Not Quite Master-Chef
Tsumi's cousin Kaimo teaches the pink mog tricks of the trade in hunting, catching and preparing food.
Sadly, its a very hands-on class.
Not quite Master Chef.

The forest was all but silent. The leaves still, the air unmoving and devoid of the gentle chirps and chitters of the wild-life, as though all were watching curiously, eager to see the outcome of the hunt. Panting quietly and trying to get the thump of his heart to cease pounding in his ears, the younger moogle pressed his back to a tree, eyes looking about cautiously. 'Low to the ground' He remembered being advised. He stooped, eyes passing from shrub, to shrub, to trunk. Not even his pompom was detecting anything. 'How does he do that...?' Tsumi thought. He could feel his hunter's eyes on him: knew for the thousand spots open to him, that one of them housed a pair of amber eyes and impish grin. He was waiting, toying with him. He wouldn't have any luck being the one to find his hunter, standing there. Flicking his large triangular ears once more, he crept from his hidden niche and hurried for somewhere with a better vantage point.
Crash! The forrest behind him exploded with noise, and with a cry, Tsumi began scarpering for the larger form hounding him with a wide grin and wooden spear in paw! Through the forest dashed two sets of feet. Tsumi's leaping and darting anxiously, vaulting fallen logs. He could hear the pounding steps to one side or the other. He turned from them, running harder, faster, with his lungs burning. He took another great leap over a log, and registered, with the split-second available to him, of the rope-trap waiting for him! His foot landed in the midst of its noose, and hearing the swish of a knife, gave a cry as his whole world lurched upside down. Hoisted by his leg, he gasped and heaved for breath, dangling sadly with a piteous whine as he looked about, swaying gently and slowly turning. A trap. He had been ambushed clean into a trap. Just like a wild animal.
Stepping out of the brush nearby, Kaimo chuckled as he looked up to the sight of his cousin, panting and dizzy, arms and free leg dangling, with his face ruddy for the blood rushing to his head. 'And that, cousin, is how you trap your prey.' Kaimo grinned. Tsumi pouted and lifted his arms to cross them over his chest as he glowered some at the older moogle. With his creamsicle-orange fur and long purple hair and pompom, Tsumi had often wondered how it was that Kai' had managed to be one of the villages' best trappers and hunters. He couldn't help smile ruefully for his predicament as he had asked to learn. 'What if they don't run, kupo?' Tsumi asked between his breaths, watching the larger male leaning on his spear. 'Stick 'em.' Kaimo grinned, nodding aside to the head of his spear. Tsumi winced lightly. 'So-.. what now..? Do I get to come down, kupo?' the pink mog asked hopefully. He was starting to get a headache from his position. 'Yeah, gimme a sec.' Kaimo smiled, padding back into the brush, before lowering the pink mog down.
He stepped into sight again, flicking the rope firmly to drop it from its hanging point on the branch, and stooped over the smaller Mog, grinning lightly. 'Next is the fun part. Tying them up for travel.' Kaimo winked, as Tsumi blushed. 'You said that hunting was the fun part, kupo.' Squeaked the young mog, as Kaimo inclined his head. 'Depends on If you're the prey or the hunter.' Teased the older mog, tugging his rope about and starting to bind the little mog's ankles together. Tsumi blinked and blushed as he watched, Kaimo's paws worked effortlessly, securing each loop of rope. 'Gotta make sure there's next to no slack, kupo. I'm giving you some, so your hands and feet don't lose the blood supply, but with food, tight as can be.' Advised Kai with a chrrl, next pulling Tsumi's hands down. They too were bound, and snuggly positioned near his ankles. For good measure, Kaimo secured a look over the pink mog's palms, to keep his hands from flexing. 'No getting free for you, kupo. You didn't even last half as long on the run as a boar!' chuckled the orange mog with a playful spank of the younger mog's perky backside.
