Janet McAllister; Astronaut, Engineer, Bright Falls High School Freestyle Swim Champion, Almost became the first woman to die during an EVA. But being saved was just the beginning of her troubles.

[This story does contain explicit material, so if you're under the age of 18, you probably shouldn't read any further, blah blah blah.]

Janet knew she should be crying. Or panicking. Or really, anything other than just staring silently at the scene unfolding before her. But she couldn't. The most she could manage was a single tear; a bead of salty water that was blinked away to splash against her visor.

The debris cloud glittered with a beautiful intensity, as though a new galaxy had suddenly been wrenched from the heart of the space station before her. Paint chips and shattered glass caught in an endless spin formed the cone of sparkling beauty, whatever impacted them surely long gone and given the trajectory, probably either burned up or splashed down somewhere in the south pacific. The orange streak of the escape capsule flickered below as it tore through Earth's upper atmosphere.

She didn't blame them. Those who survived. The impact severed one of the primary couplings holding the station together, effectively snapping it in half. If you weren't in the half with the capsule, there was no chance of survival. Unless you were on EVA at the time.

Unless you were Solar Engineer Janet McAllister.

The initial impact had imparted a significant shift of mass on the station, tearing the coupling linking the habitation module to the communications module. That's what she assumed initially pulled the station away from her. Fortunately the reinforced tether snapped her back towards the panel she had been working on. Unfortunately, the second impact tore the panel off the station entirely, sending both her and it spinning off into space.

It was all she could do to keep from vomiting from the forces pulling her in all directions and panicked radio chatter blasting into her right ear, but through training and a hardy stomach, she managed to focus and prepare herself for something she had no expectation of pulling off. Pulling tight on the tether to keep her feet planted on the panel - after clipping it from her waist - she waited for the right moment and pushed off with all her might.

The panel disappeared into the void behind her, the EVA pack hissing to life as she used its stability function, blasting compressed air to counter the spin. Taking in the scene, she couldn't help but be stunned by the severity of her situation. "JANET!" her name shouted over the radio snapped the woman out of her shock-induced stupor.

"Uh, Copy..." She managed, the logical part of her mind attempting to take over in place of the clearly malfunctioning emotional part.

"Janet! Where are you?" It was Serge, the station's horticulturist.

"You got her?" Came Sara's voice in the background. Both friends, and though she knew they had to be close given the short range of the radios, they still sounded so very far away.

Janet looked to the PDA mounted to her wrist. "Hundred fifty meters out," She looked to the planet below, the north coast of New Zealand barely visible before tapping the PDA again. "Retrograde, twenty degrees Antiradial, forty five degrees Normal."

There was a few seconds of silence from the other end, and Janet could see what they were being quiet about. The airlock that would get her back in the station was on the wrong side of the breach from the escape pod. "Janet... I- I'm sorry..." The ice and dust that had built up on the connection ring burst off when the explosive bolts detonated, the small amount of thrust gained from the emergency decoupling compensated for by a larger blast of gas from the thrusters as the truncated cone shot away from her towards the planet below.

The orange streak of the capsule flared momentarily as it screamed through the Mesosphere, the ceramic tiles of the otherwise metal container ablating as the friction of supercompressed air attempted to disintegrate it. Watching the smallest glint of white disappear from the black void into the comparatively bright curve of the planet, Janet could only hope her friends would make it to ground safely. Though at their current trajectory, they'd probably be looking at the pacific or one of the many islands in south east asia.

And just like that, Janet was all alone. Floating through space. The notion of dying from suffocation slowly crept in. As did the knowledge that without the relay active - the antennae having snapped off and spinning nearby - there was no way she was going to contact her superiors. Or her family. It would just be her. Alone. Until she died.

Still no tears.

She knew she should be crying. This was the end. Only those who've lived their life with no regrets or died suddenly go without tears. That's what Hollywood taught her at least. But as she stared at the expanding cloud of stardust pouring from her home of the past few months, Janet couldn't help but find a kind of mesmerising beauty in it.

