I still say it's embarrassing, but I'm being told it's good, so I thought I'd publish it.","content":"I did not expect\n\nto be taken the way I was\n\nthat night,\n\nheld captive by what\n\nI had never yet known\n\nI did not expect\n\nto go so quickly, willingly,\n\nhanging\n\non for dear life as\n\nyou stole--I gave--my heart\n\nI did not expect\n\nthat heart to so quickly become\n\nyours, yours\n\nto do as you pleased\n\nwith, no longer my own\n\nYet even now, as\n\nmy cries go unheard, unanswered,\n\nringing\n\nthrough the empty halls\n\nwhile I lay bound, waiting\n\nYet even now, as\n\nyour blade plunges in once, again,\n\nthrice now,\n\nand that which I gave\n\nslowly loses its life\n\nYet even now, as\n\nI watch my blood drip from your fangs,\n\nyour name\n\ngasping one last time\n\nfrom between my cold lips\n\nSomething within me\n\nstill hopes\n\nit at least tastes nice.\n\n  \n  \n\n"}
