Vol2 Ch4 Capture
"Look, I don't know much. And it's really none of your business anyway." The rottweiler spoke to Zarvaun, quickly dismissing the question. "Besides, It seems we've almost captured him anyway, so you really should be on your way before you become a suspect.""Suspect, huh? Guess it wouldn't help my case if I told you your friend out there is chasing shadows." Zar smiled, placing the magnet back on the display. "You know... I did see the wolf earlier, but he wasn't headed towards town, as your partner believes.""Alright, shark face. Now you're really getting on my nerves. Tell me what you know, or I'll have you thrown in the local slammer." The rottweiler said, pulling a long ziptie from somewhere, enforcing his point."Ooh noo, not jail. I wouldn't survive at all." Zar said, with all the sarcasm he could muster before smirking at the canine. "He showed me a few things, you know. Did they tell you he could control the shadows themselves? Amazing what a little friendship will do for-""Alright that's it." The doberman said angrily, latching on to one of the sergal's arms."And that's my cue to run." Zar said, quickly breaking free from the strong grip and running in the opposite direction, out the door. He was getting used to his new form, and was able to run exceptionally fast, just as he heard the dog behind him yelling for people to stop him.Unfortunately, Zarv's goal was to get captured, not tazed. The fox had returned, seeing the commotion, and quickly firing a tazer pistol he pulled from under his shirt. With remarkably good aim, the shot hit its mark, bringing the sergal to the ground. Zarv could barely react before the rottwiler bundled his arms and legs together with zipties."He knows about the wolf. We should take him in and question him." The rottweiler said, quickly shot down by the fox."No, I've received word the wolf has been captured. This one can't stay out here though, he knows too much. We'll take him to the facility, and then you know what to do."Zarvaun's plan had worked almost perfectly, minus the stinging pain of hundreds of volts of electricity coursing through his body.-~-Zarvaun had been tossed into the back of a rather small black car, and was only dragged out of the vehicle once it had reached a more commercial side of the docks. The canine and wolf dragged him into a large unmarked ship, which had a large side double door open and close behind them. Just as the door closed, another in front of them opened to reveal a sort of laboratory feeling hallway. The fox let go of Zar's arm, ordering the rottweiler to "Take care of him and make your way to the chaos paradigm observatory." The rottweiler obeyed, dragging the setgal down a corner, and to a door, which he used a keycard to open. The canine threw Zar into a metal chair."Stay here. The boss will be with you shortly." the rottweiler said, walking out of the room. Zarvaun figured this would be as good a time as any to test his new abilities, simply thinking about the plastic bindings as they turned to soot and disappeared. Getting up and rubbing his wrists, he walked to the door. He lifted a paw to it, and drew a large rectangle with a finger, everywhere he touched turning black and going to whatever place it did when it dissolved. Zar didn't bother questioning it. His goal now was explore and eventually escape.The large block he'd outlined in the Darkness took a few moments to bore through the large metal door, but once it had, the sergal simply stepped through the opening, back into the hallway."Chaos Paradigm, huh? Sounds like a fun place to start my little adventure." he thought. He remembered back to what the fox said earlier, and figured that must be where they were keeping Jade as well.