She checked one of the analog dials on her wrist, tapping it to make sure. The remaining gas in her suit's maneuvering thruster tanks should be more than enough to push her towards the planet. At least if she died burning up on re-entry it would take less time than suffocation. "So long." She sighed, holding her hand out to the broken craft as a final goodbye. "It's been real."

But before she could activate the thruster controls, she noticed a strange shadow begin moving around the habitation module. She squinted, the brilliant glare of the sun's reflected rays preventing her from getting a proper read on its shape. It looked to be a small black dot, but every time she focused on it it would go fuzzy again, as though it were changing focal length.

The impact of the black substance against Janet's chest nearly winded her. She panicked, thinking a stray bit of debris - maybe from a bursting tank - had struck her suit, inevitably tearing it open. She wrestled with the stiff movements of the suit to pad at her chest and determine damage done, and in doing so she came across a pliant - but solid - mass sticking out from just below her chest panel. With shaking hands Janet tapped along the length only to realise it was a massive spear of black that - if her eyes could be trusted - led all the way back to the station.

There was no training for this. None. Finally Janet's composure broke, the woman screamed into her mic as the black tendril yanked her back towards the station. After a moment of flailing she grabbed a hold of the mass, gripping it tight as she glared at where it was taking her. She could see it's origin quickly approaching, coming from the shadowy recesses of the Communications module, segments of solar panels and other parts of the now shattered station zipping past her as she was reeled in.

And as quickly as it had begun, her journey was over. The uncomfortable deceleration landed Janet in a crude web of black strands with enough force to push her to the edge of consciousness. But after blinking several times to reorient herself, she inhaled sharply in shock at her surroundings. The horror silenced her as she saw nearly every surface coated in the black substance. Janet could tell from the general shape of the module's structure that whatever this stuff was, it was dissolving the station bit by bit. She looked to her own suit, eyes widening as the black strands had slithered their way up her arms like a fast travelling ivy and were starting to encroach upon her visor.

Then the alarm sounded. Her suit had developed a breach. She could see the gas spraying out into vacuum and felt a sudden drop in temperature around her right arm. This was it. She wouldn't go out burning up over China, she wouldn't die of asphyxiation. Janet McAllister, Astronaut, Solar Engineer, Bright Falls High School freestyle swim champion three years running was going to be consumed by an alien goo.

The thought occupied the entirety of her mind for several seconds before something else replaced it. A dry, warm presence brushing against her wrist. She recoiled, and strangely so did it. Suddenly the alarms in her suit silenced, the breach closed. Janet shakily held her right arm up in front of her visor. The blackness was still there, having engulfed almost her entire glove and most of her forearm, but the leak had been stopped. The suit's automated repressurization systems kicked into gear and brought the air back to a normal pressure.

The strange warmth of this material pressed against her wrist, she could feel her pulse thumping through restricted veins. It elicited a gentle electric shock against her palm, causing her thumb and several fingers to reflexively curl inwards. Was it testing her? She clenched her fist, yanking it back in an effort to free herself, but there was nowhere to pull away from with the suit so tightly attached to her arm.

The mass slowly began to engulf her arm, the warmth spreading until it covered her palm, then crept up and around her fingers. It felt like a tight latex glove, or rather like latex being slowly poured onto her arm. As it reached her elbow, Janet could feel the tips of her fingers tingle. She came to the conclusion that it must be whatever acid this thing used to dissolve the station, and it was now trying to dissolve her. She thrashed around, arms grabbing at the strands in an attempt to rip them off, but as much as she struggled, they wouldn't budge.

She thought that perhaps smashing her visor would allow her to suffocate, ending the torment quicker, but as she moved her uncontaminated left arm to deliver the blow, more matter rushed to the limb, coating it fully in inky blackness before she felt a hungry warmth against that arm too. She looked around for something to headbutt but whatever this stuff was, it had not only strung her up in an open area, it had eaten away anything hard enough close by.

The warmth had spread to her right shoulder and fully around the left hand, the strange tingling continuing to spread outwards from her fingers. Janet lifted her right arm to see where this material infection of sorts had managed to spread and was shocked when an oily black hand appeared in front of her. She blinked, staring at it as she turned it around, flexing the fingers. The mass had eaten away her suit and clothes from the elbow down, coating her skin in what seemed to be barely a couple millimeters of it's substance. She watched as the suit seemed to deflate, adhering to her arm.

