Potion Cat: Calling a Hound

Layne and her new friend decide to give the stolen book a spin and see what they can summon from another world.

Travelers walked comfortably along the road leading to the potion maker's hill. The sun was a drop of bright yellow in the soft blue sky and the warm sunshine balanced out the cool breeze blowing through the grass. All who came from the village expected the potion maker's store to be open and ready to take in the sudden surge of customers who had arrived with the nice weather, but they all turned away as they saw the sign that read clearly, "Closed for the day." Even if one were to peek in the window they would never see that the potion making feline was somewhere hidden and nearby about to conduct a grand experiment with a new friend.

Beneath the hill where the potion maker's store sat atop of, was a lab located deep underground where Layne conducted all of her work that was too dangerous or illegal to do in her own store. The black furred feline was standing at the center of the lab where she had cleared enough space to make a large circle with several runes etched in the borders between an inner circle and the outer. With this circle that Layne was making, she would summon a demon into this world for the first time using forbidden magic detailed in the tome stolen by her new friend, her new friend who was standing off to the side and reading from the forbidden grimoire.

Layne held a piece of blue chalk in paw as she very carefully followed the instructions of the gray-furred feline next to her. Olea still wore the same cloak from yesterday, but beneath them, she was garbed in one of Layne's spare dresses with long sleeves to cover the fugitive feline's arms that were dotted by magic runes. Layne herself wore robes she used to work with higher magic. They were black and tied around the wrists with red twine and around the collar, a mantle was tied with little magic sigils made to protect her from fire and arcane runoff. She hadn't exactly made her robes demon proof, but they would shield her from any violent impacts, but of course, it was just a precaution.

The potion making feline and her fugitive friend had spent the previous day preparing for this carefully and making sure that Olea was comfortable with her temporary living arrangements. There was a spare room in the lab that Layne had allowed her gray-furred guest to use and they had spent their evening there chatting with one another about whatever they could think of to sooth Olea's worries. It wasn't that their experiment was some sort of grand and frightening thing, but rather the fugitive simply felt as if she were imposing on Layne. The potion maker had waved her off and instead opted to take a sisterly liking to her new friend, offering sweets and little tidbits of her own life to smooth things over and waiting until the other was comfortable enough to sleep to leave to rest herself. She had even offered to sleep down here with Olea if that was necessary for her comfort, but they had both agreed that perhaps if she were gone from her store at all hours then that might be grounds for further investigation from the court's inspectors.

When the potion maker finished the circle, Olea closed the book with a sigh, the sound of pages clapping shut echoing in the lab, "Are you sure you want to do this Layne? We only just met and I can do this type of thing far away from here...Besides, those inspectors could sniff out this type of magic and be on your store in seconds."

Layne waved her off, "There are protections in place for that type of thing, and besides, we aren't doing anything big. We're just summoning a basic creature from the abyss. Something weak the book said right?"

Olea rubbed at the back of her head, "Well, the book said that it was a basic demon, something that could be easily tamed and that wouldn't have too much a foul temperament, but keep in mind that it might still be unpredictable. I don't know if this book is accurate and well, there is always the chance--"

"Now now." Layne interrupted, "We're both capable mages and able to handle ourselves in a fight. If the demon breaks out of the circle without our permission, then we'll be able to fend it off and send it back with minimal damage. If not, well, that is why I got all the potions lined up next to you on the table."

Olea turned her head to look at the various glowing vials and she raised a brow, "What do each of these do?"

Layne flipped the chalk in paw and moved to the table to the top of each as she grinned, "Lube, healing poultices just in case, and a sleep bomb."

"Wait, lube?"

The potion maker shrugged, "You never know what might happen. You said it yourself. Demons are unpredictable and besides, what we summon might be hot!"

A small smile played across the fugitive feline's lips as she shook her head, "I can't believe that you're actually thinking about having sex with this thing. It is a fair way to subjugate demons, true, but I doubt you even knew that."

Layne giggled, "You're right about that! I just figured if it looks good then why not?"

Layne saw the banter sooth the fugitive feline's troubles if nothing just a little bit as Olea's shoulders relaxed and that smile still stayed on her lips. That was good. Layne needed her friend to be comfortable for this to work and for her to be able to do this with any sort of confidence. The potion maker was just that, a potion maker. She could summon fire and ice easily enough, and the other elements weren't too hard to grasp, but magic involving summoning creatures from another dimension wasn't something that she had ever practiced. Truth be told, she was perhaps more nervous than Olea, but she didn't want to show it. In the end, her curiosity trumped any fear that she had of the unknown, besides, she was seriously wondering if the creature was hot or not. If it was then hopefully a mutual deal could be struck rather easily.

