Part 1: Genocide Angel!

A car honked loudly on the city streets Yorkland. As usual, there was a perpetual traffic jam,
made even more frustrating by the malfunctioning streetlights. Every so often they would start working
again, allowing the pedestrians to clumsily ambulate across the way, like so many blood cells in an
artery. Levitate your eyes from the dirty cement, and one could see the tall office buildings jutting
outward into space, giving shade from the radiant summer sun. Yes, Yorkland was the model--the
paradigm--for a modern city. And yet it had fallen so far from the clean, prosperous land of opportunity,
which was the envy of the rest of the civilized world--or at least it had been, in the minds of its
creators.

An awful din of car horns and impatient shouts rose into the sky. Someone swore and an anonymous
scrap of flier or newspaper fluttered from the sky. Every face on the crowded corners and bus stops
took in all the indications of a dreary, industrialized wasteland. Somewhere there was a young teenage
girl, conversing with her friend via cellular phone. Somewhere a mother whomped her son's furry little
butt in a convenience store. And somewhere the light turned yellow, allowing the pedestrians to
ambulate like so many microscopic parameciums.

A young fox fur was the first to venture through the crosswalk, under the stares of angry motorists.
As he reached the middle of the road, a tiny light lit up and grew near the side of his head. It simply
appeared out of thin air, wavered, and then began to grow. He stopped to stare at this wonder for
several seconds, before streamers of light began to shoot from it like fireworks. "Nyaaahh! Woah!" cried
the young man, leaping back.

The other pedestrians were awe struck by this phenomenon and gathered around to watch it.
Slowly, the mass of light grew to the size of a tennis ball. Its center grew darker and one could begin to
make out a tiny.....thing, growing inside the nucleus. The people grew anxious and some decided to
watch from a greater distance, while others moved in closer, gasping and exclaiming in awe. Slowly and
silently--without even a hint of noise--the globe of light grew; it's cargo grew much more visible, taking
on the shape of an embryo.

Suddenly, the object's growth accelerated rapidly. An unearthly siren filled the air. The people
covered the ears and ran screaming in all directions. But there was nowhere to go; it was already too
late. The siren raised in volume and lower in pitch. Now there was no mistaking the sound that was
cracking the windows and bringing men to their knees.

 The wail of a baby.

The orb of light grew to size of a bus and then exploded, taking out half the city with it. Time
seemed to stop, and the city and the people--for a moment, and yet for an eternity--were caught in a
still life. Then the dusty mural of the city and its people was burned to atoms by an unforgiving, celestial
fire. In the morning, half of Yorkland was found to be a crater. And while no eyewitnesses survived to
tell what really happened, there was one survivor discovered among the wreckage. A baby who had
been miraculously unharmed.

That was seventeen years ago and the city of Yorkland has since been rebuilt.

Part 2: To Catch the Lover of My Heart

"Come on Kasahara! You slow poke! You'll never get it back if you keep running like a girl!" yelled
Darin, from down the hall.

Kasahara bent over and caught his breath. The young mountain goat may have looked like he was
in shape, but this was mostly an effect of his good taste in clothing and the way he carried himself. In
actuality--and this was Kasahara's deep dark secret--he had a little Buddha tummy underneath his shirt.
A real credit to the species, thought Kasahara wistfully. Suddenly, someone ran from behind him and
knocked Kasahara's ponytail over his head and into Kasahara's face; they then proceeded to trot down
the hallway, filling it with goofy laughter as they did so. "Dammit George! Wiseman! You guys better give
me back my book sack!" yelled Kasahara.

Raising himself and adjusting his ponytail, Kasahara glanced angrily down the hallway. There was
George patting his big, naked moose butt, and Wiseman laughing so hard that his whiskers twitched
rapidly. In Wiseman's hand was the much-coveted book sack. Kasahara growled as his eyebrows
lowered. Then he shook his head and sighed. He trotted down the hallway and came upon the pair, just
as George was pulling his pants up. He snatched the book sack from Wiseman, who was still giggling.
"Aww come on dude, lighten up! We were only joking around with you!" said Wiseman.

Kasahara rubbed his forehead and sighed. "Yeah, well, I think you two joke around too much." Said
Kasahara.

"Listen to him! He's so calm and collected! Hahaha!" guffawed George.

