Chapter 2:

A couple of months later, Bonegaria's winter season has slowly started to pull in. The air was chilly and the days were shortened. Leaves and grass have all shifted color or died.

"Hey dad can I go to Brian's House." Lucky asked inquisitively. He knew his father was fairly fond of the young genius so it was an easy yes.

"Sure but tell Brian to make me a new gun. I'm getting bored with my current one." Rex said chuckling.

Lucky bounced in place for a moment and nodded before running off.

"Like Oh My Goddess. She didn't say that. Now way shut up....Shut up!" a sassy voice shouted. "He's so cute. I wish he'd talk to me too."

Lucky paused and looked into an open bedroom door seeing his sister Angel on the phone with her friends. Their phones were small monitors the size of a miniature laptop. They could visually see their contactor and hear them as well. In this case Lucky could not hear the other end. Angel had an ear piece that muted the sound of the other end from the speakers. He shook his head and continued on his way. He came was almost out the front door when the twins came bustling inside pretending to shoot at each other. They made aircraft noises and rapid gun fire sounds to follow. The two often dreamed of becoming Pilots to drive the large war cruisers. They didn't have the burden of being coming king, since Lucky was the eldest son.

Lucky walked through the large city, all the buildings were roughly the same ,fmsize and houses were large but small compared to the king's home. The king's land held his entire family. There was the main house and there were multiple guess houses around the main home, which was connected by a single hall. The streets were always clean, the people took pride in their city and tidiness was highly demanded. They got rid of waste by casting it on a one way ship to the sun twice a year. Trash was easily sorted and what was recyclable was sent to a factory to be clean and utilized into something else. Metals and coppers were used to make Yokli coins. The coins came in three sizes, the coin worth the most was no bigger than a quarter and the smallest was no bigger than a dime.

Lucky met up with Brian at the city square. He was in the middle of shopping for some more materials for his lab.

"Hey Lucky. I'm glad you came. My mother is making salmon for dinner."

Brian said with a gleeful tone.

"Great. Hey about that thing. You know that odd reading, did you figure out what it was yet?" Lucky asked.

"No. I'm still a little lost on where it landed. My mother won't allow me to go and investigate outside the walls of the city." Brian pouted.

"We can go together. Say it was the personal request of the prince." Lucky grinned. He often flaunted his status about to get what he wanted, using his power of authority to his advantage. Brian found the idea brilliant but very daring.

"Well...are you sure. My mother may be awful sore about it, but even she can't stand against the will of a prince." Brian mumbled. "Alright let's do it, but after dinner."

Lucky agreed with the plan and followed Brian home. His house wasn't very big but he had made the basement his playground for all his science and experiments. He even built and extended the basement level for more of his technology. Once in the Lab, Lucky did his usual routine and approached a work bench, then gather a few gadgets to play with.

"My dad said he wants a new gun, he's bored with his current one." Lucky informed.

"Oh Mr. McCoy always wants a new toy. He's like a little kid." Brian chuckled. "I will surely make one for him. In fact I knew well he'd be hoping for another and I've premade one, but of course I have lots of work to do before it's complete."

"Yeah, my dad loves his guns, but me. I'm more a sword hound. Shimmering blades of steel, cutting and slicing through my enemies like butter." Lucky said grinning deviously.

Brian was silent and in a hesitated and nervous fashion he slid away from Lucky. The idea of being cut apart made him feel uncomfortable.

"um, uh anyway. What are you working on now lucky?" Brian asked curiously and desperately trying to change the subject.

"I want to build a machine that makes my bed in the morning." Lucky said glancing back. He finally took notice that Brian was far back away from him.

"Another chore bot huh? Why not just build one specifically doing all your chores?" Brian asked. "you have one for dishes, clothes, lawn, room, and now you are making one for the bed. I can draw up a basic model print and you can combine all your daily task into one bot. then get rid of the other ones for scrap." Brian suggested.

