Crime & Funishment
#3 of Given Gifts / Trades (My half)
Summary: Corfide/Soppip's character Pip finds himself accused of a crime in a strange land, one which offers an alternate means to pay off one's debt to society. Kinks ensue.
Apparently the country adheres to the Ace Attorney series rule of "Guilty until someone else is found guilty."
There's some history with this story, years back I approached Corfide asking to use his adorable bat in a writing piece. It floundered in one of my cycles of writers block and was filled with strange irrational writing that I believe I have now outgrown. I ended up pretty much scrapping it to produce this piece now. But now, here it is in all its glory to be shared to the world.

"We find the defendant. Guilty."
The verdict rocked the brown bat to his core, knees weak, he fell into the chair behind him. Pip had been falsely charged, yet enough evidence was presented and the case then convincingly argued to find him the only viable suspect of the theft.
He'd been visiting the country on business, to expand his connections and contacts, and while he'd been at the meeting place, -the manor of a wealthy noble-, items had gone missing. He chose to fight for his innocence but being of lesser means, he'd had a court appointed attorney to defend him, and the man had been pathetic. The prosecution had deeper pockets and it showed in the skill of their attorney.
He'd fazed out, stunned and shocked as he was dragged out of the courtroom, hands cuffed quite simply. Lead to a back room and allowed to sit once more in a chair at a table. Had he been paying attention he'd have noticed how queer the room was. No cameras, low security, and the large snow leopard, the victim of the crime, sat opposite him with law enforcement to either side.
"W-what's happening? What's going on? I didn't... I didn't do anything." Pip protested again. The victim scowled, certain that justice had been served, and hoping he'd stop the pathetic mewling when truth outed. Yet he clung to the same stoic stance.
One of the officers spoke up, sliding two closed folders across the table. "We're here to make you an offer. We can commute your sentence, as Mister Lowe, the man you robbed, has chosen to be merciful. But you might wish to consider your choices before committing to either."
Pip stared up, down at the folders, then up again. They nodded, implying he should read them. The victim tapped his foot on the floor as he waited, obviously not wanting to be here, in the presence of the one who wronged him. The first folder was his judge ordained sentence, five years of imprisonment to serve his time, with no hearings for at least a year.
He gulped as he pushed it away, stomach flaring nervously, he had to see what the other option was. Drawing it to him, he flipped it open and read through, the room silent as the others waited. This... this couldn't be real. The other offer was a contract, a lengthy document, not overly complicated in words, but the conditions were crazy. His eyes double took on multiple clauses, colour rising to his cheeks.
"What is this?" He asked, out loud, meaning to be rhetorical but the speaking officer replied all the same.
"A contract, you can reduce your sentence to one month, if you agree to be Mister Lowe's pleasure slave for that time." Lowe himself seemed rather uninterested, the snow leopard still tapping his foot, though the corner of his eye drifted to the bat as the pen was slid across the table.
Pip didn't like the sound of it at all, but as he finished the regulations he saw the contract also protected him from any illegal or irrational advances. He didn't know what it might mean, but... a month, or up to five years of his life. The choice was obvious. He picked up the pen and signed. The folder was taken to the other side of the table, Lowe also signed it and then rose, passing through to the next room without a backward glance.
"A surprising choice. You must not know Mister Lowe's reputation." One of the officers whispered into the silence. "Come, convict." Hands fell on the bats arms and dragged him to his feet. He was lead away to yet another room, with no further sign of Lowe, nervous the whole while. The door was opened to an oddly open room with an opaque chamber in the middle.
He was directed to enter the chamber. "You will take off your clothing once inside, all of it. Then you will proceed to the next chamber and accept the uniform there. When it's on, we will lead you to Mister Lowe's residence."
He had no real choice, so he pressed on. The door shut behind him, masking him from view. At least he wouldn't have to strip in public. Removing his attire and stepping out of it, he folded his clothes together and put them in a marked spot. Opening the next door and passing through, it slid shut behind him and locked with a click. He turned at the sound, wondering what had happened and heard a dull bang. Something cold and wet shot on his back. He gasped, turning. What looked like a gun barrel hung in the ceiling, and it fired again, splatting a deep blue pellet across his chest. He reached for it with a shocked gasp, though the impact had been painless, to scrape it off and the turret fired thrice more, striking a leg here, again on his torso and once on a wing.
