Warm and serene, the hot springs of the Shelou Mountains portrayed an atmosphere of relaxation. Those that were occupying the various pools of volcanicly heated water did so on a night that had no clouds, and a sky that was full of twinkling, gold stars. Though it was getting late and few others resided among the steamy pools, there was still a few that were enjoying the hot water into midnight.

Off on the edge of the hot springs was a lone pool that was connected by a small house and was easy to overlook from the much larger basins. There was a single guest that hadn't bothered to go home. From a small bamboo cup he sipped at some warm sake, enjoying the strong taste as he rested his back against the stone wall. His powerful chest heaved as he took in a deep breath, his arms rippled with bulging muscles. It was the body that came with working security for this particular hot springs, as its unique location and atmosphere of divine tranquility caused many wealthy individuals to frequently visit.

His name was Rando, and now that his shift had ended he could finally enjoy the very asset he was hired to guard. He was a simple panda bear, though significantly larger than most others of the hot spring staff, it never stopped him from enjoying the more simple things of life. He took another sip of his cup and let a content smile draw over his face. Though his eyes were closed, he was still able to pick up on the faint sound of a door opening and closing and the sound of foot pads on a stone walkway.

A light chuckle bubbled from Rando's chest and he finished off the contents of his cup before setting it down behind him. When he opened his eyes his gaze fell on an approaching Shiba Inu, the newcomers form being significantly smaller than his own but he was the same height and wasn't without a strong body that also reflected the life of a security guard. Just like his friend, the canine was completely naked, save for a white towel that he kept draped near his sheath.

"What took you so long?" Rando asked, his voice deep and gruff, as if he had a history of smoking cigarettes. His expression still held a friendly and welcoming mask though, so the Shiba didn't care to be shy. The two worked along side each other and had for the better part of a year. His name was Saul, and in their time together they had become quite intimate.

"I got off late and I forgot what spring you like to visit," the canine said as he came around to the panda's side and began to lower himself into the pool. His voice portrayed his age, certainly younger than the bear but not so young that he was new to life's pressure. When he had sunk down to the bottom of the pool, he settled his towel outside of the water and gave a sigh as the heat began to work its way into his sore muscles and joints.

Just as Saul was beginning to let his eyes drift shut, he felt a nudge at his shoulder, prompting him to snap to attention. Rando was holding out a second bamboo cup filled with sake, his other paw already clutching a second full cup. The canine smiled happily and accepted the drink and together they gave a brief toast being sipping in unison.

"It's a very lovely night," Saul commented as he hovered the edge of his cup an inch from his lips. The panda gave a shrug and let one large arm settle against the pool wall just behind the other's shoulders.

"Lovely night. Lovely sight," the bear replied and winked as he turned his gaze to his friend. Saul couldn't keep himself from blushing, he quickly took another sip of his sake as he suddenly wasn't for sure of what to say. Rando was such a charmer, and nothing ever stopped him from speaking his mind, especially when things came to matters of the heart.

The water shifted as the larger male leaned over to the dog and pushed his snout into the other's neck, giving him a kiss and nuzzle. Saul let out an elated sigh and chuckled before he leaned into the affectionate caresses. "You don't ever waste time, do you?" Saul teased and set his cup down with his towel, his body shifting closer to the bear's until the two were almost fully embraced.

"I've been thinking about you all day," the panda grumbled as he began to settle kisses up the Shiba's neck that traveled to his cheek.

"You always say that," Saul retorted and turned his head to meet his lover's lips, his eyes drawing shut as they began to kiss and nuzzle at one another.

"Because it's always true," came the large bear's response. The two continued on fawning over each other and kissing, letting their passions run free. It eventually happened that Saul ended up cradled in Rando's lap, their sheaths and balls pressed against one another. The bear's powerful arms had come around and settled on the canine's lower back and rear end. Saul ground his groin against his lover's, causing a soft groan to emanate from the larger male's throat. Saul's paw snuck beneath the water and began to gently nudge at the panda's sheath, pushing back the furry opening to reveal the rapidly swelling ursa cock.