She flexed her fingers again, noting the way the dark coating deformed like skin, amazed at how tough that coating would have to be to stop from ballooning out cartoonishly from the ridiculous pressure differential between her meaty body and the vacuum surrounding her. The thought was whisked away as she felt the goo slide from her shoulder across her collarbone and down. Her breath quickened as she realised it was travelling along her skin, eating away the thin clothing surrounding her body. Paying closer attention she could feel it slide under her bra, the slight restriction across her chest lightened as one section of elastic snapped causing her to gasp.

But it wasn't the snap that shocked her, but the goo's reaction. It seemed to pause, considering what had just happened, before continuing. Janet's mind raced. The way it seemed to check her pulse earlier, the reaction to an unexpected event, the substance seemed to indicate signs of sentience. Until then what little speculation as to the situation she was in had led Janet to believe that whatever this 'stuff' was, it was some variation on the sci-fi concept of 'Grey Goo'; molecular nanotech that would replicate by breaking down matter, using the useful material to power itself and the waste material to make more of itself.

But with a reaction like that, it might be capable of thought. And possibly communication. "Stop!" She demanded, the electrics of her suit surprisingly still working enough that her mic light flickered along with her words. "Please, please stop." If anything, her words seemed to drive the goo to work faster. The left arm's worth of the substance cascaded into what was spreading across her torso from the right as she felt first one heel then the other enveloped by the same warm sensation spreading down her body.

And up her body. As fast as it was shifting down towards her navel, the goo wass slowly crawling up her neck, the sensation like slowly lowering herself into a luke-warm bath. It stretched and flowed around her neck, then up her jaw. New alarms sounded in her suit before the electrics went dead: a catastrophic failure of the life support systems. Janet whimpered, her time had come. With those alarms, there was no denying it; she was on borrowed time. She felt the goo slowly reach her lips, the concept of being suffocated slowly coming back as it flowed between them into her mouth.

Its taste reminded her of sucking on keys; a metallic tang of which in modern cuisine she'd never found a likeness. Janet tried clamping her jaw shut but it responded by holding her mouth open. And after a second she could tell why. A surge of the material flowed across her body, rushing for her face. And a second later, the trickle of goo flowing into her mouth became a torrent, the strand expanding almost to the size of her wrist as it pumped more of itself inside her.The sensation was unlike anything Janet had felt before. The substance wasn't so much jamming a tentacle down her throat, as it was using that tentacle to paint her throat with itself.

However when it hit a point in her throat that caused her gag reflex to finally go off, she felt a brief, sharp pain; a subtle numbness spreading out from it. She tried grabbing at her throat but the goo held her arms back. After a few seconds the tentacle began pushing down again, and this time she felt her gag reflex limply try expelling the matter before fading out.

The last thing she heard before the goo flowed into her ears was that of the visor keeping the vacuum out cracking as the acidic goop finally ate through it. She squinted her eyes shut, expecting what remained of her suit's atmosphere to blast out into space, but that didn't happen. Cautiously opening one eye she was more confused than shocked to see the goop having dissolved away all but a sunglass-sized portion, which it split into two individual lenses and shifted to less than an inch from Janet's eyes.

In that moment, the sheer panic of being dissolved by this... 'thing' had turned to an intense curiosity. It hadn't eaten her hands or any part of her, yet. She held up both hands to double check, before looking down at the rest of her body. The last remaining portion of the suit - though absolutely covered in the black goo - was a diaper-like segment around her waist. She flexed both sets of fingers and again stared in wonder at the way the goo not only seemed to hug her skin so tight without being affected by the vacuum around her, but transferred the sensation of touch through the latex-like covering to the skin beneath.

She shivered as the substance crawled through her hair, and around her scalp before realising that her airways had been blocked for some time now. She tried to exhale, then inhale, but nothing happened, the air in her lungs pressing against a foreign body in her throat, yet she didn't feel as though she'd run out of oxygen. It was troubling, but if she could still breathe despite the tentacular obstruction, then it must be because whatever this thing was, it was trying to keep her alive.