His fingers stuck both to it, and inside it, pulling long strings that never snapped and stuck fast to his body. The turret receded, and he looked frantically around, there was nothing else in the chamber. He tried to reach to the door, but as he made his way to it the chamber was bathed in a green light, and the pellets that had struck him reacted, growing and spreading out.
The bat panicked as even the spots on his fingers trickled and spread across his hand. The nano-latex composite had begun to dress him in the promised 'uniform'. He rattled the door, but it didn't open, and in a panic, he pushed his back against the wall, desperately scraping and scratching at the mess to get it off. As it spread, it began to itch and then, grew worse still, tickling in fact as it brushed down his back and to his sides. Meeting there and then trickling up his wings too. The spread on his fingers started to cover his arms leaving a seamless, blue shine that lined his body tightly. He alternated between shouting for help and laughing as it rolled over sensitive skin in his body.
It had coated up to his shoulders and down to his belly now, and he tried to claw at the thing before it got to his neck, however, instead of the attempts before, his arm stuck in place! The corrupting rubber holding it fast as it kept going, his arm was slid to his side by the stuff, and the wing-pockets stuck to his back, slowly connecting until they were secured. The sleeve on his other arm puppeting that too to join at the other side. It snared up over his neck as it reached his jaw, giving the bat time to see his crotch getting smoothed off with just a vaguely noticeable round bulge as it found his manhood.
Straining in the torso coating layer, it brushed down the outside of his legs, squashing them together. His protests and pleas cut off as it reached his lips, speeding up over his snout. It stopped at the lip line, not falling in, but still sticking over it, squeezing down until his jaw was shut tight. It formed a band then, leaving his eyes alone. Trickling over his head it went for his ears, and Pip squirmed as the sensitive things were tickled to hell too, the goop seeping out until all that was left was a hole where his nose could protrude and a clear space, shaped like a visor across his face and eyes.
His legs meanwhile had been covered down to the ankle, and without losing speed, the threads of goo coated the top of his feet and slipped to the sides. However, the intense tickling feeling that produced made Pip squeak and hop around. Time felt drawn out as his soles were tickled by the forming shell, which only took seconds to smooth the bases into flat solid rubber.
The light in the room changed to blue, and the motion of the nano-latex stopped. Solidifying and constricting on him as it did. The door opened with a click, and two officers walked in, seeing that he'd fallen to the floor. They reached in and hauled him up, one at his shoulders, one tucking his legs underarm. They carried him into the back seat of a car, designed for prisoner transport, straps across chest, shins and thighs to prevent him wiggling too much. At least the tickling stopped as soon as it had hardened but the bat still mumbled for all he was worth. The driver slid up a pane of soundproof plastic, and rolled on.
Pip was handed over to Lowe that same day, kicking in the bag as he was dragged into the manor. Slung over the shoulder like a sack of produce, Lowe had him directed to an underground room where none of the conference goers had been when Pip came by before. The occasional servant or staff member walked past, but this wasn't too peculiar, as the cell was situated in the service quarters of the house.
Pip was placed into a small cell with a cloudy translucent wall, baring the inside of it, barely 4 meter's between the walls and the door locked behind him. He turned and realised that wall was one-way only. Solid and reflective to him, but still visible to any who were of a mind to turn their heads as they passed. With some wiggling he managed to slip up to a stand, hopping over to the door, ramming his shoulder against it in the hopes something might come of it. No luck. He bounced off it twice more in a vain attempt and with a sigh, slumped onto the cot attached to the rear wall.
He was left to stew, musing how it seemed plausible that his sentence was going to be the same 'bored in a cell with just his own thoughts' experience he had dreaded, although that would at least come with the benefit of there being no other potentially dangerous criminals around him. And yet, he didn't expect to be left in a latex bag that seemed to want to compress him further still.
His thoughts were interrupted later when the figure of Mr. Lowe pushed open the door. He walked in, a solid metal clasp in his hands, open on a hinge. Lifting the collar up to show it to the bat he spoke in a weary sounding growl. "Now I doubt you're going to make this easy. But this is going to mark you as what you are. A possession, until you have given me equal value to what I lost." Pip had got back to his legs and was shuffling away as he spoke.