"Yeah, just once....I'd like to see you get really angry, Kasahara! Hahaha!" said Wiseman.

"Anger doesn't solve anything. You end up making a lot of mistakes if you just blindly run on rage.
Anyway, it's almost time for my class in Yuey Hall. I'm sure I'm probably going to be late, thanks to you
two!" said Kasahara.

At that moment, there was a chorus of rowdy laughter that came from adjourning hallway. "I'm
serious dude! He was like, 'uh, sir, could you direct me to the men's room?' Ah-hahaha! God, I hate
freshmen!" yelled one of the upperclassmen.

Wiseman, and George both gulped nervously. Back in high school, it had been the general
consensus that bullies wouldn't be smart enough to get into Edmond University. However, that theory
hadn't accounted for college football scholarships. Kasahara looked at his two new friends and raised an
eyebrow. He had only met them a few days ago, when he moved into his campus apartment; and
although they were generally nice people, they were both pretty weird in his opinion. "What are you
both....staring at? Is somebody coming?" asked Kasahara naively.

At that moment, Kasahara mirrored their gaze and beheld two burly jock-types, strolling down the
hallway. "T-that's Brett Bruno! T-the, the big guy! Oh dear..." said Wiseman, in a weak voice.

"C-come on guys, they don't look so bad. I guess." Said Kasahara.

It was then that Kasahara noticed how silent the hallway was, save for George's whimpering.

There was a faint tinkling sound also. Kasahara sighed in embarrassment.

It was true though. This Brett Bruno was certainly an intimidating fellow. He was a good six feet tall
and with the bulkiest build that Kasahara had ever seen. Massive biceps rolled over a bulging chest as
the rhino walked forward. The outline of his thick thighs stretched though the tight gym shorts that
Brett was wearing. His feet pounded against the floor slowly, rhythmically, making it shake slightly in the
wake of this muscled giant. Kasahara found himself staring at Brett's chiseled abs and the strained
crotch of his pants. Kasahara had always had a faint idea that he was gay, though he had never really
met anyone who interested him. This Brett Bruno, however...

Brett and his companion finally reached the trio and stopped. Brett sniffed the air. "Hmm....I think I
smell freshman. Don't you, Alex?" asked Brett to his friend.

"Hahaha!" laughed the bear.

Brett grinned and turned to Wiseman. The cat shivered uncontrollably, as he was given an atomic
wedgy. "Eeeee...." Cried Wiseman.

Then Brett walked forward and elbowed George to the back wall. There was a thunderous crash as
the moose tumbled over a waste bin, which somehow flipped into the air and landed on George's head.

"It's all in the wrist." Said Brett with a sneer.

His friend only laughed loudly. They both walked forward. Kasahara crossed his arms; he wasn't
impressed and he certainly would have told them so, if they had stopped to talk to him. Brett's bear
friend turned and seeing Kasahara, started to giggle uncontrollably. Brett grabbed his friend's shoulder
and said, "Come on."

Kasahara raised an eyebrow, but said nothing. "Good morning Kasahara. Hope you enjoy your day."
Said Brett, as he walked off.

Now what was all of that about, wondered Kasahara. Kasahara looked down as he unfolded his arms.
To his surprise and astonishment, his once black and white patched fur was turning....purple?? "Geh! W-
w-what the hell?!" gasped Kasahara.

He stared at his hands, now the color of a ripe grape. George groaned as he lifted the waste bin off
of his head. His gaze drifted up and saw Kasahara's condition. "Woah! How'd you do that man? Freaky..."
said George.

Wiseman walked over and, in a very high pitched voice, said, "Now that's an interesting phenomena.
Perhaps it's some kind of fear induced reaction?"

"Yeah that's got to be it! Brett scared you purple, Kasahara!" said George.

"W-what!? I wasn't scared! Quit making jokes you two--this is serious! Ugh, I can't be seen going to
class like this!" said Kasahara.

"Hey look!" exclaimed Wiseman.

At that moment, Kasahara's fur began to change back to its original hue. The transition was just as
smooth and quick as it had been before; it faintly reminded Kasahara of a TV set being adjusted.
Kasahara blinked. "What.....what the hell was that?" he asked.