The goo spread further over her scalp, enveloping her fringe as she felt her hair slowly dissolve away. It's warm dryness flowed over her temple and down her brow towards her eyes. She blinked as it crept slowly over her eyelids and wove its way through her eyelashes. However, curiously the goo stopped once it reached her eyeball, pooling slightly around her eyelids as it dissolved her lashes.

The unstoppable beat of her heart was thundering through her head, the only sound she could hear seemingly amplified by the lack of anything else. The intrusion sliding down her throat had made it to her stomach, though found its way blocked by the valve at the bottom of her esophagus. Janet's body was in panic mode, every sphincter clamping down as tight as possible. The thick tentacle did not take this well and began sliding back up her throat before pushing down towards her stomach in repetitive strokes.

Janet's mind was already barely capable of coping with this situation, but as the tentacle began deepthroating her, she became aware of the sheer lewdness of the situation. It seemed providence then that the warmth spreading up her legs and down her belly was to finally collide right on top of her crotch. She felt the goo spread under and around her panties, the elastic snapping in several places as it's acid dealt with everything that was not her skin. She gasped from the shock of the elastic tension released, then sighed as the warmth flooded over her privates.

Contradictory messages of survival and pleasure raced through Janet's mind as her body began reacting to the attention. On one hand, she should be fighting for her life, trying to get out of the goo and return to earth. But she knew there was no possibility for that anymore. Without a suit she would die almost instantly, though that was a form of escape in and of itself. However, as the goo slowly pushed its way past her labia Janet's mind considered how being ravaged by an alien being might not be the worst way to go.

The goo - having discovered another orifice - quickly sought to plug it. A well of the black mass pooled at the base of Janet's sex before pushing deep inside her in a rush of warmth. She tried moaning aloud but the goo in her throat had coated her vocal chords, silencing her but not preventing a deep rumble of delight to vibrate through the tentacle.

The whole web of goo shivered at the silent exclamation of lust, diverting parts of itself away from the partially dissolved station around it to focus on the being it had caught. Feeling another orifice near to the most recently discovered one, it probed the sphincter, pushing against it at first with it's solid mass before sending a smaller tendril in to explore.

Janet felt a worm-like presence push past her anus and moaned. If she was going to be fucked in the mouth and pussy by this thing, might as well allow it rear access as well. She tried to relax her stressed out body, and after a few tries she managed to override the survival instinct of keeping her hole clenched, allowing a thicker tendril to invade her arse.

After feeling the goo reach her eyelids, she had closed them tight. But with the situation now playing out considerably differently, Janet decided to open them. She was not prepared for what she saw. One of the solar collectors had been brought close to the station for disintegration and it reflected her predicament perfectly in it's glossy panels. She was coated in a shiny black catsuit, not an inch of skin spared from the alien goo. Thrusting into her mouth was a five-foot long tentacle, wide as a shot glass and slick as honey. The only reason she could tell it was moving was the rippled pattern down it that she could feel stretching her throat with each pass.

While her legs were not free of their restraints, the ones around her wrists pulled away when she calmly brought each hand up into her line of sight. Looking up and down her body Janet noticed one thick tendril attached to each shoulder, holding her in place in the station, along with another that was planted firmly between her legs. Nearly a foot from her privates it had split into two smaller tendrils, like a fork in a tree branch. One was gushing forward into her pussy, while the other was slowly filling her arse.

She moaned as one of them pulled out, grinding against her clit in the process. The goo's resultant shudder caused Janet to shudder as well, pushing the two of them into a kind of echo loop of pleasure. Janet was finally silenced as the valve separating her esophagus and stomach relented, allowing the tentacle in her throat access. It flooded her stomach with more black goo, causing her to writhe in pleasure.

The Goo invading her pussy seemed to understand what these sphincters were; an opening within the strange organic being's body that would respond to repeated pressure by opening. It took a great deal of time with the internal valve, but considerably less with the external one.

Janet assumed it was simply trying to get into as many places as possible, though wasn't bothering to consider to what ends, given the pleasure she was finding herself in. If it dissolved her, then at least she got to experience this beforehand. But while it hadn't gained access to all of her physiology, it was about to. Discovering another biological valve deep inside Janet's pussy, it began it's thrusting.