Tsumi gave a squeak and blushed ashamedly. 'Normally I wouldn't be hunted though. I'm not a boar, kupo!' He squinted up at his cousin, who chuckled and nodded before leaning in to give the smaller mog's nose a kiss. 'Nope. But for today's lessons, you're gunna be treated like it.' Kaimo smirked and cut the excess rope free, wrapping it neatly into coils. Draping it over his shoulder he hefted the little pink mog up, supporting him over both shoulders in a fireman's lift. Tsumi just blushed as he was carried, nosing faintly into his cousin's shoulder as Kaimo padded off towards another part of the forest. 'Lucky for you, I won't be showing you, yet, how to gut and clean the food, li'l mog.' Smirked the orange mog, bouncing the small, bound body with a shrug of his shoulders. Eying Kaimo's knife, strapped to his cousin's ankle, Tsumi grinned faintly. 'Lucky for me indeed, kupo.' He blew a raspberry at his cousin, before blinking at the clearing Kai had brought them to.
It was the hunter's preparation area. A ways from the village where they could handle food before bringing it in, so as not to attract larger animals to the village itself. Well-trodden earth showed a store of vegetables and other collected food stuffs, flours and salts, herbs, and honey and many more, whilst in the middle, a stone cauldron large enough for a full-grown mog to fit in sat, it's broad bottom blackened from the many fires it had been over.. 'I will, however,' continued Kaimo, 'be teaching you how to prepare certain meals. In your case, a stew.' The orange mog gently eased Tsumi to the ground, laying him down and padding the cauldron to check it. Tsumi blinked as he watched the older mog gently check the water inside the pot, nodding. Kaimo then padded to the stores, and tugged out several items. With each, he chopped them loosely, on a broad wooden board, before scooping them into the pot, with audible splashes. With each, he described the flavour, what best would mix with what. The pink mog would have taken it to heart better, were he more comfortable. 'Kupo.. so, are you going to let me up now, Kai-po?' Tsumi asked faintly, tugging gingerly at the ropes still holding him fast. Kaimo blinked.
'Hmm? Now why would I do that, kupo? Still gotta put the meat into the stew, after all. Don't want it escaping.' Grinned the older mog, as he stooped, readying a fire at the base of the cauldron. Tsumi swallowed. 'K-Kai- Kupipo.. that's not funny..!' Squeaked the little mog, tugging again. Kaimo chuckled and stood up again, padding over to his cousin, adjusting his ropes to separate his hands and feet, before gently hooking a broad hook to the rope about the Mog's wrists.. 'Relax, strawberry mog, you'll be fine.' Kaimo urged with a warm kiss between his cousin's ears. 'This is just a really good way for you to learn about the mix of flavours, and scents.' He gave the pink mog nose a gentle suckle, before carefully lifting him by the rope on the hook, and lowering him into the broad cauldron. Tsumi could only shiver and squeak, squirming as he was sank down into the water to sit in place. Bound as he was, the liquid rose to his shoulders, and so far was rather chilly. He found his backside and feet resting, not on the curved bottom of the cauldron as he'd expected, but on something of a raised seat, or rack within it. 'Gotta keep the meat from touching the bottom. Pot's so big, we can't turn it, so it'd burn and be gross. Lets more flavour work into it like this, too.' Smiled Kaimo, ruffling Tsumi's hair and releasing slack to permit the pink mog's arms to join him in the water.
He continued, for several minutes, to add in vegetables, and the odd herbs, poking questions to check his cousin was learning, and smiled gently as he added in a broad pot of flour. 'Thickener.' Kaimo grinned, lowering in a broad spoon to carefully stir about the pink mog. Blushing as he sat, Tsumi squeaked as the temperature slowly rised. Mercifully, the flame was kept low, so at best, the thickening water reached the temperature of a hot bath. All through, the vegetables stirred up, gently bumping against him, as his cousin kept stirring. The steam slowly starting to lift up from the surface carried an enticing smell. Chrrling gently, Tsumi dipped his muzzle to help himself to some of the soup. 'Wow, I taste pretty good, kupo.' He chrrled, as Kaimo grinned, and nodded. The older mog leant a paw in and smiled. 'Deep breath now, Tsumi-po, gotta get you all dunked! And Don't worry, we'll get you good and bathed before we head back to the village.' Winked Kaimo, gently dunking his cousin's head.