A few quiet moments were had where each feline had their eyes shut and . Layne stood at the edge of the circle awaiting instruction while Olea opened the book again to flip to the page that they needed. Layne looked down at the circle, eyes looking over every single detail hoping above all else that she got it right.

Olea took a breath before speaking, "All right, I'll say the incantation and you'll provide the energy to the circle. When the portal opens, step back and the demon should appear. If we did this right then it'll be stuck inside of the circle and we'll be able to communicate with it from here, though, this basic demon might not be able to speak at all. Now, are you prepared?"

Layne rolled her shoulders before bringing her paws up to the circle with her eyes closed ready to concentrate, "Absolutely."

Olea nodded, "Then let us begin."

The ritual began with the sound of shifting feet on the floor suddenly coming to a halt and the sound of sheets of paper being turned and sliding against one another. Layne stood, waiting for the signal to charge the circle with life as she listened to the sound of pages being flipped. When the pages stopped turning, she heard Olea's voice cut through the silence with a solemn tone full of power. The incantation began and the words began to ring through her ears and vibrate the air. Layne could feel the latent power in the simple uttering of the spell that began to twist and twine around her paws. The spell could have been performed with just one set of paws whispering the incantation and providing the charge to the circle, but there were two and it was less exhausting to do it this way. Layne caught the vibration in the air with her paws, willing forth her own magic with blue light trailing from her digits all the way down to the circle. The light touched the circle, a crackle of power sounding off as the light traced the circle all around with a sizzle.

When the circle was full of light and the potion maker's energy, a stitch in the air above the circle appeared as black as the night. Slowly, it began to open and a terrible wind began to blow through the lab with unnatural might. Layne stood her ground with her robe being pushed back against the flow of the sudden gusts. Olea's incantation continued even as the wind began to swirl and rage in the lab. The cut in the dimension then sprung open, all stitches tearing and the wind growing fearsome. Layne could barely keep her balance and concentration, and Olea's voice became strained beneath the force of the pressure. Then, all at once, it was gone.

Layne opened her eyes curiously, her concentration waning as she saw the results of their little experiment. Seated before her was a canine shape with long sharp ears and muzzle entirely coated in shadows. Two bright yellow eyes blinked from the shadowy creature and its ears seemed to twitch and point forward as Layne opened her eyes. Olea soon came to stand next to the potion maker, each sharing a look for just a moment before observing their new guest.

Olea was the first to speak, "So, this is the demon."

Layne nodded, "Seems that way."

Layne found nothing sinister or strange about the creature in front of her. It just seemed like a hound made out of shadowy fur, albeit, it was a hound that was almost as tall as she was simply sitting on its haunches, but still just a hound. The creature leaned forward and clawed at the floor, maw opening to show rows of sharp and glimmering fangs as it yawned aloud and shook itself. Layne thought it looked somewhat cute and she couldn't wipe the smile from her face. That smile, however, was knocked off of her lips as soon as she stepped forward to get a closer look. The hound opened its maw and let out a single big bark that shook the air and knocked both Olea and Layne on their rear.

"What a set of lungs!" Said Olea she rubbed at her sore rump.

Layne herself scrambled to stand up while grunting, "I suppose so, do you think that was a warning shot?"

When she looked to the hound to see if it had adopted a more violent stance, in fact, it was doing something else that had Layne smile back on her face and brighter than ever. The hound pressed its nose against the invisible wall created by the circle and was huffing against it, tail swishing back and forth.

"This, is a demon?" Layne asked with a giggle.

Olea scratched at the back of her head, "A lesser demon, but still a demon."

Layne approached the circle, tempted to reach out to pet the hound before she stopped herself while speaking, "But this big guy doesn't seem violent or ready to strike some sort of arcane deal. It looks like nothing more than an overgrown house pet. A cute one at that."

At her compliments, the creature's tail began to wag rather than just swish back and forth and Layne felt her heart swoon, "Gosh, Olea, look at it. It's adorable!"

Olea frowned, "Well, I suppose it kind of is, but we don't know what it is capable of. It could attack us once we drop the barrier. We should perhaps think about sending it home instead."

Layne was already in her own world. Her paws reached past the threshold of the circle and she grabbed onto the creature's muzzle with a twinkling in her eyes. It remained calm as she began to stroke through the oddly soft shadowy fur. It didn't seem to mind her petting, in fact, its tail seemed to wag faster and faster if anything at all as if to signal for more. Layne happily obliged before she turned her head to Olea to squeak happily, "Look at this thing Olea, isn't it precious?! C'mon, we have to let the barrier down. This thing is way too cute. Besides, if he was dangerous don't you think he would have bitten me by now?"