The unrelenting vaginal assault sent Janet into throes of orgasmic bliss. Her passage was massaged through and through as her muscles constricted around the intrusion, deforming it into a length of uneven rings and orbs which only served to drive her even more mad with lust. Meanwhile both the anal and oral tentacles were flooding her full of the black substance. It was a strange, yet perverse sense of being filled. She felt her belly, the rubbery fingertips transferring the sensation of feeling her insides rumble and roil from the flood of mass, though her stomach wasn't visibly distending from what she could tell.

The warmth flowing into Janet was something she could have only dreamed of. Only a few times in her life has she ever felt she was where she was supposed to be; being accepted to the academy for astronaut training and arriving on the Space Station primary amongst them. But this was something else. It wasn't so much that this was where she dreamed of being, but right then, there was absolutely nowhere else she would rather be. A part of her brain tried to reason with that logic, pointing out she could be back on earth safe and sound, but it was shouted down by the part that was putting it very simply that if that were the case, she wouldn't be there, and why would she want to be anywhere but right there, edging toward the most powerful orgasm of her life as she looked down through the vacuum of space at the planet spinning below.

She realised how much time had passed as the Arctic slowly careened by hundreds of kilometers below; it was possibly only a half hour since she was first grabbed by the goo, and as she looked around at the semi-dissolved station she had to admire it's efficiency. But such thoughts were snapped back to reality as she felt a bloating in her stomach. The goo had found another obstruction, and instead of pounding away at it or sending a smaller tendril in to widen it up, it deemed necessary to increase the pressure. She looked back to the reflective solar panel and watched as her stomach bulged, the tentacle in her mouth visibly pulsing her throat wider as it pumped a gallon or more of itself into her.

At first it was just a small distension around her navel, but it soon began ballooning out, her body stretching to make her appear almost pregnant as she felt her internal organs strain under the pressure. It felt tight - almost too tight - when the goo stopped pumping. It wasn't relieving the pressure, but it was keeping it capped off. In a daze Janet stared at herself reflected in the solar panel, and she didn't recognise the woman staring back; if that's what you could call the figure clad in black.

She looked third-trimester levels of pregnant, a taut bulge glossily reflecting the surrounding station's remnants in it's sheen. Beneath that a tentacle continued to slam it's way in and out of her pussy, the sensation somehow between numb and ultrasensitive in ways she could not describe. It was as if the motions were muted, but an effervescent tingling stretching the passage's entire length would build in power each time one of the knotted sections would pass over it. Her arse felt much the same, though it was more like a constant hum of motion as the goo delved deeper and deeper. She could feel it wind and worm its way inside her, through her colon and into her intestines, coating every inch of skin in it's slick blackness.

With the tentacle in her throat having halted its movement, she could now feel the blackness slowly engulf her lungs, the liquid nature of the goo gently adhering to the sponge-like recesses as it filled her with its mass. Her throat as well - the gag reflex well and truly conquered - seemed to tingle as she felt a warmth spread through her neck and up toward her head. Had the thing entered her bloodstream? She felt it entirely possible, and while she knew that should elicit the greatest form of panic from her, what little reasoning she had left knew that if this stuff had already claimed her body, perhaps if she was polite, it might spare her mind; or at the very least, grant her a quick death.

Suddenly the goo attached to her head began vibrating in rings, it sent shivers down Janet's spine as the nerves on her head sparked with sensual bliss. It was like an angel was giving her a head massage, and as she stared in the reflection she could see little bumps vibrate out of the mass, thin ones about the width of a pencil. They pulled up from her head and out, before sliding and weaving around each other. It only took a few seconds before Janet realised what was happening. Her hair bun was being recreated in rubbery strands of goo, complete with the ring of a hair tie keeping it held back.

It was in the final few moments of light before the sun slipped beyond the Earth's horizon that Janet finally realised how she was able to see all this. Noticing the golden glint from her cheeks she looked closer and could see her eyes were covered by the thick visor glass, as though someone had glued a pair of large swimmers goggles on her without the rubbery band. And below them upon each cheek was a section of the golden visor they would slide down from the helmet when in harsh light conditions. She wondered why the goo thought to place those there, or whether they were slowly being dissolved and it just so happened they wound up on her cheeks. But after a few seconds her reflection was replaced by near-pitch black darkness as they fell into Earth's shadow.

