Willow's beginning 4
OMGZ it has been TOO long! But Willow is BACK! OMG I AM SO EXCITED!
Willow wasted no time with Hecate. She was honored to meet the goddess, but she HAD to find her mother! As Willow walked down the empty street she stopped at a department store window, looking into a giant mirror. Willow had allways worn the same dress all year, letting the seam out more and more over the years,it was a white dress made of tule. It stopped just above her ankles and had thin straps over her shoulders. Willow stared at the dresses in the windows, they were so beautiful. But Willow couldn't afford in all of Hecate's lifetime. (Note, she's a goddess and is immortal). But Willow hurried on her way, ready to meet her mother. Stopping only once to ask for directions to Flora street,Willow ran all the way to the house. It was huge! The house was a victorian style with orchids growing out front,if someone told Willow this was where she belonged, she would have never believed them. Willow tried to gather her courage. For a split second she began to think. What have these people done for me? They've abandon me and never muttered a word to me. Do I really-no! Willow had come this far! She wanted more than anything to see her mother and father. To walk arm in arm with them to the market. To dance in the medows in spring time. And to snuggle togther on cold nights. These were all things she had wanted and dreamed of for four years. And now,she could have these dreams come true. Willow pressed the button on the machine next to the door. "Whaddya want!?" A voice came from the speaker. "U-Um this is Willow" She said nervously, something about this voice was familiar,it brought back horrible memories. For some reason she saw a caring face looking down on her and a white hospital room surrounding her. Willow shook this off as she heard muffled voices from the other side. "YOU PROMISED!! YOU PROMISED!" The first voice shouted. "I PROMISED NOTHING TO YOU!!" Another called. After a second the woman's voice came from the other side. "W-Willow." The woman was crying. "O-Oh my baby I'm sorry. Y-You cant c-come in." Willow could not believe this was her mother on the other side. At this comment,Willow felt tears come to her eyes. "W-Why cant I come in!?" She asked. The woman now sobbed and the button made a crackling noise.
Willow sat on the porch. The woman had not answered for many hours. The sun was setting over the forest and for the ninth time that day,Willow cried like the baby she was. Willow continued to wait, every now and then trying to reach the couple on the other side. Every time useless. As night crept over the world,Willow curled up and went to sleep. The next morning Willow knew it was early because none of the people were on the streets. Willow decided to try the machine again. "L-Look.." She began. "I-I don't need you to love me..y-you dont need to even adknowledge that I'm alive..I just ask that..I can have what others have...a home."
