Its more lore for all you to understand the dates on my work.

Time is recorded into three separate sections

Distance/rotation/rotation

After the disastrous events of the 5th Annual Space Race Grand-Prize

All major Mega-Corporations and planetary authorities decided to host a conference on how best to standardized timekeeping. But due to there NOT being any standardized time keeping, the conference was a disaster.

It took another few "years" until a conference was held on Earth, following the exact point of Earth's travel around the Sun, as in, where it was physically in its yearly rotation.

During this conference the standardization of time was created.

Due to certain planetary and corporate entities wanting the standard of time to rely on them, it was settled through the hard work and dedication of Jackal Enterprises LLC, to settle the time dilemma by setting time to the distance of travel from one side of the galaxy to the other. Following the merger of the British Space Agency after the Tea Rebellion of 4111, Jackal Enterprises LLC, delegated all future space endeavors to the newly renamed "Super-Star" Company, following an ingenious idea of measuring the distance following the same idea that lead to the conference, by using the distance of the physical travel as the measurement of time.

Orginally fully staffed ships, it would take them 365 "days" to travel from one end to the other end. While not actual "days" in the early years, it is worth noting that advances in ship propulsion has lead to exactly 365 Earth days. (That exact amount is not a coincidence, believing it best to keep the human calendar at 365 days for simplicity each ship is fitted out to travel the distance in a way it can be divisivable into 365 "days")

Now a days unmanned satellites from all sorts of Mega-Corporations or planetary governance, follow that same path, keeping time steadily moving along, and with more traveling the same route the less disruption a destruction of one could make.

In fact one of the early space ships on that route is now a living historical space ship, fitted with a restaurant and hotel (orginally built into the design as well, since a reliable trip across the galaxy definitely drew in tourists and travelers)

That is why the first number is distance.

From 1-365/rotation/rotation.

The rotations are easier to understand, while it was necessary to stabilize cross-space time, time still needed to be standardized in each solar system. This was an easy fix, make the second number the amount of rotations any planet does around their star or other point, for example Earth having 365 days already only ever has 1-365/1 but for other planets that rotate more than once every 365, record the amount of their rotations in relation to the amount of days, for example Venus which rotates every 224.7 will record, that number for example 224/224 to 225/1.

And finally the third number that being rotation as well, is set for anything that rotates around the second rotation.

For example the Earth's Moon rotates 13 times every 365, so while Earth will have 1-365/1 the moon will have 1-365/1/0-12.

Space stations follow the same numbers, depending on how many rotations it has, for example in Balteric Space Station 1, while the main station does not rotate, thus following the 365, the engine compartment rotates increadly slowly around the station, and thus follows the 365/1.

Space ships only need to follow the the 365.

For years it is simple to understand, working just like time zones.

Every full rotation adds a year.

With the first number being the Universal Space Time i.e. 4111 with each plant having their own "time zone" for Earth of course it would be 4111/4111 and then the same for the third number, the moon of course would be 4111/4111/0 as the moon did not start recording years until after the conference.

So if someone wanted to create a contract between two different planets they would have to write both time zones in addition to the UST.

for example if I wanted to send a delicious Breakfast Barn Pancake to the Moon from Earth I would have to put the arrival time as UST (United Space Time) 365 24:60, EST (Eastern Standard Time) 365 12:60: EMT (Earth Moon Time) 13 11:60. To note the Earth's moon only has 1 time zone, while there is a motion to give it two time zones, it is only accepted by INTERO, as they are the only ones supporting the renaming and addition of the INTERO MOON TIME and INTERO SECOND MOON TIME. With the "IMT" being on the light side of the Moon, and "ISMT" being on the dark side of the Moon.
