading at the sheets due to nerves. This had\nsuddenly turned very weird, yet they looked so serene, so relieved. \n\"You also need to have those tasty paws rubbed\nor licked. Desperately,\" Dresnath said, trying to diffuse some of the\ntension.  \n\"What about you, Leon?\" The gryphon asked,\ndragging Leon over his chest and running his beak over his cheek. \"You stare at\nmy paws with the same hungry look like my mate. Go ahead, touch them if you'd\nlike.\"\nLeon's heart lodged into his neck at the\nopportunity. Both Raikir and Dresnath chuckled, each of them patting him on\ndifferent shoulders. \"We share everything in this relationship.\"\n\"So...he knows that...?\"\nThe gryphon released a cute chirp, the likes\nof which Leon had never heard before. \"We're free spirits, Leon. If we like\nsomething, we seize it. There's nothing wrong with appreciating each other's\ncompany, or sharing pleasure. It's how bonds forge.\" \nLeon felt overwhelmed all of a sudden. This\nwas too much. Everything was happening too fast. What could he...what should he...?\nAnd then, he remembered Dresnath's blowjob.\nRather than dwell on it, he sailed with the flow. Allowed the chips to fall\nwhere they might. He was already stranded in a medieval universe, so why worry\nwhen he could simply relish the opportunity to finally fondle those gorgeous,\nleonine paws?\n\"I think we're a little overdressed for the\noccasion.\" Leon couldn't believe the words that came out of his mouth, nor\nRaikir's cheerful squawk and Dresnath's purr of approval. \n\"I think we are, given how excited we all get\nwhen we have our paws fondled.\"\nIn his previous life, Leon would have been\npetrified at the prospect of sharing a bed with two people he had met only a\nfew days ago. Right now, however, excitement welled within Leon, his thoughts\nfocused on the possibilities rather than dwell on the rampant emotions coursing\nthrough him. Both of his companions appreciated him, and were not too shy to\nreveal details of their intimate life to him. Leon felt compelled to offer them\nthe same measure of trust, to show them that he, too, had the guts for a round\nof frolicking. \nAs expected, both Dresnath and Raikir lowered\nand stepped out of their pants with great ease, utterly shameless. Leon paused\nfor a bit, but in the end, he went ahead with it, rejoining the others in bed,\nwhere Raikir waited for him with his paws splayed out for his enjoyment, arms\ntucked behind his head. \nLeon sat on all fours in front of them,\nshifting on his knees to free his hands and grab one of those massive paws.\nRaikir chirred softly, his toes shuddering in Leon's grip, then clenching\naround his fingers, urging him to explore them in his earnest. \nThey had such soft, bouncy texture. Leon began\nlicking his muzzle, his crimson lance beginning to emerge from its sheath as\nhis fingers drifted over Raikir's broad, central pad, tracing around its\nexquisite curves, massaging it with the tips of his fingers. The gryphon's toes\nfanned out, his paw lifting to match Leon's gaze, earthy scent wafting from the\nfur tufts rising from the crevices meandering between his padded toes. \n\"No no, focus on this one,\" Raikir said with a\npleading voice, pushing Leon's hand away from his other paw. \"Your hands are\nso...rawk...delicate, and the fur almost tickles. Awk, I love this!\"\nLeon grinned, squeezing the dark, bean-shaped\nformations hard enough for Raikir's impressive claws to come out. The gryphon\nshook it gently, bending his toes forward, begging for a quality touch. \nLeon started off with sluggish strokes,\nholding the paw down with his fingers and rubbing his thumbs over each pad. He\nhad better mobility this way, and enough strength in this thumbs to control the\nsensitivity of his squeezes. Soft ones made Raikir fret, while harder ones,\nwhen timed correctly, caused his wings to unfurl, his paw to shiver, and his\nmember to slip out of its sanctuary. \nThe quilava didn't pay as much attention to\nthe gryphon's sex as he did to that perfectly shaped paw. The narrow ovals drew\nhim forward, as did the faint musk of Raikir's pads, quite similar to that of a\nbig cat. At first, he simply dug his face into the paw, his frame trembling\nwith the satisfaction stemming from brushing his cheek over those silken toes\nthat pulsed with warmth. His tongue followed suit, and it felt so right, to\nlick this wonderful thing that made him feel light headed, afloat with delight.