"So cold. I like Nana bot, Mama Bot, Jr Bot, and moe. Okay maybe not moe. It does terrible job with cleaning. I can never find anything after." Lucky said shaking his head.

Brian silently twiddled his thumbs and listened to Lucky's explanation of his current robots. He knew sooner or later Lucky would just agree to his idea anyway.

"Then again with five robots roaming around mom is bound to find out." Lucky said, slowly coming around. "Alright. I'll do it your way, but make a cloaking device for it or something."

Brian just nodded his head and grabbed a large blank blue print sheet and started to draw.

"Hey Brian. Would you like to go to a party with me. It'll be at my friend Bats place. I'd like you to join." Lucky said as he fiddled with the bolts on the metal.

"Um. I'm not much of a party person." Brian replied.

"I figured you might say that. Come on Brian. It'll be fun. You me and the guys. I also heard there will be some beautiful girls there too. "We'll have loads of fun. Look I promise no one is going to bother you. Bats is real cool. Christopher and Hippy. Will be there too. Oh and Crash."

"That crazy fox? Crash is going to be there?! I hate Crash. He always makes my life so miserable." Brian protested.

"Not to worry. Crash is only there to deliver the sparkling water and the Nip cookies." Lucky claimed.

"Drugs and Alcohol?! You're planning to get loaded in one night?!" Brian was beginning to panic.

"Relax Brian. It's just a party and it's only one night. Come one. How often do you get to go out and have fun, cut back and cause a little trouble?" Lucky asked.

Brian fell silent for a while. He couldn't reply to such a statement.

"exactly my point. Now go the party with me."

Brian placed his blue prints down beside Lucky and remained silent. A hard rattling noise against the basement window signaled that he temperature has dropped and evening was settling in.

"It's going to be cold tonight. Did you bring a scarf and a jacket? Or are you planning to sleep over." Brian asked.

"I'll stay the night if your folks don't mind." Lucky said placing his tools down and finally reading over the directions. He's hung around Brian long enough to understand most of the blue prints and devices needed for his bot.

"Okay, I'll have the spare mattress set up after dinner." Brian said as he leans up against a wall.

"So Brian. Have a girlfriend yet?" Lucky smirked, pulling his attention away from his bot and toward Brian.

He orange bear gasped and held his breath. His face would have been burning if it weren't for the already orange fur covering it.

"No..." He said bashfully.

"Do you have your eyes on a girl? If so I can help you get her." Lucky felt that he was smooth enough to win the heart of any female. However his arrogant ways left him blind to realize the only reason why girls wanted him was because they fantasized about being a princess.

"Uh. No not really." Brian said trailing off.

"What are you gay? Look dude you can't have me I'm not into you like that." Lucky teased.

"No! no! Heavens No!" Brian shouted in defense.

"Oh so you think I'm ugly and you're not attracted to me? Is that it?" Lucky asked

"Huh, NO that's not it at all Lucky, you are very handsome, it's just--

"I'm only kidding Brian. Geez relax you stickler." Lucky said cutting his friend off from their panic attack.

"There is a girl...actually. You know here well." Brian confessed after a moment of silence.

"Aw sweet dude, what does she look like?" Lucky pried.

"well. She's beautiful. Long golden and creamy blond hair. Bright green eyes fair creamy white fur, fluffy little ears, slender curvy body. She has a soothing stern tone, she's not so tall and she's smart." Brian sighed sweetly.

"Wow. I know this girl? She sounds freaking hot. What's her name so we can call her right now." Lucky asked.

"Cream McCoy." Brian said quickly.

"MY SISTER!!" Lucky's expression was pricelessly stuck in shock. "AW come on man! Why?!!" He was horrified that he didn't pick up on the details given to him. Cream was a year younger than him and Brian. She was stern and just as mature as Lucky acted but she was still much like a young teen.