The snow leopard stopped as the bat mumbled at him. "We can do this the hard or the quick way, but this collar is going on. You signed the paper, remember." Pip furrowed his brow and hopped back. Defying him. The leopard struck forward with a sigh. "We'll do it your way then, boy." Shoulder checking him into the corner, the bat was dazed and heard a click as the metal band was snatched deftly around his throat.
"You might ask what was so slow about doing it the hard way." The leopard said with a smirk, after all the collar was applied and locked in mere seconds. "But it's going to be hard and slow for you. See, if you'd been good, I'd be back in thirty minutes. As it is, I'll see you this evening."
He pulled back and the bat slid down before collecting himself, the metal felt heavy on his neck and the small tag rattled on his chest. He sat on the cot again as his captor left. "Oh, and the reason it'll be hard, well..." He shook a little remote in his hand, pressing a button. The rubber around the bat received the signal and flared to life, targeting his whole body with vibrations that made him just shiver at first. The sensations sharpened, drawing to a more targeted spread, reaching in pin-point intensity as they became tickles instead of rubs. Making him squeal even before he fell off the cot to his knees and writhed on the floor.
Lowe paused, savouring the gagged huffs before he shut the door, the sound from inside cut off. Slotting the remote onto a catch beside the door he called one of the staff over. "Leave a note to all personnel, if the punishment has paused and the bat is squirming or fighting, hit the button here. Make sure someone checks every twenty minutes." He instructed, wandering off to attend to the day's matters.
As promised, Lowe returned that evening. Pip was exhausted from the torments he'd received, more than one of the staff being simply sadistic and hitting the button anyway. The leopard had the remote in hand and pressed a button, making the bat wince. However, nothing happened, and Pip gingerly opened an eye, to see that instead a light was shining from the top of the remote. Lowe pointed the beam at the rubber around his face, and Pip could now tell that something was happening, the nano-latex responding to the light by shrinking back. He chased the rubber off the face, ears and even the top of the neck, and rather than the tickling trickle, on the way back it was like a soft rub.
"Now, pet of mine, I believe you owe me an apology." He said, as soon as Pip had adjusted to having his head uncovered again.
Pet?! He thought, but kept his tongue held, instead saying "But I didn't steal anything, I promise!" the snow leopard scowled in response.
He leaned forward, fingers tightening on the remote. "I was not talking about that, your verdict is passed and you won't convince me otherwise. I demand apology for you acting out despite your prior agreement."
Pip looked away meekly. He cracked his lips, licking them before he whispered. "Sorry. Please don't turn it back on, I was panicked and flustered."
"Master Lowe." Lowe said.
"What?"
"You meant 'Panicked and flustered, Master Lowe' which is how you will address me if you want to keep those lips open." The snow leopard wasn't exactly vicious about it, his tone more bored, as if he was teaching the basics of a subject to someone who had studied for years.
The bat blushed, and nodded. "Y-yes. Master Lowe?" The tone questioning for approval, which won him a nod. "I'm sorry for going against the agreement."
"That will do. I had intended to spend time with you, but your punishment has to be served first. Tomorrow we will get to know each other." He said with a smirk, raising the light from the remote to Pip's shoulders. He carefully aimed so that the bat's hands were freed from his sides, but only up to the elbows, allowing his fingers to just reach his mouth. "For now, rest, and eat. In the morning you will leave that cell if you don't relapse into your former bad manners. And perhaps even leave that suit."
He clicked his fingers and a pair of servants with a covered tray flowed into the room. They set up a table without paying him or the bat mind, and placed the tray down, opening it to reveal a plume of steam from the hot food inside. Lowe straightened and pulled the tray to the cot, even helping Pip sit down before he walked out.
At the very least, the food in front of Pip made a mockery of what prisons might offer. A reward for learning from the punishment, it seemed.
He was left to eat, which he did with reluctance at first. However, hunger, coupled with the pleasant food soon won him over to eat at a quicker pace.
The second day found Pip removed from the suit entirely, split down a side until it could be peeled off, he was given clothes similar to that of the staff and servants, although more revealing, and honestly, more comfortable.