\*\*\*\*\*

The rest of Kasahara's day was uneventful--save for a few more odd transformations. The worst of
these had been during Kasahara's lunch. His fur had changed purple, seemingly at random. It was lucky
that he had been seated near the men's room, so he was able to hide out in stall until he was back to
normal. When Kasahara had left the bathroom, he noticed Brett leaving the cafeteria.

In the middle of Kasahara's economics' class, the professor had stopped lecturing, to stare at the
"new student" in the back row. Somehow, Kasahara knew it was he who the professor was talking
about; covering his face with his book sack, Kasahara made a hasty retreat. When he later checked, it
turned out that Brett Bruno was also in Kasahara's economics class. There had also been a few other
instances of random color changes, but luckily Kasahara was alone when they happened.

The first day of college had turned out to be the longest day of Kasahara's life. Kasahara friends had
ditched him after lunch--something about a pokemon card tournament--,so he had been on his own
about the rest of the day. The sun painted the sky an amber color as the goat raised himself from a
campus bench. He was beginning to feel a little sleepy, come to think of it. Kasahara reached to pick up
his book sack. "Dammit! N-not again..." said Kasahara, raising an eyebrow.

Lo and behold, the fur on his hand was now purple. Frantically, Kasahara took out a mirror from his
book sack. His face hadn't yet changed. Good, thought Kasahara. He threw his book sack over his
shoulder and raised the collar of his shirt up, so it was hard to see his face from the side. Kasahara
lowered his head and began to walk across the street. It was only a few blocks to the off-campus
apartment that he stayed in. Perhaps if he hurried, he'd get there before anyone spotted him. How could
he been seen like this? Who ever heard of a purple goat before? Kasahara certainly didn't want people to
think he was some moody punk-rocker delinquent. He shuddered at the thought.

Suddenly, Kasahara bumped into someone. Someone who didn't budge at the impact. Someone
whose chest was thick and heavy. "Ugh! Oh, geeze. Geh! I-I'm sorry sir! I didn't mean to--" Kasahara
abandoned his words.

Standing in front of him was Brett Bruno. The bulky rhino folded his arms and sneered. Kasahara
watched as the movement of Brett's biceps and shoulders. He couldn't help but stare at Brett's thick
neck and chest, which heaved with each breath Brett took. This closer view was tantalizing Kasahara's
vision; he could barely keep himself from drooling. So many....veins....so much.....muscle. Realizing that
more than a minute had gone by, Kasahara stood up straight and blushed. "I-I'm sorry! Geh! I didn't
mean to, uh, that is, uh..." stuttered Kasahara.

The rhino chuckled and said, "I've been waiting for you. I....want you."

Kasahara blushed. His heart beat faster and faster as Brett moved in closer. Finally he was right on
top of Kasahara. Brett laid his arms on Kasahara's shoulders. The bashful goat closed his eyes and
resigned himself to his fate; he closed his eyes and tilted his head back. Suddenly a cold wind blew. It
was a strong wing and it nearly blew the two of them apart. "Woah!" cried Kasahara, almost stumbling.

A voice giggled in the wind. It seemed to be coming from every direction, as the wind howled
through the strangely empty streets. Brett turned and growled. "I saw him first!! Show yourself, bastard!
" yelled Brett.

The giggling now seemed to come from two directions. Suddenly, a brown goat, dressed in an
elegant green outfit, appeared in front of Brett. He also appeared, floating upside down next to
Kasahara. Seeing this, Kasahara screamed and tumbled to the ground. "What!? He's...in two places at
once?! I must be losing my mind today!" said Kasahara.

Kasahara began to profusely sweat, spotting another development: he had turned purple once again.
He groaned and rubbed his forehead with both hands. "Back off buddy. I said I found him first." Said
Brett.

The man in front of Brett giggled and replied, "You can have him, silly. It's you I have business with.
Though, I can see why you want him..."

The one floating upside down continued, "...look at his fur. Yes, he's definitely the one alright."

"Urrr! So you want to play, is that it!? Okay you bastard! Let's play!!" roared Brett.