Olea's eyes were narrowed and her mouth was set in a hard line as she walked towards the circle. She crossed her arms and leaned down just at the edge of the barrier to look at the creature within. While Layne was still stroking the hound's muzzle, it opened its maw to drag its tongue against the barrier as if to try and lick Olea. The gray-furred feline blinked and sighed, standing back up straight while looking towards Layne, "I guess we could try and bring this thing under our fold, but if we let it out and it turns out to be dangerous then we need to put it down immediately, okay?"

Layne put her nose to the barrier and giggled with her own tail swishing from side to side excitedly, "Hear that big guy? You're gonna be out here with us! Isn't that exciting?!"

Again the canine barked and again the two felines were tossed on their rear, Layne giggling and Olea huffing who was the first to get back up from the excited demon's noise, "I at least say we should have some form of contract with it. You sign contracts with demons, you subjugate them to your will. I suppose making a pet out of one is exactly the type of thing that is supposed to happen, but we can't really make a deal with a dog can we?"

Layne crouched by the circle, a digit scratching at her chin as she wondered how they would solve that question. The canine seemed amiable to her enough, but it was true that they couldn't really make a deal with the thing, well, they hadn't even tried she supposed, so what was the harm?

"Say, hellhound." Layne began and much to her surprise the hound turned head and ears towards her as she continued, "Can you understand me? If so, maybe you'd like to strike a deal? Isn't that what you demon types do? Contractual agreements and stuff like that? Kind of like a more direct bureaucracy with real blood instead of paper and ink to eventually give your blood."

The hellhound snorted and pressed its nose against the barrier bright eyes reflecting the light of the wisp flowers dotting the walls of the lab. For a moment her eyes connected with the hellhounds and she heard a faint whisper in her mind, "Command me and I would be yours."

Layne rose to her feet and dusted her robes as she nodded, "Right. Voices in my head usually aren't good, but I think that is some form of compliance and deal." She turned to Olea with a smile, "Think he says if we let him free then we'll have command of him."

Olea rolled her eyes, "I don't think I'm going to convince you otherwise at the moment, so go ahead and cut the circle. I'll be ready if he does anything stupid."

Layne waved off the concerns of her fugitive friend and knelt down to plant a paw at the edge of the circle where she could easily smudge the chalk. Looking up she saw that the hound was staring at her paw with a sort of still and quiet excitement. Not even the canine's tail was moving as it simply watched her every move, "You'll be good, right?" Layne asked with a quirked brow. The hound looked to her for one moment before sneezing as a response. She could guess if that was a positive or not, risk a mental invasion by staring into its eyes or just take a chance purely for the fun of chaos which was exactly what she was going to do. With a shrug and a smile, she pressed a digit down hard against the floor and smudged the chalk at the outer ring. A dull hum popped and the barrier was down.

Layne stood almost expecting and bracing herself for the impact of the large hound to attack, but rather than attack her, he simply got up and stretched, and stretch in the strangest way he did. The hound's body twisted and contorted with strange shadows lashing out at the air and its maw opening wide to flash those teeth as it yawned and let out a little yap of approval. When it was back to form and standing on all fours, it trotted out of the circle with its claws tapping against the floor before sitting on its haunches and looking back and forth at each feline.

The potion maker's friend stood still with purple eyes narrowed and full of suspicion, she had one paw raised as if to throw something and her mouth was set in a hard line. Layne was a bit cautious, but it soon fell away when she could see that she had herself what seemed like a good dog sitting right next to her. With a little hop, she moved to give the hellhound a soft embrace around the neck and she looked to Olea with a big smile, "See! I told you he was a good boy. Olea, think about it, you could travel with this pup and be absolutely safe. No court jokers would bother you if you had him by your side, right?"

Olea's eyes turned, her expression softening and her stance turning to a neutral as she mused, "It might be nice to have him on the road. Monsters would be inclined to bother me less, but he might attract more attention. I can't exactly explain away a hellhound and more authorities might get angry at the fact that I have some sort of crazed murder hound with me."

Layne stroked through the soft fur of the hound while grinning, "Crazy murder hound? I mean, I guess you're right about him being big enough to attract attention, but look at him! I'm sure it would be positive attention certainly."