He was marched to a small dining room and sat opposite Lowe. Breakfast was brought for them and the snow leopard began a small interrogation. Pip was not restrained, but the burly servants standing at the walls with eyes fixed on him warned him what would happen if he caused a scene.
Lowe set about asking about the theft, why he did it, how he did it, where the items were if they hadn't been fenced. He seemed to grow upset when Pip denied it all, but when his knuckles clenched tight to betray his anger, he instead moved the subject to other topics. Starting by laying down the rules by which Pip would live for a month. Brooking no interruption if the bat tried to ask, or was about to speak out. There was nothing more than clarification of what he'd signed for though, so he kept mostly meek.
Lowe told him a bit more of himself afterwards, opening a chance for questions and back and forth before the meal wound down. Rising the leopard moved away and introduced one of his butler's to the bat. The woman was a stern but straightforward bovine, who showed Pip some basic chores, saying that whilst he was here for Master Lowe's pleasure, that left copious time free. His choices were work, or sit in the cell, and the tasks weren't overly hard labour, so he went along with it.
He dined with other servants for lunch, and realised their repast was a lot more normal than the exquisite dinner and breakfast he had received. It was late afternoon before Lowe sent for him. A gentle voiced dove maid beckoning him for the sake of politeness, but again the large flankers reminded him he was not trusted, and had no say in the matter.
He was taken up to Lowe's drawing room and directed to a chair. Once he had sat, heavy hands fell on his shoulders holding him still as the other fellow, a large brown bear, wheeled over a wooden frame. Two holes in between a pair of thick planks, as the stocks were revealed. He was scared by the sight, but suitably cowed by the muscled figures with him, he allowed his feet to be slid in and locked in place. Next they pulled his arms up revealing the holes in his shirt that left his sides and pits open, and his wrists slid into some cuffs.
He tugged on the restraints a little uncertainly, but they were quite solid and secure. Holding him even as his struggles grew at the sight of the thick red ball and the strap attached to it. The gag was forced between his teeth despite his reluctance and then the two henchmen departed.
The snow leopard came around the corner, and carried a load of stimulating tools with him which he assembled on a tray. "You can admit the crime you know." He whispered into the silent room, fingers hovering as he thought what to start with. "Confession after the conviction will not worsen your stay, and will maybe give us leads on recovering or at the least shutting down whatever enterprise you funded." He picked a metal pin-wheel up off the tray and had already begun tracing it over Pip's exposed soles.
The bat's eyes bugged out as he started to mumble and squirm. The metal spokes digging into the soft sole. The leopard locking eyes with him as his free hand pressed claws into the other foot, "But you won't confess, will you." He said with a sigh as Pip groaned into the hefty ball, the leopard kneading for a while, focused on his victim. He toyed with him for several minutes, sometimes stopping, to let him think it was over only to swap the tool to the other foot.
He reached for his supplies, lifting a plastic vibrator with a strap of tape, he pressed it into the arch of one foot and set it whirring, causing more choked sounds from the helpless bat. Next, producing a feather, he started to brush the delicate tip under an arm and tease with long, slow laps along his side and up his arm.
Pip bit into the gag, gasping, eyes scrunching up as he was victimised by the buzzer rising in intensity, his muscles tightening as he tried fruitlessly to tug against the cuffs or pull out of the stocks, but they were firm and barely shifted at all. "Oh, you're already this antsy? The night's just begun."
Lowe left his side and went over to a contraption, a machine with more feathers and buzzing vibrating heads. He wheeled it behind the chair, and set it going. It closed around Pip from behind like a steel trap, shoving those round buzzers into his sides. The feathers directed down his chest and across his legs, as Lowe brought out the final piece, tickling rollers on metal frames which were latched onto his paws. The previous, lesser vibrators removed at that time.
Pip was given time to breathe as the vibes were turned off. "So, nod if you want to confess to the crime, pet." Lowe crossed in front of the bat, who squirmed nervously, even that light motion made him itch and brush against the implements. But he shook his head, he didn't do it, he wouldn't be forced into saying he had. "Very well. You leave me no choice."
