Rivsibaes Procella
Name: Rivsibaes Procella. It means Nature's Fury, Protecting Tempest.
Nickname's/Titles: Fury of the Tempest (Main one, and what he is known by most people.) Stormy (Only one person can get away with calling him this.) The Chaotic Rebel off Balance. (Hardly ever called this.)
Age: 24.
Species: Elemental. Storm Elemental to be precise. This means he has control over air, water, fire, light, darkness and energy.
Appearance: Most off the time, Riv appears as a bipedal dragon. He is 6ft tall in height, with a slim build that makes him seem taller then this. His scales are mostly a dark blue - the blue off the twilight sky - however his belly is a bold yellow, as is the ridge off his wings. A white 7-pointed star is evident on his belly, and twin white lighting bolts run down his flanks. Starting from the base off his neck and stretching down all the way to the tip off his tail. The skin off his wings is also a pure white. On his four limbs are more lightning bolts. Four on each in fact, one for each 'side' these yellow bolts run from his shoulder/hip all the way down to the base off his hands/feet. His eyes are the same colour as his scales; however the majority off his face is hidden by a white metal mask - only his mouth/lower jaw and his eyes can be seen.
Because off his many years off combat, Riv has many scares adorning his body. None bad enough to make him completely hideous - excluding the mask - but they certainly do no good for his looks.
Riv doesn't actually need to wear any clothes (mostly due to the fact that his privates aren't really on display.), so most off the time he goes around stark naked. However in battle he summons to himself his armour. Now this armour is unique, in that it is plate armour - yet it doesn't hamper his movements. Each plate is carefully made and placed so that the restriction to his movements is next to none. Off course, this means his limbs have absolutely no protection, but he had never needed it. The plates are mostly yellow, with a dark blue trim and a white lighting bolt through the middle.
The helmet off this suit off armour is in the shape off the head off a beast. But not one that can be found on Earth. The beast that helmet is most like is that off a wolf. However one can tell looking at it that it isn't purely wolf. In fact it has some definite feline features. In fact his entire armour - for the plates aren't just simple plates - combines both wolf and feline features, while at the same time keeping his draconic form able to see. The effect is startling, for it makes him look like a fusion off all three beasts.
Personality: Around his friends, Riv is a quite energy full person, always ready to play or to spar. Even if he often looses the spars. Through a kind person, he isn't above teasing his friends; through he is always willing to help them.
However among strangers or during a mission/fight he is a completely different person. He is extremely calm, almost cold. An extremely calculating and observant, he prefers to stay silent and let others speak, through during a mission he does joke from time to time with his friends.
Riv has sworn off killing and has never broken this oath. However his can be extremely brutal in combat and against those that have hurt many. He is not above dismemberment or making people loose an eye, or a ear, or a nose... or a jaw or their privates. However even this is nothing compared to the ultimate punishment. 'Total Retribution' where all the pain the one has inflicted on others during their entire life is combined into a single instant and inflicted upon them, some times just once, but they can feel it again and again... some times forever.
Riv is an extremely determined individual and often stubborn as well, as well as this he is a thrill seeker and a daredevil, he loves the adrenaline rush off an equal and challenging battle. Finally he is quite rebellious and independent, he hates it when people ordering around. Preferring to do things the way he wants to do them, and when he wants to do them.
Hobbies: Reading, Writing, Skating, Sparing, Running/Free Running, Animal Care, Horse Riding, Dragon Riding, Chess, Extreme Sports, Flying, Spending time with his friends, Computer/Console Games, spending private time with his mate/soul mate/lover/wife.
Physical Capabilities
Strength: Surprisingly, Riv lacks a lot off upper body strength. One would figure that as a sword-wielder, he would have quite a lot off it. However this is not the case. Even through he is 24 years off age, your average 15 year old would be able to beat him in an arm wrestle.
Speed: Riv is a quite fast individual, he's not a sprinter so he isn't that fastest person there ever will be, but he is quite fast. Due to his supernatural nature his 'cruise' running speed - that is, the most efficient speed he can run - is about 20mph. While his top running speed is about 25mph. This is without any elemental boosts however, using the elemental abilities under his command; he can improve his cruising speed to 50mpth, while his top running speed hits 75mph.
When flying however, Riv's speed increases significantly. With no elemental aid, his cruising speed jumps to 150mph while his top speed peaks at 225mph. With elemental aid, his cruising speed jumps to 450mpth and his top speed hitting 600.