Her tease was not missed by Olea who chuckled just a bit while crossing her arms. The hound surprised them both by fizzling before their eyes. His form shifted and flattened against the floor until the shadow of his form was the only thing they could spot on the ground, and even then, he moved beneath Layne's legs and hid among her own shadow, "Well! Look at that Olea! He's showing us he could go anywhere, aren't you boy?"

Layne yelped and fell on her rear when the canine came popping back from her shadow to pounce on her. She was flat on her back now giggling as the hellhound laid on top of her, "And he's warm!"

Olea rolled her eyes, "I suppose, but didn't you want to keep him?"

The potion maker had wanted to keep him, that was true, but she had a store to consider and a cousin who could most likely ferret this beast out, but that could be left unsaid between them, "Listen, I have a store. I can't just keep a hellhound here. Who knows what he'll do, besides, I'll get to play with him every time you visit, right?"

Olea walked over to where Layne and the hound laid, one brow quirked and a small smile tugging at one side of her lips as she leaned down to stroke through the hellhound's fur, "I guess so. Suppose he isn't hot enough for you either."

Layne scoffed, "Please, Olea, I would absolutely make out with this dog."

The pressed his nose against Layne's and flicked his tongue against her mouth as if to take her up on her offer. Layne could only giggle and of course she had to plant a gentle kiss on the canine's maw while her fugitive friend looked on with a curious quirk of the brow and a twist of the tail, "Companionship would be nice on the road, but I don't know if having sex with a demon dog is a good idea."

Layne shifted to look over at her friend with a smirk on her lips, "You wanna see if it is a good idea?"

Olea's ears flicked back and she looked away with a sort of bashful motion that probably meant her cheeks were flustered beneath the fur. Even though her eyes were looking away from Layne, the potion maker could see that her gaze occasionally flicked towards the bottle of glowing lube that she had left over on the table. Layne could clearly see there were some sparks of interest there, even if she was perhaps just a bit unsure of the situation. Fucking a monster was a frightening thing, a demon itself could be a powerful creature of destructive might so she understood why one might be scared, but wasn't that fun? Wasn't the thrill what made it all worth it in the end.

Slipping from beneath the canine, she moved to touch Olea's shoulders softly and purr temptations to the girl's ears, "Olea? You know, you could watch me first. Then take a turn yourself if that is what you want. You don't have to take a risk if you don't want to, but just imagine that wild hound there pounding inside of you, wouldn't that be nice?"

Olea shivered, and she could feel it even beneath the cloak and dress. The gray-furred feline took a stop from Layne to walk to where the lube was set on the table. She touched the glass with one digit, trailing up and down as watched it before muttering, "So, you're saying, you'll be the one to take the plunge first."

When Layne didn't answer, Olea turned to see that the potion maker was already stripping out of her robes. With a huff, the black-furred feline tossed her robes off and stood there in tight-fitting blue underwear, tail curled around one of her legs as she grinned, "So, I'm saying I'll take the supposed dangerous plunge and have sex with this big hound. Wonder what our friend thinks?"

Layne turned just in time to see the hound moving from his position to her side where he sat and looked up at her with pleading yellow eyes. She stared deep into those eyes and she felt her mind open to the influence of the demon, a voice calling at the back of her head, "One, or both of you, I don't mind."

She giggled and leaned down to give the hound's nose a soft peck before turning her head to her friend with a sly snake of a smile creeping up her face, "So, you watching or what?"

Olea held the bottle of lube in paw and cleared her throat, "W-well, I figured I could help instead of just watching, but yes, I do plan on watching first."

Layne clapped her paws together happily, "Perfect! So, if you want to help and since you're watching, what position?"

Olea bit her lower lip before looking away and mumbling, "All fours."

Rather than make comment on the decision, Layne slipped out of her panties, thumbs through the waist as she let them slide down her legs to step out of them. She tossed them with her robes to the side against the table and got on paws and knees, the floor cold to touch. Before the hound could move to mount her she stopped him with a command, "Not so fast big boy, first Olea has to lube me up. Can't have you breaking me dry."

Though the hound seemed eager, he only huffed and sat on his haunches, golden eyes watching her with a sort of heated hunger that burned a hole where his gaze touched. The excitement was already building in the potion maker's chest. To be bent over with tail raised for such a powerful creature was enough to have her shaking. Olea seemed just as excited as she moved to kneel by Layne's rear and feel over each cheek before popping the cork off of the potion. Layne expected to feel the cold of the lube touch her rear, but instead, she gasped as the sudden warmth of her friend's tongue graced her rear.

