EXTRAS:

Additional prop(s)

Imagine this: , but with _ **_two** _maracas instead of just one! _

Actually, I would count a pair of maracas as a single prop... so maybe imagine this guy with a pair of maracas and also a triangle!

Price: in general, add $1.00 per prop.

By "Prop," I mean an item which the character is using, holding, or otherwise interacting with, such as a sword, holy symbol, emblem, book, etc. By "prop," I do not mean bags, clothing, or armor that is being worn, as I consider those to be part of the character's design. Likewise, I consider swords/weapons that are sheathed/being worn to be clothing, and part of the character's design.

I may also be willing to consider small, undetailed characters as props rather than additional characters... For example, Sparx hanging out with Spyro

...Or small fairies, or other such things. I may even consider multiple fairies or dragonflies to be a single prop, depending on how unique each one must be from the others.

As with everything else, prices are negotiable and dependent partially on complexity of the prop in question and the level of detail required.

~

Additional Character(s)

Imagine this:, but with even more adorabl __le f_ uffballs romping about._

**For a sketch, add $4.00 per additional character after the first.

For a Detailed Drawing, add $14.00 for a second character and $7.50 per additional character after that.**

By character, I mean an entity in the drawing that is doing something, and also is not a prop. Aside from what is detailed above, characters I might consider to be props could be a sentient weapon or something similar.

As with props, prices are negotiable and dependent partially on complexity of the character in question, as well as the level of detail required.

Backgrounds

**Price: in general, add between $5.00 and $35 for a background.

This would lean toward $35.00,

this would lean toward $15.00 (due to issues of depth and vanishing points, etc.)

this would lean toward $10.00,

and this would lean toward $5.00.** Prices are negotiable and dependent largely on complexity of the desired background, number of characters, complexity of characters, and the level of detail required.

Payment Details

All Prices are in US Dollars (USD).

Payment is accepted via PayPal, or, if necessary, through an equivalent amount of deviantArt Points. Once the exact nature of the commission is hammered out, I will provide an estimated time to completion. I begin work only after receiving at least half of the payment. I can provide status reports and WIPs at any number of agreed-upon points in the process. Once the piece is completed, I will notify the commissioner and send them an invoice for the remaining balance (if any) of the commission price. Once the final payment is received, I will send the commissioner a link to the full-resolution version of the image. I will also provide other sizes/resolutions upon request.

Hey, life happens to us all! In the event that something happens to prevent me from completing the job within one week of the estimated finish date, I will make sure to notify the commissioner as soon as possible and work to quickly provide a revised time to completion. Conversely, in the event that the commissioner is unable to make the second half of the payment, I will gladly both/either (A) hold the finished work until such time as the commissioner can afford to pay for it, and/or (B) work with the commissioner to figure out a revised payment plan that works for them (I have no desire to charge interest, so no worries about possibly paying more than the original, agreed-upon price).

Got any questions? Send me a note!

~

*Please note that my sketches are typically rather clean, and so, when I say "sketch", I really mean "Not a detailed, textured drawing." Please also note that by "character" I mean the subject of the drawing as separate from an inanimate object or item... which is to say that a "character" might simply be, say, a tiger, a tiger cub, a wolf or wolf pup, or some other animal/creature; i.e.: it needn't be a specific, defined character.