With darkness all around and the tingling sensation cascading like ripples across her skin, Janet sighed. She could feel the goo making progress up through her insides, spreading its warmth as the tentacle in her most sacred of places was thrumming and thrusting with such a delightful rhythm that if it weren't for the warmth spreading through her head she could have fallen asleep. Seconds blurred into minutes as she floated, her body still and quiet in the half-dissolved station.

Then something new happened. With her eyes closed she could see a light move in from the side. She opened them, but the light was not from outside her body, nor inside her eye. It was a glittering orb that traced its way through her mind, unable to be seen but observed by her brain's interpretation of her vision all the same. It throbbed and pulsed, slowly synching with the rhythms in her pussy as it attempted what she assumed was some rudimentary form of communication.

Then all at once, everything stopped. The orb disappeared, the tentacle thrusting into her halted and the black matter cascading into her rear paused. Even the subtle tingling across her body came to an end. It was just Janet and her heartbeat. She glanced around but saw only the barest of outlines of the station's semi-destroyed structure as the station made its final journey around earth's rear. Thoughts cascaded through her mind as she tried to figure out why everything had come to a halt. The notion that this goo was solar powered flashed through her head, and a brief moment of panic set in as she realised without the power of the sun it would be unable to keep her blood oxygenated. After a minute of worry, and no suffocation Janet began to rethink that theory.

But before she could consider much else, her body was thrown literally headfirst into the most extreme orgasm of her life. It began in her mind, the glowing orb returning only to fragment, exploding outwards in an array of colours the likes of which she had never seen before. It was an experience bordering on the religious as a violent thrumming spread from her brain down into her neck, pushing slowly through her body. Her chest undulated beneath the spasming goo skin, the tingling returning more intense than before as the microscopic tendrils that had burrowed into her skin to attach themselves to nerves pulsed with sensual energy.

Her arms felt like they were being milked, rings of constriction travelling slowly at first before building to great speed; massaging, tickling and stroking her all at the same time. The goo sent what felt like gentle electrical shocks against her fingertips and palm before the jolts began to cascade back towards her chest and back. Her breasts were subject to the same sensations, first being kneaded in toward each nipple before the sensitive bud was subjected to blast after blast of electronic stimulation that soon spread across her supple flesh out and down across her bulging belly. With her body convulsing, the valve at the base of her stomach finally relented to the pressure above, flooding the remaining flesh of her digestive system with the swirling black matter.

Her legs were assaulted with the same milking constrictions as her arms, though the insides of Janet's thighs experienced a far different sensation as the ripple seemed to double back towards her pussy, the jolts of electricity ravaging her limbs seeming to divert their energy to the back of her knees rather than climb the inside of her thighs. Janet's silence broke as the climax folded in on itself, her body writhing in a state of bliss but for one exception; the part that mattered.

The tentacle that had been thrusting into her pussy twitched and pulsed, writhing inside her as its form became tense and twisted. Then all at once the electrical stimulation the rest of her body had been afflicted with cascaded in towards her clit. An explosion of light burst into her vision as the energy vibrated through her vaginal intrusion and into the deepest part of her. She felt the spark cause her muscles to involuntarily spasm, and she felt her well battered cervix finally relent, allowing the black goo to burst inside.

Janet screamed silently in pure sexual bliss as the goo finally claimed her entire body. She felt it in every part of her; from her fingers to her toes, from her mind to her womb. A second blast of shocks wracked her body, this time pulsing out from her deepest depths before bouncing from her extremities to collapse back in.

Janet could not keep track of how long she was kept in that state of perpetual orgasm before passing out. She was expecting to count her orgasms, but she couldn't tell where one began and another ended, or if it even was a series of separate climaxes and not just one big one. But when she woke, she looked out towards the world below, the station nowhere to be seen. She panicked, realising she must have fallen asleep while on EVA duty, and glanced at her wrist to check oxygen levels. Which is when she saw the glossy black hand in front of her.