Tsumi settled, after his head had been let back up, to permit the stewing to continue for several minutes. The thick heat was immensely soothing on his tired muscles, and the smell of the rich stew brought a great contentment to him as he stirred in place. Nearly a half hour later, he blinked as his arms began to lift. Kaimo, having put out the fire, smiled as he began hoisting the little mog out. Tsumi groaned a little and smiled, holding gingerly to the thick, sopping rope and giggling as thick dollops of the stew drizzled off him and back into the pot below with wet 'blop!'s.
'And final lesson for the day,' Kaimo smiled, his voice gently rousing Tsumi from his stupor. 'Enjoying your meal.' He softly tugged Tsumi's feet towards him, and leant his head back, opening his jaws. Above, Tsumi blinked in confusion, his ears perking and eyes widening a little as his cousin's muzzle yawned, invitingly. Small flecks of the soup, dripping from his toes, splattered over Kaimo's tongue, until his paws proper squished into the warm flesh. 'K-Kai-.. Wha-.. you can't-..' Tsumi murmured, trying to find the energy to struggle and contest what was happening. But for the long soaking, it was all he could do to fight back the haze of inviting sleep threatening to steal him over. His cousin didn't answer, of course, given his muzzle was delectably full of the pink Moogle's footpaws. Kai groaned in delight as he slowly suckled and bobbed over the paws, tongue slithering along the stew-matted fur and extra supple pads twitching and stirring in his muzzle. The taste was rich, remarkably hearty, and of Tsumi's usual name-sake flavour, there was rather little to remark upon, as though the soaking had leeched it out to replace it with a wonderfully prepared meaty taste.
The pink mog shivered and moaned as the orange mog muzzled his feet, bobbing and trailing his tongue, suckling and nursing gingerly with faint nibbles. In all honesty, the sensation was very appealing, and the little mog found himself gently pressing his soles into that soft tongue, before Kai's grasp on the rope supporting him, slackened, and he felt several inches of his form sinking down and squishing into the tighter heat of his cousin's gullet. He gasped again and moaned, squeaking feebly in protest as below him, Kaimo kept swallowing. His lips gingerly traced up those fine calves, with dribbles of the stew passing over his lips and chin as he lowered the exhausted mog down. It was a remarkable trick, to be sure, and he'd shared it very few in the village, given its risks, but sometimes, such as now, it served a wonderful purpose; contentment. The feel of the smaller moogle distending his gullet, being drawn down by his rolling, squishing throat, was an alien feeling, but an exquisite one all the same. An pleasant aching stretch, that answered a hunger entirely separate to the one he normally ate for.
Even through the thick stew still clinging to his form, Tsumi could feel the slimey squelch of his cousin's gullet dragging him deeper. Kaimo's lips had crept past his knees, up, over his thighs. The sensation of those supple walls, kneading over his tired body like tender massaging hands was, if he was honest, enjoyable. His form trailing deeper, until his hips sat on the broad tongue. Simultaneously, his footpads squished into the floor of the older mog's belly, the squishy fleshy squelching between his toes as he padded them gingerly about. The walls surrounding his feet unfolded, loosened, to ready for more of him. They rolled and churned, much like the throat had, only with a much broader range of sensation. Shuddering out a breath of mingled fear and want, he swallowed, looking down to Kaimo's amber eyes opening, staring into his own. Their steady gaze, along with the soft golden glow of the older mog's pompom was all it took. Tsumi nodded.