Stamina: Due to the fact that one off the elements that Riv can manipulate is energy. Riv's body (no matter what form his takes.) Is always much, much more efficient then a human, so naturally he has a much higher stamina level. With all off his training and experience however, his stamina is extremely high. He can keep up his cruising speed for 24 hours none stop and his top speed for 6 hours.
Not that surprisingly, Riv can take a beating that would normally kill a human and keep on living. In fact he take such a beating and keep on fighting. His scales act as a natural defence. Strong enough in fact to be able to withstand small-hands fire. The amount off times that one would think that he had finally reached his limit; he's always gotten back up and surprised them. This is partly because the beating he can have is astronomical, but also to his high levels off stubbornness and determination.
Agility: Riv is quite an agile person, mostly due to his experience as a Pakour. At a run, he is extremely skilled at changing his body position to adapt changes in terrain, or to better position himself for something like a jump, or a slide. When fighting he is quite able at changing his body to dodge or deflect blows, as well as place himself in a better position to counter attack.
Mental Capabilities
General Intelligence: Riv is quite a smart person. He is not a genius, but he is smarter then the average person. His IQ (Using the Terman Classification) is 145.
Strategist: Although his overall intelligence is not as high as a Genius, Riv is a master stagiest, aided by his long experience off playing chest. He has been known to be able outwit Genius's in matters according to strategy, both sort term and long term. This is rare however. He has only done so only if he has had more experience or his strategy was unpredictable.
Improvision: Perhaps one off Riv's greatest abilities is his ability to adapt and improvise quickly. Combined with his high level off intelligence and being a master stagiest, Riv can think up plans incredible quickly when the occasion provides it. Through he prefers not to think up wide scales plans, instead letting those that are Genius to think up such plans, while he thinks up small scale plans. Like him against an opponent. Or two. Or ten. With or without an ally. Or two. Or five. Not only this but he can changes his plans as the circumstances change and utilize things like the terrain extremely well.
Reaction times: Riv's reaction times are practically off the chart. He has a state off mind known as 'slow-time' where to his perception, everything around him slows down. He goes into the first stage off this state automatically when reacting to a threat, or in battle. In the first stage off this state his reaction times is ten times that off the normal human. The other stages he has to force himself into, each at the risk off physical body due to it not being built for sure reactions. At stage five he can dodge/deflect bullets.
Memory: Riv's has a combination of Eidetic Memory and Mnemonist allowing him to recall just about everything he has seen/heard/felt/smelled in his entire live. This allows him to quickly pick up information; however this is also a curse. For everyone has memories they wish to forget... and every night when he goes to sleep, Riv remembers them all in his dreams, turning them into nightmares.
Elemental Capabilities
Air: Air is Riv's favourite element. Through the reason is because off one off the 'sub elements' that comes under it. Lightning. Riv is a master off lighting, able to control it power so that he does not kill someone with it; it also works well in conjunction with blades. Not only does it add a nasty side effect to his blows, but the extreme heat off the lighting increases his blades cutting power and cauterizing any wounds he causes. Additionally, this makes block or parrying his sword strikes dangerous, for the lightning could travel through the object used off blocking or parrying. Also the lighting can be used to strike more then one opponent due to fact that Riv could make it jump from one to another - even when he is simply holding the blade.
Riv's greatest ability with Air however is its ultimate ability. Teleportation. He can perform many teleports one after the other without getting that tired. He prefers not to use this ability unless he has to through.
Water: Another favourite off Riv due to its flexible nature and due to the fact that it is all around him. Riv uses water mostly not as itself, but by its sub element 'ice' making ice daggers out off the air, and launching them at the opponent. However he uses its flexible nature greatly, and has been known to create 'tentacle-like arms' off water to aid in battle. Also he has been known to create thin sheets off ice quickly in the air to bounce off from in battle, a quick and sudden change off direction to throw his enemy off guard. He can also do the same with condensed air.
Riv can do water's ultimate ability - shape shifting - but doesn't use it. Instead the most dangerous ability he uses is a water blade - using super condensed water to cut through almost anything.
Fire: Once one off Riv's favourite elements, Fire is know one off Riv's least used element due to its highly destructive nature. His main use for it is cauterization, using high heat to seal wounds. He can also use it for one off its most oblivious reasons - warmth.
If he has to, Riv can use fire for offence, ranging from small fires balls to high heat fire lances. But like all off the other elements I have mentioned Riv can use its ultimate ability - and this one is perhaps one off the most dangerous and risky - resurrection.
