Another vent poem but as opposed to my last poem venting about the state of the world this is venting about more personal problems. Mainly work ones because I’ve been dealing with a whole mess of a situation at work that’s been going on since about the middle of December. This whole situation has lead to some serious changes at my job and that’s taken a good amount of my focus and has caused me real stress. Took me a while to put it into words in a way I was satisfied with and that’s why this poem took a while but I’m glad I’m done with it.
**In Between The Chasm Of Lead and Leadership**
                                                                  **By: A.X.