Cream developed a bit early, just like her sister Angel. Although Cream was 15 years old she had the body of an adult. She often tried to fake her age and act more adult like to get around the public functions that required adults only. She didn't do it to drink or smoke, but to hear about the city matters and the people's needs. She felt that she would make a better leader than lucky and would eventually challenge him for the thrown. In this world of Monarchy a king was not judged by the wealth and the power they possessed, but by the mind and the passion to do what's best for their subjects. Cream understood this saying very well and followed it daily. The only problem with cream was that she wasn't always the nicest person to be around. She was very stern and didn't like her time to be wasted with rubbish. She often spoke her feelings in a strict truthful fashion.

"I like her. I mean, she's not always so nice, but I get why. She goes through a lot in a day and there are a lot of jerks that won't leave her be." Brian said.

"Yeah, yeah whatever. I can't believe this. Okay. Okay since you are one of my best of friends I'll talk to her. I mean you are a good guy." Lucky said shuddering.

"Captain Fayte. How long do we have until we reach the Avian Planet?" young Chester asked.

"No long sir. We should be pulling in, in just a few short hours." The Captain replied. He didn't even glance over to the prince, which Chester had hoped for.

The prince crossed his arms and leaned back in his seat. He wanted to find other words to say so that he could keep a conversation going. The cockpit was empty. All the other pilots and crew members took the opportunity to nap before they would arrive at the avian port.

"Look your Highness. Um I know his may be a bit unorthodox but I feel I should tell you. I'm married and have three little ones. You are a charming young man and I am flattered to have someone so adoring as you to feel so comfortable around me. I'll do everything in my power to be as faithful and humble as I can." The Captain said.

His words were like knives digging into his skin and his kindness froze the nerves in young Chester's body. He lowered his head and ears a little and didn't bother to speak. There was a hard lump in his throat and an ache in his chest that started to make him feel numb.

"How could I have been so stupid"--

Chester could only think. His mind racing with some plot to get rid of the family the captain had, but he didn't find any good in that. He didn't want the captain to hate him. At least he still had them as an honorable subject.

"I'm famished. I'll be back soon." The prince announced before leaving the cockpit. Once in the cafeteria area of the ship, he grabbed a simple tuna fish and bologna sandwich. He sat down at the triangle shaped table upon a circular seat. In truth he wanted to cry, but held to much pride to risk the chance of being caught.

A high piercing cackle and heave echoed in the room. Continuous giggling and snorts grew as a pinked skinned and hairless cat entered the room. He sat before the prince with a silly grin.

"What do you want...Giggles?" the prince tilted his head as he read the name tag upon the male's uniform.

"Came to hehe hehee tell you Ahahahahaha that that we are approaching the HAHA HA Avian territory. It's our last trip out and we neeee heee heee fuel." Giggles snorted and cackled. He had a strange disorder that caused him to laugh and giggle uncontrollably. He was known as the most annoying cat on the planet, but he did make a good addition to any crew team. Giggles was handy and very coordinated. However with secret mission that required silence and seriousness, he could not apply.

"Alright just go tell captain to initiate the stealth and go slow. We'll land in silence like we did on Bonegria a couple of months back. The activation should be kicking in soon there too. With its entire people falling to their Knees in praise to my father's kingdom. We'll go after the Avian's are on our side. I'm sure Morgan, Reetha, and Amulite have already coaxed Yon to consider us. We might not even need the machine at this point. If anything this may take longer to turn them than just talking." Chester explained.

Giggles snorted and chuckled but he was agreeing with the Prince. He soon left them to their meal to inform the captain. Fayte was in the middle of staring at the picture of his wife and kittens. The longing feeling of being with them, fill his chest and his mind. He hasn't had much time to be around his children, due to the current mission and the project before that. He felt as though he was missing out on the best part of his family's life.

"Sir, he he." Giggles started. This made Fayte quickly shelter the picture into his jacket and close it.

"What is it?"