\n\n\"Awrk, lick, lick,\" Raikir cawed. \"They're all\nyours. Suckle them,\" he added while wriggling his toes for emphasis. \nLeon was about to, if not for a moist, fiery\ntouch upon his own pads. He turned his head around to notice Dresnath's snout\nhovering over his tucked paws, lapping at his shivering toes with gusto, a\ndraconic purr vibrating within his chest. \nConcentrating on the task at hand became more\ndifficult with the added distraction of a nimble tongue treating his pads to\nsome of the finest licks Leon received so far. Dresnath took his time to attend\neach toe in particular. That was his obsession, of insisting on individual pads\nby circling them with his tongue, then suckling on them, the suction motion\nsending warm jolts of pleasure through Leon. His sheath rolled back a few more\ninches to reveal his full erection, the nibbling sensation on his pads far too\npleasant to Leon.\nWishing to deliver equal pleasure upon Raikir,\nLeon dragged two toes into his mouth, propping them against the base of his\ntongue, suckling on those onyx beans. He spat them out when Raikir got too\nexcited and poked his claws out, moving towards his remaining toes. This time,\nhe simply rubbed his lips over them, licking and nibbling gently on their\nedges, shifting over to his broad, central pad a moment after. \nThat one proved to be particularly sensitive,\njust like Leon's. The gryphon jerked his foot far too often, so Leon had to\nmassage his toes while licking it, keeping it in place throughout his lewd\nministrations. \nRaikir's tail jerked upwards, the tuft\nslapping against Leon's chin. He drew back, only to gasp when he noticed that\nthe gryphon's eyes were closed, and that his hand stroked that impressive,\nleonine shaft with slow, tantalizing motions. \n\"Mount it,\" Raikir encouraged it. \"Mate that\npaw as if it is your lover. It's warm, and moist, and soft, and nice.\"\nThe temptation was irresistible. With lust\nalready clouding Leon's mind, the quilava found the request more than\nsatisfying, relieving even. He had masturbated to such erotic scene before.\nNow, he had the opportunity to experience the gryphon's paw firsthand. \nRaikir emitted a gentle squeak as he lowered\nhis paw, pushing it towards Leon's groin, stopping a few inches short to let\nhis guest make the next move. Leon grabbed it, sucked in a deep breath, and\nshuffled on his knees to cover the remaining distance, a loud gasp escaping\npast tightly-sealed jaws at how amazing those pads felt as his tapered tip\nforced Raikir's toes to the sides. \nHis few thrusts, accompanied by throaty moans,\nfulfilled Leon's deepest of fantasies. Already wet and overly smooth, the warm\npads brushed against his member, slid over it, even curled inwards to squeeze\nat his tip, both Raikir and Leon throbbing from the waves of pleasure crashing\nupon them. \nLeon shifted the gryphon's paw with one hand,\nthe other grabbing the base of his member to aim it straight between those\ntoes. The furred crevices had that exciting tightness to them, and every time\nhe sank within one of those, Raikir's paw trembled, triggering that blissful,\ngrabbing motion of his toes. \nJust as Leon began to learn how to properly\nmount a paw, Dresnath's tongue slid over the quilava's shapely rump, insisting\nupon that ring of puckered and sensitive ring of flesh, moistening it for what\nwas to come. Leon spread his legs further apart, allowing the dragon better\naccess, moaning over the audible tongue lashes. His butt cheeks quivered from\nthe tingles dispersing through them, Leon's instincts begging him to squeeze\nthem shut and trap that wet appendage in place. It took all of his willpower,\nand more than a few thrusts into Raikir's paw, to distract himself from it\nenough for Dresnath to get into a mating position. Once his scaly thighs rubbed\nagainst Leon's, the quilava clenched his jaws, tensing up at the feeling of the\ndragon's tapered member teasing his pucker, poking at it a few times to get\nLeon ready for it.\n\"Ghrarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr,\" Leon growled as\nDresnath pushed his girth inside Leon, his smooth meat stretching the quilava's\ntight walls, that tapered tip spearing its way forward, in spite of the\npersistent squeezes of Leon's walls. His ass felt aflame, the huge pressure\nwelled within clawing at Leon's insides. \n\"Relax, dear one,\" Dresnath whispered in his\near, licking at his neck. \"The more relaxed you are, the more you will enjoy\nit.