The last hour of consciousness flooded back to her as she looked down at the bright ball beneath her. She blinked, squinting her eyes against the sheer intensity of light around. She felt movement on her cheek as the two chunks of golden visor slid up over her cheekbone to rest just in front of her thick glass goggles. With her eyes having adjusted, Janet looked around. Her neck felt so unencumbered, in fact it was a sensation closer to swimming than any EVA she'd ever been on. Several hundred feet away she saw a slowly spinning segment of the station's solar panels, and thinking about bringing it closer to use as a mirror brought about a rush of something past her head.

A black tendril shot into the void, colliding with the panel several seconds later before reeling it in. As it approached she considered it's angle, rotating it to face her. As it came to rest she had it set right and gasped at what she saw. It was a sight the likes of which Janet had never dreamt of, much less considered.

Floating in space, the woman reflected back at her - if she could call herself that anymore - was a thing of perverse beauty, something H.R. Geiger would have wet dreams about. Clad in the glossiest of black catsuits, Janet was covered from head to toe in the black goo. Every inch of skin coated in the shiny material, and given the way it hugged her in certain parts but allowed others to move more freely, she couldn't help but assume whatever the substance was, it knew what she felt made her look attractive.

From her head sprouted several hundred pencil-thin tendrils masquerading as hair tied back in a bun. Upon her face were the features she'd grown to know and love, with the exception of two triangular golden lenses similar to sporty-looking sunglasses held tight over her eyes. Her hands flexed and moved as normal, as did her feet; Janet curling her toes experimentally as she looked from the mirror down to her feet and back.

She took a closer look at her body, pulling the mirror to only a couple feet away. A nipple protruded from each breast, and looking down Janet could see the cleft of her privates upon her pelvis. Looking at those obviously visible erogenous zones she wished for a modicum of modesty, causing the surface of this alien suit to ripple and cover the areas with several more layers of its mass until everything was rounded off. She marvelled at how this substance moved at her command but her train of thought was interrupted by movement behind her. A large black orb the size of the boulder from Indiana Jones slowly rippled in the void.

Janet turned slowly, or rather the tendrils holding her in proximity of the orb maneuvered her into a position to observe it. "What the hell..." She muttered before realising her vocal chords were no longer as impeded as they were before. Her voice was tinny, as though being heard over a bad mobile connection, but it was there. Before she could question how she could hear her own voice in a vacuum the glossy black sphere vibrated, sending ripples across itself and up into the tentacles. Janet could sense what she could barely describe as emotion, though to put such a term on it she knew was wrong.

The orb had greeted her.

"I... I'm sorry." She said, realising humanity's first contact with an alien life would forever be somewhat tarnished by her surprised exclamation. "Thank you. For saving me." She said, smiling warmly at her self-described saviour. It thrummed it's response, it's preference to her survival a positive one. "I'm... My name is Janet. Janet McAllister. Of Earth." She immediately felt stupid adding that last part, but the orb made her understand it accepted her name, but would be unable to communicate its name. Instead, upon its surface several protrusions emerged.

The bulges - ranging in size from marble to baseball - shifted and spun in a stylised representation of the solar system. They then shrank in size until only the sun remained visible. Then other hemispheres slid in from its sides in a map of the local galactic cluster that was both crude and incredibly precise. The sun stayed central to all this until a distance Janet guessed was close to several thousand light years diameter was observable at which point the map shifted to focus on another oily black representation of a star.

The image then zoomed in quickly to show several planets orbiting it, the map quickly centering on the second from its sun. Suddenly the sun doubled, then tripled in size before becoming an indent rather than a bulge. Janet understood the representation of a black hole when she saw one, and as the planetary bulges had their 'orbits' quickly degrade, the central bulge emitted a cloud of smaller bead-sized bulges, which used other planets to fling themselves away and out of the grasp of the black hole. The scene displayed snapped to one such cluster, which used the singularity's gravity to slingshot out of the system; careening through space like a shotgun blast.

As time went on the 'pellets' spread until just one remained visible, approaching a star, which zoomed in to reveal planets, and finally the third one from the solar body. It kept zooming in until a stylised version of the station was visible and the impact occurred.

