Moving forward in reader-driven space, it is time to present the second supporting Feyrahlian, the right-paw of the Emperor, the Commander of the Imperial Military. Looking for specifics? Perhaps you had best consider helping to select them!
Remember: each reader gets one and only 1 decision to make when it comes to creating the characters-- this means if you choose to influence something about the Commander you will not get to help design any other character.

Feyrahl, The Commander
The Commander of the Feyrahlian military is going to be the second character presented for creation by the wonderful committee of readers (all of you!). There are a lot of variables to consider when picking the specifics of the empire's commander, and, while they may affect each character differently, they will be the same for all of the potential love interests:
Race, Age, Elemental Affinity, Personality, Boon, and Flaw.
These categories will be selected for each character designed by readers (all of you) and then will be fleshed out by the author (all of me). Let's go ahead and explore options for The Commander. Remember: if you already made a determination on the Human protagonist or the King then you cannot influence further character creation. For the rest of you, here are the options:

A Mana Battery (He has a near endless capacity to use magic)
Human Attuned (While most Feyrahlians have trouble 'clicking' with Humans, the Commander does not)
A Masterful Teacher (He has a way about him that makes him very skilled at imparting knowledge)
Silver-Tongued (He always seems to know the right thing to say at the perfect time)
A Font of Health (He is almost supernaturally hardy and is not easily injured or afflicted.
A Prodigy (He seems to be good at everything, even things he is freshly exposed to)
A Twin (The Commander has a twin, who may be an alternate love interest... or able to double-up).
Just as each love interest has a unique positive trait, so too do they have their own specific flaw (what is chosen for one will not be an available option for others). Despite how honored the Commander may be, he is also:
Blind (He has very poor vision, able to discern little but shades of light)
One Armed (The Commander lost an arm earlier in his life)
Of Mixed Heritage (The Commander was a bastard child and is a hybrid of two species!)
Magic Numbed (Despite having an Affinity, the Commander cannot actually use any great magic)

Physically Rough (Despite how well meaning he can be, the Commander is very rough physically)
Asexual (The Commander has no real drive nor is he interested in sex for the sake of sex)

Married (A real problem for a potential love interest, The Commander is already wed).
