Tmnt- Generations: chapter 2: time

--- chapter 2: time---

Raph waited outside as Donnie went in to administer the antidote. Raph was relieved and looked at the door, the home was damaged almost beyond repair, the metal was wearing away, and the other two homes were destroyed. After all that's happened, it would become apparent they would need to live in a house above ground.

April and Casey were willing to buy it for them, which had surprised splinter, he had told him he would think about it also. Now that Casey and April were married, they had decided that Casey was to live with her.

Casey made a living as a mechanic while April was a scientist and a martial arts instructor, still learning from splinter as well.

This led to another problem, what does the world think know that everything has changed? Alien attacks, demon attacks, crazy stuff. The world knows what exists now, which is pretty much a weird thought.

The world just was too immature. At least raph felt that way. He walked into the med bay, Leo was dozing "Leo didn't wake up, just went to sleep. He'll be up soon" Donnie said.

Raph say down, a small hopeful smile. He sighed "a moment alone?" he asked Don, who walked out. He stood and went to Leo "Leo... you acted rash, that's my job" he said.

The turtle stirred and woke up "bite my shell" Leo said, which earned a hug from raph, which completely caught Leo off guard "don't act like me, ever again" he said, walking out, leaving a dumb fouled turtle to figure out what happened.

Raph sighed heavily as he left out if the room "sensei? Did April say when we are moving to the new house?" he asked. Splinter was watching his shows "we will be moving in tonight. Dont worry Raphael" he said.

Raph wasn't one to worry, but he shrugged it off and went to his room to pack. The water had corroded a lot if the spaces away, and that the concrete areas were the only hospitable. He went into his room and started to pack.

Leo was sitting in the bed, and do sat at a desk "Leo, how are you feeling?" Don asked. "pretty well, I feel fine like I slept in actually." he stood up and walked out of the room, Donnie followed, Worried.

Leo went to master Splinter and bowed "my foolish action lead me to a coma, I am sorry master" master splinters walking stick hit him in the head "Ow!" he stood, and splinter hugged him as he rubbed his head "don't scare us like that leonardo"

Leo was in shock "I didn't mean to master, I'm sorry" he said. Splinter let him go "raph was hit the hardest my son, go talk to him" he said. Leo nodded and headed off towards raph's room, to see him packing "where are you going?" Leo asked

"oh... we're moving to the house tonight, Fearless Leader" he said by Leo's hated nickname. Leo sighed "oh, master splinter wanted me to talk to you" he said.

Raph grunted "nothing to talk about, Leo" he said, he finished and walked out, moving aside to walk past Leo 'I still need to find myself' Raph thought.

Donnie, mikey, raph, and Leo had finished packing an hour later, and all of them had started loading up their stuff, which would be transported in the new battleshell, a common supped up 18 wheeler, that now had a moving logo on it.

The night was cool as they drove off to their New home. It seemed like an eternity as they drew up to a 2 story building, shock was painted a vibrant light blue. Casey and April stood at the front lawn, waving happily.

The turtles parked and opened their doors, greeting the couple with hugs "April, Casey!" Leo said as he smiled happily.

April stood in a dress, strong features and bright red hair. Casey dressed casual, wearing jeans and a muscle shirt. They all shared a greeting before walking inside. The house was 4 bedroom, 1 master, and 2 bathrooms. Living room, dining room, and the kitchen were near each other.

The four rooms were spacious, and the turtles each found a room and started decorating it with their tastes and stuff. They each worked hard in their rooms for an hour before finishing.

Raph's room held a simple desk and bed, a weight set and a dresser close to a window, a tv sat on the dresser while a computer was on the desk. He smiled as he made the bed and sighed 'still, that feeling I have won't go away' he thought as he set a picture frame with a photo of every friend and family he has, and say on the bed, thinking.

Donnie's room was more revolved around tech, the desk sat a computer and all of his gear, set under the window and a lot of design to the area. He had a lot of tools and a folding cabinet. His bed was simple enough, a plain purple blanket set with soft white pillows. A tv and a dresser sat.

Mikey had already messed up the room, comic books spread on the desk while a tv sat on the dresser. Mikey was reading his silver sentury comic and smiling.

Leo had kept his room simple, like raphs, his swords hung up on the wall as he too had a picture frame if their allies and family. He was thinking about raph and how he was acting strange 'I need to talk to him' he thought. He undid his mask and took it off. He set it on the desk and started putting on cloths "how do people get by wearing these things?" he asked as he soon wore jeans, a white shirt, and a black jacket. The shell was hidden as he walked our of the room, his Dave was the only oddity in human society, even if it was almost shaped like a humans. Weird enough, all 5 of then looked human like, it confused Leo.

Everyone was dressed in jeans, a shirt, plain running shoes and a jacket as they walked our of their room, all 4 felt weird wearing cloths for once "why do we have to wear these things?" mikey asked as splinter walked in, dressed in a robe "my sons, you are all still teenagers, and you all are going to be living on the surface. You need to start wearing the fashion of this modern world. One day mutants and anything of the like will live among the humans in harmony, even if it's been revealed too soon what exists besides humans. One day you will all need to wear these things to look decent in public" he explained.

