Races of Mynethrol II Nidarians (n-eye-da-ree-anns)
(authors note: there is a game (remnants of skystone) that has a race, or country called Nidaria, I assure you this is literally a coincidence, and only by the name)
The Nidarians, the only indigenous, and intelligent race of Mynethrol, most well known for their craftsmanship, their relationship with the My'Thana, as well as the power over crystal that they share.
Appearance,
They are a short, goblin like race, with skin the color of tarnished iron. They come to about, waist height, or alittle higher in comparison to the average human. They are quite thin, with long, pointed ears and noses. It is easy enough to tell the difference between the male and females of the race, yet they have no hair.
Biology
Very little is known about the biology of the Nidarians, as they will not share this, even with the My'Thana.
Traits and abilities,
The Nidarians were long ago, gifted with the same crystal powers as the My'Thana, though, as it was not, naturally obtained, it has some differences, both good, and detrimental. For some reason, the Nidarians, can only create the crystal, of the male My'Thana, also, one Nidarians can create more crystal, then a My'Thana, using the same amount of energy, but it takes much longer, a difference of minutes to seconds.
Brief history,
After they had been gifted with these powers, they were taught many things by the My'Thana. From farming, to architecture, and later on, became the craftsmen for buildings used by all the intelligent races, building structures out of the crystal. And were also the builders of the capital city of Mythenia