"The prince haa ha hee wants you haha, to go into stealth mode." Giggles went on explaining the prince explanation as best he could.

The captain struggled to understand but he could put the pieces together and so with the directions given, he slowed the ship down and placed on their cloaking meter so that they couldn't be read coming in.

Once close enough he began to lower down onto the planet in the jungle region. Trees tall as skyscrapers, and vines thick as limbs, twisted and tangled bout. The ship cradled down in the trees and shut off silently. The avian people lived above ground, so all they had to do was find the grand tree. The grand tree was bigger than a city. It was as tall as two and a half skyscrapers. Quietly the feline crew trailed through the jungle roots, leaving small trail to help them find their way back by ripping and cutting plants and carving marks into trees.

"I wonder if Yon is even leader anymore. I hear her daughter is now of age." A ninja whispered.

Chester lifted two digits on his paw, which silenced the ninja. He then gave signal by flicking his digits in various directions. The ninjas vanished into the trees and advanced. The guards were busy setting up the metal box. Chester was left with the captain and one guard while the three pilots stayed aboard the ship.

A sudden squawk made the prince jump up. He glanced up toward the sky as a hoard of large birds fluttered into the sky spiraling like a tornado. Their screeching battle cry, pierced the felines ears, causing a frustrated yowl. Suddenly the birds dove in with talons sharp, aiming for the trees. The ninja's jumped quickly and retaliated with in sync kicks and a swift chop of their paw. Dodging fluently and countering, until it was required to draw their weapons from the sheaths hanging on their backs.

"Wait do not Kill any of them!" Young Chester shouted.

The ninja's withdrew from the fight and ran to evade further attacks. They lead the attackers away from the prince while he went to make a negotiation. They reached the base of the grand tree where two large griffins were waiting for them. They appeared like statues but were very much alive.

"State your reasoning predator." one griffin demanded.

"I have come to talk to Yon." the prince replied.

"Yon is no longer our alpha, Lillie is now our alpha." The guard announced.

The prince was a bit taken back but nodded his head to show he understood.

"Very well may i speak with Lillie?" the prince inquired.

The griffins glanced upon each other then looked to Chester once more before one had finally stepped to the side to open the door.

"I will escort you, but you alone." the griffin guard said to the prince.

Chester's heart skipped a little and certain uneasiness surged through his body but, with a solid expression, he showed no fear and stepped forth alone.

The base of the grand tree revealed a door in the rough ridged bark. Behind the door lied a pair of stairs that seemed to spiral upward forever. Many say that this stairwell lead to the heavens, were all the birds sung and there was nothing but a peaceful haven. The Grand Tree touched the clouds and the people often felt very delighted. Slowly the prince and Griffin made way to the top of the stairs where it was open to the main streets. a whole city rest upon the tree top of The Grand Tree. There were many other cities on this planet but The Grand Tree was the most beloved of them all.

All the buildings were made of wood, leaves and mud. The streets were made of rocks and pebbles and clay. Houses all looked the same outside and was well organized. Building structures were made with stronger material such as clay and some stone.

Avains floated like angels above as they passed each other by. only young children walked the paved streets and used their feet to get around. the city was busy with traders and merchants. Although Yokli was favored as a traditional galactic currency that didn't stop other planets from valuing different objects more. On this planet the Avains enjoyed quality in gems or shiny objects. Insects were considered priceless to the Avains, considering they were a rare treat and were good for nourishing their young ones. the youth hardly got their nutrients due to the lack of insects on the planet.

The prince stared in awe how beautiful the view of the sky was, and how peaceful the people lived. no one worried about being robbed or murdered in the dead of night or worried about how they'd survive. His people struggled daily. On the feline planet, there was more barren land than there was life or greenery. Each day was a struggling task, but they made it work the best they could.

"We are here." The griffin announced, breaking the silence between he and the prince.

