Maternity Mall
#164 of Patreon Reward Vignettes
Ninth vignette for FA: Pickra!
He wanted something with the concept of Pregnancy Transfer
Trissie and Pickra are hanging out at the mall, having just gotten out of a movie, when Trissie's mom shows up. No, it's not weird they're not the same species.
No it's not weird that with a touch she transfers her massively pregnant belly onto Pickra, making him a girl in the process.
No it's not weird that Pickra starts getting strong opinions about fashion...

"And then he doesn't even say it!" Pickra tossed his balled-up popcorn bag into one of the bins outside of the cineplex. "It was in the previews and everything!" The big cat was wearing a comfortable tank top and low riding jeans, fine for someone with thick fur on a balmy May afternoon.
Trissie was more bundled up, the skunk wearing long-sleeved hooded shirt under a tee and leggings under her skirt. She even had a second pair of socks inside her boots for extra cushioning against the leather. She sucked on the straw of her drink until it sputtered against the bottom. "I thought you didn't watch the previews." She tucked the cup into the opening of the bin a bit less violently, before stretching her arms over her head just enough for her flat tummy to peek out between her hems. "Anyway, nice to sit in air conditioning for a few hours..."
"Trissie!" An older woman's voice called out.
The mephit perked up. "Oh jeeze, it's my mom."
Pickra furrowed his brow. "Wait..." His initial confusion was multiplied by the arrival of the owner of the voice.
A tall kangaroo lady walked up, a fleecy bomber jacket draped around her shoulders. Her arms were out of the sleeves and on their way to fussing with the skunks' cheeks. She had to bend over to reach the far shorter femme, which just highlighted how gravid she was. The dome of her pregnant belly pressed into her powerful thighs, compressing the track pants quite a bit as her rigid tail stuck out to counterbalance.
"Kitty, this is my mom, Eileen." Trissie managed with her cheeks mid-pinch.
"B-but she's a kangaroo...?" The feline stammered a bit.
With a grunt, Eileen stood upright, bracing one hand against the small of her back. She addressed him for the first time since she approached. "Oh, you're a strapping young thing. Do you mind carrying something for me? I have a massage to get to and I'm a bit overencumbered."
"Mom, you're not going to-" The skunk started, but was interrupted immediately.
"Of course, Ma'am." Pickra smiled, before looking over her for what he was supposed to carry. She didn't have any bags or luggage or anything.
"Such a polite boy." Eileen pressed her palm to the feline's lower stomach. He whited out for a moment as a surge of warmth and tingles rocketed through his body from the point of contact.
When his vision returned, the kangaroo lady was... no longer pregnant. She was just as curvaceous and strong looking, but her pouch-clad belly was flat. "Thank you, sweetie. You make sure he doesn't get in trouble, alright Trissie?" She turned on her heel and walked away, tail forming a low amplitude sine behind her swaying hips.
Pickra felt a strange tautness across his chest and weight on his hips. He looked down. His eyes widened. Rather than his masculine build he'd been sporting until minutes ago, he was looking down at the body of a pregnant woman. In his fur color.
His tank top had grown taut across his new bust and the swell of his belly, turning into something more akin to a bikini top, while his jeans had split at the seams. Feeling under his new baby bump, the button had popped right off, too.
He had no idea how he didn't notice the change until he looked... his mind was a little fuzzy on the details... but looking at the dome of his belly made a smile slowly curve up his muzzle. He held onto it with both hands. "I... uh... wow. This is weird... but... uh... a good weird."
"I wish she wouldn't do that." Trissie was talking as though this was perfectly normal and indeed expected to happen. "She needs to tell people what they're carrying, but being faetouched gives you some personality quirks, I suppose."
"Hey, Trissie?" Pickra's voice had lightened... he stroked his throat. All of him had changed! His mane didn't cover the front of his neck, turned into a smaller hairstyle in the back. His fingers were slenderer than he was used to... He shook his head. "I can't just stand around in these clothes, it'd be indecent..."
The skunk lowered one brow incredulously. "It'll just be a couple hours, sitting down would be enough maybe..."
"It's also constricting... like... right on my bladder." The feline complained.
"Okay, I'll help you get something that fits you." Trissie sighed, taking the cat's hand.

"I can't believe Torrid's selection is so much worse than Hot Topic's. Nothings cute!" Pickra yelled in frustration right outside of the two shops in question. The feline was wearing a skirt similar to Trissie's, and a blouse that draped over her bust and the top of the broad pregnant belly more purposefully than the tank top had.
"I mean, I agree that plus size collections aren't as good but..." Trissie tilted her head. "I didn't think you'd have such a strong opinion after a couple hours of shopping..."
"Oh there you two are!" Eileen approached, swaying her hips. "Trissie, you should have texted that you were going shopping with your friend."
"Pickra." Trissie clarified.
"Really? You called him 'Kitty' before." The kangaroo looked between the two. "Oh well, thank you for the help." She turned to the feline.
Pickra's brow was arched inward with relief. Both hands on the underside of that big belly, the cat leaned forward a bit. "Y-you're welcome! I... uh... I was kinda getting used to the feeling, but it's certainly... uh... a lot."
Eileen placed her palm over the feline's exposed navel. "Of course, dear." Pickra's vision whited out again. When it returned, the kangaroo was gravid once more. She returned her hands to her own belly, stroking gently. "Back in mama... hope you were good for your 'sitter', darling." She addressed the baby bump in her arms.
Trissie slowly pointed at Pickra. "Uh..."
The feline in question looked down. While the pregnant belly was gone, the blouse now draped over a quite obvious chest. Lifting her hands, Pickra saw her fingers were still slender. She stroked her throat, and felt her hair.
The kangaroo raised her head and her ears perked up. "Oh! That's strange, usually when I take it back boys turn back to boys immediately."
Pickra blushed deeply, feeling over her hips with both hands. There was a strange oddness. A wrongness... but she couldn't put her finger on it. Cognitively she knew that it should be the feminine features, but those felt... well... normal. She placed a palm on her belly... there it was. A deep, empty feeling under her navel. She'd just spent a couple hours full of life, and it was just gone.
"Don't worry honey." Eileen was saying. "Your kitty will be a strapping young man in a couple days at the very most... unless he goes and gets himself knocked up or something like that."
Trissie groaned. "Mom, it's weird hearing you say 'knocked up'..."
Pickra trembled, rubbing her thighs together... Maybe it was this body's hormones, or just how empty she felt... but she really... REALLY wanted to get knocked up...