Light: Light mostly known for its healing and defensive nature and sure; most people that use it are either healers or guardians. But that does not mean it is without offense. Its attacks for the majority off the time are the weakest off all the elements but it makes it up with one hell off an advantage.
Its attacks are nigh impossible to dodge... which make sense as the attack are made out off light so they are going to move at the speed off light. Lance's are the prime form off light attacks, through blades off light are not all that uncommon. Riv has little to knowledge off light's healing abilities. Through he has great ability with its more stubble defences - he can't just throw up big barriers or walls.
Riv does not have accesses to Light's ultimate ability - ascension.
Darkness: Like Fire, Darkness used to be one off Riv's favourite elements but has since fallen out off his favour. If he needs be, he will uses darkness to argument his attacks and he will use it to aid in his stealth when it is necessary. But apart from this, he doesn't really use it. Nor can he use its ultimate ability - invisibility.
Energy: One off the two most powerful off all elements, Energy is not something to be trifled with. Riv is always using energy manipulation - through stubbly. Unlike most people who know how to manipulate energy. 75% off the time, he doesn't use it to increase his attacks or physical capabilities. Instead he uses it to take energy from blows - reducing the damage off them - and use it to restore his own energy. He can also wasted energy from his movements and his attacks and pull it back into himself, restoring himself. He can also use external sources off energy, like light or heat.
There is no way in hell that Riv can use Energy's ultimate ability. Energy creation or destruction.
Learned capabilities
Martial arts: Riv is quite capable off fighting purely hand to hand. Having knowledge on several martial arts which he can use in conjunction to one another, or separately, depending on what the situation calls for. Kickboxing, Muay Thai (also known as Thai boxing or the Art/Science of eight limbs) and Zui Quan (also known as Drunken Fist or Drunken boxing) are the most prominent off martial arts he knows and uses.
Marksmanship: Riv is a fair shot and is capable off using a variety of ranged weapons, from guns to bows. When is CQC he frequently uses 'Gun Fu' or 'Gun Kata' through it is unlike what you see in the movies. It is a lot less flashy and a lot more practical - especially when using all off his abilities.
Swordsmanship: Sword fighting is where Riv really excels at. His fighting style most focuses around speed and agility, through he actually has three separate styles, or Dances... through I'll get to that later. Riv's three styles are as follow:
Dance of the Air: Riv's most dynamic and first fighting style. This style uses a lot off acrobatic combat, using flips and spins to dodge attacks and strike and a variety off different points around a person. This fighting style is a lot like the Lightsaber combat Form IV: Ataru. The form off combat which Qui-Gon Jinn and Yoda use.
Dance of the Storm: A bold and direct fighting form. The fact that Riv uses the Dance off the Storm is unusual as it is most aggressive and ferocious off all forms. Through when asked about it Riv states that it 'reflects his desire to protect his comrades and end a fight quickly.' It is a highly unpredictable and chatioc form. Highly similar to Form VII: Juyo/Vaapad, wielded by Mace Windu.
Dance of Energy: Riv's greatest and deadliest form yet also his most defensive and passive fighting style. It is all about the energy and the flow off battle. Mostly defensive it focuses on the ability to block, parry or dodge enemy attacks with minimal amount off energy - meaning that blows are some times dodged by a hair's width. But it also involves quite a lot off redirection, turning enemies attack's sometimes away, but most off the time directly back at them, or one could use the energy from their attacks and use it to fuel a counter attack. This is what makes master off this dance so dangerous - they can easily turn enemy attack back upon themselves with minimal energy use. This form shares some similarities to Form III: Soresu. The Lightsaber form of Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Sense Enhancetion: Riv has learnt a quite strange ability... with a lot off focus he can shut down some off his senses to enhance his other senses. If he shuts all over senses off he can get what people would call a 'super-sense' however it take a lot off focus to maintain this so he has to keep completely and utterly still while doing so.
Cooking: Riv's quite a cook. I mean he is nowhere near a chef's level off cooking but he can cook and really enjoys cooking.
Flute: Riv can play the flute, he can't do it well and the notes he use are always simply notes, but he puts his heart into it and sometimes can create beautiful pieces off music.
Survival: Due to his history Riv is extremely skilled and surviving in the wild. He is most comfortable either in a forest or in arctic conditions, but he can survive pretty much anywhere for a impressive amount off time using nothing but his mind and the recourses off the land.