Young Chester glanced over to a small wooden house with flowers decorating the door and the frames of the windows. He slowly opened the door and entered with some caution. the room was fairly dark, with a slight dim glow of candle light.

"Welcome." A soft gentle voice whispered.

Chester took a few more steps inside.

"Please. Shut the door." the voice whispered more.

Chester did as told and closed the door behind him.

"Are you here for me? are you here to try and conquer My people as you have done to the other worlds before mine?" the voice questioned.

It took a moment for the figure sitting upon a pillow pedestal to register in Chester's sight. A young avian girl sat with her eyes closed and legs nestled beneath her. Her questioning made the Prince uneasy. It was as if she had read him.

"Not conquer but to unite." Chester slyly corrected.

"That is a lie. If my people joined you, we'll be nothing but mindless slaves." She stated.

"You'll be slaves either way." Chester thought. "No, we are much different now. We have learned from our mistakes and have changed. Do you not believe in a second chance? Don't you believe exiling us to nothing was punishment enough? Or are you so cruel as to kill off an entire race, for one king's mistake. We all only follow the will of our leader as the people of your world so kindly and lovingly follow you without question." Chester said.

There was silence for a few moments; the silence caused the prince to smirk as if he had gained a small victory.

"Tell me. Who is the king of the feline race." She asked. She was now testing Chester's words. If their king was the same as the king to be exiled along with their people, it would make the prince statement invalid.

"I am." Chester claimed. "I am the King of Felines. My father died last winter. I have come on my own business and mission to right what was wrong." Chester said as calmly as he could.

"I see. Well king Chester, if you'll allow me to think and consider I'll be happy to supply you with an answer. If you need fuel and food, please tell your men to rest in Shahollow tonight. it is just a little ways beyond the Grand Tree." She instructed.

Chester stepped back a little, a bit stunned she didn't even bother to open her eyes and at the same time, she knew who he was without him introducing himself.

The prince left the wooden home to join with the Griffin who had escorted him. There was once again silence between them. This gave Chester time to ponder on how he should make his move. He knew deep down the Avian's would never agree to join forces. He knew well that his plan to set off the mind control may be a risk of exposure. If the Avain's suspect the littlest of hint that their alliance was in fact a trick. The Avain's could destroy the machine and all the other ones on each planet already controlled. Avain's were swift and keen, and they were agile as they were powerful. However he didn't fear defeat in battle. The Avian's may have been swift in the air but once on their feet, they'd be helpless against the natural cause of fang and claws. As barbaric as the thought may have been, the prince could see war as an easy choice. He began to think on a positive note. He was a large feline, against a bird race. He comes from a world of technology and science and the avains still heavily relied on land and natural resources.

Once back at the foot of the Grand Tree, the prince was greeted by the captain and a few soldiers. Ninja's rest amongst the trees, feeling superior and accomplished; they managed to fight off the hoard of avains until they were called off.

"Well?" The captain asked feeling a bit anxious.

"We are going to Shahallow. Lillie has not decided her response." The prince replied. He glanced back toward the Griffin guards who returned to living statues. "I take it we are on our own."

The Prince and his men walked the dim trails that lead them through the dense forest. With the moon slowly raising up over some the trees as bright as a sun, with a tinted blue hue. The moon over the avian planet appeared like crystal in the sky, glowing blue and giving cool feeling. The night sky appeared to be caught in a timeless stage or a serene dream, as if each night was safe.

"I wish we could live like this..." Fayte mumbled.

"Heh yeah if you don't mind the little Java Chicklets." The prince said.

Java chicks were small fuzzy furry birds, whom lurk about in the woods. They appear innocent at first but their razor sharp becks could tear through bone and flesh in seconds. They always traveled in packs of six or more and could be extremely territorial. Their large folds of fluff often are mistaken for furry wings but they are large sensitive ears. They have three eyes, the middle eye never closes, which means even while sleeping they are still watching everything round them. The Java race preyed on anyone that entered their territory and fish. They also enjoy apples and berries. The small creatures were also resistant to heat and cold. The only way to get them to retreat was high pitched whistles are electricity. Their long monkey like tail allows them to hold and cling to branches and their brown pelt helps them blend in with trees. Java Chicklets, are also nocturnal.

