It's been 20 minutes since we left base and theres been no activity.....yet.I see a young jaguar manning the gun on the other caimam."Wow he's too young to be in these shit hole".The young jaguar then looks at me and waved,I just waved back and smiled.After a couple of more miles I soon realized that nothing is really happening,until a round of a sniper struck the young jaguars head."We got a KIA!....We got KIA!",all vehicles have stop and hold there positions.
I start to rain hell on the hill to my left,"get some fuckers",the sniper shot a second round that struck me in the arm,"Oh fuck..I've been hit',
Shorty heard and rush to my side,"Oh crap..shadows been hit!!".Master sergeant looks at me,"I take that sniper out".He climbs to the gun mount and spots the sniper.Soon he climbs back down to radio a air strike after the airstrike he looks at me,"Next time just do that instead of shooting at someone you can't see".I gave him a angry look and lay down as Shorty works on my arm.We drove back to base.I saw the young jaguar and he was confirm dead right when the bullet hit him.His first tour and he's dead....
Shorty and I walk into the medical room where shorty continue on my arm.As he checks for any other injuries he keeps rubing my abs and I look at him with a smile,"You likey?".He turns red as I get up to show him a better view of my abs,"oh...am s-sorry".Master sergeant walks in,"Quit the grab ass",me and Shorty look at him,"Sorry sir",we both said almost the same time."We got a mission to clear a compound tomorrow morning".I walked to my bed and think,"Wow what a day".
Next morning I walk to the chow hall to get some food.I see a shorty walk in,"Hey".As soon as I said that I hear a whistling sound and then realized what it was,"MORTAR!!".I tackled Shorty and protect him.After that I blackout.