Lowe pressed the buttons required to turn the machine on, and rack it up to the maximum intensity. The heads feathers and rollers all springing to life as Lowe moved away. Sitting in a chair opposite the bat. He watched him rocking and squirming, unable to escape any of the tools without digging another further into him. Listening to the forced giggles that barely made it through the heavy rubber ball. Lowe brushed his hands over the controls, lowering the feathers and the rollers for a bit. Waiting for the bat to get enough control to inhale, before the buzzers were stopped and the other two resumed their teasing.
He spent a time, asking yes or no questions, trying to squeeze information out of the bat, to which Pip gave the honest answers, though Lowe did not seem to like most of them, responding to answers he did not expect with harsher tickles. Eventually he could see that the poor bat was exhausted, unable to shake his head or nod anymore, taking any lapse to just breathe. Finally, he produced the split nano-latex suit. He undid the garments Pip was wearing, taking them off his body, and sliding the suit under him. Rebuilding it using the controlling remote to be a more conventional catsuit, each leg free but covered up to the ankle, and his arms up to the wrist covered.
"You seem to be enjoying that gag so much, you can keep it for a bit." He said with a smirk. But there was something different about his tone, the playful statement seeming forced. However after the threat, he pressed the remote to make the hood of the suit reform over the top of the gag. Rubber trapping it in place as the latex crept its tickling path up his head, not stopping at his eyes either, covering them and sending him into darkness.
"Take him away." Lowe called to the figures outside who detached the exhausted bats arms and legs from their frames. A leather armbinder was snared over his arms, and belts were fastened over his wings to keep them folded and the bat was just carried away in the dark.
Returned to his cell, a loop at the end of the binder was chained to the ceiling, Pip himself raised until he hung suspended. Left that way overnight, with the remote replaced to the door, one of the guards set the suit to tickling again, watching as the bat squirmed in the air, using up the very last of his energy. After half an hour or so of playing with him. The figure turned it all down and departed. No one else molested the controls that night at least, leaving Pip to recover and try to sleep.
Lowe was uncertain the following day, late to his own breakfast as a result, he sent instructions and the bat was unbound, unsuited, brought down, fed and given an hour of time to rest before being put to work once more. Lowe himself neither dined with him nor called upon him until midday.
In truth, Lowe had begun to question the bat's guilt, and spent the afternoon interrogating by word alone. He asked all manner of questions, and that only further conflicted him inside. The Master of the house retired to his chambers and set himself thinking after he sent the bat back to work.
That evening, Pip was dragged up to the stocks again, but this time placed on a wider couch, with room for Lowe to sit beside. Lowe brought out the rollers from the previous night and set the machines whirring. This time the rollers used thicker and softer fronds, tickling still, but not as oppressively so, and the leopard spent some time watching the bat's response.
He spent the evening in tender detail. He still had to treat the convicted man with some punishment, for the evidence still pointed at him, but he couldn't put his heart into it. Pip had proven a mystery, and had taken quickly to the subservient position after all.
He barely did much more, just focusing on modulating the soft slow tickles, and spending time in company. Talking, and amusing himself as the bat tried to reply between bouts of forced laughter, but when it was time for the evening to come to a stop, Lowe ordered dinner into their room and told Pip that, for showing promising behaviour, he'd sleep elsewhere than the cell this night.
Elsewhere proved to be a room just down the hall, reserved for an obedient pet, much like a guest room in terms of the quality of the bed, but with less to do. After all an ideal pet had no need for anything else but their Master and what was given to them.
Pip slept rather well. The lessened sleep from the previous night coupled with the day's exertions and the softer bed sent him off quickly. One of Lowe's servants woke him with a gentle but insistent tapping on the door.
Directed down to the dining room, Lowe was already waiting, brows creased in thought so tight Pip thought he was upset, but the man's eyes brightened on seeing the bat. "Good morning, Pet." He said with a smirk. Letting the bat sit they passed some conversation, but Pip was fidgety and quiet for the most part. Naturally after a while Lowe couldn't help but notice. "What is on your mind, Pet?"
"Um, I-it's about last night. That was kind of fun, but seemed, different to what you did before, why?" Looking up to make eye contact again.
Lowe tilted his head "I wanted to see you, again, obviously, but I could not summon the urge to make you suffer so. In truth you've endeared yourself to me by following the agreement after that initial start..." He stopped himself from voicing other suspicions. And left it at that for a moment. "And so, the blunt truth, I would rather you enjoyed your time here."