"Oh yeah, we need to get a move on before they possibly come out." Fayte said with a bit of anxiousness. "I don't know which are worse. Untamed Shiros or Java Chicklets." The Captain shuddered a little from the thought of being eaten alive.

The soldiers were starting to become uneasy about traveling at night. They huddled closer together, yet kept close to the prince all the same. The prince soon fell silent once he realized how close the captain had gotten. They too felt the need to keep the prince protected. He looked down to the dirt and leaf made trail.

"Your highness. If I hurt your feelings earlier I'm sorry." Fayte whispered.

"You did nothing. Heh something like that doesn't bother me. Why would I waste my time with foolish feelings, when it's needless? I was just hungry." The prince hissed. The cold tone in the voice caused the captain to tense a little. He had a strong feeling that the prince was desperately trying to stray away from what happened earlier. He didn't pry into it, at least now. He didn't want to embarrass him any further than he might have been feeling.

"Yes your highness." He said softly.

Small chirps and clicking noise suddenly rose from behind the thick bushes and trees. The bark appeared to move twitch, and before the group of felines realized, the objects upon the trees turned around, revealing small eyes in various places. The yellow hues glowed for a few moments from the glare of the moon. Soon more eyes appear indicating that the single random placed eyes were part of something else.

"Javas." Muttered a solider.

"It's kinda cute." Said another soldier.

"Yeah right. Cute enough to rip your pelt off." The other muttered.

"Sssh. Be quiet and move slow. Maybe if we show them no harm, we can pass them up." Captain Fayte whispered.

A long screeching and wailing sound off from the tree tops, causing everyone to glance up quickly. Hoard of seven Javas surrounded a fly scout and viciously ripped them part, tearing flesh and muscle, blood raining down upon the trees and bones falling.

"Run." The captain said hurrying the prince along.

The soldiers made a run for it, almost forgetting about their duty to protect the prince. The Java chicklets poured off the trees and sprang from the bushes enraged from the disturbance. Ninja's amongst the trees swiftly followed tossing Daggered fish bones into the monstrous creatures. Waves of Javas fell but more just kept coming. Soldiers were ran over and pinned to the ground. Their armored clothing protected them for a few moments, but not long from the sharp strong beaks the creatures possessed. It gave some time to fight off the swarm of Javas. The soldiers carried spears and shock rods.

Some soldiers managed to gather their rods to use them, others were misfortunate.

Three Java's lowered down from the tree tops in front of the prince, then two on either side, almost surrounding them. He captain pulled out his small charge gun, but he wouldn't have enough rounds to take on the oncoming hoards. He held the prince close in a protective way. The young Prince closed his eyes, feeling it was the end until the sound of metal range in his ears. He peeked an eye open to see a shaded figure drop down and in swift moments sliced through the javas. Each time the creatures advanced the shaded figure moved with a blur to defense. The Captain quickly picked the prince up and ran with him to the border line of the woods, where a tall gate entry came into view. The captain, a handful of soldiers and a full army of ninjas left the thicket and came into view in the grassy fields.

Shahallow had a private forest within their walls. Like the Grand Tree, the people mainly lived huge trunks and wooden homes. A wall surrounding their city indicated they were civilized, compared to the monstrous creatures in the woods.

The felines advanced on through the tall open gate and stood in the main road with relief. The young prince staring back to see if he could figure out which of his men had jumped to their defense, he could tell it was a cat ninja because of the feline mark upon their back. He managed to catch glimpse of it while they were standing still. The captain placed the prince down upon the ground and gently ruffled his hair. Chester gave a dull expression and looked away from them. With his eyes half shut he step forth, bumping into a masculine yet lean frame.

