The story of the protagonist of Zero Hour, before Zero Hour, written before anyone gives any shits about Zero Hour

Wolfy was born [REDACTED] in the year [REDACTED] to an army couple that conceived him right when they got home. Due to the frequency of such occurrences at the time, it is not remotely compromising to give away that information. His father died of complications from [REDACTED] that he suffered in combat, and his mother died from complications suffered in childbirth, about [REDACTED] after giving birth. He was hand-picked, one of 500 of the millions of babies being born that year, to be raised, augmented and trained in combat from a very early age by the United States government. By the age of five, he was able to competently wield a pistol, albeit two-handed, and he was able to kill with his bare hands by the age of 10. The other "Chosen Ones", as the government called them, quickly grew jealous of the praise he got. That's when they started picking fights with him. He would win with ease half the time, and they would get in trouble. Soon, they learned not to cause him trouble. At the age when most other Chosen Ones stared having the sexual urges necessary to figure out their sexual orientations [44.5% heterosexuality, 21% homosexuality, 22% bisexuality/pansexuality, 10% asexuality/demisexuality, 2.5% other/unspecified], he was unable to determine his, before explaining his situation to his commanding officer, [REDACTED], who informed him that he was asexual. That was what led to verbal harassment by the other Chosen Ones, which he usually responded to with snarky remarks. The rest of the time, he just replied by threatening them. Eventually, they were deployed to their first missions. 450 died within the first five missions, since the missions were so dangerous that only they had any chance of surviving them and succeeding. He quickly became a legend among the populace, being the most skilled and successful Chosen One, with people often lying, claiming to have met him in person. His existence was only confirmed as fact earlier today by the US government, who is partially declassifying documents related to his missions, in a press conference that also revealed that he was part of the hunt for Bellwether. The government is currently looking for new recruits for the program.