Brett ripped off his shirt, his bulky chest bouncing ever so slightly. The physique underneath the
clothing was everything Kasahara had hoped it would be. He blushed, finding that he was become more
and more aroused at the sight of this thick, sweaty hunk. Brett raised his hand and a green stone,
encased in gold appeared in his palm. He motioned with it in his hands, then brought them together. In a
blinding flash, Brett's clothes disintegrated and were replaced by a five articles of gold: two wristbands,
two leg bands, and a sparkling gold thong. The armor looked smooth and somehow mechanical; there
were orbs of green embedded in each one. "Hahahaha, an earth elemental. How cute." Said the
mysterious man.

Brett spread his arms apart and growled lowly. Suddenly his shoulders bulged out, tripling in size.
Then the chest, then the biceps and triceps....

"My god." Said Kasahara, staring at this transformation.

The ground began to rumble as Brett's body took on a green glow. His back seemed to explode with
muscle; for a moment, it seemed like the skin wouldn't be able to hold all of it. As his thighs thickened,
Brett grew taller as well. Though still thoroughly aroused by this statuesque stud, Kasahara was
beginning to get a little apprehensive as well. "He's....got to be like n-n-nine feet...." Muttered Kasahara.

"Eight feet, four inches, actually." Said his floating companion.

With a loud grunt, Brett finished his transformation. His eyes were stone white now; the veins on his
neck and arms bulged and pulsed as Brett slowly breathed in and out. "My name is Brett the Gruesome.
This is your last chance to run away!" said Brett.

"Ah-hahahaha." Giggled the man.

The goat near Kasahara disappeared. Suddenly the real version shot up into the air, carried by the
wind. Brett leap into the air after him. The huge rhino took a valiant swing at the puny goat. However,
he blocked the attack, showing surprising strength. Then with a wave of his hand, the man summoned a
torrent of wind that blew Brett back to the ground. His body hit the street hard, sending chunks of
asphalt into the air. Several car alarms went off and people began to notice the skirmish. "Oh dear, we
can't have this." Said the man, snapping his fingers.

Suddenly an intense tornado appeared around the group; its violent winds blew and ripped at the
bystanders, driving them away. The wind was so strong that it actually lifted some of them from the
ground hurled them a few yards away.

"That's right, throw an earth elemental to the ground. Makes perfect sense!" barked Brett.

Using his massive arms, he picked up a huge chunk of street and threw it at the flying goat. Brett's
advisory twirled in the air, riding the wind. He easily dodged the projectile, appearing to split in two for a
few moments. And then he disappeared. Kasahara got to his feet and gulped nervously. Brett looked
around, growling with anticipation. "B-brett, what's going on? This is all....really crazy. Oh my god, I'm
gona be sick." Said Kasahara, dropping to his knees again.

There was the sound of giggling once more. The wind picked up and seemed to swirl around the pair;
suddenly, multiple images of the man appeared around them. Kasahara gasped and crawled backward in
panic. His back bumped into Brett's enormous calve. "Geh! W-who are you?! Why are you doing this!?"
asked Kasahara.

"Hahaha. My name is Antiquity. Do you like it?" asked the mysterious goat.

"Brett! W-we're outnumbered!" said Kasahara.

"Oh be quiet! It's just a trick you moron. He's just moving so fast, it only appears that he's in more
than one place. But I think I know where he is. He's right......." Brett trailed off.

The rhino looked to his left. "Here!!" yelled Brett.

Quickly, the bulky rhino stomped the ground, sending a tall pillar of earth shooting into the air. This
managed to knock Antiquity away. "Ahhh! How dare you--ahh!" cried Antiquity, crashing against a
nearby building.

Brett chuckled to himself, as Antiquity's illusion faded. Brett began to slowly walk toward the fallen
warrior. Antiquity raised himself and brushed some hair out of his face. "All right cutie, how did you do
that?" asked Antiquity.

"Ha! It was easy me for to track your energy. Elementals can sense the power of other elementals.
Or didn't your teach how to use your powers correctly? Hahaha!" laughed Brett.

Antiquity quickly rose into the sky once more. "Who the hell said I was an elemental?" he said with a
menacing smile.

"Huh?" gasped Brett.

Antiquity giggled and snapped his fingers. Suddenly, boulder, with a tip as sharp as glass, shot out of
the ground. It grazed Brett's shoulder, painting modern art onto the ground with his blood. Brett held his
shoulder and yelled angrily. Antiquity seemed to appear and reappear on the ground in a blinding flash.
With a wave of his hand, a nearby fire hydrant exploded, spraying a powerful stream of water at Brett.
This tidal wave knocked the giant back into a building. There was a thunderous crash as half the building
seemed to fall on top of him. "Brett!!" yelled Kasahara.