"You're Majesty. Are you alright?" the figured asked with a firm yet soothing tone.

Chester's gaze lifted to the masked face of the figure, peering into the sharp golden hues. Was this the Ninja that saved him, the prince could only think.

"I'm fine." The prince muttered.

The ninja just nodded and stepped away allowing the prince to step passed him. The prince led his men to the nearest Inn to rest. They were all welcomed surprisingly warm. Everyone in the town showed the upmost hospitality.

The prince entered his room and laid upon the bed with a huff. The day had come to an end for him, and he couldn't have been happier. With his face buried in his feather pillow, he closed his eyes to attempt to rest. All he could think about was the Captain and how he was shot down. His mind the set back upon the ninja that stepped before him. He wondered what they looked like and what they were actually like. Did he do it because it was his duty or could there be more? He finally removed his face from the pillow to the side for air, using his tail to pull the switch to the lamp at his bedside.

Later that night the prince door opened slowly and slipping from the hall into the darkness with a one swift move stood a masked figure. The young prince snored roughly as he remained on his stomach to sleep. Glowing hues watched the young prince sleep for a few moments before advancing closer. Crawling over the Prince, the figure leaned down and nuzzled up against their face. Chester nearly jumped out of his skin as his eyes shot open and he flung his body up. The figure jumped back and moved from view when the prince glanced back panting. Looking around the room he turned the light on and stared frantically. The masked figure was on the ceiling glancing down and watching with amusement. Quietly he moved to the back side of the prince and lowered down. When Chester laid back again almost giving a sigh he saw them. His breathe caught in his throat making him croak. He quickly jumped up from his bed and extended his claws.

"Relax your majesty." The masked figure said.

"Who are you and what do you want? A reward?" Chester asked sharply.

The masked figure lowered his gaze a little as if to be hurt. Slowly he pulled his mask off and long strands of orange and black hair fell into his face and upon his neck. Strips covered his neck and forehead. His nose pink and maw white, with blacked lined lips.

"Jade?" The prince whispered with a bit of surprise.

Jade grew up with Chester and was taken away when his father felt that he was becoming a huge distracting for the prince lessons of leadership. Jade's father was an class A ninja, who also felt it was best that Jade and Chester stayed apart and took his son from the kingdom into the mountains. It's been over seven years since they laid eyes upon each other.

"You do remember me Ches!" The tiger male exclaimed.

"ssh sh hush. Yeah but...what are you doing here?" Chester whispered, not wanting to alarm the other soldiers.

Jade quickly moved closer walking on his knees on the bed to get to Chester. He soon held him and purred heavily.

"I've missed you so much. I trained extra hard just so I can make it into the ranks to be a personal ninja. I did it all just to get back to you." Jade said.

Chester didn't bother to pull away, oddly enough he was more than happy to be held by them.

"But Jade. It's been seven years. We only kids so our friendship was pointless." Chester said.

"Psh. You were all I cared about then, and now." Jade protested. Jade was two years older than Chester, which was why he was also able to slide into the ranks with the other personal ninjas. He was of age as soon as he turned seventeen. All personal Ninjas had to go through a year of training outside the walls, which was why Chester never got the chance to see Jade before.

Jade's words caused the prince to blush faintly. He shook his head to reject the idea.

"Don't be ridiculous." Chester said sharply. "you expect me to bel--

The prince words were cut off by a deep passionate kiss. His eyes widened with shock, as a rough moist tongue slipped into his mouth moved gently across his tongue. With little resistance, the prince tongue pushed back. Jade pulled back seeing the stunned expression and smirked. He took this chance to pull the prince onto the bed and lay him down. He leaned over once more to kiss them again, this time with the prince returning the passion. All his thoughts about the captain washed away instantly and his heart pounded from the sensation of Jade's heated kisses.