\"\nLeon let go for a brief moment, during which\nDresnath sheltered himself fully within Leon. The dragon stretched his wings\nfor balance, his arms wrapping around Leon's chest, holding him like a prized\npossession, while his tongue switched to the back of his neck, so soothing it\nhelped Leon cope with the pleasure assaulting him from two fronts. \nDresnath had it right. As long as he managed\nhis breathing and controlled the gripping motion of his rump, Dresnath's\nsmooth, tapered length almost sailed through him, the abundant precum the\ndragon deposited inside Leon providing more than enough lubrication to make\neach thrust all the more enjoyable. \nIn fact, Leon enjoyed himself too much. A\ndragon's girth had enough length to it to poke at his prostate, each gentle\ntouch forcing Leon's member to pulsate and throb, bringing him dangerously\nclose to his climax. Caught in the thrill of the moment, Leon squeezed his eyes\nshut and began to pound away at Raikir's paw with short, erratic thrusts while\nDresnath took him at a similar pace. \nIt didn't matter where his member landed, or how\nwell he aimed. Sometimes, his member slid to the side. Other times, he glided\nover that squishy, broad pad, ending up between those furred rifts. Most often\nthan not, Leon missed his mark, yet the touch of pads brushing over his member\nwas enough to draw increasingly louder moans and gasps from him.\nTo augment his pleasure, Leon began pulling\nRaikir's paw into his cock in unison with his thrusts. That allowed for harder,\nmore precise strokes, exactly what he needed to ascend towards his peak. Just\nwhen Leon thought he had it under control, Dresnath's frame trembled violently\nagainst Leon, his haunches shuddering, his member swelling within Leon with his\nimpending release.\nOh fuck...\nLeon rammed his member deep between Raikir's\npads, squeezing that paw so hard he forced those toes to curl around and grip\nLeon's shaft. At the same time, Dresnath plunged all the way inside Leon, his\nmellow roar a poor indication of what lied within this dragon's quivering\nballs. \nDresnath practically exploded inside Leon,\nfilling the quilava to the brim with hot seed. He had so much in him, that Leon\npractically swayed from side to side, with Dresnath still lodged inside him, as\nthe excess seed burst through the narrow gaps of his overly stretched anus,\nleaking all over his ass and balls. \nThe dragon's released proved to be so strong\nand sudden it triggered Leon's own orgasm. The quilava shot his head back,\nyowling his pleasure, his knees trembling from the onrush of seed traveling\nthrough his rock-hard cock. Leon held it in for one more precious second, stars\nspeckling his vision from the effort it took to keep it in. \nUnable to do a moment longer, Leon unleashed\nhis creamy load deep into Raikir's paw, his seed filling his toe crevices in an\ninstant. That triggered a spasm from Raikir's paw, who attempted to jerk back,\nwere it not for Leon's hand that kept it in place. He wasn't done with it yet,\nso he grinded his throbbing shaft against those blissful pads, splattering his\nessence all over them, until it drooled down Raikir's paw in the form of thin,\nivory snakes. \nBreath returned to Leon once Dresnath pulled\nout, a river of semen flowing in his wake. He blinked back the tears welling at\nthe edge of his vision, staring at Raikir's paw, all messy with Leon's most\nfulfilling orgasm ever. \nThe gryphon finished himself off as well, his\nbelly coated with jagged, white lines, a pool of fluid blanketing his shaft and\nfuzzy spheres. \nUnable to remain up on his knees, Leon slumped\nto the side, yelping as he found himself dragged into Dresnath's embrace, who\nbrought a wing around them. \n\"What do you think? Perfect ending to an\notherwise bad day, eh?\"\n\"Bad days are a thing of the past, now that\nLeon has grown accustomed to us.\" Raikir said, his voice shaking with the\nstrain of mating. \"Our quilava is full of surprises, and I can't wait to\ndiscover them.\"\n\"He means he wants to mate with you as well,\"\nDresnath said, spurring faint laughter from the group. \n\"Goes to show what our dragon thinks of all\nthe time. No wonder he loves giving blowjobs.\" \n\"As much as you love receiving said blowjobs,\"\nthe dragon retorted. \n\"As long as Leon tends to my paws, I don't\nneed your inferior tongue and fingers. This guy really knows his paws.\"\n\"Hey, hey,\" Leon interrupted their banter. \"I\nhave two paws and two hands. More than enough to go around.\"\n\"He's already smarter than you, Mayor,\"\nDresnath teased. \n\"Awk, and definitely prettier than you,\nbruised wings.\" \nThe two continued mocking each other like only\nmates could while Leon snuggled against Dresnath's chest, savoring the warmth\nseeping through his scales, perfectly content to live in the moment and enjoy\nthe embrace of a being who showed him what love is.   \n ***THE END OF PART 1***Like the big orange text above, suggests, this story is going to have a second part to it.