Antiquity motioned with his hands; the air seemed to catch fire and the fire bundled itself like the
elastic part of a slingshot. The merciless warrior motioned again, this time towards the building that Brett
had crashed into. The fire shot forth and set the building ablaze. Amidst the sound of screaming and the
fire hydrant emptying itself, Kasahara snapped. Suddenly he was somewhere else

"Somebody pay attention to me. Please, I....I, I don't have a mommy...." Said Kasahara.

And now he was back. Kasahara found himself holding his head with his eyes closed. Brett had burst
out of the flaming rubble and was now fighting for his life. While he was a master of one element, Brett
had to combat an opponent who could use four. Carefully dodging one of Brett's swings, Antiquity said,
"Oh come now. You're being very stubborn and I have a long list of elementals to kill. You'll only make
this hard on yourself!"

Suddenly, Kasahara jumped from behind Antiquity and grabbed his around the neck. They both
struggled, until Antiquity used his power to take them both into the air. "Why don't....you leave us
alone!" yelled Kasahara.

 "God....dammit! You're not the....one I'm after! Ugh!" yelled Antiquity.

"Ahhhh!" cried Kasahara, as his body began to glow.

The sky seemed to light up with a purple aurora. Strange energies were gathering inside Kasahara's
body. "I just wish.....that you weren't so powerful anymore!" yelled Kasahara.

The energy seemed to shock Antiquity, causing him to lose focus. They both fell to the ground;
luckily, Brett caught Kasahara and held him in his arms. Kasahara looked up weakly at his companion.
Brett looked down sternly at Kasahara. "I uh, well I...." Brett started to say.

Suddenly Antiquity giggled, slowly--much slower than before--raising himself from the ground. "God
dammit. I said I'm not an elemental. How is it that you can shut off half my powers? Hahahaha, okay
then. We'll continue this later. I think I'll go kill some more elementals, as training, before I come back
and slay you both." Said Antiquity.

With that, Antiquity summoned the wind and was taken into high into the sky. As he faded from
view, his voice echoed, "Bye.....cutie..."

\*\*\*\*\*

The next day in the cafeteria, Kasahara was wearing gloves, a raincoat, a large hat, boots, and a
pair of goggles. He sitting next to Brett, as well as his shivering friends. As Kasahara scarfed down bite
after bite of food, he said, "So, you're saying I'm a what? An, angel?"

"H-hey, slow down there buddy. Geeze, there's starving kids in Africa..." said Wiseman.

"Haha. Oh geeze, I don't know you guys. I'm just so hungry today. Must be because of that stunt
that I pulled yesterday." Said Kasahara, stuffing his face some more.

"For the last time! You're an Elemental Angel. You pretty much have access to all the elemental
powers, plus you can control the powers of elementals. And I'm going to take that power from you and
that's all there is too it. Hmph!" Said Brett, who had shrunken back to normal size.

"H-how are you going to do that, if you don't mind my asking?" asked Kasahara, sucking down some
broccoli.

Brett closed his eyes and folded his buff arms. "I.....don't, exactly know...." Said Brett.

"Ohhh...." Gasped George.

Suddenly Brett loomed over Kasahara and yelled, "But I'm going to find out! And until then, you're not
leaving my sight!! Cause' I saw you first, Kasahara--you're my catch!!"

Munching a piece of steak, Kasahara asked, "Well if that's the case, want to go out some time?"

Brett's face grew bright red. "For the last time!! I told you I'm not gay!" yelled Brett.

With that Brett sat back down in his seat and folded his arms. Kasahara raised a sly eyebrow and
said, "Well can't blame a guy for trying."

"H-huh?" gasped Wiseman, taking a look around.

The entire cafeteria was staring at all of them. "What a bunch of weirdoes." Said someone.

"Let me scoot my plate a little farther away." Said someone else.

"Oh man..." said Wiseman, lowering his head.

Brett closed his eyes and grimaced with his arms folded. Meanwhile, Kasahara only looked up
dreamily. Then he looked over at Brett and giggled. Maybe being under lock and key won't be so bad,
thought Kasahara.