Kaimo smiled and nodded back gently, loosening yet more slack on the rope and his jaws, as he began trailing his jaws up the slim hips of his cousin. The rich heat and flavor of the large 'meal' suffused through him, and groaning, Kaimo's softly lunging jaws traced up Tsumi's abdomen, over his shakily rising and falling chest, wherein he felt the anxious, instinctive pounding of the pink-mog's heart. Another swallow, and the slim Moogle's shoulders vanished beyond his lips. He leant up gently and withdrew the hook from the ropes holding Tsumi's wrists. He held the hands himself, as he gingerly stepped back from the cauldron and lowered to his knees. His belly distended steadily into his lap as he held his cousin's hands, stroking gingerly along the fingers with his own, panting and smiling about the last of his meal.
Tsumi whimpered gingerly. The world was slowly sinking into darkness: vanishing behind those jaws that framed the cauldron. His bound hands were still reaching for it, held softly in the comforting embrace of Kaimo's paws. He squeezed them gingerly, and closed his eyes with a feeble smile as the larger hands squeezed back, and then, another rolling swallow drew his head over the back of that tongue, leaving him blind for the rolling walls smothering and smooshing about his face, pushing and squishing him down to join the rest of his form curled snug in the churning belly. The thick heat had returned, though rather muggier than when he had been stewing. The cool air of the world was steadily replaced by the embrace of Kai's throat on his arms. For a moment, Kaimo's hands eased from his, to undo the roping and sliding it free, to stroke the slim wrists hands, before they vanished too past the gingerly closing jaws. Held in place for a minute, or maybe an hour, he couldn't tell, Tsumi could only savour the soft tongue slathering along his fingers and pads, before the final swallow came, and he was sealed wholly to the pit of Kaimo's gut.
Panting steadily, the popsicle-orange mog groaned, feeling the heavy weight of his cousin settling into his gut. The bulges of the little mog slothenly stirring about made him smile as he stroked them over gently. With a shakey groan, Kaimo managed to his feet again, and softly snagged a bowl to scoop another large portion of the stew up from the simmering pot, before gently working it down. The warmth of it, the soothing thickness was a welcome relief on his throat. It always ached a little after that trick, but Tsumi had certainly gone down a treat all the same. 'Ooohh... don't worry, little mog. Once you've struggled, like all good food, I'll let you out, and we can.. get you all cleaned up.' Kai hiccoughed gently, padding aside to a large tree and sinking against its form, until he settled at its base, belly sitting, bulging and sloshing in his lap as Tsumi certainly tried to struggle. It was harder than Tsumi could remember, to struggle. His body was so tired, so comfortably warm, thanks to that thick wave of fresh stew that had drizzled over him. He had certainly tried though. His form grinding and rubbing back against the walls gently kneading and sloshing him over. Around him, the slow, steady heartbeat of his cousin, was mingling with the slow rush of breathing above him whilst the soft, burbling glorps of the body below and about him doing its job kept him squirming.
Kaimo grinned gently as he closed his eyes, savoring each and every struggle. Every touch along his delightfully full belly wall making him churr deeper. The warmth seeping through him, the comfortable weight stirring gently... His eyes snapped open with a soft gasp. 'Mmph.. Oops.. Sorry Tsumi, I almost fell asleep on you there.' Kaimo murmured, looking down to his belly, pausing. The clearing was lit by a faint orange light, and stretching shadows. Swallowing that taste still on his tongue, down, Kaimo looked up. The sky was fading into twilight. Looking down, he paused, shivering at his domed belly. The bulges still there, but looking remarkably.. softened. 'Tsumi...?!' Gasped the orange moogle, shivering. His belly stirred. It was a tiny motion; barely more than a twitch. The faintest of pleading moans, muffled through the belly walls met Kaimo's ears. He swallowed again as he gently pressed a hand on his belly. It squished inwards, rather more than it normally would, when he kept someone in there. The Older moogle looked about, and blushed as he began kneading his belly over. 'Oops. Sorry little mog. ...Final lesson, I suppose, is.. Never fall asleep in the middle of teaching.'
His belly gave another feeble stir, before an audible gurgle silenced it. Kaimo blushed, and slowly belched, before raising unsteadily to his feet to help himself to another bowl from the cauldron. Tsumi did at least make wonderful stew.