She hadn't expected such a kiss from Olea, the feline's tongue pressing inside of her and twisting about to wet her inner walls with warm spittle. Layne purred as she worked her hips back towards the other while she teased, "Hah, here I thought you were just going to prep me up for the dog, seems like you're being greedy."

Layne squeaked and let out a little moan as that warm tongue pressed deep inside of her and twisting it around and about inside of her rear. Olea's other paw gripped onto Layne's rear, spreading it slowly as she brought her mouth back to huff, "You're being cheeky for someone with their balls in my grasp."

Layne shuddered as she felt claws digging through the fur of her rump to graze gently against her flesh. She breathed out in response, "Hah, I guess you're right, just remember I let you get back there."

The potion maker then gasped as she felt cold liquid pour out onto her puckered hole. Slick and oily liquid was pressed inside of her rear along with three digits firmly and with little mercy. Those digits twisted and turned inside of her, pressing deep before pulling out only to slam back inside roughly. She gasped and her cock twitched in response to the attention her rear was taking. Layne clawed at the floor as her rear was stretched wide and her friend struck her rump with one paw while the other worked to slam and press three digits further and further inside of her rear before finally, she pulled away with a purr, "There! Now you should be ready for the dog."

Layne was about to make comment on the rough and sudden stretching she had been forced to take, but her words were cut off by the weight of the hound hopping onto her back. She gasped as she felt a fat cock against her thighs along with the warmth of the hound's body pressing down on her. The potion maker couldn't turn her head, but she could feel the size of the cock sliding up to press the tip against her puckered hole, the canine grunting and attempting to get in place to properly mount her. Layne waited, shivering as she held herself up against the hellhound while she felt him shifting and moving to try and get inside of her. She gasped and jolted forward as the canine thrust to her, but missed the canine cock pressing against her thighs again. Again the creature pulled back to thrust but again missed the mark as it struck against her rear cheek rather than between.

It was then that Olea moved behind to grip the canine's cock and the tip against Layne's puckered hole as she purred with a shudder, "Here, let me help."

The potion maker soon gasped as she felt the tip press inside of her. The anticipation was enough to have her barbed member twitching with arousal, her eyes shut tight as she waited for the hound to take her. A single thrust and half of the canine's cock was buried inside of her rear. Her eyes grew wide as she felt heat burning through her insides and from that single thrust she nearly collapsed. Layne struggled to hold herself up as the hound howled and began to pound inside of her with the wild and reckless abandon of a feral beast. She gasped and moaned, squeaking as she tried her best to hold herself up while Olea took her place in front of Layne to watch with wide purple eyes.

Layne felt little shards of warmth press up her spine as she saw Olea watching her with those wide eyes full of shock and awe. Olea was sitting there now with her legs spread and a paw between them to dip underneath her dress and through her underwear to rub at her crotch. Layne mewled as her insides were stretched wide and the canine's balls kissed hers as every inch of his cock was being slammed inside of her. It amplified the pleasure, her arousal to see that Olea was touching herself to the sight of Layne being fucked so thoroughly, and it certainly felt better than she thought to be pounded so roughly by the shadowy canine.

It was just as she felt her arms collapsing that the canine howled loud enough to shake the floor and walls. She yelped as she felt shadowy tendrils wrap around her body and Olea suddenly let out a cry of surprise as her body was taken hold of by the very same tentacles wrapping around Layne. Tendrils coiled and lashed all around the lab from the canine's body. They tore through the dress that Olea wore and her underwear before slamming two tendrils in her cunt and one inside of her rear. Olea gasped out and began to squeal her pleasure and pain to the air as her insides were being pounded so roughly. Layne mimicked those sounds as her rear suddenly was stretched even further by the canine's growing cock slamming inside of her. She felt a bulbous knot begin to swell inside of her to tie her together with the hound, but there was nothing stopping the creature's wild thrusting. He still continued to pound inside of her without stop and still continued to slam those tendrils deep inside of the other feline. Layne herself could feel the pressure building in her cock and in her gut as her pleasure mounted and she spilled her seed all over the floor from simply being thrust into so roughly. It was at that point that she felt hot cum pour out inside of her rear, a massive amount of the stuff making it feel as if she were ready to burst from the load being pumped out inside of her. With her rear hiked up in the air and her body being held by tendrils, Layne remained tied to the hellhound while panting, her ears drooping and her tail curling around the canine for comfort as best as it could manage.

When it was finally all done, the canine licked the back of her neck gently and Olea was left panting on her back from the tendrils that had thrusting inside of her. With her rear still full, Layne muttered, "So, you'll take the hound with you?"

Olea took a deep breath before nodding. Their first summoning had been quite the success.