Janet nodded, understanding. "Your planet was destroyed." It responded in what felt like an affirmation. Janet thought hard, she knew this thing could probably destroy the entire planet if she let it get to ground, but it could probably do that anyway by splitting itself with enough force at the right time. "So, why save me?"

There was a moment of stillness before the orb again rippled it's thoughts to Janet. Janet felt the way she had when she was thinking of her being accepted into the Astronaut program. That feeling replayed itself over and over. "You wish to be accepted?" She then felt a wave of emotion as the other memory of arriving on the station, a representative of not only her discipline but her country as well. "Are... Are you saying you want me to be some sort of... Ambassador?" The undulating sphere considered the question before responding with an affirmative pulse.

Janet considered what this meant for her. What this meant for humanity. This was a smart - possibly synthetic - substance, capable of dissolving an entire space station in what appeared to be about only a couple of hours if the shape of Australia slowly spinning below her was any indication. And it wanted to negotiate. "If you want an ambassador, then there's gotta be something you want to ask us. Them. Well... uh..." She stumbled over the classification of the people below, was she really one of them anymore? Or was she something else.

What the orb subjected to her next was surprising. It elicited memories of her working as a team with others in training, of her studying engineering and being fascinated when her lecturer brought up recently published articles on technological breakthroughs. She remembered when she triumphed and won her first gold at a swim meet, and again, and again. Then finally she felt the peace and serenity that flowed through her as she waved goodbye to the shattered station.

Janet felt a tear roll down her cheek to pool at the base of her visor before it was absorbed back into the rubbery suit. She felt it wanted to be part of a community again, to help humanity grow and maybe it would find its own peace in the process. "I'll do it." The orb resonated with elation. "But, uh... how do I get back down?" The collection of matter thrummed violently, the tendrils connecting her shoulders to it bulging rapidly before bursting with their own branches. Each new protrusion lengthening and flattening until two massive black wings - akin to that of an eagle that had run afoul of an oil spill - spread out from her shoulder blades.

Janet flapped them as a test, her body thrown back and forth with the shifting of the mass around her. Her smile quickly grew weak as she realised that while a technical marvel, they would not work this far out of the atmosphere. "I really like them, but I don't think-" She was suddenly silenced as the orb shifted its mass dramatically. The tendril still attached to the small of her back pulled her into a position similar to a roller coaster carriage where the rider's legs dangle below, while above her the orb shrank as it pushed its mass out into a similarly weighted protrusion on the other side.

Then it began to spin. Janet realised she was about to be flung into the earth's atmosphere, and immediately had several worries shoot through her head. The first - how to survive the impact and what of Atmospheric re-entry. The sphere's vibrations brought up the memory of her as a kid leaping from a clifftop into white-capped waves; her body curled up, head tucked in, arms wrapped around her legs as her younger self crashed into the surf below. Janet's new wings folded in and around her body as she sought to replicate the act.

But it was her next question that prompted a truly unexpected reaction from the extraterrestrial being. "How do I keep in contact with you?" She felt the connection at the base of her spine shift down over her rectum and further forward until it parted her thighs and pressed down on her sex. Janet moaned, smiling as the orb vibrated against her clit. "Ahhhh... if you do that we'll be up here all day." She felt a slight pause and what she thought might be a sense of amusement from the orb as it's vibrations became stronger. It was pushing her very quickly - and purposefully - towards orgasm.

"F-f-fuuuu" Janet moaned as her body shook, already doubled over. That's when she felt something solid press against her passage. It would only have been the size of a golf ball, but as it pushed its way inside, she could feel the vibrations pulsing from both there and the structure above her in tandem. The moment she slipped into orgasmic bliss, the goo stimulated her cervix, forcing it to accept the small nuclei of goo before allowing it to seal shut once more. It emitted a powerful burst of electricity as the larger orb released Janet into space. Disconnected from her symbiote for the first time since their surprising introduction, Janet soon felt a subtle thrumming inside her womb; it's version of offspring inside her a permanent connection to its parent.

As she tightened the wings around her body, Janet smiled. She had a new purpose. A great purpose. And she knew there was nowhere else she'd rather be.