Pip nodded, but still looked uncertain, and thoughtful. "What is it?" Lowe asked again. Seeing his reply had not seemed to satisfy. The bat hesitated before speaking up. "You remember the night before last, when you uh... were really questioning me? I, well, I liked it more." He'd stopped eating as his confidence grew. "Last night was softer, but the truth is, as long as I felt safe, I'd honestly want to see the more severe things you could offer. If that's alright to say, Master Lowe."
The leopard was shocked, but with a chuckle he collected himself smoothly. "Is that so, far be it from me to deny a pet who is being good and loyal. Very well, I will have something prepared for you tonight..." Lowe finished the last of his breakfast and rose up in a cheery mood, walking out energetically. The weight lifted from his shoulders as he felt he'd been cruelly torturing the bat.
So he prepared well. When Pip was relieved from duty, he was sent straight back into the nano-latex suit, and Lowe used the remote to change it. Shooting the lights around to soften and swap the suit's composition. Leading Pip's arms to be bent back, hands stuck to his shoulders. He guided the bat down to his knees, and repeated the process on his legs, turning the catsuit into a bitch-suit instead.
Pip's feet were left free and Lowe spent an hour or so teaching him how to move in it, guiding him by making a game of massaging and tickling those soles by hand when he did well, or racking up the suits tickling mode if he made a mistake. But the smile on his own face showed that he was no longer tormenting the bat to punish, but out of growing fondness.
So much so that after the evening passed, he directed Pip, still on all fours, to sleep with him on the bed, curled up beside his Master's feet. The following day, Lowe sent out instruction for Pip to be excused from work, the bat's food was scooped into a bowl and placed on the floor for him to eat while Lowe breakfasted.
When the meal was done, Pip was given a hood, strapped over his face to give it a more canine shape, and then he taken away to the study. The snow leopard keeping the pet-suited bat with him all day. He pushed him under his desk when he worked, using him as a foot rest for some of the time. At other times using his feet to brush and rub against Pip. Offering his soles for service, a mouth hole in the mask allowing the bat to go as far as he wished.
Rewarding him with bursts of tickling during which he was often stuck on his back, wiggling helplessly, and Lowe took some joy in kneading the bat's belly with his own toes.
And so time passed, Lowe experimenting with more and more severity, opening up more to Pip when they talked, gleaning his own ideas and desires from him, and enacting the ones he felt like. One could forgive either, or even both of them for forgetting that this was a punishment by the end. Indeed, Lowe had stopped needling for details entirely. He changed the suit again at the end of the day, but permitted Pip to sleep at his side again.
Pip was given more liberties too, at least outside of play. Permitted to roam the gardens, and given a few hours to himself to do so, his duties were still present and expected of him, but when he worked he fantasized about what might happen to him that evening. Starting to find himself quite at peace with this existence.
A week had passed since his captivity had started. And Master Lowe called him to his bedroom that morning. A key sat on a table before Lowe, who gestured for Pip to sit opposite him. "Good morning, pet."
Pip nodded back. "Hello Master Lowe, uh, may I ask what this is?"
Lowe smiled and nodded. "For once, you may indeed. This is the key to your collar. Since the last few days, I have come to the certain conclusion that you are innocent, and so, it feels wrong to hold you here even for a contractually limited amount of time." Pip stared wide eyed, he'd seen Lowe's brow creasing in thought often but never suspected this...
"The key will let you shed the collar, or..." He smirked. "Perhaps I should be specific. You are to insert the key into the lock. But know this, if you turn it anticlockwise the collar with pop open, then I will have the suit removed and disposed of, your effects will be returned to you, and you will be pardoned of the remaining time and returned to your life, and we need only speak again at your behest.
If you turn the key clockwise however, the collar will lock with no capacity to remove it for a month, that means you choose to stay as my pleasure pet, not just because it was your sentence, but out of knowing choice. Should you take the latter option..." he tapped another folder. "...a revised contract, allowing us to know each other better, should you so wish. Take all the time you need, Pip."
The bat's eyes widened. He lifted the key in his hand, eyes entranced by it for the moment. Tilting his head back up he made eye contact with the snow leopard who watched unblinking as he slipped the key into the lock, took hold of it, and turned it...