They all nodded in agreement, seemingly interested in the thought if living peacefully. Raph was surprised that Leo had recovered fully and smiled "so, real cloths, will this mess with our ninja training and skills?" he asked. Splinter shook his head "no it will not, Casey and April constructed a way to get to the sewers in the basement, which helps with escaping and such. But no, training will be less harsh, but will continue." he said.

Casey and April smiled as they looked at the turtles "we have a surprise for each of you" April said. Mikey cheered, which earned a smack from raph. Leo and Donnie were handed beanies, which they out them on, it itched a little, but they were ok, Casey handed two more beanies to raph and mikey. All color coded as well. Leo had blue, raph red, mikey orange, and Donnie purple.

They all smiled at the gifts "thanks April" Leo said, but he was thinking about raph, which made things a little tense for him. Raph was thinking about what he had been feeling all day, and about what happened to Leo.

April and Casey smiled as the turtles looked human except for the faces "so Leo, how are you feeling?" April asked him. He chuckled "honestly I'm good, it's cool we have a more permanent place to stay as well. Donnie is probably going to take care of the security alarms and camera's" he said.

April hugged him "it's good to see your ok Leo" she said and released him "we have to get back to the shop, it's a block away by the way guys" she said, walking outside with Casey as they got into a car and drove off, the engine sound fading in the distance.

Leo walked out if the room and into his own room, laying down on his new bed. He sighed as he felt something under the pillow. Sitting up and picking the pillow up, a small case sat. He picked it up and opened it.

An iPod touch lay inside, and a note from April. It read:

"Leo, we got you, your brothers, and splinter these iPod touches. Yeah, Casey helped repair the electronic store and was given these, theyre an old model, but only by one generation, and the guy had too many of these. Wifi is already set up in the house, enjoy it"

Leo smiled at the note and pulled out the device. He pulled everything out and hooked up the pluggable charger into the nearest outlet. he plugged in the ear phones and turned it on. 'thanks April' he thought.

Everyone was in their rooms and already had found their gifts. Raph sat in his room, surfing the almost endless apps that could have been for anything. He sighed 'Leo... what is this I'm feeling, I don't understand it one bit' he thought as he set the iPod down and laid down. He fell asleep, and dreamed if Leo.

The house was sound asleep, which would have sounded odd, but the day had been tiring for everyone and wasn't surprising.

----the next morning

The sun rose fit 4 Unprepared turtles. Raph woke up with a start, his dream felt like seconds had gone by. He and Leo were fighting side by side against the utrom shredder. he sighed as he laid back down, thinking.

Leo woke up a little groggy 'well, it's morning' he thought as he stood up and made his bed, and putting on his cloths for the day. There were multiple of the stuff given to them from April, which was kinda weird to Leo. How did they get this stuff. He gathered his things and his iPod, putting the earphones around his neck. Placing the beanie on, he looked the part of a humanoid.

The others woke up in a simalsr fashion to Leo, and everyone met up in the dining room, the sleek black oak table and pine wood chairs. A table cloth set on with plates. Leo smiled at it, Unaware raph was staring at Leo's back. It was cute how raph was so confused about everything, he would consult master splinter with it privately later.

They all sat at the table as splinter cooked breakfast "didn't know he could cook" raph said, which earned a glare from Leo, which shut raph up.

The morning went by pretty fast. Mikey was playing games, Leo was meditating, and Donnie was tinkering. Raph felt this was a perfect time to talk to splinter.

The turtle walked to the door, and knocked "you may come in my son" a voice said. He opened the door to find splinter meditating on the bed. Candles lit here and there around the room. "master splinter, I need to talk to you... it's about Leo..." he said.

Splinter nodded "what about Leo? He asked. He was curious, which wasn't surprising raph at all "... I just can't explain it sensei, I've never felt this before, I don't know what it is, and I cant describe it in words at all" hrs closed his eyes, pulling the beanie over his head. Tears flowed through the red beanie. He had never been this broken that easily before. He didn't know what was going in, nor could he control it.

Splinter went in and hugged him "my son, you are all my sons, but you know that all 5 of us are not generic family. You all must have come from different families and that means all of us are not biologically related. This feeling you have is deep love Raphael, you are like a son to me, and so is Leonardo, but nothing is wrong with loving Leonardo in that way or any way. I love all of you no matter what" he said.

Raph was speechless and shocked. The tears stopped flowing and he pulled the beanie off his eyes "I'm in love with Leo... yeah, your right, I do love him. But I don't know if he feels the same. I have never felt love sensei, it is alien to me" he said.

Splinter smiled "go think it over Raphael, think things through as much as possible. You and Leonardo are a perfect match of lovers" he said.

Raph didn't know how to reply. He stood up and walked off, closing splinters door as he dissapeared into his room, to think things through.

A figure stood "the demons successively taken out Leonardo my lord, but with sources on the turtles, he will be back very soon"

A second figure walked in "the white demons are most valuable" it said "we should reward them, now we will be waiting for the new fight to start before we are involved" the hood came off of the leader, revealing a face with a gouged eye and a ripped scar on the side "I want it clear that the turtles are my prey" he said
